TERRIBLE TERRIBLE service at La Mesa Mesa AZ
TERRIBLE TERRIBLE service at La Mesa Mesa AZ. Quoted one price for service and two weeks later it went up 1100 the day we picked it up AFTER a month the price went up again! Simple call to insurance company was botched and now stuck with a bill after a fire. A month of pay out the window. Wanted to pick up RV on a Saturday and was told that they are too busy on that day. Was forced to take time off work to accommodate La Mesa. Worse part is that because of the customer facing bumbling fools we do not trust the work that was done. Downright fearful. Bait, switch, and hostage. Service advisor has no clue about customer service. Service manager not involved. Will drive out of our way to avoid this place. Picked up the RV and it was covered in dirt, dust, and tree parts. SOOO much non-communication and ineptness. We all know that RVs are hot now but to ignore customer service is NEVER a good business model. Some advise...hire more people and train them,.
La Mesa RV in Tucson sold us a 2010 Winnebago, class c motor home
La Mesa RV in Tucson sold us a 2010 Winnebago, class c motor home. They also sold us an extended warrantee to cover the vehicle repairs. We have had the vehicle for one year and have had to take it into the Mercedes shop 5 times for repairs. Each time there was a sensor replaced and more recently, there was a fuel system problem requiring a new fuel filter among other parts and service. We have submitted our repair claims to the extended warrantee company each time. Each time we were told that the repair was not covered by the extended warrantee. In one year, we have spent approximately $3000 dollars for repairs after spending $8,400 for the extended warrantee. La Mesa sold us this policy knowing full well that it would cover virtually nothing. When asked for a refund on the warrantee, we were told by Mathew Wallace, finance manager at La Mesa RV, that if we wanted a refund on the warrantee, we would receive approximately $6000 back on our original purchase amount of $8,400.
Was helping my elderly parents sell their *** The buyer *** had the fill out a ton of paperwork, go to the bank and get a check. Everything on the deal was agreed upon. They had my parents drove two hours to drop off the *** When they got their, *** and team cancelled the deal because the *** was a little faded on spots. Mind you all it needed was a wash and wax. Very u professional and not the way to do business. I spoke to the Manager. He acknowledged that *** and team did not do what they were suppose to during the deal. But still would not complete the deal. Luckily my parents went to *** and they bought the *** for 5k more than La Mesa was going to
Ordered a brand new . Waited 5 months for it to come. The *** arrived and we were told to appear next Tuesday with a certified check. My husband just went to see it three days early and was told the price has gone up $13,000.00 even though we have a signed contract with the lower price. Is this legal?
Bought a heartland Northstar trailer, very nice how ever after we took home we found hidden demage on the unit.we call la Mesa and try to resolve the issue over the phone, with no results.so we drove from *** to the dealership in ***.we explains the issue at hand and wanted another unit,in exchange for the demage one they sold us.long story short go too court .
STAY AWAY! La Mesa *** was horrible to us. We ordered a new 2022 Class A diesel pusher and they could care less about us, just our money. Sales Rep *** Manager *** & Finance *** were unprofessional and disrespectful. After ordering our coach with ***, *** refused to return our phone calls, emails or texts during the 4 month order process. Our 7hr pickup on delivery day (Dec 21) was a result of miscommunication and lack of organization. We had our own financing, but somehow *** & *** allowed our 3hr delivery turn into a 7hr delay for their misplacing our funding (wire). We addressed our poor delivery experience via their online survey, which resulted in a phone call from regional manager (***) and national customer relations manager (***). *** does NOT care about their customers, at least not us. Nothing but silence from ***, *** Can elaborate much more in private. STAY FAR AWAY FROM ***, ***, ***, ***, ***, *** We are still waiting for a remedy to their negligence, and something as simple as a PROMISED $30 lunch reimbursement for the inconvenience is too much for them to acknowledge. I purchased a 2021 THOR Omni; in 11 months, it has been in my physical possession 4 times
I purchased a 2021 THOR Omni; in 11 months, it has been in my physical possession 4 times. LeMesa has had it in service the rest of the time. My "FREE" Membership at Thousand Trails was worthless, no opportunity to use it, and no offer to extend it. Every time i pick up my vehicle, there are more items wrong with it than there was when i dropped it off. I have dropped it off with a full tank and picked it up empty on two separate occasions. I am paying for insurance and monthly payments, and i have to borrow the *** whenever i wish to use it. I have work orders with repeat issues, the *** has been flooded twice while "in service", the slideout is damaged more now than it was when they started fixing it, the floor is damaged from the flood, backup camera isn't working, and all while in their possession. This was brand new (One year ago), i have used it 4 times. This isn't right. It just isn't right. I tried to post this with zero starts but i was forced to select a minimum of one.
My new 2022 windsport has been in the shop 4 months now and not repaired. I wanted to trade but they want *** down again which I paid for the 2022 Windsport. Also I paid *** for a steering control. I have paid over *** now in payments and *** in insurance. There is only *** miles on this rv. I ask for an ACE that is 2 years older now. I paid *** for my coach and trade in after 4 months is $100,000? This is crazy, plus it has inside and outside protection added extra.,I do not want this lemon now. If they give it back more things will be wrong. 4 months in shop, I should get another rv, even trade.
Worst customer service, AFTER THE *** EVER! Brand new 2022 RL Micro ***, talked to both heads of mobile repair, one time, they listened, reiterated what I said, assured me it was reasonable and practical to send someone out, told me they would research parts on order, then call me back! THEYVE NEVER CALL ME BACK, and nobody has ever called me back! That includes sales, finance, and especially the parts or service departments! Im in the process of reaching out to Winnebago directly!
I would like everyone to know if you are thinking about doing business with Lamesa R/V in ***.PLEASE! Reconsider:I Purchased a 2021 brand new Winnebago R/V from these people, and I MUST share the terrible experience I was faced with. There warranty service work is deplorable. I am retired from the automobile business after 59 years working for 3 different manufactures.I have never seen such horrible customer service. My issues started form trying to get their service department to just answer the phone. My last experience was the R/V being there for months while they tried to figure out how to fix the issues I had. They wont call you back and they do not have the skilled people to fix a problem when its presented to them.I dont know how they stay in business. They have constant turn over of employees. Each time I visited them it was a new staff. After as many dealerships that I was responsible for while in the automobile business it really has upset me to how these people can represent the products they sell and wished I had not bought the Winnebago R/V from them.Trust me when I say I dont know how they can continue to operate with the terrible customer service they represent. - Thank you for listening and be cautious of Lamesa R/V in ***.PLEASE PLEASE! Do not purchase a RV through these people you will be very sorry!
The following review is related to La Mesa RV, *** location located on Irvington. And it's worth saying that we initially tried the "catch more bees with honey" approach, but now we'll be more straightforward about our experience. My partner and I recently flew to *** from *** to purchase a 2019 Winnebago *** was our first time buying an RV, so to a degree, the saying "we don't know what we don't know" did apply. Meaning, there were missing/defective features specific to this model and processes general for RV operation and safety that we should've been made aware of during our orientation and we were not. Features and processes such as: 4x4 needed to be manually engaged, operation of the coach battery, how/when to winterize, etc. During our orientation, we were told about many things, but not the abovementioned or how to effectively use the parts pointed out to us. They said anything we wanted fixed would be handled before we took it home, which is an important detail because had we been aware of all the issues, we would never have completed the sale without negotiating the price and/or resolution for these issues. We organized all of our concerns and immediately brought them to the attention of La Mesa RV because of the 15-day warranty following the purchase. Most of the issues, they will not fix or reimburse us for. We were able to press them to reimburse us for two issues off a long laundry list. Additionally, it took nearly two weeks for our loan information to go through with the lender (they had no record), delaying our ability to set up payments and schedule registration with our DMV.Correspondence with La Mesa RV seems to have flatlined. So much for that extra coverage and warranty we were upsold on, which increased our monthly payment by $200. We are canceling that immediately and will take our business anywhere other than La Mesa RV.I do not recommend La Mesa RV - *** (Irvington location) to anyone, but especially RV first-timers.

Well I will start out with they were great to work with me and give me fair price for my trade in and make all the numbers work to purchase my dream TOYHAULER. So here I sit with a check for the new camper a hit on my credit and a completed loan all for NOTHING oh and a 7 year old very upset. I am not one to complain in a public forum however this time it was so unbelievable that I must at least advise you to use your own judgement but do yourself a favor and see what everybody else is saying. If only 50% of them are wrong its still a very dangerous decision to go against these comments!I recently walked away from purchasing my dream Coach that I have been hunting down for almost a year. Unfortunately Le Mesa was the only one who had it. I should have realized why they still had it. I went to see and drive it. It was a mess and I had to tell them the engine lights were on and the Coach's performance was horrible. They didn't believe me an brushed me off. Next, I had to hound them for the repair status and beg them to have a sales agent even contact me. I remind you that I had already placed a deposit on the coach. It has sat on their lot for over 3 weeks all the while I am trying to contact anyone who could get me status on it and to initiate the sales process. I actually had to tell the sales manager that it was repaired and back on their lot. After trying desperately to close this deal, I received an email from the "Sales Team" accusing me that the miscommunication was my fault. Please believe half of what you read here and if you still go with these folks... its only your fault. Run like the wind ...
We bought a used 2020 entegra odyssey 24b from a private party. It has the extended warranty that we transferred to us. 2 months after we had it the fridge stopped working. We called *** in *** where it was originally sold new. The service advisor told us they were no longer taking appointments. I told them that was unacceptable and was told that was too bad. I ended up fixing it myself at a cost of $150. Now I am having trouble with the generator and some other minor problems. I filled out an online form for service and never received a phone call to confirm appointment. I then called *** Service Center during business hours and got voicemail and left a message and it's been a week and no phone call. I will end up fixing these issues also. Do not buy from *** go somewhere else.
Over all this company does not care about customers. We bought a new 31 ft motorhome from them in June. It is now November and we are still having issues that are not resolved. They keep blaming shipping delays however they did work and wired our back up cameras incorrectly so they stopped working while backing into a camping spot. We had to go the entire trip with the back up camera not working the mirrors reset and would not move and the step would stay out. They put us in danger and when we called to let them know they guys thought it was funny that someone did the wires wrong. We had a s*** that went through a water line so when we would fill the *** up with water it would leak under to all the storage compartments and left us without water in Utah, Along with all belongings being soaked or ruined. They have done nothing to make this right.

La Mesa RV has the worst customer service!
La Mesa RV has the worst customer service! They happily take your money when buying a new RV but won't fix issues under warranty and treat you poorly when you ask for service. Their receptionist, Mauri/Mari, is rude and unaccommodating. She would be better suited to maintenance roles rather than customer interaction. The service rep is unresponsive, and callbacks are rare. We bought a 2021 Integra Escalade Super C and after a year and 3 months, warranty issues persist despite multiple service visits. We had to use another company for repairs and are still awaiting a $300 reimbursement. Recently, they took two months to fix only two vents, leaving the door and trim moulding untouched. Their excuses are endless, and their commitment is lacking. This is our 5th RV, our first from La Mesa RV, and I cannot recommend them. Avoid them to save yourself the trouble. Consider this a warning to potential buyers.
Purchased a Used RV on 26 May 2022 from LaMesa in an undisclosed location
Purchased a Used RV on 26 May 2022 from LaMesa. Two weeks have passed with no Vehicle Title paperwork received by our Attorney despite a cash transaction with no financing. Unable to obtain Registration and plates. Contacted Sales multiple times to determine status with no response. Additionally, during processing, our Insurance Policy was initially rejected. Forced to purchase a new policy for $1,300, we later learned the original was acceptable, leaving us to cancel the second policy and seek a refund. This was our seventh RV purchase, and by far the most troublesome. LaMesa's customer service ceased once the transaction was complete, exemplifying the adage 'out of sight, out of mind.' - Old Aviator LLC
My wife and I bought a 2022 REVEL
My wife and I bought a 2022 REVEL. In the second month, the stock vehicle caught on fire on the side of the road. The roadside emergency service they sold us was going to leave us stranded at a rest stop for three days when it clearly states in the contract that they were to tow us to a reputable service center. *** failed in their obligation to fulfill the contract.Rarely does anyone call me back. No one answers their phones. We were assigned a person of contact who was on vacation and not reachable. Our original finance person was unavailable. One of the many managers told us that "La Mesa RV is not responsible for their product, Winnebago and *** are responsible." This purchase does not represent a $500 beater car. We spent a sizable amount of money on this purchase and would simply like to be treated with if nothing else: respect. We feel unsupported, misled, and regretting our purchase.La Mesa RV is disorganized and don't know the first thing about customer service. I would think twice about conducting business with these people. We committed to an insane amount of money for this class B motor home and need to have the same level of commitment from our RV dealer. La Mesa RV failed in their obligation to take care of us.
Calling me a lier!
Calling me a lier! Never take your RV for any repair to this place. Purchase a Boldt about a year ago. I had some warranty issues to repair and took it to La Mesa RV in Albuquerque NM. What a poor customer service and the lowest repair shop! Some of the issues that I had was a sticking drawer in the kitchen area. This is what they did to it below. This is not the end of the world for me to fix this drawer. The more disturbing part is their interaction with me is their response to me when I send them pictures of this repair. Basically calling me a lier! -------------------------------------------------------------- Elan, I reviewed the photos both with the tech and the service manager. That is not a repair that we would have done and if we did break the wood we would have a piece on order and would have notified you on this. *** Service Advisor La Mesa RV Albuquerque *** -------------------------------------------------------- The first time I took my Van to do some warranty work they market the interior wall of my van with a marker and again deny any responsibility for it. A shameful business practice. When you spend over 150k on a motorhome you expect a little more class and respect. La Mesa RV is off my list.

Be cautious when considering business with Lamesa R/V in Texas
I want to alert everyone about Lamesa R/V in Texas. Reconsider: I bought a 2021 Winnebago and had a terrible experience. Their warranty service is appalling. With 59 years in the auto industry, I've never seen such poor customer service. Issues ranged from unresponsive service departments to the R/V lingering for months without repair. Their staff turnover is high, and each visit presented new faces. It's disappointing how they represent their products. I regret my purchase and urge you to avoid them for your own good.

September 3 I purchased a new Winnebago *** 3235RL. When La Mesa delivered the *** and set it up they hooked it up wrong and flooded my brand new . It took 5 hours for the general manager to get back to me, and when he came out to my location he saw that his people had installed the water line improperly. He threatened me to take my *** back, and then asked me what he could do to get rid of me. He gave me a check for $1000 and made me sign a document that I would not hold them responsible for what they had done.I have had nothing but trouble with this , and I do not even have the banking information to make my payments. I have requested this information 4 times to no avail. This brand new Winnegabo is a piece of c*** So many things broken, and not working properly.I would suggest that NO ONE should ever purchase an *** from La Mesa. They are crooks and liars and will say and do anything to get your money, and even try to high gross you buy purchasing additional roadside service that is a joke. They charged me $2000 to put a clear coating on my . Still, every time it rains this *** gets flooded.I was supposed to have an orientation on the day it was delivered, but my orientation guy told me he did not know anything about the , So, I was left clueless, and on top of that their installers flooded my .This dealership should be put out of business for their crooked ways. I am filing a lawsuit against them for lying to me and for dishonest practices. Please, if you know what is good for you STAY AWAY FROM THIS DEALER.

Do NOT do business with La Mesa RV We purchased a brand new 2021 Thor Chateau 22E in February and have never been able to use it due to water intrusion and a factory defect with the fiberglass rear wall and fiberglass front cap. It has been in the shop 3 times now for over 44 days and counting. They will charge you a $995 dealer/PDI (pre delivery inspection) fee, but they will not actually inspect your *** before handing it off to you. Once you drive off the dealership, they will take 0% responsibility for anything wrong with it. You will end up waiting for months to get anything repaired. The *** is now heading to Thor's factory (adding over 2500 miles to the ) and will take at least a month or so to repair. *** flat out accused us of causing the damage to the *** even though the *** technical rep stated that the damage was a manufacturing defect. He told us "Well, you picked that one." Insinuating that we purposeful would choose a damaged *** that *** supposedly inspected. The sales people will follow you around in a golf cart watching you the whole time. Very pushy sales tactics and flat out dishonest information about an *** you may be considering. Their HQ in ***, could care less about your issues. ***, customer relations rep in ***, told me that La Mesa RV will not reimburse us or buy back our *** because it's Thor's issue. It may be Thor's factory flaws, but *** could at least do the right thing an buy back the . My advice, stay clear of this place and shop somewhere else, even if the price is a little higher User's recommendation: Avoid La Mesa RV and *** products
The review concerns La Mesa RV at the Irvington site
The review concerns La Mesa RV at the Irvington site. We started with a positive approach, but will now be direct about our experience. My partner and I flew to purchase a 2019 Winnebago. As new RV buyers, we were unaware of certain features and safety processes. We expected to learn about manual 4x4 engagement, coach battery operation, and winterization during orientation, but did not. We were assured pre-sale issues would be fixed, but had we known the extent, we'd have renegotiated. After purchase, La Mesa RV was unresponsive to warranty claims, only addressing two minor issues. Loan processing delays further complicated our experience. Disappointed by the lack of support and the ineffective warranty that increased our payments, we're canceling it and advising others, especially novices, to avoid La Mesa RV at Irvington.
We bought a 5th Wheel from La Mesa RV in 2020 and have only had problems since then
We bought a 5th Wheel in March and have only had problems with La Mesa RV. Our previous service advisor was excellent, but after her departure, the service quality plummeted. The customer service is terrible, with staff members providing nothing but lies and broken promises. Our 5th Wheel has been in service for 7 weeks without all issues being resolved. The hydraulic jacks failed during a camping trip in late April, which is unexpected for a 2020 RV. We dropped it off on May 5, and not everything is fixed yet. I usually don't write negative reviews, but this needs attention from upper management. I've tried to reach out to the corporate contact to discuss past issues, but he ignored me and contacted my husband instead, failing to return our calls. I won't refer anyone to La Mesa RV. The service department's excuses and delays, blaming supply chain issues when parts orders are delayed, are unacceptable. The warranty company was surprised our 5th Wheel sat untouched for 5 weeks. I had to call La Mesa myself to find out what was happening. The situation is very unprofessional, and it's unfortunate that the few good employees have to work alongside dishonest service personnel.
La Mesa Service Department my experience has been troubling and has broken my trust in their ability to provide honest and trustworthy
La Mesa Service Department my experience has been troubling and has broken my trust in their ability to provide honest and trustworthy communication and workmanship for my trailer. While the specifics are many and varied to include incomplete repairs, missed items on walk thru intake added to work orders, to failure complete work when parts and or unit was available that did not require parts while on premises. La Mesa service department would use copious amounts of time holding the trailer in this "parts on order" limbo that was used to managerial issues within this work center that has become well apparent to us. To add stress to the process our particular experience has been hampered by having to make multiple calls and leave voice messages before we would get a return call about the status of our trailer and when we would receive information it at times would be laced with circular information and at one point even mentioning items that were not even on my unit as a repair item! I was told parts were in and they had actually physically saw them in location this apparently turned out to be falsehood forgive perhaps they didn't see correctly nevertheless they mentioned a start date of work this never happened. This led to what has culminated in an series of months in shop in fact our trailer has been more in the shop than we have physically possessed it that's correct purchased in June from La Mesa Davis. We finally reached a point of frustration we reached out to La Mesa management and they replied to they would look into it to find out what the status of the repairs and parts of the trailer and move it forward. This may seem like a gracious gesture from La Mesa but in light of what has occurred a remedy of this nature from the their management truly would only take a few hours to rattle some cages and gather information we know we were are being peddled down the road and the systemic problems were brought to light because we made a series of phone calls to the corporate manufactures management team and this is a response to Lance's inquires into La Mesa service department. Having said that we have lost all confidence in the La Mesa service department ability to resolve this honestly and in our BEST interest. It is no doubt due to the preponderance of maintenance/repair issue that La Mesa has inherited a poorly crafted unit although Lance products in general are excellent it is incumbent also upon the dealership to thoroughly catch some of these things on intake and the customer on PDIs granted but in this particular unit it needs to be made right and whole at the factory level or completely replaced to which I am going relinquish my unit from the maintenance function at La Mesa due to our poor relationship otherwise we will be seeking the California Lemon Law.

service
Worst RV dealer in the USA. ZERO customer service. This place is horrible! Avoid at all costs, or it will cost you. They installed a new AC unit for our Class B and did not connect the condensate line. This caused our entire ceiling and walls to collect all of the water until it started dripping down everywhere, to include eventually running down on me when I was driving. They have refused to take responsibility, and their customer service employee, Kristie Gallardo, is horrific. Stay away from this place.

Fleetwood bounder 2022
Do not buy from these people. We purchased a 2022 Fleetwood Bounder RV 5/2022, took it out two times and the second time it flooded from the cheap part connecting the tube on the back of the toilet. The insurance warranty was garbage as they wanted it to be towed to fix it when we got to the RV park in Newport Beach when all we needed was a tech to come out...

On December 17th, I bought a used RV from La Mesa RV, paying $995.00 for dealer services. It included a 30-day warranty, but issues arose when I tried to use it. The slide-out malfunctioned, and despite contacting the dealer, I received no callback. The general manager was unavailable, and my camping trip was canceled. I found a short in the motor and confronted the dealer about their service. They asked me to bring the RV in, hinting at a possible warranty service, but failed to confirm this. Upon visiting, they suggested leaving the RV for assessment without a guarantee of coverage. I declined, fearing additional charges. I later found past service records indicating unresolved issues. I believe the dealer should fix these at no cost. Their service has been disappointing, and I plan to seek repairs elsewhere and share my experience.

After purchasing an RV in *** I have made several attempts to register it in ***. DMV has stated on numerous occasions that they have sent *** instructions to forward the appropriate paperwork. *** is refusing to do so or just completely disregarding the requests. Spoke with a manager and was assured the paperwork would be sent over and months later, still nothing. *** refuses to respond to my requests to speak with someone who can get the paperwork sent.
Purchase date 2/12/2023 on 2/13/2023 we noticed there was a problem with our slide and called Mobile Support, they failed to EVER respond or call back. On 2/15/2023 we drove the *** back to LaMesa *** and were told the entire slide component needed to be replaced and it would be *** business days to receive the manufactured parts. On 2/27 I called to check the status of our order and there was no record of parts being ordered for my account. I texted the tech that said he was ordering the parts and after following up, on 2/28 he informed me that the parts were actually ordered, manufactured and shipped and should arrive in 5-7 business days. Again, I called on 3/9 and was told the parts were still being manufactured. After calling the part manufacturer myself, I was told the parts were still in production and are expected to ship 3/16 and arrive 3/23-3/24 and that I would be provided a tracking number for said parts as soon as it is available. NO ONE is ever available by phone, nor do they EVER return a phone call...mobile service, service, parts or delivery. I was contacted by ***, in house counsel and made an offer of compensation that expires in 2 hours today. I counter-offered this morning and have not received a response. I no longer want LaMesa *** to repair my *** as they knew within the 15 days return policy that my *** was defunct. They have had ample opportunity to rectify this, and have failed miserably. Do NOT do business with LaMesa , they will sell you a rig and abandon all responsibility.
I purchased a 2022 *** Qwest in October 2022; beautiful unit except it was sold to me defective. I spent over $168,000 on the unit. The door to the unit was bent at the manufacturer as there are no defects in the paint (its not chipped or cracked). *** had to know the door was bent when installing it as it bent the hinge. The driver from *** to *** knew the door was bad as it has a really loud wind noise. The quality control person at LaMesa had to know the door was bent yet it was sold to me. Now I'm being jerked around to get the replacement door on my unit. I live in NY and its a 5 day journey to get to LaMesa, get it fixed and then to go back home plus the cost is over $1000 for fuel and tolls. I took the unit right back to LaMesa to prove the door was defective; they ordered a new door which they now have. I can not get time back off from work until the end of June. They are unwilling to store the door till then and are making me re-put in the claim through another company. The issue with that is that according to ***, *** will not take the door back and then send it out to the new company. I feel like two major companies are jerking me around. I need my door fixed and I need LaMesa or Jayco to help with this as they are responsible. I am starting with LaMesa as they have the door and can fix this for me but are unwilling to wait till the end of June to repair the unit they sold me. My claim number is J00784275; the vin number is ***. My email address is *** you
We purchased a class b *** home with two problems with it, noted and initialed by us on the due bill. The first problem was the sliding door needed to be adjusted. It was fixed. The second problem is the sink needed to be either repaired or replaced. I have called so many times and emails so many times and once was successful and speaking to the service manager. He told me he needed to investigate. I purchased it in January 12, 2023 and the day I spoke to the service man was February 14. I continue to call and email and leave messages with no success.
I recently had my generator oil changed at a local service center
I recently had my generator oil changed at a local service center. I have talked to the staff to try to understand why they charged me for 2 quarts of oil. Not a good explanation! All information I have states it should take less than a quarter of a quart to fill the Reserve. Attached is documentation. I am still looking for the correct answer. Gen model 2.8kw HGJJBB Gasoline. Thank you in advance! I don't understand why it came to this, my phone calls were to the point. I think I was charged for more oil than was needed. The staff consulted someone and they said it took more than a quart. My phone call to you was simply to find out how much oil is needed, but you talked all around the subject and did not do research to find out the correct answer. Since both of you insisted it takes more than a quart of oil, I had to ask the neighbor to check if the Reserve was overfilled! It was not, thanks to a good mechanic. To be perfectly honest, I think you need to add a further discount to the amount of refund for all the time and research I had to do! You also stated that an oil change needs to happen every 50 hours. According to the manufacturer's recommendation, it's 150 hours or 1 year. WOW. Feel free to credit my card or send a check. I would suggest more training in customer relations. Respectfully. On Wed, Mar 17, 2021, at 5:56 PM, the service center wrote: I see you didn't like the explanation. Wish you would have said that last night instead of saying all good. I talked to the tech and he said he filled per specs. He used 3/4 of a quart on your generator. Sorry, that 2 quarts were billed out. I can refund one quart but we don't sell it by the ounce. So one quart has to be charged out. Please let me know what you would like to do.

We purchased a 2021 Winnebago Hike travel trailer which was supposed to include an interior and exterior protectant applied to all surfaces. We purchased a 5-year limited appearance protection warranty through Portfolio Protection regarding this application. Within a year, fading of all exterior surfaces began. On 9/15/2022 we contacted *** RV regarding this fading and they provided pictures and a work estimate to Portfolio. Since then, Portfolio and LaMesa RV have been going back and forth about cost of repairs and what the next steps will be. We have contacted both parties at least a dozen times regarding getting the work completed to rectify the situation. According to the policy from Portfolio, in AZ "the dealership (LaMesa RV) will perform, or arrange to have performed, any repair services within a reasonable time and in a competent and workmanlike manner." It has been 5 months now and we are still waiting to have the services provided. I do not believe this constitutes "within a reasonable time." I have attached the estimate of costs for services needed according to LaMesa RV. But, neither party has accepted responsibility for actually performing or paying for the repairs. I am asking for help to rectify this situation.
I've been taking my RV to *** for the past year and the service has been horrendous! This last time, I took it in, they replace the batteries and never even tied them together leaving one cable dangling, arcing and causing electrical issues. I found the problem, took a picture and contacted La Mesa to mobilize a repair tech. They told me that I need to bring it in. I've been back and forth to their location a number of times and they are continually incomplete with their order and the workmanship of what they DO finish is unacceptable. This is a safety issue and could have resulted in a much worse situation. I expect them to get out immediately to repair it. I don't think a refund is out of the question here either!
I purchased a new *** from La Mesa RV in ***, *** on 2/10/2023. When I went to pick it up, I expected the *** to be cleaned and ready and prepped for delivery. When we got there, they took us in to the finance department and had us do the money and title stuff. We did all that. Then they told us that while prepping the vehicle, they noticed the propane tank would not take propane, so they needed several hours to swap out the propane tank.We walked through the vehicle and identified 9 issues that needed resolution - thinks like the fresh water senser was not working, the door step on off switch was not working, it was missing a cushion, etc. They fixed some of the issues that day and told us they would order some parts and let us bring it in to the *** store in a week or two to have the remaining issues resolved. I have been trying ever since then to finish up these issues. I cannot seem to reach anyone at the *** store to follow up on these issues. I emailed several times, I left voice mails several times, but I cannot get the delivery manager or salesman to call me back. Today I got a call from someone at the store telling me that they cannot register my warranty on the *** because it has outstanding safety recalls on the chassis. I directly asked the salesman if there were any outstanding recalls on the unit and he clearly told me that they have all recalls fixed before they deliver a vehicle. I asked to speak to a manager about this, and they just transferred me to a voice mail and I have not had any call back. This is exasperating to deal with.

Date of the transaction: 06/04/2022 The amount of money we paid the business: $172,910.24 What the business committed to provide you: A new camper van with working components, validated by a Pre-Delivery Inspection What the nature of the dispute is: We purchased a van that we were promised went through the Pre-Delivery Inspection and everything was in working order. We quickly found that the solar charging for both the chassis battery and house battery does not work, and the fridge does not cool. We drove the van back to the dealer (its only other trip coming home from the dealer) and it has been there for nearly 2 months. We dropped it off June 17th. The management, specifically the General Manager, has been avoiding calls and avoiding finding a resolution for the issues that they: sold us a camper with critical components not working, and have not been handling the issues with any kind of haste while we pay insurance and car payments on the camper, which should have never left the lot with these issues that should have been caught by the Pre-Delivery Inspection. We would like them to pay for at least what we have paid on the van since owning it, they are responsible for selling a camper in working order. Whether or not the business has tried to resolve the problem: The van has been at their service center for nearly 2 months, we dropped it off June 17th. Of the 22 problems we had originally agreed for them to fix, 11 of them still have parts on order, with no install date in sight. We can view the activity of the camper via the Mercedes.me Connect app and we can see that the van has sat for 3-5 days at a time before someone is coming to open a door to work on the issues. There is little to no effort to resolve the problems in a timely manner. Account/order/tracking number: La Mesa Stock Number: SN175716. VIN:

We purchased a *** from La Mesa RV. The *** unit in the *** side went bad and they replaced. Shortly after we went on a road trip and major water started coming inside the *** from the new *** unit causing extensive water damage throughout the . I have proof that they installed the *** unit incorrectly, and intentionally incorrectly. La Mesa RV has refused to take responsibility for their errors. We now have a new *** with major water damage inside roughly $30k damage or more.
I have a 2021 RV from La Masa. It has problems with water leak from hot water heater. The office in *** has set up services to come out and never keep them. This is a serious problem that cant be put aside. When buying this RV they promised everything but now I have it and they are not doing there part. It is a bad situation as I have no other place to live. I thought this was a good company and had several people purchase from them. I dont want to text these things that they are doing but I will do it so others read and will not get abused like me. I look forward to hearing from you. Thank you
We went to La Mesa RV in October 2022 and were asked to put a $5k deposit as there is one RV on the assembly line to reserve our name on the unit. We were told by the sale person that the unit should be ready by the end of November. Keep in mind we lost everything after hurricane *** hit SW *** and in need of a quick living solution. After we put the $5k deposit no communication from anyone at La Mesa RV in *** branch. We called and left many messages without any luck. Today is January 19, 2023. For the past 2 weeks we called and left numerous messages to get our deposit back as we have been waiting for months. Still we have not received any communication from the company.
Purchased a $500,000.00 + Motorhome in late March 2022. Immediately had numerious (over 50) problems. Have returned it for repair multiple times, left it with trouble lists in May. La Mesa kept the Motorhome all summer through August, fixed less than 40% of the problems. In the meantime while the Motorhome was in their possession the right front slide out was damaged, drivers mirror was knocked off & dash pad was scratched. They did a terrible job of partially fixing what they broke. On top of all that the Motorhome was a filthy mess inside and out had 125 more miles on it than when I left it, radio was blaring party music, looked like someone took it for a party weekend. *** were all informed of this at the time I picked coach up in September. All I recieved were excuses. Had to drive coach over *** miles to ***. and spend a month there to get get the rest of the items fixed. Have since had re-occurance of some items & some additional items which will neccessitate another trip to *** as I have lost all confidence in La Mesa. The scratched dash still has not been fixed. While in *** I find that the paint protection package sold by La Mesa was never applied. Then over Xmas hollidays I find that the roadside assistance package sold was useless for anything other than towing (no road side mechanic as told), so I was stuck for 2 weeks before I could get a starter fixed. The entire $15,000.00 + protection package is useless. La Mesa needs to refund all monies paid for extended warranties. Reimburse me for the trip to *** including the month spent there. Pay trip expenses for the additional trip I will have to make within the next month. Have my original Warranty extended for six(6) months. Replace/reimbuirse for scratched pad. Reimburse for 2 Wine *** of wine broken when couch that was never anchored to floor turned over dumping both *** along with wine and broken glass on the floor.

My husband and I bought a 2020 Winnebago from an RV show last November and since then have had issues with getting it serviced at the Phoenix location. Our service adviser *** is a nice person to talk to, but his follow-thru and communication isn’t great. We have to call multiple times to get a return call back, if we leave a message, we never get a call back, again we have to call. We took our motorhome to have work completed on it September 5th, advising that we needed it no later than 9/26 as we had a trip planned October 1st. We dropped it off with the list of items needing to have warranty work completed, some items we were told then that wouldn’t be ready in time for our trip, which we understood. I had to follow-up with *** on September 14th an again on the 16th to confirm that our motorhome would be ready for us to pick up. *** called my husband on September 25th letting us know that our motorhome was ready for pick-up. Upon arriving to pick-up our motorhome, I reviewed the items that were fixed & the ones on back-order and proceeded to leave. As we started it, it was extremely loud, like a muffler was missing. We looked under the carriage and that’s what it appeared, not thinking of it, we started to leave & then immediately noticed our check engine light was on, so we went directly back to the service department. As we got there & took a closer look at the underneath of the motor home, we noticed that the catalytic converter was removed, actually sawed off, along with the O2 sensor. As we talked to *** about this, he took a look under the motorhome and then went to talk to his manager Jared. He indicated when he returned, that he had spoken with his manager Jared & was advised that we needed to file an insurance claim to have the repair made, as they don’t cover damage while it sits on the lot waiting to be fixed. There is more, it just won't fit.

I cannot begin to tell you my disgust with La Mesa Rv service department. I bought a brand new Fleetwood 2015 seven years ago. Had I known the complete lack of service that they provide I never would've bought from them. I cannot even begin to tell you how many times I put it in for service And had no response and was lied to outright. Namely *** my service coordinator had my RV for almost 2 months and lied to me and said the front end was looked at. Until I found out from the technician that it was never looked at. Took home my RV which was shaking violently in front and the rear window actually fell out. I waited from the end of January for eight months till September before I finally called and said where is my window. And they mysteriously found it. Now I've had to pay gas etc. and time to bring it back to have it repaired and have the front and looked at finally. Over two weeks ago *** told me that he wanted to give me a call with the chassis expert. I told him sure give me a call in another half hour and I'll be available. Weeks have gone by texts have gone by with no response. I have contacted the service manager *** who is just as useless and has no answers. I'm going to do everything in my means to get this corrected. Obviously not from Le Mesa who is the biggest joke in RV sales and service. Wait a second not just RV service in sales. I have never dealt with a service department as inept and non-responsive as them. I've tried everything in my power to get answers and they refused to help. Never again. I will certainly be contacting corporate offices the ComplaintsBoard.com etc.
I regret not reading all the reviews on ComplaintsBoard.com before buying with La Mesa. We bought an A-Class in April this year with the condition that they would repair the motor of a bung bed (written in the sales contract). After many lies such as that they do not find it that, I do not arrive etc. they no longer answer calls or emails in any way.
10/16 paid LAMesa RV ***, . $1299.00 for *** insurance. They refuse to honor the contract. They told me that the *** insurance expired after 6 years. That is a lie. The *** insurance is for the length of the loan. On 09/27/2022, my RV was destroyed by hurricane ***. My insurance paid $46,869.28. The amount owed on the loan is $55,815.42. leaving a balance of $8,946.14 which should be covered by the *** insurance. LaMesa RV has illegally denied the claim.
We received a toy hauler from a dealership on 8/31/22
We received a toy hauler from a dealership on 8/31/22. Upon arrival at home, we found unresolved issues from the initial walkthrough. Repeatedly contacting La Mesa, we were assured these issues were addressed, yet they persisted. The rear couch/bed needed leg repairs, a chair was absent, and the external storage seal was compromised. The black tank valve was left open, which we discovered the hard way. During our first camping trip, the battery was dead and wouldn't recharge, the generator failed after two minutes, and the toilet seal leaked. The pins provided for the rear bunk bed were too short. Calls to their technical support suggested a likely fuel pump issue with the generator. For a new unit, these problems were unexpected. After being promised reimbursement for a new battery ($133.63), we've received no response. We drove three hours to retrieve our trailer and returned it for warranty service on 10/6/22. It took three days of calling to receive an update confirming warranty approval. Two weeks later, there's no estimated repair date, and they can't confirm the trailer's location or security. They've threatened a $50/day fee post-repair notification, yet they owe us $50/day since the missed 10/13/22 completion date ($250 to date). The dealership's proclaimed customer service excellence has been absent since delivery.

Date of transaction: 4/13/22 to present. Issue: Bought a 2021 Ethos Entegra from a La Mesa RV branch. It's being serviced at their repair center. I've had many issues since three weeks post-purchase. I contacted RECVAN multiple times to buy it back, but they refused, only offering a trade-in with an extra $10k. The vehicle is a lemon. Problems include a bad coach battery, various engine warning lights, a faulty rear camera, gas smell, and a gas tank issue requiring a tow to Dodge for repairs. Additionally, the refrigerator leaks, the bathroom door sticks, the TV audio and master control panel failed, the heater is inadequate, and there are loose screws and rusted nails. Currently, the general warning light activates with the headlights. The worst issue is sewage leakage from the black tank, making the vehicle uninhabitable. La Mesa/RECVAN has quoted over $4k for repairs and blames me for the sewage damage.

In December , I bought an RV from La Mesa RV and took possession on January 13, 2022
In December , I bought an RV from La Mesa RV and took possession on January 13, 2022. After a brief orientation, additional items were identified and fixed. After returning home, I noticed several malfunctions that should have been caught during dealer prep or before the orientation. I've been disputing with the company since then to fix these issues. Over 5 months, I've made two extra trips to their location at my expense for repairs. By May 25th, all but one issue was resolved (damage to the passenger headlight area). At my last service, two company reps agreed to fix the fiberglass issue at their expense, a promise made in front of my wife and me. However, as of June 9th, I was informed they won't cover the cost anymore. These trips to Phoenix have been costly for me, including gas for a 400-mile round trip and accommodation for 5 nights. Their refusal to fix the issue in one visit has led to excessive expenses. Now they won't honor their verbal agreement to repair the damage. Contacting them for appointments is futile, requiring daily calls for over a week to schedule. This third repair attempt highlights their persistent failure to take responsibility and address customer issues. I refuse to pay for the repair and wish they would uphold their verbal commitment.

I purchased a 2021 Winnebago Minne back in June . When I arrived for pick up at La Mesa RV in ***, *** my trailer had been robbed of parts by the dealership itself after I had paid in full! I was then told I would have a service appointment scheduled. In September I had moved to ***, , and took my trailer to La Mesa Rv in ***, . *** walked the trailer with us as we pointed out all the defects we had found on the trailer since purchase. We explained that we had travel plans with the trailer in Oct and wouldneed it back then. It was a full month the trailer would be in their care. In that month nothing was done except for velcro applied to the back seats of the dinette. The trash was left on the table all the stickers pointing out issues to address were still on the trailer. Someone used the toilet and didn't flush the tank. We were told nothing was able to be completed because they were waitingon Winnebago warrantyapproval. I took my trailer as I already had prior scheduled and paid for arrangements. They were to get back to me as soon as they had approval and parts ordered. November after not hearing from them since I picked up the trailer in October I called to follow up on the status to be told due to covid things are on backorder. they stated they would try and overnight or expedite parts they could to take care of some of the major issues. December I get an email asking to survey the *** which reminds me I hadn't heard back from them in over a month. I called the service department at La mesa RV *** to be informed no order was ever placed. I then spoke with *** and *** who ensured me they were going to get to the bottom of this and get it fixed ASAP. I was told last night that an order was being placed by *** and *** and *** was to call me back with a Parts order number as soon as he had it in hand. This morning when we called for order # we are back at square one

We bought a Winnebago on July 13th and started a trip from one city to another.
We bought a Winnebago on July 13th and started a trip from one city to another. Upon reaching our first destination, the temperature was 102, so we tried to use the air conditioning in the back unit, but it failed. After unsuccessful attempts to get service, we spoke to a representative at La Mesa RV who suggested driving to their facility for a diagnosis on July 22nd. They couldn't fix it quickly, so we continued our journey along the cooler coastline. By July 26th, a heatwave made it unbearable, and we had to leave the vehicle to finish our trip elsewhere. On July 31st, we began our return, but the group split due to the heat. It took my husband and son a week to return the vehicle for service. I arranged for service on August 9th, with a mobile appointment set for late September, which was frustrating given the expense. The mobile service later identified the need for a new stair unit and a cooling system circuit board. However, after ordering parts, they managed to fix the issue by rewiring, rendering the parts unnecessary. We were misled about the parts needed, and despite continuous follow-ups, the service was unsatisfactory. We spent an hour on the phone with a representative who directed us to an unresponsive service advisor.

On Feb 18th, 2023, I purchased a used 2020 Coachmen Freelander 27QB. First, *** took me into the service and started picking things and throwing them on a desk. Thinking they went with my *** until she told me what I owed. I said I thought this went with the *** or a gift (since no one mentioned or discussed this with me.) she said my gift is their catalog! Then papers were coming at me to sign with brief explanations. Driving home I hit a curb and felt it rock, felt like it was going over, luckily it didn't. I slowly made it home. Informed that I only had 15 days to test drive, I drove the 20ish miles to my brother's. I drove to my brother's on *** of the highway at the slowest pace possible terrified. Heard awful noise. Feb. 22, I drove the *** back to La Mesa, ***. and told them I was afraid to drive it and I there is something wrong with it. *** and I went for a drive and I made him drive. He heard it and we went back and talked to service. They said it was probably a loose heat shield, but no offer was made to fix it. Salesman gave me 2 cards of their used *** buyers. I contacted and he said he would get back to me later that afternoon. I texted the next morning and he said he would get back to me later, he never did. The next day I called the other salesman and he had to contact the other out of courtesy and someone would get back to me. That was Friday, monday I called and left a message stating I would be taking further action. He called back later and apologized, said all that they could give me for the *** was $45,000. and $5,000 dollars for the deduction of money not financed. The total financed amount was $70,285.75. I believe they should pay back the amount financed less *** $1499.00, service contract $5905.00, and roadside assistance, ***, I am willing to forfeit my $1500.00 deposit and pay the licensing fee of $390.10. Respectfully

Customer Number: Confidential and Date Of Purchase: November 12th Product: Keystone/Redwood 4150RD
Customer Number: Confidential and Date Of Purchase: November 12th Product: Keystone/Redwood 4150RD 5th Wheel Dealership: Confidential Center Complaint: The team was sent out four times to document the same issues repeatedly without updates on warranty approvals, parts orders, or timelines for delivery and installation. We took delivery on November 12th, and by the end of January, we still lacked a working fireplace, oven, screen door, main door, or bathroom sinks. After the fourth service call, the mobile service manager informed us that we must contact Keystone/Redwood directly for parts and service since we were relocating and nothing had been ordered. No information was provided about whether our case details would be forwarded to Keystone. The service from LaMesa has been extremely disappointing. Prospective LaMesa RV buyers should inquire about warranty approval wait times and parts availability, especially during peak sales events when manufacturers may not produce parts. Our experience has been frustrating, to say the least. All correspondence with LaMesa's sales, service, and executive staff is documented, and my phone records can substantiate these communications.

We bought extra services with our motorhome at La Mesa RV in October .
We bought extra services with our motorhome at La Mesa RV in October , including a 5-year warranty. Unfortunately, we've been unable to get service at La Mesa RV. Our calls go unanswered, we're directed to the manufacturer, or delayed due to high demand and staff impacts from Covid. We were assured better care with this warranty, but La Mesa RV has failed to deliver. I believe a full refund is warranted due to their non-fulfillment. I contacted the CEO of La Mesa RV on November 8th after a fruitless wait for a September appointment. The service department canceled, citing unforeseen issues, and suggested a December slot. I informed the CEO of my decision to cease dealings with their service department. After no initial response, I got an email from La Mesa RV's management. Despite completing their forms, I was informed of only a partial refund of $3,153.04, not the full $8,012.00 I paid. I am pursuing a full refund for the undelivered services.

La Mesa RV in *** has the worst customer service! They happily take your money when youre buying a new RV but dontt fix issues under warranty and treat you like c*** when you ask them to do so.Their service desk receptionist, Mauri/Mari/*** is rude and un-accommodating. She should be cleaning their toilets instead of interacting with their customers. It would be a much better fit for her and her lack of customer service skills. The service rep never answers your calls so you have to leave a message. Youre lucky to get a call back.We bought a 2021 Integra Escalade Super C in February . A year and 3 months later still have warranty issues not fixed after taking it in 3 times. Floor was torn up for a year and finally had to get it fixed by another company. Still waiting to get our $300 reimbursement for that. This last time they had it for two months and finally fixed two vents. Door is still not fixed and trim moulding isnt either. They dont do what they say and always have an excuse for not doing their job. This is our 5th RV but our first from La Mesa RV *** and I would not recommend them.I would avoid them at all costs, youll be glad you did! Buyer beware, youve be warned.
It has been a fantastic experience in purchasing our 2022 Entegra Coach. *** has been with in every single step of the process. *** made sure we were accommodated in every step we took. I have purchased many *** and have never received such hospitality and going above what is required. If you want the best...Go see LaMesa RV and ask for ***.We also couldnt have had such smooth transition without *** and *** in the finance department. Thank you Friends!
Purchased and accepted a Used RV on 26 May 2022 from LaMesa in ***. Two (2) weeks have passed with no Vehicle Title paperwork received by our Attorney in spite of the fact this was a cash deal with no financing. Unable to obtain Registration and plates. Telephoned and emailed Sales and *** repeatedly in an attempt to determine status. No one answers the telephones and no replies to emails. In addition, when we were being processed by the *** we were told our Insurance Policy was not acceptable. 150 miles from home, we had to order another policy at a cost of $1,300. Now we have two (2) insurance policys for the same vehicle. THEN, the *** representative decided the original policy was, in fact, acceptable. So, we are left with the responsibility of cancelling the second policy and working to obtain a refund of $1,300. Note, as the current trite saying goes, This was not our first rodeo. It was our seventh RV purchase. None of the other six transactions were as difficult.Like so many others, once LaMesa has the money and you are out of sight, you are persona non grata, they don't know you, and they pointedly don't want to talk to you.*** Old Aviator LLC
The *** dealership folks were fine. My issue is that they sat on the $6,600 dollars I gave them for my warranty on 5/19 and I am in my second day of trying to get my warranty activated so I can get my toilet fixed. While *** in finance blew a constant stream of smoke up my a*** about the complexities of activating a warranty on an RV, I suspect that If I had made it to 60 months without a claim, the$6,600 would have never left the dealership. I am wondering if this is an industry standard practice or if La Mesa is unique.
