I recently wrote an email asking for help finding the expiration on my heinz 57 bottle, it was hardly used and the bottle looked like new but my wife and i couldn't remember what date we had bought it on, the responce i recived back, below is the response.
i explained that my wife and i had both studied the bottle and labels and all we could find was a best by label that said look for the expiration on the bottle.
the basically gave me a lecture on eating food after the expriation and listed a bunch of places ive already looked for the expiration, after asking for a more specific place to look and calling them back i was told someone would call me back but they never did.
"We're sorry to hear about your experience.
All of our packaging has expiration dates written as code dates (MM/DD/YY). The date may appear somewhere on the label(s), an area of the package that reads "Best When Used By" or on packaging parts like caps/lids. The product should be consumed by this date. We can't guarantee the freshness after that date because the taste and texture may not be up to our standards. The code date is located cap, neck, shoulder, label, bottom"
Desired outcome: someone to help me find the expiration or replace the bottle with one that has an expiration.
