King.com My wife is addicted to candy crush badly

Hi

I am writing to let you that the love of my life has been giving zero importance to me every time she is playing candy crush, it's been six years now and I can't take it any more.
We got married after a relationship of 5 years and even at this very moment while I am writing this to you my wife is giving all her attention to the game.
She is so much into it that She can't help it... last time I saw she was playing level No.3933.. I am going nuts about it.
Do something to help me out here else I have no option but to start a campaign against candy crush.

King.com Candy crush customer support and service

I spent over $2000 on booster and lives. It was all taken. I contacted customer support only to be lied to I sent verification documents of my purchase from apple and my bank. I was told that I would either get my money or what I purchased only to be told I'm not getting nothing and I was not going to get a reply back I have been supporting this app for years to get treated like oh well no I need I need a refund for my purchase

King.com My level was 491 all r a sudden it dropped to level 1 and I lost all my prizes

I sent to play game of candy crush and for some unknown reason my status level went from level 491 down to level 1 and I lost all the prizes I had eared such took me a very long time to do I want back what is mine ok

King.com Loss of rewards

Why is it i lost all my booster wheel and treat calendar rewards?! I logged in and they were just gone...Gone I tell you :) It's as if Jenny was hungry and the only thing she could find to eat was my rewards. I try to push them to the back of the snack drawer but alas, she must of found them. I have put up a note in company break room, but I know it was her...please do the right thing and give them back!

King.com Bubble saga

I paid for 10 each spells and 500 gold bars. I never received the spells.
This is the second time it has happened.
The first time was 6 spells each now this is 10 spells each.
I like playing the game but I do not like losing money and not getting what I paid for.
I would this resolved quickly.

Desired outcome: for. Want all my spells or a full refund of 64.99 plus the fees.

I am currently playing game 4182. I earned a selection of boosters to help with the very hard game. I claimed them and instead of adding them to my current total, my entire booster collection was eliminated. I only had 1 or 2 of each booster left so I was trying to get a bit of help. Obviously, at this level you know I am a serious player (79 year old lady). Would at least like the boosters I did still have replaced so i can continue to play. Thank you. Look forward to keep moving up in the game.

During gameplay you are awarded 'gold bars' for clearing a round or some epic achievement. I have a 'Full' piggy bank of gold bars 50 to 100 it looks like, but during gameplay when I am required to continue a game in order to win the level it requires 10 gold bar's. I have 9 available in gameplay and I cannot release any gold bars from my piggy bank at all and instead the game takes me straight to their shop to purchase gold bars..I don't need to purchase gold bars I have 100 in my piggy bank..Release them to me, instead of trying to force me to pay for extra I do not need as I already have gold bars in my piggy bank!

During gameplay you get awarded hammers, lollipops rockets to delete candies, the screen flashes extremely quickly of your new award of lollipops, rockets and the such but upon checking my allowance you do not get them! So where are they? I never pay at all for anything in this game as it is clearly a game that uses tactics to get you hooked, 'It is free after all..' but is it..No it's a game disguised as a convenient cash cow for the developers and owners and it is dangerous to young people as it encourages gambling, risk taking and is a plain old blatant scam!

Desired outcome: Fine the company, sanction them.

Just another game to scam people out of money. Game controls are constantly changed. When they do this you might think your clicking on one thing when your really clicking on a button to do another thing. Case in point. When you lose a level you "had" the option of retrying the game by hitting the retry button or you could hit the X that is in the same area. Now all you have is the X button or you can use the coins you've collected. But.. If you have no coins it will automatically take you to another page where you can buy coins or other things that will allow you to continue the game you were on.

King.com Account debited with incorrect amount

This is not the first time this has happened, I purchase boosters for R199 & you debit me with R399, this has occurred on numerous occasions, this is stealing. someone needs to contact me to sort this out. This should not happen at all, I have tried to reverse the amount but to no avail .
I will be filing a complaint with the ambutsman to get all my money refunded

Why is a game like this allowed to take unauthorised amounts from a persons bank account. In a real, every day scenario in a shop or store the company would be liable! How much longer are customers going to be left out of pocket and cheated by this game. When is some official body going to step in and halt them and their cheating, nefarious scams

King.com Candy crush

After spending hundreds of dollars a year to purchase boosters, yes I know that's pretty stupid, and this is the end. I keep losing the boosters that I purchased because my game glitches on my iPad and I have to delete it, when I refresh the game I have lost everything I've purchased. Candy Crush tells me the gold bars aren't taken away when this happens although other purchases may be taken away, however I purchased a large amount of both gold bars and boosters right before my game glitched on November 13, when I refreshed I only had three gold bars left and none of the boosters, this is happened before but not by such a significant amount. Candy crush has basically told me through a series of emails there is nothing they can do.

King.com Game not loading after already playing a level it tells me I don't have an internet connection!

On the mystery mountain game after playing a level or two and trying to go to the next level it tells me I don't have an internet connection. This has happened three times already and this time for the past two wks in a row. I usually buy gold bars from you but if this crap continues I will no longer buy or play your game. There is not point in buying or playing if I can not win free gold bars! One promotion going on rite now is if you rescue 250 pets and complete the levels you win 50 gold bars, but there is no way I can even try if it doesn't let me. This is very frustrating since I enjoy playing but am about to give it up if you can not fix this problem... Thank you

It's in possible to win! Not enough room to collect to build square candy and how in the heck you can get to the bomb in the cage! Love the game and have been playing for years. I'm having a problem with apple. I've bought extra life's and been charged but I'm not getting them. Anyway, I'm sending them normative for that. I thought with extra life's old gave a better chance or at least I could hit the bomb and explode it before it burst

This is my 2nd complaint, and I did not get a response to my first one about my pot of gold that has disappeared.
I have finished so many levels and my pot should be full of 60 gold coins. No pot! Where did it go?
This was a better feature to buy 60 coins for $2.99.
You guys have taken away all the fun features of cc
I'm on level 7670, and this might be my final attempt in requesting you to bring back the Sugar drops, free wheel, and now the pot of gold .
I just cannot justify paying for boosters and extra time anymore!

I paid $4.99 in order to play candy crush soda for an additional 2hrs I was only allowed 15 min. And was then cut off, this money was immediately deducted from my regions bank account. I am expecting a full refund. If you need my full bank account number I can send it to you via email or however you suggest

I want to delete my account. I went to the king.com website. It say: no cancellation possible. I didn't want to believe that. I researched on google. You have to contact customer care in writing. You have to fill out a form. Later you get an email with requests you have to fullfil. Look at it below. You must do them a favour of recalling your entire "playing history" in writing. In this way they mke it impossible for you to delete your account. This is terrible. King.com LTD is a terrible company who does not repect customers.

all the email addresses you have used to contact us from or to create a Kingdom account with.
Due to the way our systems operate, if you have used any of the services below we would also need to you do the following:

If you have played Paradise Bay, please let us know your Game ID. You can find this by clicking on Settings in the top left- hand corner of the game, this will open the menu and here you can find the ID in the lower right-hand corner.

King.com Pet rescue saga

I am on level 2626 and also on level 8 of the challenge.. I have collected a golden pet 4 times, and each time it only registered as one of the three golden pets. This was in an hour session. Later today, I collected a total of three golden pets and the same thing happened. Please fix this problem.

I have been playing your games for many years but I am disgusted to find a user profile photo of a man called Nathan masturbating. It is very clear that he has his hand down his trousers and is playing with himself. How can you as a so called responsible company not monitor the photos that users show of themselves ?
I am an adult but obviously many of your players are not. I have warned all my friends to check what their children are seeing. You have a huge responsibility to check these photos and remove anything that is not appropriate. I suggest you get this filthy photo removed immediately. I will be taking this further.

Whenever I start playing a game whether it be soda or saga it will start then it will stop and go back to the home screen for that game I don't want to stop playing these games because I like them but if this comtinues I might have to uninstall these games. I hope you will fix this problem right away because their are a lot of people who enjoy playing these games including me. Like I said I would highly recommend you fix this problem
