J&T Express Not receive the parcel

I has checked my parcel tracking ([protected]) and base on J&T record my parcel has been delivered on 23 July 2021 but until now i didnt receive the parcel yet.How come on J&T record the status is delivered eventhough i have not receive the parcel. I try to contact the hp no of despatcher that has given in the record of tracking but no answer. Please trace and delivery my parcel.

Barang kawan saya hampir 1 bulan lebih tak dapat. Still pending. Seremban cakap shah alam. Shah alam cakap Seremban. Mana satu betul ni. Banyak kali call. Still benda yang sama. Item tak jumpa lagi. Nk call shah alam tak ada nombor boleh call. Nak cari sapa lagi. Servis tak bagus. Tak jaga customer. Tak ada rasa tanggungjawab item bukan murah. Diharap Pihak JNT dapat bagi jawapan dengan baik.

J&T Express Parcel has no update after 2 days.

I am Zuzaireen Binti Abdolkader. I would like to make a complaint about my parcel. My parcel has been stuck at J&T Labuan (22 July 2021) and start from that day, there was no update which is almost 2 days from J&T Express. Hopefully, you able to give me the latest update and feedback as soon as possible for the location of my parcel ( [protected] ). I am a student and urgently using the stuff that I bought from Shopee and I hope I able to get this parcel this week or at least next week. Thanks for the help and cooperation.

I would like to make a complaint about my parcel. My parcel has been stuck at J&T Labuan (22 July 2021) and start from that day, there was no update which is almost 2 days from J&T Express.AFTE THE LATEST UPDATE, THE ROUTING CODE IS WRONG.I AM WAITING FOR THIS PARCEL FOR TOO LONG and now my parcel stuck at J&T PCP LABUAN Hopefully, you able to give me the latest update and feedback as soon as possible for the location of my parcel ( [protected]). 5 days in transit? Wow you gonna break the record  of being the laziest courier dude. Please properly arrange your staff especially your runner. Its not that difficult, add more staff and sort parcel accordingly, use a good system. Save your time, save energy. Im very disappointed but trust you can improve your level of service.

J&T Express Parcel been on hold - remained unresolved

My parcel has been on hold due to natural disaster, despite our weather here is freaking good and never rain for more than a month. I tried to make phone calls to J&T customer service and waited for long time, then i been told that my parcel is been arranged for delivery, but 3 days later the status still remain the same. I am really frustrated on the services that provided by J&T, as they are not providing us a good services even a simple announcement or what. in their facebook, everyone have the same issues. J&T Express please give us an explanation!

J&T Express why my parcel hold untill 5 day on Cdc 301 bandar teknologi

Why my pacel still dont post out?!

I need to confirm my order on shoppe on 20/7 but now 23/7 i still not receive my parcel..my parcel out for delivery on 19 but until now i didnt receive an parcel...can explain for me why this happen?

Until now i didnt get my parcel❗ 5 days in same place ...its missing or something else i dont know...

J&T Express late delivery

parcel dipos bernombor [protected] pada 16/04/2021 melalui Jnt Express Kota Tinggi, Johor ke Kuching Sarawak tetapi sampai sekarang barang tidak di terima oleh penerima. sudah 3 bulan 7 hari. saya semak dalam sistem J&T barang tersebut ada dekat gudang CDC Kuching 301, Sarawak. saya sudah menghubungi J&T customer service beberapa kali dan memaklumkan kepada mereka dan mereka mengatakan barang ada di scan dan out untuk delivery dan jawapan itu adalah jawapan yang sama setiap kali saya mengubungi dan bertanyakan tentang barang saya. tetapi tidak dihantar juga. saya cuba menghubungi pihak J&T CDC Kuching 301, tetapi tidak ada maklum balas dan panggilan tidak dijawab. jadi sekarang saya tidak tahu status sebenar barang saya sama ada masih ada dekat gudang atau tidak. saya semak CDC Kuching 301 dalam google banyak sangat komen negatif. saya harap pihak J&T Express Kuching 301 akn lebih bertanggunhjawab dan amanah melalukan kerja. barang pemilik adalah hak pemilik dan pemilik berhak menuntut semula.saya harap pihak tuan/puan memandang serius dengan situasi dan tindakan harus diambil. sekian terima kasih.

It was sent on 13/7 and i have yet to receive the item, when i call they said the Kuala Selangor branch jad covid 19 case, so the delay.

Now when i check the tracker, my item is back at Kuala Selangor..

Saya pengguna akaun VIP di SUNGAI PETANI.. Pada 6 Julai 2021 sy telah menghantar parcel kepada pelanggan saya di BANDAR SERI PUTRA, SELANGOR. TAPI saya TAK TAHU kenapa Parcel tu di key in alamat SABAH.. SATU KELALAIAN DAN KEBODOHAN YANG MENYUSAHKAN!

J&T Express Parcel haven't received and still no improvement in fixing the issue

I am living in Kuching, Sarawak. I have ordered 2 parcels and it is currently being held at J&T CDC SEMARIANG 306 for a number of days now. My question is for what reason is J&T doing this? Why are they so keen on keeping my parcel there? and ever since Shopee forces us to use J&T it has been nothing but disappointment when I purchase stuff online.

J&T Express Delivery left untold

i have ordered many items and unfortunately everyone is using J&T but their delivery service is the absolute worst out of everyone else.
WHY THE HELL ARE ALL MY PARCELS BEING LEFT OUTSIDE MY HOUSE FOR HOURS AND I AM NOT NOTIFIED. WHAT IF IT GETS LOST?!? WHAT IS UP J&T, IS IT SO HARD TO CALL OR SEND US A TEXT? AND WHY THE HELL DO YOU SEND US AN OTP IF THEY DON'T EVEN NEED IT.
