my boosters
I had just realized in the past 2-3days i dont have the same amount of boosters i used to have. Some are not even there even though i know i had a fair amount. I express my concern as i have paid for some of them over the course of time. A little frustrated as i feel i didnt get what i paid for.
soda saga
I was happily playing level 180, which I had been stuck on for a few days. I got it down to one bubblegum to remove so decided to buy the extra gold bars (55 @ £3.99) so I could use some to finally get off this level, as I only had 2 left. Purchase went straight thru, and it returned me to the game...only for the damn game to crash, therefore losing the level, again, and also 9 bars of gold! I wouldn't care, but this is becoming a habit! This is the 3rd or 4th time this has happened, the game crashing after paying for gold bars, then I lose that lifs AND the gold bars! I am seriously getting fed up with this now!
All the pop ups are ridiculous. I just want to play the game and I have to go through five plus pop up screens about events and status etc to just f@@@@ing even play. I just close it down every time. There are other games out there

I have been playing Soda Crush every day for 65 days straight. I usually play in the mornings on the same device. When I went to play this morning, I was booted back to Day 1 and therefore lost all of the candy and 30 minute free plays. 2nd time this has happened.

I'm on Level 1358 and am getting more and more upset with the way my purchases of gold coins have been handled. I noticed some of the other comments are similar to mine. I buy the coins, especially when I am just about to finish a level needing only one or two more candies left to conquer. My coins disappear but I am still charged for them. This is theft, plain and simple and I also want either my money back or get credited for the coins I bought.
I also bought extra moves on soda level 259. I twice matched the last candy, once with a normal 3-match, once using a colour bomb. But the game refused to spread the jam over the last candy. I'm annoyed AND FEEL CHEATED. King, promote me to next level or refund my £1.49 !

Did a factory reset on tablet. After reset and syncing with FB I see I am left with nothing! I had over 50 friends free gifts etc... I had numerous boosters and now there all gone! Wtf!?! This is the only game that robbed me of free gifts. All other games were the same after syncing with FB. I was also robbed of 9 gold bars once. They just disappeared one day. I also paid 1.99 to get help on a level. While having to pay the money you are moved to another app thus closing the level you needed help with and starting you off at the beginning of the level again and then not needing what you just paid for! I'm starting to think king candy crush rips you off on purpose. They have become money hungry! I have contacted them before and heard nothing back. Well I would like it all back, thank you. I don't expect to hear from you but if so maybe you care for the consumer that allows your business to succeed.

I paid to receive the 20 bars of gold 2 hours unlimited lives and bonus boosters and I did not get my gold or extra boosters the $1.99 that was removed from my account is proof of my purchase! I would appreciate prompt attention to this game error! I very much enjoy this game and have been playing it for almost 4 yrs.! I would like to continue doing so however I like more, getting what I have PAID for!

Every time I get the jackpot on candy crush it will stop on the jackpot clearly I won the jackpot then it will jump a couple of seconds later I have one of the most up to date laptops with all brand new hardware the best on the civilian market, so in retrospect the game is rigged and if the jackpot is rigged I guarantee more of the game will be rigged like levels so we buy more lives not that I can prove this, however I have screen shots and videos of the jackpot scam on the spinning wheel.

Hi since i have selected the option to update. My candy crush saga is not launching.
Also my level was 300 and after a technical problem the level went to one. If it is connected to Facebook then it should not go one.
Please note that level 775 had a bug where it reflects 3 candy needed to reach the bottom instead of 4.please see attach pics to understand the issue.

I am tired of losing the lives that are sent to me . I am tired of being kicked off of the game ! I have RA ( I am sure you know what that is ), so my hands don't work as fast as I wish they could . When a game level has a timer or there are bombes or what ever, I lose my games because my hands move slow . Why don't you consider the elderly when you design your games ? I enjoy playing games online that I don't have to wait to play . I do Jigsaw World and other games more than others because there's NO time limit . Candy Crush Saga frustrates me because of the thing mentioned above . I would like to be able to enjoy the game !

Just paid the .99 cents to get the 2 hours of extra lives on the Ipad for Candy Crush. Purchase was made at 6:03, at 6:23, the game said I was out of lives. The same thing happened to my son earlier in the day. I either want my money back, or they need to honor what they advertise. I am sure with enough complaints to the BBB about erroneous or unauthorized charges will make them change their minds about ripping people off.

Here is something you can do to get extra lives go into your settings on your computer or phone or whatever go into the date change your date 1 day off then reload the game do not start the game but you will see you have all 5 lives then go back into settings and reset the date go back into the game and you will have 5 extra lives!

While playing Candy Crush, the game alerted me that if I passed 10 levels of Bubble Witch Saga II, I would receive 6 lollipops and a complete re-fill of lives. Twenty minutes later, I had reached level 11 of Bubble Witch Saga II and was more or less told 'congratulations, here's your prize', but was disappointed because I had not received either like promised. I'm aware that you cannot give me my 20 minutes of life back, plus the 10 initial minutes it took to file this complaint, but I WOULD like what was guaranteed to me. I paid and had 4 hours of infinity life. . . I will never again use my money in this game and i am even contemplating if i want to continue playing. . . The 'play-on' button is too close to the 'finish button' while playing candy crush on my iphone and I have wasted many gold bars and much money because of this!
It should ask if you are sure you want to continue playing on. It is very easy to hit the wrong button. I have spent money on these bars and I hate it when I lose them for NO game play!

I have been playing candy crush on my mobile devise for about eight months. Throughout this process I have paid money to cross into a new level (When the alternative is waiting a few days). A week ago, when I connected the game to facebook, it reverted me back to level 161 (I had been on level 368). I have since emailed with various representatives from candy crush (It's always a new person who writes back, no one will speak by phone, no one gives answers as to how they will help me). This is an issue that candy crush is indeed aware of. A few days ago, one of the representatives wrote:

This has never been made aware to any of its users, and thus they are willfully allowing us to waste time and money without warning anyone that this can occur. Now they say they cannot fix it (Which I find dubious since I believe the technology to rectify this is indeed available). I haven't asked for much, just to be restored to the level I have paid for (With money and time).

What the heck, this is a very popular game. So why so many problems, lose boosters, won't load past 39 percent, game seems very rigged, friends send me tickets I can't use why don't you be honest with your words and rules. Also advertising free boosters not true!

Same exact thing is happening for me - won't load past 39%.
I can't speak towards the other issues, but when there is a specific point a program keeps freezing at, it usually indicates a software issue. Be certain you are using the latest version of Flash installed and don't have anything causing a conflict. Overheating hardware or connectivity problems are another issue.
If other people are able to play the game while you are freezing up, problems with the game itself become less likely, in my experience.

Over a month ago I tried to make some purchases from Candy Crush. When I went to purchase, it said my payment was high risk try back later. Well I did. Next thing you know I look at my checking account and I got charged for every time it said that message even though I got nothing in return. I contacted Candy Crush numerous times and all I kept getting was an automatic message in return. Till finally they said they were going to look into it. It has now been a month and they have still not returned my money and still have not responded back like they said they would. They look an extra $30.00 out of my checking account. If you notice they have no easy way for you to contact them. There is no phone number anywhere.

I have the game Candy Crush on my iPod Touch and it crashes a lot and every time it crashes I lose a life. I just lost 5 lives in a row because it crashed every time I attempted to play it. Sometimes it crashes right when I start a game and sometimes it crashes when I'm in the middle of a game. And once when I was on a level in the 30's it crashed and started me all the way back to the beginning at level 1. It's very frustrating. Please fix!
