Price gouging!
How can you justify the multiple increases and unethical price gouging. Let’s take ice for example. Pre covid was $1.99 for 10 lb bag. Then let’s increase price by 25% to $2.49. Still not enough for KT’s pockets so hit her again up to $2.79. And still not done! Let’s try to fool people one more time by lowering the price back to $2.49… but giving them so much less product… only 7 lbs now instead of 10. So doing the math you’re screwing over your customers by an overall nearly 80% price increase! Now 35.5 cents per pound that used to be 19.9. Shame on you!
Ultimate 88 gas
I am curious as to what the explanation is for the Ultmate 88 gas only being 5 cents cheaper now. I use it in my 2008 Toyota Tacoma and up until yesterday it has always been 20 cents cheaper in Lancaster. I have noted in other towns nearby it was only 5 cents cheaper and appears that Lancaster is the last one to do that. Price gouging? Why the difference now. And when Lancaster's new station opened it was advertised as 20 cents cheaper.
Desired outcome: Good explanation or go back to Ultimate 88 being 20 cents cheaper.
Store condition and availability of food.
Store 764 has gone down hill very quickly. All the help that has been there for years have left. The shelves in many cases are empty. Tonite I stopped to pick up a pizza but there was only 3 kinds in the case none of which I wanted. Breakfast sandwich choices have decreased. Previously the shelves were full. Now there are usually only 4 kinds.
Management is awful. Store is sloppy. All young kids working now. I'll have to find a different place to shop!
Desired outcome: Get better management.
Not able to process my efs card
Stopped into store 307 station code 544612 to put in $589.55 fuel on 4/5/22 at approx. 6:30 am. Card has been used almost exclusively at Kwik star for over a year with no problem. Purchased $1600.00 fuel at Kwik star within last 7 days. Efs sees no problem with card. Called Kwik star. Person took no responsibility and told me it would be my decision
Milk
I pick up 2-3 gals of milk a week.
4/3/22 - just picked up 2 gals of 2% @ 3.49 a gal / Why so high ?
In March it was $3.29
In Feb it was $3.19
In Jan. it was $2.99
In Dec it was $2.99
Since Dec it went up by $ .50
In a months time that is $4 - $6 extra
In a year that is $48 - 72 extra
Anyone that has a family. That amount extra would be even higher since milk prices have gone up. It is my hope that the farmer receives some of that money!

Pay at the pump or credit
Your change from pay inside after pumping desired amounts of fuel to pre-pay before pumping fuel is very inconvenient!
I for one, and many of my friends, are not pleased with the added steps necessary to enter the store, wait in line, pre-pay an amount not knowing how much fuel is needed, return to the pump only to find we needed more fuel than paid for or we paid for more than the vehicles fuel capacity; then must return to the store to wait in line again, to reconcile fuel needed with price pre-paid!
To add insult to injury, the fuel is not credited to our rewards account which inspires us to choose Kwik Trip in the first place!
May I remind you, all of this takes place in below freezing if not below zero conditions with snow and wind in our faces.
Ask me why we should not choose another more convenient place to shop!
Horrible Customer service
I stopped at the Kwik Trip in Osseo WI Feb 13. I needed a dozen eggs, to my surprise there were no eggs visabld in the refrigerator. So I asked the associate to which he replied "the eggs would have come in on the truck but they are buried under everything else." so no and he returned to his conversation with his Co worker. Now that is exemplary customer service.
Really I'm not to surprised the associates and management are often Rude and Snappy with customers at this store.
I usually stop at the Osseo store at least once daily. I think that Will change I would rather drive an additional mile and go to Speedway at least I get some respect there.
Fuel prepay
I went to prepay for fuel with a check today and was told I couldn't do so as it wasn't possible for them to make change for fuel. I am really upset over this. I always pay by check. Needless to say, I won't be going to any Kwik Trip for fuel ever again. I really don't feel this is fair. Any other place that requires prepay can give change for fuel. So why not Kwik Trip?
People have been scamming so Kwik Trip updated their policies. If you can write a check, you can hit a bank or ATM and get cash.
Air pump
There was no out of order sign on the free air pump for autos. The customer service phone-in had bad customer service. Kwik Trip is a corporate jerk circle reach around. Your air compressor sucks. It takes way too long to fill up my tire. You set it at a psi so you cannot blow up your tire and the pressure resets every time. Please modify your compressor so I can fill up my tire faster. It takes about 10-15min just to do one tire.
Customer Service
I was at the gas station for a half hour trying to get gas. I pre paid with cash and paid with credit card. I finally was able to get gas after going into the store 3 times and paying twice. I had to have my bank cancel the charge and I also had to pay with cash, in top of that the prepay went over my 4.00. I was 27 mins late to work. It was not necessary and could have been handled if a manager would have helped. I didn't want a free pop ( like they offered) I just needed to get gas and go to work.
Glass in Take Home Meal
Love Kwik Trip as a customer and as a co worker. I enjoy my time working at KT and love to try out new food products when we get them. I bought myself a meatloaf take home meal for dinner because they are sent from a heavenly place and taste amazing. The take home meal was delicious until the very last bit of meat, there was a piece of glass. At first, I thought it may be a little bit of hard cartilage, but unfortunately it was a fairly big piece of glass (Pics below). Thankfully I didn't continue chewing and cut my mouth.
Desired outcome: Compensation is what you see fit for someone almost choking on glass
Masks not enforced
Nearly every time I walk into a Kwik Trip, there is at least 1 customer not wearing a mask. The sign on the door says Masks Required. Why have the sign when you don't enforce it? The employees are pretty good about wearing them, but the fact that no one says anything to a mask hole who walks in without a mask is reason enough to stop supporting this business.
Desired outcome: Enforce mask policy for customers
If you are so scared of people who aren't wearing g a mask or vaccinated, then stay home.
Food
Bought a sandwich from there on lunch break and 2 hrs later stomach started hurting and was sick for the rest of the day. Figured I would try something new instead of same ol cheeseburger but it made sick
charge
I went to Kwik Trip Mt Horeb on 7/4 (sorry so late but I was throwing out receipts and double checking). my sister and I went to the same store at the same time and we both bought a whole chicken which came with a free package of 12 rolls. They only had 1 chicken so my sister got that one and got her buns which the price for the buns came off her receipt. Being they didn't have anymore left at the time and it was going to be quite awhile for the fresh ones to be ready they said take a cold one out of the cooler so I did. they rang it up differently but did not give my my buns for free. can you refund me for the buns please. I have a pic but it's not letter me load it.
Smoothie Machine
Stopped in the Kwik trip on Hwy 55 this morning (7:00 am) to get a smoothie to go. Both Smoothie machine were down and the employee said they needed to be cleaned. My complaint is why are you machines down for cleaning during the rush time? Don't you think it would be more effective to either clean them during the night or afternoon. How many other customers did you loose this morning?

4 times I have gone in to your new store on university ave and they have cleaning covers on the coffee pots they tell me to use the vending coffee I can get that at the hospital I work at . I spend thousand's at kwik trip a year and you insult me telling me there will be fresh in the morning really! I am mad as hell

The temp. of beer in Chilton Wis. beer sucks
I buy beer everyday from Kwik Trip. I more often than not have gotten warm beer out of the cooler. I have mentioned this more than a few times to the cashier. Even the manager. I can feel the 6 packs on the top shelf are very cold! Why cant the 12 and 18 packs be cold as well. Do they reload the coolers from the front door instead of through the cooler? By now they should know ABOUT the busy times people get off work. Maybe someone should restock more often... OR At least have it in the cooler before putting it in the row to be sold...
Desired outcome: Have a temperature gun on hand so when there is warm beer. I can prove it to them.

I bought a half dozen roses on May 8th from Kwik Trip at 4828 Mormon Coulee Road, ticket # 587869, and I was charged for two bouquets.
