anti aging face creams
I saw an advert in the Daily Telegraph for products made by the above company. I received the samples as promised, however one of the products was unusable due to there being no means of pumping the product out of the bottle. I emailed and Veloura did not send me a replacement but another tub of the cream. I did give my credit cards details in payment for postage but at no time did I sign up to spend £79.99 and £89.99 for products that have not arrived.
service
I recently received anti aging cream & serum thinking the $4.99 for each is all I was to be charged and now you have charged me $139.00 for I don't know what, you didn't have permission to use my credit card, thought your sight was safe, that this was a servey for Aldi supermarket, was charged 24th Feb 9.30pm Australia time, cancel this transaction and never use my card again, I am furious & so angry this happened, transaction is still pending so stop the charges, and return my money that I didn't allow you to take

unauthorised credit card charges
I answered an advert for a free sample of anti-ageing cream just before christmas, I do not recall where I saw this. The cream did arrive and also a tube of eye cream which I had not asked for. I was told that I had to pay £4.99 for postage, which I did on my credit card. My credit card company have told me that there has been 2 payments of £4.99 taken in december and also an amount of £89.99 and £79.99 taken on 1st january. I understand the term free means there are no costs. There was a letter with the cream which gives details about a trial which says that once your trial is complete they would bill me for the veloura which I had already received, and thereafter would be billed every 30 days. You may cancel this club membership at any time. The advert did not explain any of this. I have tried to phone the number 44 800 652 0138 which is not recognised. There is no address given. This is obviously designed to trick people.
anti ageing cream and eye serum
What can I say. Ordered in good faith anti ageing cream for 4.99 and then had a phone call to say I should have the serum for 1.98 postage only. The items came BUT with paperwork mentioning a trial and when emailing you I was shocked at the prices. This was never explained to me at ordering.
I am returning the products unused and I have blocked payments going out of my bank to to you.
This is shameful business on your part and I feel foolish to have been sucked in.
This statement above is for Velouracares.com.
I hope you can help me and all others scammed by these people.

scam or samples
I ordered two samples from this company priced at £4.95 each plus postage of £14.99. The products arrived and my visa card was charged. Some few days later I was charged £79.95 and £89.95 respectively. When I approached visa they were aware of this scam and said that I could not claim this money back but they would stop any further money being taken from my account. Today I have received more products that I did not order with no paperwork or a returns address and phone number. There are also no paper instructions with this cream with any contact details on. This is a very deceitful way of doing business and I would urge others not to be caught by ordering samples. I have forwarded my complaint to the British Police to look into.
free trial
I got a free trial of cream from this company a few days later they took a 79.99 sum of money and then two at 89.99 each. They only acknowledge two payments. I can only speak to a supervisor, no address to write to, no complaints department and have not seen any money back yet. I want my money back otherwise it will be trading standards or even the Police.
face cream scam
Thought I was paying for a trail sample costing me £4.99. Was not until payment had been confirmed that the small print came up saying a monthly payment of over £70 would be taken from my credit card. Have had to cancel my card account and am awaiting new card to be delivered. The advert for the product said Dragons Den had invested in this company so I assumed it to be legit, shame on me for being so stupid. This is a scam
cream and eye lift
i would like to have a refund on these transactions that had been deducted on my account as soon as possible and to cancel the products aswell
Not so happy with your company taking deductions out of my account without my knowledge.
£89.99 plus £79.99 = £169.98 is alot of money and makes our finance difficult .
£169.98 to put back into my account as soon as possible please
anti ageing cream and eye lift serum
This company offered these as free samples so I ordered them, there was no mention of having to pay just the post &a package £4 99 each, now I find that money has been taken out of my bank for the postage but also two amounts have been taken one for £89.99 and a day later £79.99. These amounts were taken under nuveglash*nvg, this has to be the same people A Joshua

This product was advertises as afree trail sample with only the cost of postage - 4.99 for each package .
The goods arrived as promised. I have not agreed to any thing firther but i have found that a deduction has been made from my credit card for £84 .
I have not ordered nor received any goods beyond the first small sample that was afree trial.
Same here sample received and 3 lots of £94 taken I have spoken to them and asked them to stop and contacted my credit card company to dispute so will have to see what happens! I’m furious and gutted
Yes same as above. I was completely taken in by this sample scam. I only started to suspect there was something wrong when the samples turned up and the eye gel was in a pump action bottle which could not possibly function.Thought this was odd for a supposed”high quality” product. Several attempts to remove money £93 and £ 80 despite having blocked with bank.
I have not received any product at all after the samples which is not a problem as doesn’t work anyway. But there is not even pretence of them fulfilling their obligation!
janet peat as above I purchased the product it free sample £4.99 postage only but now they have charged me £89.99 @£79.99 I didn't agree to I am furious that they done this to me yours jan peat
this is not good iwill be looking into this to see whot ican do
My comment is the same as the above one. At no time did I agree to make any payment. Especially 2 of £89.99 on 2nd and 4th Jan 2019.Other than the postage for a trial of 2 items. Taking money with out permission is Shape Practice and I shall be contacting my back to arrange a refund from you. Pleas cancel any further activity or payments from my account. Or I shall be reporting you to the necessary appropriate organisations.
Susan Keating-Cairnes
As the above 2 ladies I purchased the same products, didnt agree to anything else coming out of my account $139.00 I was charged, they can reimburse me of money that didn't get agreed to, I'm also furious, mine is still pending so they better stop the transaction
Ordered the velour eye lift serum and velour anti aging cream as free samples and was then advised my card would be charged a total of £9.99. I then found my card had £89.99 deducted from it. I am furious and angry that I was taken in by this company.Fortunately my card as just been renewed so, hopefully, they will not be able to access my account again.
refusing to send me a RAM N° so i can send the product back
I have been stupid and silly to ask for a veloura cosmetic... have called a number in US, the man told me i had to pay half of the price but refused to give me the PROMISE RAM N° so i can send this product back...
i have until 26 of december to send it back
I ASK FOR A PUNISHMENT for thoses scammers. And i have asked Ithem to STOP IMMEDIATLY to send me other items § If they go along sending me produts I'll SUE THEM.
Bella Bella Alluria
Just to inform you that I am laying criminal charges for fraudulent transaction and misleading the public.
On top of all the agreed amount was paid as shown below and a unauthorised amount was put through me account of ZAR R1087. No product received.
This is good enough evidence to publish and to warn others.
I was caught too! It must definately be a scam! I paid for the trial and R1087.00 was deducted from my credit card account. I did not receive anything from these people and cancelled my credit card now. I wish someone would do something!
I rescind my original complaint against Amabella.
STOP PRESS! I received my samples today. The delay due to the South African postal strike. On reading the correspondence sent with the samples, it seems that if, within 14 days of placing your order, you are not satisfied then you can cancel. If they do not hear from you within that period they will continue to send you the products and deduct R1088 monthly. This is coercive marketing and not customer friendly. I will be communicating with them to say as such. I am expecting 2 full jars, for which I I have been debited, in due course. As I have already cancelled my credit card I should not receive any more products - unless, of course, it lives up to its reputation! In which case I may order some more.
I have had the same experience: paid for the samples which did not arrive. Then noted two debits of R1087 off my account. Have forwarded the information to my bank who do not want to help. I shall still pressurise them to do something though. Others are asking for contact details for this/these rogues taking our money. The only thing to do is to cancel your credit card. I do not see how we will ever get to speak to anyone within that company as I do not think it exists. #Theresa2 above says she received the products. Perhaps she could give us the details of the people she was dealing with or the postal address from where the products were sent so we can do our own detective work. #Rudolphjvv - who, exactly, are you laying criminal charges against? I would also go that route but have no idea who I would be laying a charge against. Please let me know what info you have.
I have also had 2 amounts of R1087 deducted from my account - the one by Skin Bella and the other by Anti Age Cell both on the same day. Good thing I checked on this website - I am going to stop my credit card right now. Needless to say I have received squat for all this money.
I am also seeking legal help! They keep on deducting R1087 x 2 from my account! And I can't reach them and do not receive anything!
I have had two amounts of 1087 deducted from my account and never received any product. Can anyone tell me how to contact these people. I am urgently seeking legal help to assist in getting my money back. Please help...
I have had 6 amounts deducted from my account in 2 months all between R1087 and R1048.
Is there anyway we can get our money back. i have had to stop my card and Nedbank are going to to try to recoup for me. any other suggextions will be greatly appreciated. How dare they publish this on facebook and take innocent people's money
I first purchased from these people in July and received the products, they have now billed me for the second time and no products were sent to me. I am struggling to contact them, does anyone know how to get hold of them. I am desperate.
Theresa
these People just keep on deducting twice every month from my account without receiving the product. please let's all put these complaints on as many social media applications as possible. Do not forget 'hello peter' - believe it is world wide. south african
automatic subscription
Hello,
I have ordered two trial products Veloura anti-aging cream and Alluria anti-aging moisturizing cream form Veloura and was told that I have to pay only for shipping, instead of that I am on some kind of subscription now and they keep charging my credit card every month.
I will cancel this automatic subscription probably to avoid future charges of my credit card. Further I don't want any future products anymore. This manner to do business I don't like. Inform your clients on this matter and no putting someone for a fait accompli. (Accomplished fact).
Kindly regards Ria Koks order number 5174428

Misleading info leads to overcharging
I was offered trial samples of these creams at postage costs only (£3.49 each). The 2 samples arrived but I couldn't collect them straight away. Once I had, since I still had cream in use, I didn't open the packages immediately. Once I did, I saw in very small print, at the bottom of the paperwork, that I had signed up to a regular delivery of these creams at £74.95 each month unless I cancelled and received a 'valid RMA#' within 15 days (counted from the day of dispatch). I was on day 15, but could neither get an RMA# from their contact number, nor could I get them to accept this was unreasonable, if not fraud. The £74.95 x 2 has been deducted and the company do not answer emails. I have twice had an email offering half-price refunds, but when I reply, nothing happens. I see this company has done this to other trusting souls elsewhere.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
hello!
may I ask have you resolved it yet? has anyone been able to get a refund of more than 50%? they claim that they are able to offer refunds only up to 50%. I have a complaint about the same amount as you do.
I filed a complaint on scambook. then the bellagenix-veloura offered 25% first, then I refused and stated my arguments. now they said they can offer half the price.
thank you,
Ivanka, Croatia
free trial scam
I ordered a free trial of veloura but till today I still have not got the items but was charged $199.90 on my credit card. I only agree to pay for the shipping charges not for the products. This was a total scam. I informed the bank on the dispute charges and they’re investigating.

I ordered the free trial of both products and now i've been charged for the full price of both creams. They are not worth the $84.87 and I've seen no signicant results to their claims. No where visible in their advertisement did it say it was only a 10 day trial offer otherwise you would be charged full amount for the creams. I rarely succumb to such advertisements and I now remember too well why not.
I ordered only free trial, but they charged me full amount and used fake advertising to make me believe its free. It's not said that after 10 day trial you have to pay full amount. Stay away!

Ordered trial product from Veloura.net and was told that I have to pay only for shipping. Instead of that I’m on some kind of subscription now and they keep charging my account every month. I will cancel my card probably to avoid future charges.
I ordered the free samples for two products that are supposed to work amazingly together. I received them, didn't like them and was in the process of returning them when I got billed a full amount for one product - I was certainly not given the full trial period stated from when product received rather from when they originally took the P&P. I phoned the company and advised accordingly and after some discussion was advised to carry on with return and that refunds would be sorted. I later found that a further full payment was taken in respect of one product and a half payment taken in respect of the other. Furthermore, I have now received a notice from a debt collection agency informing me that I need to pay a full payment plus costs to them otherwise legal proceedings will commence. What on earth?!
Thankyou all for sharing your experience with this company. When I read about it I thought, brilliant, must get some. BUT - I have been fooled in the past so Googled it and found this site and andeed many others. It has been most helpful reading all your comments and of course, I wont be purchasing this product. Thank you again
They are an absolute joke...I too, was sucked in..ordered product on 20 July 2014. Sample only, 14 day trial, only pay postage blah blah blah.
Product arrived on exact 14 days from shipping date, which was also expiry date of trial. I phoned [protected], at 11.41am spoke to Rick, he said they were experiencing shipping belays and they will extend the trial until 13/08/14. And that NO additional $ would be deducted from my account.
Surprise surprise, I check account this morning and see they took $109.95 on 7/8/14. I immediately get all paperwork and phone customer care, speak to Jenny, totally useless, when I told her that I wish to cancel trial as it gave my skin a rash, she offered 50% discount on the $109.95 and I could keep the product...not sure what part of 'I cannot use the product as it gave me a rash' she didn't understand.
FINALLY gave me 2 RMA numbers, ( 1 for the Veloura and 1 for the Alluria), then when I asked for postal details, phone line suddenly went very bad, as if she was on a mobile in bad service, eventually it cut out. I phoned back several times thoughout the day, only to have same problem...eventually get through at 2.03pm to Jenny, I ask if she is on a mobile as bad reception, no she isn't on a mobile, get postal address from them (Customer Care Returns, P.O.Box 13266, Galashiels, TD 1-9 AP, UK.
Said I needed to send parcel back, with RMA numbers on outside of package, phone them with tracking details, and THEN they would cancel order.
When I asked what happens to the $ they took from my account, without my authority, (I even said I had no $ now until pay day), her reply was that she will speak to a supervisor.
I heard her call out to Henry...then she said supervisor would call me back...I asked when that would be happening her reply 'within 24-48 hrs'... This just isn't good enough.
I phoned my bank and they are looking into getting $$ back for me but suggested I cancel my Visa Debit card, well that would be great but I live 4 hrs from nearest branch, so accessing any funds is impossible until new card arrives...not really an option at this stage, but my bank are still following it up..
Talk about dodgy..wish I had read all these comments before I was there next sucker..
As someone else posted earlier, here are their contact details, a little different postal box number. I for one will be emailing my complaint as a matter if urgency...

I have also been scammed. What is the email address for this company? And the return postal address? It looks like it might be from Belgium but I am not sure. I was so excited about his wonder cream! There is different creams that they advertise, but all the same scam I am sure.
I am also a victim of this scam. What is the email address for them? And the return address?
I orders on 24 June around 2 AM and after my payment for shipment had gone through there was a notification that stated that they will deduct R2174 after 14 days and will continue to push the product to me every 45 days. I then researched the product further and I learnt that a number of customers were unhappy with insufficient disclosure of information .
I immediately sent an email cancelling the order, then called the customer service number on the order confirmation I received by email on the 26th to ask them whether they had received my email cancelling and order made on the 24th- and the answer was no. I was told that it had already been shipped and they said I must wait until I receive the package then I can call them. I changed my credit card details and when I received the package last week, just over a month later I immediately called to ask for their address to send the product back-they said I must wait for 14 days then if I did not want it they can give me 50% discount. I said I can take the offer but I wanted their banking details cause I did not want them to have anything to do with my credit card again. They could not help because the only payment method is through the credit card system.
That is what has helped me because now they will be sending me their return address to return the product, I thank God from saving me from this bad purchase decision.
I have also fallen prey. The company is registered in the UK, please report them to http://www.actionfraud.police.uk/
I will be doing this so we need to all get onto it - power in numbers (despite how foolish we may feel)!
I've also signed up - they took my R70 x 2 for the samples, and then again R1087 x 2 before I've even receive my samples. I did now receive the samples. . . but don't want it anymore... They need to pay back my R1087 x 2 immediately! They are ###!
