the new set up is terrible, it's not working I have a hard time loading
Also alot of my game players are having a hard time also cant send lives please can we go back to the original it was so much fun and easy the set up to me is confusing especially when your used to the other one i hardly play it now, , please go back to the old one, also it runs very slow there is to much going on with this one, , you have to send this and that and most of the time my game players are not getting there lives, , i think its hard to move on to the next level dont know why it was changed but it should go back to the other one, , i hope people have complained, , ty

I've encountered some kind of technical glitch on Level 1683 ... I've retried the level no less than 6-times and the same exact thing happens:
In this level you have to collect (11) Soda Bottles. As soon as you read the 10th collection, the "box" where the majority of bottles come from begins bouncing back & forth uncontrollably and the game "seizes" up, not allowing for any moves whatsoever. I've already used and lost several of my purchased 'boosts' trying to get passed but to no avail.
Please look into this for me, fix, and let me know, either once it is corrected, or what, if anything I'm supposed to do.

Level 1125. I spend A LOT of money on Candycrush! Today around 1:10 MST I only needed 1 more jelly to win this hard level. I had already used a lot of gold bricks on the level. I chose to spin the wheel to win more plays. Well, it took my 7 gold bricks but would not stop spinning. I tried everything and finally had to close the game out and reopen it. SO FRUSTRATED! Not only did it take my $ (bricks) but now I have to redo this hard level again! Makes me want to delete the game off of my phone!

I have been a long time player and supporter of candy crush and I have to admit there's much that has changed and I feel like I've been robbed in a way. I got hooked on this game and have played it non stop ..even when I'm not supposed to be on the phone. My biggest complaint about your game is I feel you purposely get people hooked on the game in hopes they will continuously throw nickels and dimes at you for boosters, advance to next episode immediately, etc. I have to say that it's not fair to us consumers who work hard enough for our hard earned dollars only to be presented with an obstacle of choosing to pay up front or wait 72 hours to play the next episode. I've seen cool features disappear over the past few years especially Otis the owl. I feel you took that option away because people could play a little bit for free so you wouldn't get a "profit" off of it. We as a population of this planet have adapted to the new technologies and devices that have been developed over the years. The cell phone has been the one thing that today's world cannot live without and playing games on it in leisure time are just one of the bonuses of being able to kill time in difficult waiting times such as at the doctor's office, on public transportation, etc. Why do we have to live in a world where we are reeled in by deceptive game makers who want you to pay an arm and a leg just to keep playing a game that we enjoy. Listen I understand that you have a business to run but can't you meet your consumers half way somehow? Bring back Otis the owl or offer some "simpler" ways to advance to the next level in main game play. It's too much because it's making me start to wonder if I should call it quits. I would just like to see a business actually care about their customers instead of deceiving them and making them empty their wallets so you can laugh your way to the darn bank. I know no one will care about me writing this but it's one less customer and perhaps more will follow and add up. It's a shame because I enjoy this game.
level 257 on candy crush saga.
I have been playing Candy Crush Saga up to level 257 so far. Now, When I Clear the items, a wrapped candy and a stripped candy (1 of 3 items I have to clear) The game Will NOT count it done. I have done it Many Times now. Also, a few times it would Not count the chocolate bomb and a stripped candy either When I got it. So there is NO WAY I can go to the next level. I made a complaint earlier Today. Now not Only will it NOT count them. But it also took My Picture off of My name on the game. Can you please help me? Thank You very much.
purchase of boosters and game glitches
I requested a refund for 9.99 in gold bars never received, no response, then last night I was trying to get game 2640 (which is impossible without buying) and tried to extend the game by using bars, each time the game took the bars and never let me play. After using $5.40 in bars and then buying $2.00 more trying to get the game to open up I gave up. I was at 600, 000+ points and had 20 moves that I never got to use.
What a scam. I have a picture of the board but now here to post it.
piggy bank rewards not accessible
The rewards to collect gold bars in the piggy bank is not allowing me to open and access the 100 gold bars I collected. It says it's full so I should be able to use it, but there is no way to access. The open bar remains inactive. I've complained twice and had no response nor assistance. Why set a reward if you are not going to actually keep to the promise?

When I level up with the earned stars, I am able to claim 5 extra lives, but I have to claim them right away and if I have 4 or 5 already, it doesn't do me any good to claim them. I pretty much just lose them! It would be nice if I had 4 lives and I level up, then I could have 9 or claim them at a different time! Also, it would be nice to claim the 2 hour play at different times too!

trying to contact king regarding problem with candy crush
I went to the King web site - customer service and completed the inquiry form. Part of the process is the 'reCaptcha Verify' I completed that process, the box had a 'check mark', but when I pressed 'send' I kept receiving a message to complete the captcha process which I could not do since it had a 'check mark'. Even their website doesn't work! I was trying to report the following problem:
Playing level 1965 for days and days and days and never got over 20, 000 points - most of the time less than 10, 000 even though I was using boosters, etc. Today I got to 32, 000 and decided to buy extra moves. The first buy for 10 coins, showed the 5 moves available, but immediately the end of game message popped up saying I could buy more lives for 16 coins. Now shows that I have 10 moves, but I got the same end of game message. I have screen shots if you are interested. Very Annoying.

I achieved level 1970 without unearned aids and I am pretty proud of that. But when I beat one of the challenges and in attempting to claim the prize, I was tricked into PAYING for some gold pieces. The pace of play and the change in the interface tricked me into paying. I feel this is very deceptive on your part. The amount charged is not objectionable but the method is.
I am requesting a refund.

I have asked numerous players, all of them stated they had never one. One person said they did and it never showed up with count. The new updates of candy crush are making the game overly heavy. Candy crush was addictive as it was. Now though it's gotten a bit frustrating as it takes overly long to load now! Once loaded it causes browser to freeze, often midgame, which is specially frustrating on time sensitive levels... You can't divert your attention to the cell phone for the minute or two taken to unfreeze. 30 min to next life... The game restarts often and at times crashes... And then it takes ages to reload.
If you are trying to help your competition, I gotta tell ya! You're doing a damn good job!
I am having a problem with the new edition of candy crush.
It will not download on 3 different computers. Once it did download to one computer, but was then too slow to play. I am a faithful player and will no longer deal with this if you do not fix the problem and go back to the old version. If it's not broke it doesn't need fixing. You messed up big with this move. An angry customer. Hope you can do something soo to fix this.
seriously tired of time sensitive (hourglass) games
I don't understand why this game Creator wants me to HURRY up and loose 5 games & close out frustrated due to 45 second time limits. I see this (Hour Glass) show up and get angry not happy to be playing the game. Theses are supposed to fun and challenging, not frustrating and annoying so I thought. I move on to other games and give them my 💰. You loose not me.
I am on level 2607 in Candy Crush. The timed levels can be very annoying if you cannot get any candies that will extend your time. But it is also a good section to help build up your speed with your thinking and problem solving skills. Don't give up. And don't take it so seriously. It is, after all, just a game.
I am complaining about the system
I am very frustrated because I was able to successfully finished level 450 and then my tablet became dead because no more battery life. So I charged my tablet and then I went back to continue playing thinking I will be on level 451. I am very surprised and irritated that I am still on level 450. I don't want to repeat that level again because it is not fair, I already passed that level. It just so happened that right after I finished the level my battery went dead. Please, help! I really don't want to do level 450 again because I already passed it. Is there a way for you to check my candy crush saga? I will appreciate it very much if you can fix this problem. I am 62 years old and it is quite difficult for me to play this game and every time I finish a level, I am so happy. Please, help!

My complaint involves the game I have downloaded on my phone. This has happened to me on at least two occasions. I have purchased a package and I have only received the coins but not the other things in the offer such as 8 of each of the special candys. One instance was the 35.00 package and one was the $15.99 package on both I only received half of what was being offered in the package. Several times when I have won a chest, but have not taken it right at that moment because it was either in the middle of the night, or I had other things to do, when I returned to retrieve my prize, it has disappeared, even though there was still time before the contest expired.
