No notification from delivery service courier
Hi I would like to complaint regarding for NO NOTIFICATION RECEIVED from the courier. This was the second time that I order with J&T partners for delivery and I was absolutely upset due to this unacceptable reason. I order to Syduction International last February 6, 2023 at 9:18am and place my order same day at 9:29pm. I do also, ask the coordinator for how many days for the deliveries arrival and answer me 2 - 5 days upon placing of order. I keep waiting and asking for trucking number for me to be able to locate my order and only to find out that my order was unsuccessful due to the customer is not around. My first encounter was the same reason and I felt being disadvantage because I need to pay for the cancellation fee without receiving any notification from your team and obligated to pay for them not to post my picture with accusation as a FRAUD. The kuching courier boy just throw the parcel into my mum's house compound without acknowledgement of receipt by my mother he should have called my mum's hp no. N get her signatory n nric no. So when my mum who just came back from town did not see anything on the driveway we thought the parcel had not been delivered in view of this we are claiming you the value of the parcel rm416 being your couriers carelessness please settle this matter soonest

Delayed delivery of parcel
1/23/23: we send the parcel from albay.
1/26/23: overstaying of our parcel to mandaluyong branch. Without updating the receiver.
Overstaying na ang parcel sa hub. February na. We are reaching out thru messenger customer service, email. And even calling the branch. Puro report report walang nangyyri. We were advised by jnt branch na nagpadala to contact the receiver instead for pick up na lng since di naman maideliver. But the branch refused. Antayin daw na maideliver and wala daw advice ang ncr. Tinawagan na namin ang main branch and they will try to reach out daw sa mandaluyong branch. Pero till now. February 8 na. Wala paring update saamin. damage na ang laman ng parcel. Sobrang dissapointed. Dapat pagbayarin dn sila ng damages sa consumer. We were really dissapointed sa actions ng company.
Desired outcome: Maideliver as soon as possible. Supposedly ask for damages they have caused to us.

We called the office & staff said it's still at the warehouse in Tiguma, Pagadian & they're going to investigate it & it will take them 24-48 hours to get back to us. No updates, so we went back to the office where we dropped off the package and were told the package was lost at the warehouse. Lol package is nowhere to be found. And guess what? there were 4 other customers that have the same issues with J & T Pagadian branch. So, yeah, our package is lost at the warehouse. My question is why? Who stole it? I can't even believe they're still in business. I am calling the authorities about it. Tulfo here I come.

He is not doing his Job, I have been calling him and texting him on all his number but he is not answering the call it rings once and then he is ending the call without answering it. I need my Parcel and he told my sister that the parcel has been in the warehouse for many days but when I check the tracking info in your website it shows that it just arrived Yesterday. I want to file a complaint due to undelivered parcel. I badly needed may parcel for my work but upon checking on the status it was undelivered. 140123 daughter rec’d text from J&T checking package rec’d. Replied “no”. Apparently, package arrived J&T before Jan 14. Called back text sender several times, no reply. Checked tracking: showed “in transit.”
180123 informed seller & several exchanges followed. Checked tracking 20 Jan: still showed “in transit”. Checked 28 Jan: tracking showed package arranged for delivery 19 Jan at 1623 pm; delivered 1634 same day, in 11 minutes. Package still not rec’d.
3 Feb called J&T 9.53 am. Left phone number with a lady. Requested HR to return call. Nothing happened.
Desired outcome: Please refund.

Your CS doesn’t have manner! Not helping at all about my parcel that wrongly shipped to SARAWAK! Instead sending to Selangor they shipped to Sarawak. CS named DIN was super [censored]! He don’t even care to expedite the shipment and only promise within 48 hours! I want to use it on 29/1 but now is 3/2 already! J&T has wrongly sorting my parcel to Sarawak but no any action was expedite by them! Some more asked me to wait another 48 hours without any apology and arrogance behaviour! Is this how you train your CS? I emailed them 2 times but there’s no any reply! Your CS treathen to hang up the line if I cannot hold my anger. Who can be patience with this kind of service? Delayed my parcel and customer service very arrogant like hell!

I'd like to complain about a rider who tags my order as customer unavailable but wasn't even contacting me in the first place. I was the one who keeps on waiting outside downstairs from ky apartment so i wont miss the order again. I also tried calling and texting him number of times since the j&t texted with the tracking number. But I haven't received any response from the rider. It is becoming a waste of time since I have work and it is requiring me to monitor the order and get nothing after.

Non-Delivery of parcel
A seller sent me the parcel containing computer keyboards through J & T on the 16th January 2023. The tracing number is : [protected]. Delevery address : 33, Lorong 1, Taman Cahaya, Jalan Woo Saik Hong, 36000 Teluk Intan, Perak.
However, until today I am yet to receive the said parcel.
Don't tell me we enjoyed CNY lasting for 10 days. It is simply due to inefficiency of so called J & T services. I am contemplating my case to bring up to Consumers Tribunal.
Incomplete delivery and quality is way beyond the price and advertising

Wrong status put on my order
I have orders from two different stores. My order status was stating that delivery can’t be completed because I was unavailable. But I am home the whole time. The order was out for delivery at 12:21 pm (Jan 19) and then suddenly at 12:54pm the delivery is not completed because I was not available? This is certainly impossible to happen.
I don’t know if this is a mistake or not. I had tried to call the drivers number but no one was picking up or probably not even real number. This is also happening to my sister as she also have an order from this delivery driver. Wrong status for both of her orders when we’re both home the whole time.
I’ll understand if this is just a mistake. I have screenshot of my two orders.

"Customer was unavailable"
Supposed to receive (paid) parcel between Jan 12-Jan 14. However, it wasn't delivered at the period of time given & I could understand that it's the weekend after. So, I waited till yesterday, Monday Jan 16th. Upon being at home the whole day, when it was updated that parcel is out for delivery, there was still none at all. I checked my tracking number & it showed that "Customer was unavailable". I was at home the whole day & there wasn't any delivery at all. I was NOT even contacted by the service provider upon delivery.
Desired outcome: Kindly do something about your dispatch riders/drivers. This kind of service is unacceptable with the lies saying that customer is unavailable, when we weren't contacted AT ALL.
Poor services very long waiting of parcels to be delivered
"Buyer refused to accept the item" "buyer is not around" their reasons that unacceptable, waiting for my parcels for a very long time, they are not delivering it according to the time frame, other item also was sent back to the seller because of their poor services and just putting "buyer refused to accept the item"which is not true, I placed also an order last Dec.26, 2022 until now it was not delivered to me and it was already paid but not delivered until now Jan.15, 2023.
Desired outcome: Deliver it to my address, don't make any reasons or alibi that made you delivered it to me but actually it didn't happen, if you cant contact me, gosh, try asking people here in our small barangay you will not get lost i swear.
Buyer Refused to Accept Order
I always check my delivery updates on Shopee. It had been 16 days since I placed a local order. Upon checking today, I read that J&T ’attempted’ delivery yesterday, January 12, 2023, and that I, the buyer refused to accept the order. Now, that is stupid. I did not get ANY advice from ANY J&T rider and I already paid for said order so why would I refuse to receive it? The riders would call or send a text if they are leaving or had left the parcel at the Receiving hub of the condo where I am staying.
I think you guys are giving wrong updates to give you time to fix your ineptitude.
Desired outcome: Please give the correct updates on Shopee regarding the status of our orders.
Parcel delayed & service attitude
Had send out one parcel on 21/12, but the receiver haven receive yet by now. Had went to the j&t centre and checked. First time, it says delayed due to 12/12 season which is understandable. 2nd time, it says still at warehouse due to too many package ? And requested image of parcel & product image, if not they will not be able to find the parcel. Literally have no idea why they would need the product image to find the parcel
So does that means that if we do not have an image of the parcel, we couldn’t find back our parcel or make any claim ? Does that means that our parcel will be teared off for to you to find that product ?

Fake parcel
On January 08 ,2022 at 1 :23 in the afternoon a j&t rider delivered 3 parcel on our house . The 2 parcel is correct , problem is on the 3rd parcel . Yes we are expecting a parcel worth one thousand pesos for a dishwasing liquid but that was ordered by my brother not my father who is a senior citizen already. The parcel was received by my 16 years old sister hence did not hesitate to received the parcels . Upon checking the parcel was not a dishwashing liquid . Its a rugged box with a lot of way bill stack on it. Listed on the fake waybill is my dads name sesenando toyado and our address the product type listed is a SACK worth 1099 pesos but the one on the box is a broken lampshade . I did visited the Abangan DH J&T and they mention it was order thru facebook. My father who is a senior citizen did not order anything online . Its alarming that J&t would allow this kind of parcel to be delivered . Its evident that there are a lot of way bills that is posted on the box. We want to received a full refund of this item . And its also alarming that there are 2 people using one account for j&t riders . I track the details of the order and it shows that a certain ALJAY REBUDLO delivered it but when we confronted the rider he mention that there is another person using his account for delivering parcel . That person was caught on cctv when he arrived at out front house he is already holding on to this box . I hope youy can action on this matter .
Hi good day! My complain is about the parcel that I have received earlier which is not my original parcel.
My original order was a GOMO Sim unli for 30 days and the parcel that I had received was only a SMART LTE Ready Upgrade sim which costs 10pesos. When I checked the details, the tracking number and the name of the seller were different and all the other informations were the same. So I think this parcel was a product of scam. Pickup Service
I made a return pickup request on Wednesday and called in on Friday at 5pm to remind your staff not to forget to come and pickup the items, but in the end, till now, 7pm no one came.
Tomorrow is Saturday and the next earliest pickup will be on Mon and because of this horrible and terrible service of your company, my return/refund will be delayed.
Moreover, I have 2 Dr appointments on Monday and will not be in to wait for the pickup. How are you going to compensate the loss of time and delay? I have also informed Shoppee about your delay.
