My partner visits KFC drive through (Crownhill retail park, Plymouth) every Friday and/or Saturday evening whilst caring for a young adult with high functioning autism. Due to her needs, as you can imagine she likes everything in specific way & KFC is part of her routine. This is the second time over the last month or so that parts of the order had been missed. This causes us issues for the rest for the evening. In addition, on Saturday 7th November, we ordered 2 x large trilogy meals, which were very small portions & the wow box meal was missing (her meal). I look forward to your reply & solution.
