In January 2024 I purchased the EsKape membership from Krystal that would allow me to book stays from $71 per night or $499 per week on any room type, including studios to 4 bed suites at five-star hotels and resorts throughout the world. They shared examples from Greece, New Zealand, Spain, Germany, Hawaii, New York and California and claimed that they have availability everywhere in the world. However, the reality is that they don’t have the availability they claim and the prices are much higher. First, it took them 54 days after the initial charge to give me access to my account, which allowed them to charge me multiple times before I was able to review the service. I called multiple times requesting access but they ignored me. After I was able to review, the first problem is the extremely limited destinations available, with only 14 US States and 5 countries (Australia, Barbados, Jamaica, St Kitts & Neves, and St. Lucia), compared to the promise of every state in the US and most countries in the world. The biggest issue is pricing since price per night is above $150 in most cases (for the most basic rooms) and none at the $71 per night for a week they claimed on their promotional materials. The market rate is misleading since you can easily find better deals in the same location on the exact dates needed. The sales presentation was full of lies, deceiving tactics, and false advertisement. The service received is completely different to the one that I purchased. I tried to contact them by phone multiple times in January and February with no response. I was able to communicate by email with Ivan Flores, who is the Quality Assurance Manager but they are not allowing me to cancel the membership and will not refund me past payments.
Claimed loss: 4400
Desired outcome: Refund and Contract Cancellation

hi Jaime, im in the same situation. how did your case end up?
Not sure, last I heard was that my case was with their legal department but I haven't been contacted. I was able to get my money back after reporting to my credit card issuer.
