Im a regular costumer at Kohls.I love to shop there especially if they have clearance sale.Most of my stuff i got it at kohls.Everytime i shop there, cashier used to ask your email add for coupons.I love it coz i save alot for their $5 coupons.I used different emails everytime i shop (my husband emails and sisters).I never had a a problem using my coupons in the past.This 2days ago while shopping at kohls i used my coupons (me and my husband) to purchase kitchen stuff.This one cashier told me i cant use coupons anymore, since i used it with her 2consecutive days.I ask her why, she said 1coupon per costumer.I can understand that but i didnt use the same coupons.I recieve coupons every now and then everytime i shop at kohls..The 3rd day i shop again since they have 3day sale.I love those cupcakes jar and basket.What that nasty cashier did was followed me, not obvious but i know what she's doing..When i was in a cashiers line, waiting for my turn, i saw that nasty cashier phone the cashier where i am, then the cashier look at me.I know she talked to her about me using those coupons..I never thought they can do that..I hate to say this coz i love kohls, I think i need to change my shopping place.i shouldnt be treat like that, since im still a costumer..My husband is planning to file a complaint to the manager about the attitude of this cashier.They should know the value of costumer.They lose costumer if they let those nasty cashier act like they own the store...

Im not using fake emails.Im using email of my husband and sister.Why kohls keep asking email if they wont allow costumer used coupons?Well i think they should include it in restrictions, 1coupon for a lifetime use!very clear to costumer like me.

I do respect workers, coz i am a worker too..I understand what you mean.I do love to shop at kohls and everytime i shop there, they ask for email add, so i ask them back can i use different emails, they agree and sometimes they even said use different emails to get a new coupons again.Sometimes i ended up having 5coupons since sometimes i forgot to print and bring my coupons when i shop, so what i did is bring all of it and try to use it before it expired. All of us wanted to save.I work 48hrs a week so i do value and make sure my spending is worth it...I just dont like some cashiers who talk hurtful.I know they just doing they're job.I can take it if she talks nice and reasonable, but threatening me like im doing illegal is not fair...I give credit to those cashiers at kohls who is very nice, i even do the survey and rate it as what they deserve..I respect all people around me and i think i deserve to be respect too...

woman i don't think you understand. i work at kohls. and the managers don't give a flying spit about cashiers. the highest... the absolute highest they will ever pay us is 7.50. we get yelled at and threaten for letting customers use these coupons more than one per person. and we also get [censor]ed at for not asking for emails. and more importantly. credit... you have no idea how many times i get talked ### to for not getting a credit. This wonderful economy is great for asking people to get a credit card. i always say yes mam no mam, i use to haul steel, i don't have a problem with working, im not lazy. with my dad and work for a the craziest chef in north carolina and i have never been so disapointed with a job in my life. its not the cashiers fault. please believe. we want you to save money. i understand what broke is when you work exactly 39 hrs a week because they will never let you work 40 hrs. i can't afford college. at my last job i made 9.50 and hrs. and i thought this could be a better job. its not us. we don't want to get fired.

i got fired for helping customers. i gave discounts to 2 customers i know that come in often, who i knew had kohls cards but didn't use them. because it would save time and money. and kohls is also taking me to court for a misdemeanor for it. they tried to give me a freaking felony! NCGS 14-72... they said I stole, take and carry away without the consent of the possessore and with the intent to deprive the possessor of its use permantely, knowing that she was not intitled to it. (variouse items) such property belonging to Kohls. i didn't take anything. i don't understand. i gave the same discounts as any other associate does. these people are unfair. they just want to be able to write it off! and make me pay for it, other associates do the same as i do daily! its the yes we can policy. if you want to use your coupons make sure you ask to see a e3... a shift manager. they can see everything we do, every transaction. its a good thing, but at the same time. us cashiers can get fired, or be taken to court for you like me.

It's not her fault, they do always ask. But hun, I think this is more a flaw in corporate policy than it is the cashier's fault. They experience so much theft on a daily basis, and the multiple coupon trick is one of them. But this isn't your fault at all. I would say to call corporate and question their confusing policy, rather than blame the cashier. Sorry about your bad experience.

Hi, I have had so many bad encounters with kohls sales associates and what's annoying is that when you use coupons like this they look at you like your a criminal like you steal things from them, people use coupons to save and people get this coupons from your company, now if you workers or managers don't like taking coupons from customers then stop giving them away, people sell this coupons on ebay, come on you guys are not that stupid not knowing that people do sell them online ryt? If you really want this to be stopped then catch those people who sells it online, better yet fix your system... even workers in your own factory, get to take boxes of coupons and sells them online... people buy them and use them because its that easy to get, discipline your employees not your customers, kohls ur creating this problem so it has to be done by you not your customers... doing this harrasment to customers is not right... people can file complaints for harassment, I myself had been followed, I'm a kohls freak because it saves me a lot, yeah I thank kohls for giving me this coupons I have no complaint about that at all I mean its free so I'm all good with it, but what I'm not good is when people get into my personal business you have no right to treat me like u own me because I used this damn coupons, I'm still a customer thqat pays which pays for your motha[censor]in paychecks!... customers always right, we as a customer can sue you for harassment, false advertising and more, I had been followed around, even followed all the way to the freeway WOW!... and everywhere I go even when I go to a different kohls they look at me like they know me already like my face is on they're system already, there's one time that they accused me for stealing they stopped me inside the store and embarassed me infront of a huge crowd, and BAM showed them my stuff and its like a slapp in the face to them [censor]ers I didn't steal shiit [censor]es and they harassed me they wouldn't give me any of they're [censor]in names becauwse its private [censor] I'm not stupid a customer has a right to know a workers first name and employee number, but hey I was still nice that I just stopped and left!... I will soon find out they're names and get a police report of harassment and get them blattered which they cannot come close to me ...I am horrified and unsafe when I shop there ... if this ver occure again next time I come to just check it out everyone will know cause I will hire the best lawyer here in nevada and sue this damn store!..I will win I even got pictures to prove that they touched my stuff that is already paid!... I will! And you know it [censor]es!

And to bella777... u treat customers with respect! Just because some are doing whatever u say they're doing doesn't mean that everyone does it...yes in this [censor]in economy people will do anything to same as much as they can! So don't assume that just because 1 person is doing it and so does everyone else, plus if the coupon is her brothers and sisters and her having it is not stealing because it was given to her by the owner...the owners gave it so she now owns it! Got it? That's why kohls can't do anything to those people who sells on ebay and online because once this things are given out to people who ever got it, owns it and it becomes they're property! They have it, they paid for it and so they have the right to sell it or whatever they want to do with it... I got a picture where an associate touched my things due to them accusing me of stealing...and this are things that I already paid and own...I slammed it to them [censor]in [censor]s that I got nuthin to hide, they took and went over the thing that I already own which they can't do at all... its like a cop trying to get in your house without a permit to enter!..its called PRIVACY [censor]!... my sisters a freakin lawyer! So I do know my [censor]in rights!..I still come to the store once in a while and sometimes consecutively straight 4 days. I do it in purpose to see what they will do to me... its funny how they get all paranoid when they see a customer straight for 5 days with them 10offs!...wahaha! Although I do use it just once and go by the rules...they even told me before that the coupon is good for 1 per day!...so hey ill be there everyday once until they [censor]in expire!...I don't give a [censor] anymore cuz I know my [censor]in rights and I don't care if they call each freakin register about me cuz I only do it once and they can't do anything about it, they are just wasting they're time and actually gas for those secret shoppers that tries to follow me everywhere I go!...LOL..its fine make me famouse you can't do anything, cuz if you can u should've done it a long time ago, qall you can do is try to scare me, tryin to show me that I'm being followd, well guess what that stupid scheme doesn't work with me and I know I'm not doing anything wrong and illegal so I don't care/mind someone watching me!...go ahead take a picture ill pose for ya!.. I'm just waiting for a time where they start touching my things, now that's a different story but just an advice if I were you, (kohls workers) id just stop since u can't do anything about it anyways until u change ur rules, stop the harassment and all the shows cause u da one lookin stupid and ur losing loyal customers andinstead of increasing ur sales so u can get more at the end of the year(to manager) ur just gonna lose more and more until u get more pissed cuz u got so little! So just like how the corporate is doing it suck it up and deal with it since its been going on for years u wouldn't be giving out coupons if it wasn't selling that much!

bella777, yeah i know what 1 per customer mean, then why do have to tell your customers that " you can come back tomorrow, since its 1 per day" you dont tell a customer to come back tomorrow to use the same freakin coupon then not accept it or look at the person like they are stealing. i do understand what employees are going through since i freakin worked there before years ago! managers are [censor]es and scold at you whenever you make a small wrong move! but i never told a customer to come back tomorrow to use that other coupon because its 1 per day! honestly you know whats so funny, i showed the manager what the coupon says on the back. says 1 per person. per transaction. they told me that you cant make two transactions but you can come back tomorrow or everyday to use one. where does it say that its 1 per day, its obviously a freakin managers call to bring in whatever policy they want on the table even if it wasnt written!..go to google and search what 1 per person, per transaction mean... lol 1)one coupon per purchase, simply means that you can only use one coupon per purchase of an item. They want to prevent you from thinking you can buy one box of granola bars and use two manufactuer’s coupon on the same item. You should be able to use one coupon per item purchased. 2)one coupon per transaction, and that does mean that if you want to use multiple of the same coupons, you’ll need to make several trips to the store, or at least do multiple transactions. now is that hard to understand, one coupon per customer, is different from one coupon per customer per transaction, simply means you can do as much transaction as you would like and able to use "1" coupon each! now is that hard? and no i dont feel special for having an educated sister, i mentioned that for people to know that i know my rights and that you can do legal actions if ever you want to. being said that it was my sister does not matter even if it wasnt my sister. whats wrong with you is you tend to go to conclusions just because of what you think of what the person is, just as you concluded to the person that wrote this complaint, reading your comment to her makes me sick, the person already told and explain her side of the story, how it wasnt even her intention to use it but it was offered to her, then here you go calling that person a [censored], and stealing and all those [censor] that you say about whatever she does to your so called system. and so what if you have my phone # what is it going to do? for all i care even if you know where i live it wouldnt matter because theres no illegal thing going on! small situation, and people like you make a big deal out of it, if you love your job so much, and hate whats going on then call your corporate and whoever owns the company, tell them to change your coupons, tell them to not give them away, tell them whatever you wanna tell them, so you can get what you want. and MELLEN67 no i never said i wanted to use two same coupon at the same transaction, so basically we are at the same point here, only difference and complain i have is how they treat the customers when they come back the next day even when they were the one who told you to come back the next day and use a coupon... so now tell me if theres anything wrong with what i said? me complaining an employees attitude is not right? im a customer who has thousands of credit limit on theyre freakin kohls charge, always paid it in full every month, every time i use it...of course you would see me in the store a lot of times during a month, but you dont have to stare and watch me just because im there all the time, you should be happy im there cause im buying from your store, which builds your sales and store reputation. Plus the situation where they accused me of stealing was just beyond embarrassing infront of a huge crowd. then at the end whose freakin right ME, whose wrong THE MANAGER AND SECRET SHOPPER, i was just using a hobo style vera wang bag, that looked bigger than a handbag and there you go watching me as i shop because i look suspicious having a bag like that? " first of all i bought the bag there at the store months ago before this incident happened, second im using that bag because i have my kid with me and it would fit all his stuff with my stuff together", and if they have a proof that i was stealing then they shouldve waited for me to get out of the store with some unpaid merchandise in my bag and a cop waiting to handle everything else just like how shoplifting is done at every other store you can find! you dont come up to people inside the store and touch there things just because they look suspicious even when you dont have a proof, now tell me if this situation right here was my fault? me walking around trying to shop and find what i can buy, with my kid in the cart is wrong... Them touching my things that i own without my permission is what you call WRONG and illegal, which you can take legal actions...but still after all the embarrassment that happened i still have the patience to let it go, but now everytime i shop employees would look at me, i assume because of what happened before!..it gave me a big mark on my face! something thats proven i didnt do now gives me the scare and no personal space to shop safely and privately as i should be able to! you should be able to shop freely wherever you want to! bella777 ur the one who seem to not even care about your customers, i agree, yeah customers aint always right but if you have a great customer service skill, you should be able to treat customers and deal with them with a smile and not in an angry way like you sound like you do! you dont assume and you dont proceed to conclusions in any given situations, people have different complaints and different situations so you dont just assume that every person is doing the same as the other! i have seen this things happened in some stores where old people are being disrespected because they couldnt understand about some kohls cash situation, as i said they are old, and they are slower at getting things straight, if they werent looked at like they were idiots and a waste of time from the manager then everything would have probably went smoother, and customers tend to make situations more harder when they can see the employees looking like they dont care, and showing some kind of attitude! take your anger management somewhere else, dont bring it to work! your day would be much much easier!as it is if you want to be respected then learn how to respect others, and by the way bella777 where did you get the words that i make different names to get some coupons, honey you dont put things in my mouth! so stop assuming cause you lookin stupid! and i dont need to get things for free for i get paid to help people in the hospitals, im a nurse RN maybe one day ill see you here and ill be able to help save your life! ive seen to many people in emergency's so live your life to the fullest dont waste it with some stupid words and some crazy opinions to others! i go there to save not to get things for free, but even as a nurse we have to have limitations on things that we want! i just try to get as much as i can with my money cause i work hard for it!..and i deserve it, but i have done nothing wrong or illegal to be looked at and be watched everytime!...Thank you!

me2u has some kind of inferiority complex. Learn to spell. By the way, if you are on THEIR property they can follow you around as much as they want, it's not harassment because it's on THEIR property. Legally they cannot touch your things, WITHOUT YOUR PERMISSION. You, being the passive aggressive neanderthal that you are, GAVE THEM PERMISSION when you let them look at your things. You could have simply told them no. And now you complain about them "following" and "harassing" you? You are baiting them. By the way, do you even know what the hell a secret shopper is? You were not stopped by a "secret shopper", that is someone who shops a store and evaluates it. You were most likely stopped by Loss Prevention. Advice for you: ask your genius lawyer sister to pay for you to get some anger management.

Its called typo and yes I didn't even get to talk they just stopped me one of them was talking to me and the other one was lookin through my stuff in the cart, yes my bag was in the cart!...it doesn't matter who were following me, loss prevention or even a manager, yeah sure I can't do [censor] since they do have the right to follow me, that's why I'm complaining here ryt! If I can do something about the fact of them following I would've done it already smart [censor]!...I don't have anger management I'm just explaining and sharing my bad encounters with this store just like everyone else, maybe u have that urself do you? I have been nice enough to not take legal action about them touching my things and what I get is that? Something that I don't deserve as a regular and loyal customer! What would u feel if u were in that situation? Wouldn't u get annoyed and unsafe cause anytime they can just embarass u again infront of a crowd like they did, honey put urself on my shoes and others so u know what it feels like to be treated poorly for no reason, to be harass and acuse of doing something u didn't!...open your mind smart [censor] and see who's the victim here stop putting people like we are the threats cuz we wouldn't be here right now if we were the bullies! We wouldn't be posting and looking for a way to share bad experiences to others! I understand, misunderstanding, u are probably talking about those email coupons, i dont use that, i get the ones that are sticked on the newspapers, which comes on mostly Sundays, but it depends it comes on a different day too... that one i get a newspaper delivered to me, so when i know theres a coupon, you can buy about 3 other news paper to get some and share it with your family, now when i have extra i get to you use it on two transactions one of each, since thats what is stated on the back print, but the kohls close to me doesn't go by what it says on the back and just tells me to come back everyday and use one of each, so ok i follow by their rules since its so close to me i dont want to travel to a different kohls just to use both, so i just do it the next day after i get off of work... newspapers comes everytime with different coupons posted in there, and its something that anyone can buy and is not limited, you dont put your personal info and they send you a coupon that can only be used once, because that one you have to sign that the person your signing up for is you, now some people ive seen has a lot of those 5.00 offs, which is strictly one per person...i dont use that, i use the ones you can obtain from a regular newspaper.

Lol, look at ur own profile compare to mine, looks like u got nothing else to do with ur sad lonely life, u got nasty comments in almost every kohls complaints, and no honey she's not a low cost lawyer! Is this all u do everyday? Advice to u get a life, fix ur sad life before u start thinking about other peoples life... cuz looks like u just seat in the computer all day doing this things! same thing happened to me here in KOHLS Mae Anne Ave.Branch. This Mexican looking woman stared at me while im returning an item and even asked for my ID.The moment she asked for my ID, i turned my back and walked out of the store and gave this Kohls item to a homeless guy outside of KOHLS.The nerve of this woman named Candy to stare at me and then asked for my ID.Kohls just lost a family of 5 shoppers...

evapoe, Kohl's is allowed to ask for your ID when you make a return. Also, don't be racist, that's ugly.

It's not any different than if you're making a return without a receipt anywhere else. It's to catch the people who walk into a store and pick up an item, then take it back to the service desk and return it for money. They only allow so many unreceipted returns in a year. Otherwise it looks like illegal activity. And in asking for your ID, they're preventing theft, which in turn keeps the prices and sales at a low and affordable rate for you and other customers. Because I'm sure you don't want to pay full price for anything. No one does.

And as for the original person who wrote this complaint? There is NO value in you as a customer. You buy low-dollar items with the five dollar e-mail coupons, so you only spend maybe 2 or 3 dollars per trip. Just because the coupons are from different e-mail accounts doesn't make them different coupons. They're the same offer. And it's one per customer. Just like the ten dollar coupons that come in the mail from time to time. If you insist on using more than one of them, you're actually stealing from the company. Think that over for a bit.

I have a question. My girlfriend is an extreme couponer and always sends me coupons when she finds good deals. Today she sent me a coupon via text that was $10 off a $10 purchase. I had multiple transactions and the assistant manager rang everything up one at a time for me to use the coupon. It was my first time using a coupon like this. She rang up over 30 transactions for me before finally telling me that it was supposed to be one time use. She then called a store manager who told me it is only one time use and let me finish out one more transaction. I was appreciative of the fact that the store manager was sweet about it, but when she walked away, the assistant manager who rang up all the transactions asked for my name and said she was reporting me to loos prevention. It was very awkward because I didn't know I did anything wrong and if it was a one time use, she shouldn't have wrang up all the transactions. The coupon I had was only the barcode and pin number and such and didn't have the entire email with the exclusions so I legiteamitely didn't know it was a one time use until she told me. What is going to happen now? Will I get a call from Loss Prevention? I paid for most of the transactions with my Kohls Card so they know how to contact me if they need to. I have never done anything wrong. Never stolen anything, and don't even have a hiccup as far as getting into trouble in my life. In fact, the blankets that I got for near free are all getting donated to a local women and children's shelter, so I was excited about this coupon to use it to help out the shelter. The cashier made me feel like a criminal when I didn't even know I did anything wrong. Should I take everything back to the store and get a refund since I was only supposed ot use the coupon once? The cashier (assistant manager) was rude the entire time ringing me up. I knew something was wrong because she was being mean and saying things like "This transaction is $3.50, is that too expensive for you?", and was mean mugging me and telling me to "hurry up" during all the transactions. If I wasn't supposed to use it more than once, then she should have told me right away and not rung up more transactions. She was being nasty to me and I didn't even know why until the end of my purchases. What should I do about this? Am I going to get cops showing up to my home because this cashier let me use a coupon so many times, or is it her fault for not telling me? Am I allowed to use the coupon if it's on my phone? There wasn't any specifications on the coupon I got since it was a picture coupon type of thing. I don't want to do anything wrong, and I spend thousands of dollars at Kohls wach year. I had $60 in kohls cash and $40 in rewards just from November alone from my online purchases. I need some advice please. Should I wait and not donate the blankets until I find out what Loss Prevention will say? She told me she was going to give them my name, but she didn't call them when I was in the store, and the store manager wasn't upset, only the cashier/assistant manager. Should I go to the store and ask to speak to LP or should I wait to see if they call me? I'm so worried because I have never been in trouble before :(
