They charged me $800 to fix my driver window, while other places quoted me $250. I never gave them permission to do the repair at that price. I got an email saying they did an inspection and found $8,000 worth of necessary repairs.
They said they had courtesy cars available, but that wasn't true. I ended up paying $40 for an Uber. They also didn't wash my car or disinfect it.
I couldn't reach the service department, but I spoke to the GM, Rick, and he was really helpful. He took the time to listen to me and explain the invoice. However, I didn't get a refund for the window.
Time went by, but my gut was telling me that something was still wrong. I cried while driving home, sweating buckets in the 102-degree weather, because my $800 driver window wouldn't roll up. Even though I liked the GM, I'm hesitant to go back. I'm so disappointed in "Helpful Honda".

I'm still waitin' for my warranty refund after 6 months. I sold my car that I bought with a warranty at Keyes Honda. Then I went to their finance department and applied for a warranty refund. They told me I'd get my refund in a couple of months. Now it's been 6 months and I still ain't got my refund.

I've been looking to sell this car fast due to repaying my credit cards, and they promised me the check will be sent out the next day or 2 days after. After 5 days, the Pre own manager called me and told me that they have forgot to ask for 1 more signature. I uber it back to the dealership, handled my signature, and asked for another confirmation that my check will be sending out that week, and he said yes. Since the day after that, I have been trying to contact their business office, and it proceeds to send me to their voicemail. I have called more than 10 times and haven't been able to get in contact with *** or anyone from his team.

However, when I received the bill, I was shocked to see that I was charged $44,668 for the car, with an interest rate of 4.8%. It turns out, I was tricked into signing a sales contract that I didn't even see. The finance guy folded the contract in a way that made it look like I was signing a form for liability insurance. Sneaky, right?
To make matters worse, the finance guy lied to me and claimed that all the accessories were included in the $31,000 price we agreed upon. He reassured me not to worry. The salesperson also misled me about the additional charges, saying, "Don't worry, they're all part of the price." The only honest thing he mentioned was the *** insurance, which I declined because I had no idea they would inflate the car's price so much. According to the law, he should have provided me with a quote showing the price with and without accessories, but he didn't.
Who in their right mind would agree to pay $13,668 more than the car's sticker value? This dealership has taken dishonesty to a whole new level. As a hardworking citizen, I feel taken advantage of by Keyes Honda.
