raw uncooked chicken
On Aug 27 2013, my son drove through KFC's drive through. He ordered 20 hot wings.
They didn't have enough for the order, so they had to cook more. He waited around or about 15 mins, before he received the order. After, returning home, everyone ate and I was the last one to eat. But, when I bit into that drummet, it made me sick to my stomach. It was bloody uncooked chicken. Before noticing the blood, I had consumed the part that I bit...How gross!

I was at the mall and went to order a 3 piece chicken meal.There was only 2 pieces left and the young boy told me it would be 20 minutes for the next piece to be cooked.I took my 2 wings and said I would wait for the other piece.When I went back the boy was horrified that it hadn't even been started.When I asked for the popcorn chicken.he said they were waiting for a shipment and it would be about 2 hours.My experience there at the Richmond Mall was just madness.

wrong food, over charged, poor quality and service
ordered via drive thru. got to window, did not have items I ordered and offered equivalent replacement items. No reciept, no price difference, I got some sort of snack meal with NOTHING that I ordered and it still cost the same as what I ordered. So I was screwed! I have been shorted chicken by them in the past, but never complained. I will never, ever go there again and I will make sure I warn everyone I know about my experience with this KFC Location

I was waiting in line to order the two female workers were talking spanish to them. The cashier Deya asked if she could help within that time the last customer was talking to another female worker in spanish then Deya ignores me and speaks to the ladyin spanish without excusing self and when comes back to take my order i commented to her i thought that it was rude of her and she got snottyer yet when i asked to talk to manager i recieved phone #. by then husband fed up with it all and wanted to leave and we did and will not go there ever again. Funny how managers won't take the time for customers anymore when they have become friends with employees.

Last night around 10.30pm i'm going to this restaurant to buy 3 sets of snack plate. I, m about to dine in, but the lady (manager i guest) said, we can't dine in because they. About to closing, at that time i understand than she make my order to take away. But then a group of philipino came then the staff allowed them to dine in. i was unsatisfied, then i ask why i cant dine in while them (the philipino) can? Then she said, u can dine in but only outside (smoking area) then i ask for plate, but she dont allowed me to have the plate, she said they cant give the plate, i ask how do i eat? She said in the take away box.. What the hell? Then i ask for paper plate or chezzdy wedges box, she refuse to give me. . Until i ask for plate with some rude, so they give it me

bad service not honoring coupons
On this past sunday I printed an internet coupon for kfc for an 8 pc meal for 15.00. This to me is way out of sight for a chicken meal,.., but I was in the mood to splurge. Upon arriving at kfc, I was forced to wait about 10 min since no one was at the register in greeneville, tn. Oh yes, there were people around but they had better things to do than wait on customers. Finally when someone showed up to take my order, I was told they couldn't accept the coupon because the 8 pc meal was on sale for 18.99!. Can I least see the gun before you try to rob me? Needless to say, I told them what they could do with their over-priced 'meal' and left. I will never go back! I urge all others that consider wasting their money at kfc do the same.

worst service ever
Was at the KFC on Innes Road last night and received horrible service. There were already 20 people waiting when I arrived at 6:00PM and already people were complaining about how long they had waited. More than one customer yelled at the staff who seemed completely indifferent. I've never seen worst customer service in my life and was surprised at how agitated every customer was at 1)having to wait over half an hour for a simple order and 2)having that order screwed up. It was acutally quite comical listening to everybody complaining that they would never come back to this location again. Some (like me) mentioned that the this is why they stopped coming to this location in the first place. I understand that it can't be as quick as Macdonald's but 45 minutes is ridiculous and on top of everything else they forgot the gravy I ordered and wanted me to pay extra for it. The staff didn't seem phased that 20 people were so upset yelling at the counter clerk, and swearing.

I am complaining now as I was angered by food theft tonight and recalled a similar instance 3 months ago when I was visiting Sri Lanka with a Canadian friend. My friend Greg Trevor and my family went to KFC at Colombo 3 Galle Road in the afternoon. Greg ordered and paid for a bucket of regular KFC chicken. As we had been away from North America awhile he was licking his lips in anticipation. He was given some other chicken, cooked with spice and looking a local dish and much less in volume. He complained but the manager walked away. Another customer complaining in the queue complained about her fries and ketchup. The manager ignored her too. The woman dropped her food and ketchup (in a bottle) and stormed off. Greg pointed out to the Manager that he should clean the floor. The Manager walked off, familiar behaviour by the employees of Food City local chain. Just to show him, Greg took up the clothes and mop from a side and cleaned the mess. He told the employees who were watching open mouthed that this was how we behave in CANADA. I hope that KFC International can get a partner in Sri Lanka who has Canadian manners!

I was just very rudely spoken to by the GM of KFC because I was given all cold food and complained about it and I have worked in a very upscale restaurant for years and know that no manager is to speak to any guest in that manner and I am so upset about it now that I will never go to that establishment again in my life. He basically told me that I was wrong my food was not cold and that he cooked it himself and knows it was hot and I have eaten at KFC for years and never once have had a complaint ever and I am from MN and our KFC there is absolutely amazing and here they are not great at all

I have been working at a kfc and I do part time but my manager has been paying me late on a few occasions and a few others and also recently to be told I have no hours this week or next week what does this mean does this mean I am not going to have my normal part time hours again or because the company are trying to save money well I'm not going to sit around and wait for the company to pick up as I have a life style and can't be living on thin air .

Sekitar jam 5.15 pm..25.5.2013. Saya tiba di kfc teluk cempedak. Mcm biase agak lama menunggu tapi saya faham dengan keadaan itu. Tiba giliran saya order.. 2set dinner plate berserta 1set colonel burger. Cashier memberitahu saya yang burger akan siap dalam mase 5 minit.. Dan memberikan saya tag number. Sambil itu saya terpandang di bahagian back up yang burger sudah pun siap. Sy meminta seorang pekerja di bahagian costumer servis mengambil burger itu..

Saya: excuse me.. Blh tak tolong tengok burger Saya dah siap belum?
Staff;dah lame sangat je menunggu? Dia ckp Brape minit?
Saya; dia ckp 5 minit Tapi saya nampak dah siap. Tolong ambilkan blh?

Niat saya hanyalah ingin memudahkan kerja staff itu. Tak lebih daripada itu. Memang saya faham kerja yang agak penat dan berhadapan dengan pelbagai manusia Tp, saya tak pernah nak buat perkara sedemikian kepada costumer.. Bagi saya dia adalah salah seorang yg akan menjejaskan reputasi kfc.. Memang patut dia berada di Csc dan bukan sebagai Cashier.. Fizikal staff tersebut berbadan besar, berkulit cerah dan berperwatakan seperti lelaki lembut sedikit.. Saya tersangat sakit hati dengan attitude staff itu. Kalau saya bertanya dalam keadaan marah dan dia memarahi saya semula, saya okay.. Masalahnya cara bercakap seperti menyindir.. Dari 1st Saya tegur dia memang tak ada senyuman. Bukankah Csc harus senyum? Adakah itu budaya kfc teluk cempedak? Isu ini tidaklah besar Tetapi kecewa dengan kejadian tadi dan harap tidak berulang.. TQ.

I have been a loyal customer of KFC for the past 5-7 years.
I have always loved you food and that is what keep me going to KFC all the time.
Now today 4/5/2013 at 3;30 pm, in Sharjah, Buhierah Corniche Branch, I went with a friend of mine to have lunch. after ordering my order i went to the washroom
to wash my hands. the floor was very wet and very slippery and i slipped and fell, slapping my back on the floor.
They DID NOT HAVE any notice stating wet floor and slippery floor and i layed down on the floor for a few seconds cause it was hurting me very bad.
i then got myself up and went to the counter guy named Haani (with the badge stating DRIVER - dunno why a driver is serving my food), and I complained to him about the floor, as i was also very angry that
i fell down. He didn't even care. he showed no remorse.
did not even apologies and asked me with the least of care - what was your order with an appalling attitude.
I was in fumes. then came the cleaning boy named Mohammed, whose responsibility is the cleaning of the floor. I went and asked him why didn't you put
one of those wet floor boards.
and he snapped back at me stating there was only 1 wet floor board and it was put at the entrance of the outlet ( where apparently It was dry when I walked in )
He did not even apologise for not doing his work properly, and did not even care that i was actually hurt in their outlet.
if this was an Arab, they would clearly behave very differently.
I manged to wash myself up and the floor being extra slippery i managed to get out supporting myself on the walls. I then met the store in charge along
with this guy named hanni.Hanni and the manager (who i have also seen in the Al Khan Branch) had a conversation about me, in front of me thinking i don't know Arabic.

and this hani in a careless attitude tells the manager - this guy just fell on the floor and he is angry, like it doesn't even matter.

Where is the basic courtesy of dealing with a a customer. If this was the US, I would have Sued them for this incompetent behaviour, as its against the safety rules ignoring the wet floor notice board.
I want you to talk to these people and teach them manners as to how to deal with a customer especially if he is angry because of the fault of KFC staff in their outlet.
If you check the CCTV footage you will be able to see the incident.

bad food quality makes you sick
Hi, me and my husband ordered cash on delivery from KFC, gurgaon . It included chicken strips, zinger burger, chicken popcorn, garlic bread and pepsi. After eating that in night ... in the next morning my husband started getting loose motion for continuous 3 days then also mushy potty . It looked like some kind of bacterial infection in stomach . It took almost 1 month to recover from that . Doctor guessed that the burger he ate had lettuce which was not properly washed and had worms in it .
Not only this, after few days ... my mother in law also had food from KFC in gomti nagar, lucknow, india . Since then she started having pain in stomach and doctor told there is infection in stomach.
I heard many people eating from kfc AND GETTING SICK . This is disgusting, me and my family are never going to eat from KFC now .
Note : could be they using bad chicken, buying dead or sick chicken, or selling out of date old meals, or may be they using any preservative drugs ... dont know but the food inspector really need to check on their quality .

Don't feel bad. The prices for at least some idems are . Try the doublicous boneless sandwich. KFC, South Main St. High Point, NC USA charges $5.33 tax included for a bun with one piece of boneless chicken, a slice of cheese and a little sauce. What! I'll never eat another one. My wife got 2 pieces of chicken, 2 sides $5.39. It is a rip off!

On the 26th Evening I have ordered KFC to my service residence in Sukhumvit soi 20. After consuming the food 3 hrs later i
was having stomach discomfort and diarrhea. Next day i have bought and taken antibiotic tablets from Pharmacy nearby Terminal 21. and after 5 hrs i could not walk and my whole body cramp.
Then at about 1 am on 27th i have taken a taxi to Camillion Hospital for treatment. Dr has given pain killers, antibiotic, anti vomiting and bascobain tablets. But today is the the 5th day i am still not well and very sick.
I would like to report this to health ministry and take it to media. This is my second time suffering the same.

On april 21/13, went to Fort Frances branch of KFC to place order of 14 pc bargain bucket with med. gravy & med potato salad ($47 Can). After waiting 5 minutes, the jr. clerk then told me it would be 15minutes. got my order at 25minutes after told about wait. it took 35 minutes to place & get my order and it should have been 10 mins max. I ran a kitchen with >700 meals / shift, if there is a delay, let the customer ahead before taking his money under FALSE circumstances. this is very poor service and does not produce good customer feeling. i am not happy with the service and will not be returning to KFC fort frances for long while. allen raoul, [protected]@gmail.com
It is a ritual for us to have kfc e/ry Sun. I went there and spent 38.00
for a bucket of chicken and extra sides for the family dinner. When I
placed my order I told the drive thru. that I wanted no thighs. I told
him that wings or legs would be fine to replace them. He said (that
will be no problem) when I got home I had a bucket full of thighs. I
called to report to the manager, although she did replace the meal
when I went to pick it up, there again a bucket full of thighs. I'm done
with kfc. The chicken is always old and greasy when you do get it. It's

Service standards - i waited 15 minutes before getting served and an extra 10 for my meal and the chips where forgotten this is not the first time it has happend, other occasions I have recevied the hot and spicy chicken when I asked for original recepie.
Food Quality - over cooked or undercooked, and i was served a burger with rotten lettuce.
The staff need retraining on customer service and food prep, this is becoming a joke, and i belive the company needs to reconsider what they training they are giving there staff, all companies that i have worked for in the past have made customer service their first prioity, I dont think that they are taking that into consideration, and also food preperation and attention to detail should be of importance also some people have illergic reactions to spicy foods, and the quality that the food is being served in is ridiculious and it is not healthy.
Ordered 2 drumstick kids meals from the drive through which were wrong when they came ( which was fine as mistakes happen) so took them back into the store to get replaced. To my horror the server went on to put the chicken back in the 'hot store' and not the bin for reuse when they had been out for at least 5 minutes by the time i got back in and served. God only knows what germs are in the chicken now and all this was done whilst standing in front of the manager... shocking! To top off my experience there was a family in having a meal and once finished got up and started to leave the restaurant only to be shouted to " thanks for tidying up your mess, its much appreciated" by the very femanine male server who then laughed as if this was funny!
I cannot stress how much this entire experience has shocked me as the manager was there and as someone who runs their own business i have to say that anyone showing that kind of attitude would have been sacked on the spot for gross misconduct! Abusing customers for something that they should have staff to do is just wrong!
We waked into the rest. with 2 people standing to the side. (Waiting on their order) We proceded to the counter and waited for someone to wait on us. meanwhile taking notice to one girl talking on her cell-phone, 2 gentleman chatting on the back, and another standing in the back and another employee standing at the drive thru. When the cashier arrives her attitude was very harsh! We placed our order which totaled 25.00 and waited. She handed us our cups so we proceeded to go and get our drinks. When we used the machine all it poured our was syrup. All the while the people waiting to the side are still waiting for their food. Complaining about how long it is taking. We then approached the counter again to get new cups because it was so thick in our glasses the lady shouts from the drive thru oh yeah none of those juices work. Well theres no sign posted. Could we please have new glasses. By this time there have been possible 3 or 4 more customers that have walked in and placed orders. The one customer by this point was finally served. The others still waiting when one employee starts asking customers about our order. It was ready. Before the people ahead of us whom by now have said that they have been waiting 20 minutes for their order. They placed our order in to-go bags when we were dining in gave us no silverware or napkins. So back up to the counter again for these items. Another 5 minutes go by and the 1st people that were ahead of us were served. only to find out that they had not completed the order correctly. Still all this time there has not been a sign posted for the beverages my husband and I have been telling customers that the juices were out. one customer finally said something and an employee finally posted a sign on the machine. What a joke that this visit was. the employees were not properly in uniforms. perhaps it's kfc policy that their shirts don't need to be tucked in or that other articles of clothing could be worn. (sweatshirts etc.) I & my husband have managed food establishment and our employees would have been let go with this complaint. Somethings really need changing in this location. Customer service was awful. It only takes one bad visit for someone never to return and only one person to tell another about his location. For it all to unravel.
The Supervisor at the shop at Baulkham Hills namely Anuk Silva was very rude, arrogant and disrespectful to me on Saturday 24/07/10.
The girl at the counter namely Freya served me and was prepared to make minor changes such as original to hot & spicy etc. She was also prepared to give me a senior's discount as I am a senior.
This bright guy comes along and cancels every thing and told me "Take it or Leave it ". This was all after the girl at the counter had done all the necessary formalities. I did take it but told him that I would complain.

When you go to a resturant at11:30 they should have food cooked. This is a fast food resturante. I and my daughter had to wait 35 minutes for them to have our food ready. There was no chicken cooked. One of the workers completed of having to give out desserts because we had to wait. I WILL not recommend KFC again nor will I dine in ever. This was the worst experience I have had eating at KFC. The matter of their $1000 drawing. I do not believe in this contest and I believe this is a way to get people to come eat at KFC.

went to kfc/taco bell in south side of knoxville, iowa .Made our order and no ice in the machine. Lady said she was too short to fill it. So she gave us about a third cup of ice. No sweet tea .Then they forgot to bring up my wifes order and had to remind them. After we sat down they told us they were closing and to let them know when we were done so they could let us out.I think that was very poor service. If we knew they were closing we would have went somewhere else.

KFC announced of their new promo for 2 pieces chicken for only P99.00. Showing a poster with 2 pcs chicken and a rice. When I availed of the promo.. i asked for a leg and thigh.. they charged me P121.00 telling that only a wing and a leg can avail of such promo.. now where in the poster said have explained that that promo is only for a wing and a leg?

late delivery of food
I have ordered online via www.kfchk.com for a bucket meal and got my confirmation in email. It is stated there that my order will arrive at 14:12 of that day and will take 80mins. So I waited for it to arrive at the specified time. I understand that their restaurant might be busy because it is a sunday and i am willing to wait 80 mins. as indicated. I waited for the time but wasn't delivered on time. I think 80mins. is long enough for them to prepare and deliver the food on time including traffic jam and business of the store. But the store where it is coming from is not that far from my place and may only take 10 mins. from one point to another. I am complaining because this results from a poor management. How can someone deliver late when 80 long mins are already allotted and the store is just close by? If there is expected heavy traffic, why not take other routes or leave earlier to get things delivered on time? This is not acceptable. By the way the store manager's name is Heidi Ho Yuen Lok. And she is very arrogant and sort of not good in speaking to customers.

KFC's delivery service seems to be taking a downswing, as whenever we place orders, we find one thing or another missing. Last time it was a whole meal, the second time low-quality cheesecakes with half the ingredients absent - both times, I let it go.
However once again, they delivered it, this time conveniently missing out the cookies.

Why did they come back if the quality wasn't going to be the same?
Texture, taste, size, packaging; it's all bad and the frosting has sort of a gray tinge to it. Ding Dongs: The cake is dry and the flavor is not there, there is not enough filling but it's also a bad taste anyway. The size is smaller and they look more like the quick bread rolls that come in a tube after they have been cooked. What happened to the thick hockey puck shape they used to be? What happened to the snap of the chocolate coating when you bite into it and then blissful moist cake underneath with creamy, yummy filling? What happened to the foil wrappers? Twinkies: I can admit I'm not a real twinkie fan but it seems twinkies are the same as the ding dongs. My kids commented when I surprised them with twinkies in their lunch. When hostess was gone I bought one set of knockoff and stopped. My kids didn't like them. Their comment was "wish the good one's were still around. Nobody can make them the same."
Get it together Hostess! I wrote a review to the company website and said the same thing. These are nowhere close to what they were before and their looking toward a 2nd bankruptcy if they keep the product the way it is.
Which is why i'm a vegetarian. I don't have to worry about bloody murdered animals not fully cooked on my plate.
You want good chicken? Go to Church's in Roseville MI. It's worth the drive. No...I don't work there or own the place. They just do good chicken; like the Church's in San Antonio used to do when I lived there (which at least used to be, headquarters). There are a lot of other places you go for chicken wings, which are a different issue altogether.
Don't you know that KFC has a very bad quality of food?
I prefer much more Johnny Rockets..
