12/1/2023 at Kia of Frisco in Texas [protected]
Set up an appointment for my Kia Stinger 2022. Light on the front passenger side that lights up the feet went out. Understandable I first order the part or at least that is what I thought. Even got two messages on text too about how the part came in. Last Text was this past Saturday 26NOV2023. So I set up an appointment for the following Saturday at 2:20 pm and it was confirmed. I show up and the service employee says he cannot find the part nor who ordered it. He runs around for 20-30 minutes and tells me he cannot find it. So I tell him lets order it again and give me some paperwork so I can have a paper trail. I am US army vet and was an SGT and know that when it comes to Equipment you need to have a paper trail. So I got the paperwork and now waiting on it. This is the third time I have come to Kia of Frisco in Texas and it has been a nightmare. I am a fan of Kia and I love my Kia stinger. I am of Korean descent and have pride in it. I am also a veteran and have experience managing soldiers. I yelped my experience, and I got a message to contact the service manager. I call him and of course goes straight to voicemail. Then when I get there and I ask to talk to the manager he is not there. There needs to be some accountability. I still need to get my remote start fix but dreading dealing with them again. I am going to try another Kia to see if the service department is better. I have done service in North Carolina for my Kia in the past and it was a far better experience. Please do something about this because this tarnishes the car brand. Ya'll need people who have some pride and responsibility!
