Kroger My kroger card

On June 1st I scanned my Kroger card at the Latonia gas station in KY and was told I had no points. I knew I had 896 points from May. I called Kroger customer service and online chatted with Kroger agent Gaileen. I gave her my number on the card, my full name, my email and she asked me for the alternate number on the card. I gave her my home phone number. She asked if there was another number and I gave her my cell phone number. She asked if there was another number and I gave her my daughter-in-law's number which is a 513 number as she lives in OH. She then gave me another number which was 513-739-1479 and asked if I knew the number. I did not. She told me all my numbers had been cancelled on the card and the aforementioned number was replaced as the alternate phone number on the card. She then told me that the alternate number had been used twice in Loveland OH in May. Did I know anyone in Loveland OH? I said I have never been to Loveland OH and don't even know where it is. I know who did this. I want to know how without my card never being in her possession, did you get to cancel my numbers and put in the 513-739-1479 and proceed to use my card's points on May 16th and May 31st in Loveland Oh? The 513-739-1479 belongs to a guy named Matthew Graser and he lives at 2681 Wayward Winds Dr in Cincinnati OH. He is somehow related to Michael Graser. The woman who did this is Kimberly A. Brueggen and she lives in my senior complex, LaSalette Garden apts at 702 Greenup St Covington KY. She has never been in possession of my card but she knew my card had my home phone number as the alternate number.
Now I want it explained to me how she was able to remove my phone numbers and put this Michael Graser's phone number on it and use it without the card at a gas station in Loveland OH and use all my points? Does this Michael Graser work at Kroger where he has access to people's Kroger cards and able to change the number(s) on my card so she could commit fraud using my card? How else could this be achieved? I am so upset. Kim'a cousin is Anne and her boyfriend is Michael Graser. Anne telephone is 859-743-2179 and Kim's is 636-362-8637.
I want to know how this happened and what you are going to do about it? It is an inconvenience to get a new Kroger card and what is to prevent her from doing the same thing to the new card which I am not going to get or I now have no number as an alternate id for my card but I want to put my son in California's number on it.
I expect you to get to the bottom of this. Gaileen said she had written up everything that they had done and it would get to the right department, but I want to know if that happened and how this happened and what assurances do I have it will never happen again?

Kroger NO Cashiers available only Self Check Out

June 22, 2021 10:35am 27 Discovery Drive Bluffton SC I have shopped at many different Kroger stores for over 30 years in the Atlanta area. I now presently live in Bluffton SC and am a regular shopper at this local Kroger.
I shopped for various items, some of which were heavy and bulky. When I went to check-out there were very long lines at the self-checkout and no regular cashiers were available.
At 74 years old I refused to use the self-check out and the overworked young lady who was in charge of this area checked me out. I asked to speak to Mike Livingston, apparently he was TOO busy to speak with me as I waited over 15 minutes. Apparently Mike or his boss Doug Bush don't understand the demographics of this area. I live in Sun City Hilton Head with a population of over 18, 000 people over the age of 55. Kroger is not the only game in town with 4 Publix located within 5 miles. I posted my experience on FB, NextDoor and Twitter. Mark Davis who was a wonderful Kroger manager and friend back in the 1980's would have never allowed this type of service or behavior.

KROGER - 7615 Highway 70, Bartlett, Tennessee 38133
NO CASHIERS WORKING SELF CHECKOUT ONLY HOURS BEFORE CLOSING WITH LONG LINES!

Absolutely no regard and appreciation for their customers. The other day I had $200.00 worth of groceries and when I asked about a cashier, I was told by one of the employees that I had to use the self check out. Mind you, I am an elderly woman with arthritis but even if I wasn't, as a customer, I shouldn't be doing the work or a service that Kroger itself is suppose to be providing. This is something I have noticed that has become an ongoing huge problem with me and many other customers who have patronized Kroger throughout the years and who are looking at taking our business elsewhere. This particular location is in my neighborhood but Kroger is definitely not the only grocery store in town. Shape up and show your customers some appreciation because I've been around a long time and I've seen many big chain groceries come and go.

Kroger The rudeness of the cashier!

Thursday, June 17, 2021 @, 5pm. I had entered the store to puck up a few items and had to use a electric scooter as I have a new foot injury. I selected the items to purchase and was checked out by Beverly! She was quite rude and I. patient! Among the items I purchased were 18 large eggs. The grocery bagger, who obviously had no experience or concern for his craft, placed my eggs in a bag and was about to place of Coke Zero Sugar on too of them before I stopped him! The cashier was totally unconcerned! I have been shopping at Kroger for many years but have NEVER been treated so rudely! I believe the store manager, MS. Barbells, should be made aware of this incident!

Desired outcome: An apology!

Kroger’s Pharmacy Colonel Glenn
US
Apr 20, 2022 4:52 pm EDT

Kroger Pharmacy #632 on Colonel Glenn in Little Rock, Arkansas is ridiculously incompetent and rude to customers. I came in on 4/19/2022 for a prescription and was told by the cashier that I had picked up my prescription on 4/15. After repeatedly being confused because I had not done that, the manager walked up and point to the screen to inform her that that was a YEAR ago (2021). The current prescriptions were accidentally sent to East Roosevelt Pharmacy. I called my doctor’s office and it was corrected. Upon returning today (April 20, 2022) to pick up my prescriptions I was asked what the doctor had sent and I replied that I did not know. I could not get any information about my prescriptions and was told that the other pharmacy had not backed out of the prescriptions. I asked for a number and called East Roosevelt and I was told by East Roosevelt that Colonel Glenn needed to down load my profile. When I walked back up to speak with Michelle Lang (manager), I decided to record our conversation and she refused to fill my prescriptions until I deleted our conversation. She began to ask why I was recording and I replied that I keep getting the wrong information. Lang demanded that I turn my phone around and physically show that our conversation was deleted. After that she repeatedly asked me why I had an issue with their incompetent display of behavior. I watched customer after in pharmacy be told that there was a problem with their prescription. I have never witnessed such incompetent and unprofessional behavior at a pharmacy before. The fact that they fill prescriptions is ver “alarming”.

I have been getting lunch meat from Kroger deli for years. I now shop at the 13 mile road location in Roseville, MI. I try to grab the pre bagged meat but for some reason, none of the bags are ever sealed.!?!? It takes 3 seconds to seal the bag. Who could be this lazy? Or is it ignorance? The meat smells and looks bad every single time. I have told...

Kroger Order groceries and instacart brought me the wrong groceries

I am a 66 year old disable woman. I am also on a fixed income. I ordered the groceries on the 13th of May. I told the driver there weren't my groceries when I saw a pack of ground beef on top. I ask her to take it back it wasn't what I ordered. She left them on my pouch and got in her car. Very rude.
I called customer service which was so hard to get through and she said they will give me my money back. And to give groceries away. So I gave them to next door neighbor.

I am still waiting and it's the 25th of May now. I am hungry and have no way to get any food. Never would have I ever thought Kroger's would have treat their customers like this.
Reference # is [protected].

Desired outcome: Some kind considering for having stay hungry band it wasn’t my fault.

Kroger security at gas pumps

On Friday May 7th around 11AM I purchased approx. $19 worth of gas at the State St. New Albany, Indiana location. My bank always alerts me that a gas purchase was made on my debit card. On May 11th, I got a txt. alert from my bank stating a purchase of gas was made for $123.50, which was over my alert threshold. ( kroger fuel # 839 2130). Luckily, because of the alert I placed on my account, the charge was declined, so I wasn't out anything. I'm alerting you because I don't understand how this happens. How can someone use info. on my debit card 4 days later and purchase that much gas ? I know there are devices that can be used to steal card info., but I don't know how it works.

Desired outcome: would like a response

Kroger Unethical /threatening behavior

Cashier check/511
05/16/21
09:34pm 715 [protected] 136

After working 7 days in a row, just under 50 hours in a customer service business, I chose to shop/spend my money at 1215 24th Street Port Huron, MI Kroger.
When time to check out, there was only one cashier register open, with a very lengthy line of customers. I am use to bagging my own groceries, I compromise and help in that area every time I shop at this store. However, I do not believe I should have to wait on myself with almost two hundred dollars of groceries, look up fruit codes, basically do a cashiers job. I deserve customer service. I asked Alicia if there was only one line open and she said yes. My friend at that point just went to self check out. There was a cashier cleaning and wiping down customer service area. We had so much in cart that it was not going to fit on the small self checkout holding area. I went and got an extra cart to put the items we had to scan and bag ourselves in. I was talking to my friend, not Alicia when saying I do not like self check out, it makes me feel like I am still working. The second question directed at alicia was to ask her what time that the store goes down to only one cashier, she replied around 8pm usually. I then replied, I will have to go to Marysville Myer if i shop after 8pm. The video footage is available to watch her aggressive posturing as she yelled "if you wanted someone to wait on you, you could have asked. I replied with, I did ask if there was another line open. I didn't realize I had to ask for basic customer service. she then yelled/threatened to come to my place of employment and be rude to me. I replied that she could come to my place of employment and get the good customer service she has always received, that she has never complained about, filed a complaint about, or had an issue with anything at my place of employment. As i was walking out she continued to yell at me, threatening me, and telling me to count on seeing her at my place of employment. I said fine, I will wait on you, I will give you good customer service. I am employed with Fraternal Order of Eagles. She is a member and is violating a code of ethics to have premeditated intention to cause malice in our private club. I will also be sending a copy of this complaint to our Grand Aerie so they are aware of her threatening me.

Kroger Pharmacy

My complaint concerns the pharmacy at Kroger Store on Austin Peay Hwy. in Memphis, Tn.
My prescriptions were called in on 5-6-21 and were still not ready on 5-11-21. I was told by a female pharmacy technician that she had been searching for favorable pricing, but I do not believe this. After 5 days? She stated she already had my insurance info given by my clinic. I was also told a notification had been sent, which I never received.
This tech became confused, asking for help from another female; then she walked away, no longer willing to help me. The new tech did not answer my questions about pricing. I WAS NEVER GIVEN THE PRICES OF ANY OF THE ITEMS. There were at least 4 people working in this pharmacy and NO ONE was willing or able to help me obtain my meds. It was blatantly obvious they did not care. Finally I cancelled the entire transaction.
Absolutely terrible customer service and an upsetting experience.

Desired outcome: Kroger gift card for my personal use

Kroger Heritage farms chicken (possibly a tyson product)

Please tell me why they need to put carrageenan in the chicken. I does not need to be thickened. It does not need more poison. I know the broth might add a little weight to it, keep it from drying out on the shelf, but the carrageenan just makes it more inflammatory. It is not good for the pets, either. I like to be able to feed my dogs meat, and I believe one has developed an intolerance to chicken because of the additives. I want to buy chicken, not meat with an ingredient list.

Desired outcome: Get the carrageenan out of the meat

Kroger Pharmacy

Your pharmacy would not honor my lower price coupon from Goodrx. Goodrx was told that your pharmacy bought epinephrine auto inject pens from a higher priced company and they would not honor the Goodrx coupon I tried to use. I could have save $68.19 by using this coupon. If your company continues to purchase medications from companies that charge higher prices, my husband and I will go elsewhere for our prescriptions.

Kroger Customer Service

Isn't the point of customer service to assist customers in resolving issues?

I called in the first time because I placed an online order in the amount of $30.15 and my card was charged $60.30. Why are you charging me before you've even rung out my order at a cash register? That small thing would have avoided this entire problem.

At any rate, I was told to wait until the order was delivered and I'd see the correct amount reflect in my account. This was not the case. Nothing changed.

I called customer service. Your representatives are flip and rude. The CS Supervisor was a little better but kept insisting that he could do nothing about the problem. They have no empathy or compassion and by the time I am writing this email - I've had the opportunity to "discuss" (she couldn't have cared less about my issue) my issue with one CSR and one supervisor The other two (2)) have hung up on me before I could even tell them why I was calling.

You know what? It must really be nice that you have all gotten to keep your jobs during COVID. I just wish the rest of us were so lucky that we didn't have to get so upset over the difference of $30. I am not nor was I ever asking for any special treatment. I wanted to pay for my groceries as I always do. It is NOT RIGHT that you told my bank to hold that amount of money.

On top of taking my money and holding it, and forcing me into a position where I can't afford to buy my medication - your customer service representatives have hung up on me and not one of them demonstrated the compassion or empathy...

If this is how Kroger is choosing to help those of us who faithfully shop at their stores through COVID I will NEVER return to those stores and I will be sure to tell everyone what was done.

I needed my $30 today to buy my medication. Maybe Ill be able to do that in 5 days when the money is supposed to be credited back to my account. In the meantime I get to experience all the withdrawal symptoms. Your customer service sup could have done something to make this right...this whole situation is disgusting and morally wrong

Desired outcome: My $30 so I can go buy my medicine TODAY

I had a terrible experience at Kroger Pharmacy, Raleigh, Memphis, Tn. today and have resolved to boycott Kroger for the rest of my life. It will be no problem as there are many other stores/pharmacies to choose from.
I also experienced uncaring and rude pharmacy employees. My patronage will be elsewhere in the future, as I work hard for my money and will shop where I am treated fairly.

Kroger Cash back program

Kroger added some thing to their app recently called cash back program. After buying numerous items and gaining cash back credits, I then was told that I could not use that to buy groceries going forward in Kroger! In other words it is a scam to spend more money in Kroger which you cannot get credit back for! They tell me now I have to use it on a PayPal account -who takes PayPal? certainly not Kroger! & Nobody that I shop with! What a bloody scam!
