Fraud against me
Order number [protected]
This transaction was fraudulent as you were informed 18-01-22
My bank were informed and I was told this is just 1 of many that day
The police have been informed and unless I receive a full refund and compensation I will be taking legal action against just eat and it's affiliations for loss of revenue, defamation of character due to financial difficulties and breach of human rights
Desired outcome: Full refund and appropriate compensation
Fraudulent use of my credit card
Someone used my credit card saved on just eat, 2x on 16th january 2022. £35 and £32... The last time I used my just eat account was on nov2021... This is very unacceptable. I hope to hear from someone in just eat... I am on holdto my bank at the moment to report this.
Desired outcome: Refund
Card fraud for £900 on a credit card to just eats
I bank with Monese. On looking through my bank statement yesterday the 5th January 2022 I saw 18 payments to JUST EATS. These were taken between the time of 16.10 and 16.33. Each one was for £50 making it a total of £900 that has been deducted from my account. This is so obviously fraudulent that I want you to cancel those 18 pending payments that have actually now been deducted from my account. It was a complete fluke that I decided to check my account, I am wondering how many more attempts at stealing £50 each time you would have tried had I not blocked my card.
My card is here with me and I am at the moment not in the Uk which makes this even more incredulous. Someone must have pirated the information on it in order to use it.
I have NEVER used Just Eats in my life and never will.
Desired outcome: Reimburse the £900 that were taken fraudulently by JUST EATS

Pizza never arrived never got refunded
Pizza took over 1h and it never arrived and I was never refunded for it. I talked to the customer service and she said she cant issue the refund because they say they tried to deliver it BUT THEY DID NOT. We waited for them in front of the botel and they did not show up. We called the restaurant and they yelled at us and were very rude and just eats said they cant do anything about it and cant issue a refund. So they belive their lying restaurant (with low reviews on google maps which i saw to late unfortunately) and not their PAYING customers.
Got scammed and lost 25 euros waited over an hour for a pizza than never arrived, customer service was behaving unprofessionally and the restaurant people screamed at us. I guess the customer is always wrong for just eats.
Grab a kebab
I would like to have the following response to a review made on Just Eat taken down as I feel it is unjustified slander. I had written an honest review on my experience with this restaurant owner but was left just as shocked at the response to the review as I was with the initial phone call made enquiring about an update on the order. When we placed our order we did not specify a time but assumed it would be delivered as soon as possible. Whilst I appreciate given the current circumstances with covid and busy periods, we did not expect to be waiting on food after 9pm in the evening having ordered at 19.24, especially with young children to feed. Just Eat records show the food was delivered at 20.30, this was not the case as the last phone call made asking for an update was made at 21.02, at least I have proof of this, so our food was not seven minutes late, as stated in his response. All this could have been forgiven and no review would have been left if our enquiry on an update had been handled differently by the manager, who's only saving grace is his staff (obviously inherited from previous owner). He did say before hanging up ‘if you don't like it, leave a review on google', which we did, just not on google.
I don't mind if you leave my review or remove it as I know it is 100% the truth. I do have an issue with the response, being threatened with police just for enquiring about waiting times or attempting to cancel an order (that was never going to happen), this is giving me extreme anxiety and I am now fearful of this restaurant owner finding out who I am and launching a personal vendetta.
Review and response as follows:
After the third phone call to the restaurant, the manager left my sister in tears, when she realised she wasn't going to be able to reason with him, she then tried to cancel the order, he cut her off and hung up on her, after giving her a mouthful, he tried to compare our two hour waiting time to how long he had to wait for an nhs appointment and told her to consider herself lucky, in the end, we had rustle up food for the kids and put them to bed and we were left too angry to eat
Grab A Kebab replied
yes Louise let's get the real story out there you ordered for 8:30 your food arrived at 8:37pm you rang 3 times given verbal abuse at my staff threatening behaviour, which truth be told I should of rang the police Ive never dealt with such a horrible nasty individual! I don't think grab a kebab is the issue louise your order was 7mins late! which i apologised for! i explained to YOU not you sister that you wouldn't speak to nhs or any of professional industries like that or maybe You do! but i definitely don't except it, all in all your food was cooked to usual high standards delivered unfortunately 7mins over your expected delivery time given the level of extreme busyness last night i was happy enough we tried our best for you LOUISE HAPPY NEW YEAR 👍
As a customer service representative, this is not how one would expect enquiries or reviews should be dealt with on your platform.
I look forward to your response.
Desired outcome: For response to review to be re-worded to reflect truth or just taken down.

Payment dispute
money owed/gift voucher
Was issued a gift voucher that was redeemed earlier in the year.
Due internet issues and device dying was unable to use until the fall. Due to loss of device passwords to accounts and phone number connected to account were lost and for some reason last known password was not recognized. I attempted password reset, but it did not recognize the last known password. I immediately contacted Just Eats to have them manually reset password. I offered past order details and voucher codes connected to my account to prove the account was mine.
They then proceeded to give me the run around for the last five months. At first i received stock replies saying they didn't understand the issue. Then they suggested that instead of resetting the password, that they link my old account ([protected]@gmail.com) to my new account [protected]@outlook.com. I agreed. Then they said to wait a week. A week later they asked again for the account names, when I gave it to them they didn't respond. When I asked what was happening with the link, they said to just create a new account (which I clearly already had.)
Then they said there was no such thinking as linking accounts and referred me to the automated password reset which I had by this point repeatedly told them did not work.
Once more I explained that they very limited automated system didn't work. Then they told me to call a service number that no longer work, gave me a chatline link that didn't work, and an email address that only gave automated replies.
They told me they couldn't transfer the credit to my account, and wouldn't reset the password.
This back and forth went on for five months at which point someone tried to tell me that they couldn't verify my account because after an account is not for an extended period the account history is cleared. This would not be the case as the voucher code has not yet expired.
With only a month left to use the credit, and their refusal to reset the password, transfer the credit, refund the gift voucher and I asked that they cancel the old account with my unused credit of £100, and issue a new voucher in the same amount of credit for £100 to my new account.
They have clearly been giving me the run around in the hopes that the voucher will expire and they will be able to hold onto the money without providing any service in return.
Desired outcome: A credit of £100 be applied to my new account as well as an additional £50 for the considerable stress and time. ( I was ill and needed these vouchers for food delivery, this greatly increased an already stressful situation.
Taken money out wrong account without correct security code
Ordered a takeaway and paid with my card, few days later my friend tells me their card has been used and it wasn't them, I check and its taken the money out their account. Obviously haven't thought anything about it till then as I used my card details to pay. I have never known their security code and do not understand how this has even happened. Anybody else experienced anything similar? Know it sounds like B.S but it is hand on heart the truth and its confused the hell out of everybody
Desired outcome: Answers as to what happened
Fraud
Our JUST EAT account has been hacked, someone used our joint account card, and obviously hacked into Just Eat & spent £80 & sent it to address that wasn't ours & no where near where we live. Just Eat showed no interest & told us to take it up with our bank. We rang out bank & they said we need to take it up with JUST EAT. It's an error on Just Eat & the security of your site, I've seen over 40 complaints people with the same issue. We want a refund that is nothing to do with us?

Wrong delivery
We sent an order from Fortune House, St Austell for delivery. We have been having meals from them every week for several years. Last week they sent beef instead of chicken and told me that it was on the order but on checking it was correct. This week, we were a Shrimp Chow Mein missing from our order (there were four dishes and only three delivered{. On phoning to complain the receptionist was very pleasant and believed us. On the other hand the owner called us liars, that he had put the order in the bag and refused to do anything about it. The receptionist was very apologetic, and the delivery driver took to phoning us to apologize.
Fraud
On the 19th nov 2:05 pm I was at home Ss16 6sx and got a notification on my phone from natwest
Which said I had made a payment to just eat.
WHICH I DID NOT.
I had fraud on my account! I would like a refund for this fraud order.
It said location was in London.
Dunkin doughnuts £31.86
I contacted my bank and they said I should get a refund from you
Desired outcome: Refund of the fraudulent transaction £31.86
Fraudulent
I just closed my account with Just Eat as it seems someone is allowing to use my name and account to order and deliver food to addresses nowhere near my address! I find Just Eat has no security measure and I am afraid this is an inside job stealing people's identity at their leisure without any support from Just Eat to victims or customers! Finding a customer service number is like finding a needle in a hay stack and trying to get some help is beyond impossible! Never ever use Just Eat ever again!
Scam
I am in Panama, how come you guys allow a scamer use my credit card information to order food..they tried twice and the first one came thru succesfully
Desired outcome: Contact me via email
Fraudulent use of bank card
I've recently see a payment of £16.20 go to just eat off my card and the payment was based in London which is blasphemous due to me living in Birmingham and knowing nobody in London id like to understand why this was the case and hopefully stopping this from happening again
Desired outcome: Refund
Fraudulent activity
I got a notification from my banking app today (whilst i was in work and obviously not ordering food) saying I have a pending transaction of £30.50 through Just eat, to which I instantly froze my cards and called the bank. They advised they would open a fraud claim as it's a known problem. Fraud team then advised me to wait for the money to come out (as if I wanted to let it go that far when I have bills to pay) and get in touch with Just Eat as they couldn't help me further. The customer service number they gave for just eat being [protected], asked if I was a restaurant owner or a customer, then told me to go to the help page of the app and cut me off. No help through the phone and no option on the website or app for a live chat/email/different number. My problem is not on the FAQ page, and every other issue is said to be dealt with through cancelling orders through the app. Since I haven't actually made an order and just wanted the transaction cancelled, it was all useless.
Security is horrendous if so many peoples personal bank details can be stolen and used with the wrong addresses.
Swiftly took all cards off my account and deleted.
Desired outcome: Refund and details completely wiped from your system.
