KFC Crispy chicken portions

The portions are extra small and not worth for money spent. This is happening almost every time. As a international product we as consumers expect certain standards to be maintained. We as consumers don't pay less than the amount said, we pay exactly what you ask us not a penny less, then why are we getting this kind of service, is this how you earn your millions cheating consumers all over the world. When it's an international business organization it must be responsible and should act.

KFC HR manager

KFC Egypt become very bad service . Please change your head manager and ignorant employ in call center . I think they are addict from their responses and neglecting our orders. Excited to have KFC zinger wings as I am a spice fanatic, I bought 10 zinger, "zinger" being the operative word her e, left Canal Walk shopping centre, got to my destination started eating, only to find no zing in the wings, was not even the normal favourable recipe. Very disappointed

We had 3 piece tenders last night that comes with prepackaged cookie. My husband ate both. The last one was at 10 pm. With in an hour he's was light head. He has vomited twice this morning. Including the cookie! I have photo of the packaging... Mary Foor [protected] I will Dall them when they open. Also drive threw gurl at the window was not wearing PPE 😡

KFC Client service

Two cars standing infront of me and Kfc was not busy stood in drive through for 30 minutes and did not even ordered yet. Real bad service two ladies even fight with a client when asking what was taking so long and they also decided not to order and passed the last window as well as me I also did not order just left kfc de aar will not see me again. Will rather go and buy roosters much better service

I order food on 02/June and I got the order number. But they didn't deliver the order. I complained 3 times from their support link and I called them 6 times and they said it will come and it will come. Now it's 20 days over

KFC Double debited on online order

Hi 

On the 28th of Feb 2020, I have ordered kfc online from the Bram Fischer branch in Randburg. Upon checking in my order I received an sms saying that my order did not reach the kitchen. However the money had already been deducted from my account. 

The manager in charge  Tshepo said he did not receive my order. So I ordered  again.My second order went through fine and the money got deducted from my account again.

So kfc has double debited my account. I went to query this with Tshepo on the 4th of March 2020 and he said he will speak to his manager and let me know. I still haven't heard from him.

Also note that the manager didn't know anything about the online system or didn't even know the contact details for them. He also mentioned that they not have any dealings with them and that I should contact them directly to query this. HOW?

So I have sent an email to the customer care email address. Kgomotso contacted me and said the branch manager Shiela will contact me. Which she did. She asked me for my 7 day bank statement. I have provided my bank statement to Shiela and she said she will contact me. A few days later she did contact me and I informed her that no one has been contact with me regarding the refund.

I have sent numerous emails to Kgomotso again. I had no response.

I'm still waiting for my refund. This is absolutely ridiculous.

KFC Food

I ordered a chicken meal thawed distasteful. The coke was very dry probably not an dressing and the chicken was also very dry especially for white meat! I was very disappointed! May not go back there! The biscuit as the only item that was up to par. I never had this problem before when ordering any food from KFC. Also the restaurant doors was closed at 10:22am even th the restaurant was open at 10:00 am!

KFC Sales manner, not willing to do business, and return the payment

Original I brought 3 combos cost me hkd 147 dollar, there were totally 6 pcs of chicken pieces, at the beginning the sales lady name judy, the service manner is totally unacceptable, since I have allergy for eating lower legs, and asked for 1 pcs more upper leg instead of lower leg, the lady with bad manner and insisted not to change one lower leg, then I asked manager to make decision, the shop manager was with bad manner and debit the payment to me. It means the manager refused to change legs to upper legs and prefer not to sell the goods to the customer.

KFC I am complaining about the Wingham Ontario location. Very greasy chicken and dark in colour.

I purchased a 6 piece box of chicken for $10.00 plus tax. We were having to eat it on our drive back home to Goderich. We would have turned right around to return it if we didn't have to travel an hour to get home.
I am submitting pictures of the darkness and the grease that was on the chicken and at the bottom of the box. This was so disgusting.
We feel that they obviously have not changed the oil for some time and our chicken was dripping with it and tasted terrible.
We had very greasy chicken there the last time we traveled to Wingham and with this happening again, this time being the worst we have ever experienced from there, I just had to let you know what is going on there.
