And I thought I was given a Refund I was not! On 20th of december I was unwell and was looking for some advice on my laptop. Just answer came up offering a health advice. It said it was £3.00 for a consultation. I thought that was reasonable and I put my card number in. As I began to put the card number in it flashed up it would be £12.00 and I decided no. However before I put in the cvc number the website disappeared and I left the site. I have noticed not that I have been charged £3.00 and then £16.00 for a service I did not agree to and indeed do not have at all. If you check your records there was no conversation with a doctor. I am really annoyed about this especially as I felt unwell at the time too. Firstly it is false advertising if you are saying that a consultation is £3.00 and then it is more and how could you take a payment from my card before I put in my cvc number. That is very concerning to me. I want a full refund for the £3.00 and the £16.00 I have been charged and a full guarantee that my card number is taken off your records. I received no advice and did not agree to it.

Approximately 2 months ago I called "Just Answer" Vetenary service to ask a question regarding a rawhide bone that my dog had just swallowed whole. It was late in the evening and my normal vet's office was closed. All I gave them was my telephone number as the Vet had to call me back. I never gave them my credit card however they may have had it from another call I made about a year ago. They answered my question correctly and my dog was fine. However, for the past two months I have had a charge on my bank statement that reads:

This is redeculous but I can't seem to be able to get in touch with them.

The answer was meant to cost $5, they took out the $5 then another $40.

I spoke to someone via email and they did help me they asked me if I wanted to speak in person for 20.00 more and I said no. They then finished helping me on the computer never spoke to anyone on the phone. This has caused me to overdraft causing me to have another 30.00 charge. I want reimbursed for then20 plus 30 for the overdraft fee. I have used this service before and never had this issue please rectify this right away.

I have repeatedly asked for assistance by an IT expert to fix my hacked iPhone but instead I keep getting put through to the payment page . I am being charged for a membership that I didn't ask for
I asked a question about a furnace and never received an answer. I thought I would be charged five dollars but I was also charged a membership fee even after I cancelled the service. I wanted help with a question with my new IPAD
I wanted help with a new IPAD I had just purchased from Apple Store, as I had downloaded all info from the old IPAD into the new one. I left the Apple Store and later had an issue that I could not resolve and the "Justanswer" popped up when I had asked a question online.
I was asked for $5 into their account and was advised my $5 would be returned to my account once the issue was resolved . One day later they took another $54 out of my account.
I have since cancelled my card and reported to my bank to follow up and recover my money.

advice I didn't want
I was lead to justanswer.com thinking it was a free service, I suffer sever depression and panic attacks. Immediately after asking my question I realized I had made a mistake and made repeated efforts to stop justanswer from continuing. I got the shock of my life today having been billed twice by them. I wrote my complaints on their website and hope they are trustworthy. It appears their page has been carefully structured to trick the unwary. They go ahead and have you ask the question before they tell you it's going to cost money. I thought I had cancelled my question but they just went right ahead. I haven't even looked at the answers to show I don't want their service. I advise anyone who has a question for them to be particularly wary.

I was originally told that I would get my $5.00 deposit back if I wasn't satisfied. I never did get an answer to my problem and was told I wouldn't have to pay the $64.00 for a technician. I did get a $5.00 refund on my Visa on or around Oct. 20th. The $64.00 was never approved on my account and it therefore disappeared. But on my account on Oct. 29th. I was billed for the entire $69.00. What in hell is going on. Do I need to cancel my account so that you won't get paid. I need feedback quickly or I will phone Visa and inform them the charge shouldn't be there.

I had forgotten my apple ID, so I requested your adviser to help with this. He was very polite and helpful, bfter many abortive attempts, he admitted he didn't know the answer and would go and ask someone else. This other person was equally at a loss to help, . We tried many methods. Resetting the APPLID password, resetting the SUM UP password etc. All to no avail.

On the 12th of October having a problem with my computer I logged on to Just Answer, I was asked to pay a $5.00 fee for assistance, which I was happy to pay, however as the answer I was given did not help me I logged off.
I have just received my Visa account and note with dismay that I have been charged $74.00 for Tech Help, I did not get to communicate with a technician. Further to this I note that I have been charged a membership fee of $89.00, I was not asked if I wanted to be a member and indeed do not.
I would therefore ask that these sums be credited to my Visa card forthwith. I have found this whole episode very upsetting, being an older person I certainly can not afford this money. Also, I hope that by sending this report I am not going to be charged a fee.

you ruined my files
I called for help. I paid $25 and $39. Not sure why. I should get my money back. I couldn't get my email anymore and by the time they were finished, yes I can get email but in the meantime, all my other files were erased. I have to apply for forgot passwords, put in new ones for everything. Notes is an app which I had years and years of information in them, vital information that I literally consult on a daily basis. By the time they were through telling me what to do, I lost the information on my cell. They said, do this on your iPad. Are you sure? Because it's the only copy left. Yes. I did. iPad no longer had any notes. It's ok it's on the Cloud. Hook to your iPad to the laptop. I did. Those notes, the very last copy, erased. I've checked the cloud since, and yep. Erased. And I paid you for this? Inept, not helpful. Then I got disconnected. The first thing they ask when I get my call through is, what is a good number to reach you if we get disconnected? I told them. Did I get a call back? Of course not.
Yet I looked at my bank account and yep. You took my money.
Your experts are inexperienced, inept, fumbling idiots. Wait. I do have my email now. But in the meantime they removed some critical information.
I am NOT happy.
This was a waste of hours of my time.

Why does Just Answer keeps charging our Corporate credit card for unauthorized charges. There was a question someone submitted and paid the $5 charge, however an "expert" never got on to answer the question, and was disconnected. The corporate credit card was charged an extra $10 for the expert. Now, six months later, our corporate credit card is being charged again $34 for no reason. Please explain what this unauthorized charge is for and issue a refund.
