shocking service and management
Hi I recently done a soccer accumulater 5 euro 8 teams in your shop in Fethard, Co. Tipperary. With some luck my bet came in. As I approached your shop at 10, 20am on 05/04/17 it was closed so I decided to wait until 10, 40am. At this time it still hasn't opened even do it clearly states on your website opening hours 10, 15am. This is either bad management or incapable staff. So off I went to your shop in clonmel Co. Tipperary as I was heading that way anyway. As I hand in the same docket she proceeded to tell it wasnt on her system in a ignorant manner I might add. Then I asked her to ring fethard and give the barcode. So basically I was asking her to do her job. She then told me there weren't answering the phone this is the shop that couldn't open in time that I had to go back to that shop and claim my docket. The whole situation made me laugh as I am a manager myself. Firstly is that not a company thats worth hundreds of millions and thrive on customer service and satisfaction. This is a disgrace and you should really start looking at your managers in place instead of hiring cash handlers as managers that are probably not able to manage themselves like opening a shop on time.

the ladbrokes in high st leamington spa says on its website that it is open till 21.30.so i travel 10 miles to collect 60 pounds winnings only for the sign on the door to read closes at 19.30. I check the time on my phone and its 19.23 so all is ok, only the bolt is across the door. although all the staff were still inside, lights on tvs on etc i was waved away. thanks a lot

Hello there I've been told to contact you before I take it further with my solicitor basically I won 1800 pound on Monday but when I tried to collect I I couldn't collect it I took both parts of identification to the shop passport as well I emailed all the documents that I needed but still couldn't collect it I felt like I couldn't get my money so I had to spend it cause I couldn't withdraw even after numerous conversations with your colleagues I've took pictures of the conversations where they said I can't collect until I could prove my age even tho they was taking money from my without it even tho they had seen all my identification my username is WHITELAW253 and I had to spend it that was my idea I was getting from yourselves I have been told to contact Ladbrokes first see what happens then I can take this further thank you George whitelaw

I went into one of your stores in Liverpool the one on muirhead avenue .i placed a bet on the virtual horse racing I placed the bet with 30s before the race started and as it won the cashier and a gentleman in customer service said it could not be paid out as they reckon it was 4 seconds to late. But how could that be when it stated on the screen that it was 30secinds till the race was due to go off. So either the screen is faulty or Ladbrokes are withholding customer winnings. Also I didn't get informed it was a late bet until I went to collect my winnings what if I had lost my money would of been kept in any case so how many peolpes money have Use kept. I am very disappointed in the service I have received as a valued customer of over 16 years of its not resolved in satisfactory Mannor I may have to take my custom else wear as I lose thousands a year in your stores so when I win I expect to be paid out it may only be £25 but it's the principal of the way it's been handled i look forward to hearing your response in due course.

For a wile now when I make a deposit and there's a promo on I don't seem to be getting the bonuses at all. I spoke to online suport but I'm made feel like a complete #### every time. I'm writing a complaint about your staff at the ladbrookes store in Jardine crescent, tile hill, Coventry.
I always use this store to place my bets and have never had a problem with the staff before hand, but about 2 weeks ago one of your members of staff (don't know his name, ginger with glassess that's all I know) placed my bets and took my money and then continued to place single bets for me until all off a sudden refusing to pay out my winnings from the roulette machine, now I understand you have a challenge 25 policy which I have no problems with and I admit I don't have I.D but I have never been asked for it before presumably because I look old enough which I'd like to point I am infact old enough ( 15/07/1996 is my date of birth ) and then today a female member of staff asked my for I.D which I understand is necessary and I asked her why every other member of staff had served me with no questions asked until now to which she responded quite rudely in fact, 'just leave if u can't prove your age'.
So I asked my brother to put my bets oN for me cause he's got I.D and she told him that if he tried to do it again that they would refuse to serve him which I find is stupid and pathetic seens as she's seen me be served before without I.D and hasn't said I word.
I hope this complaint will be taken seriously as your staff are very rude and unhelpful at all

It has come to my attention that at some period over the last few days, the in shop game Reel King has been removed from play, without explanation or reason.
I then find in fact, Ladbrokes shops, Bet Fred William Hill and all other outlets which have or had the Reel king game in shop, have had to remove the said game due to game errors, an error in game play. An error that in fact myself and other have witnessed the error as in, the payouts of this game have been to say so low it has become an insult to play.
Sirs, with this information at hand and the fact that i am a loyal customer whom, over the last year has as is an every day event, visited and played the above mentioned Reel King slot game, within your branch at Allenton Derby,
This information re the error of this game, without doubt your company has decided to keep it from customers, and i fully understand your reasoning. I for one, have yet to decide, if One should continue to visit your establishment for the gaming and slot entertainment.
If your team had made inquiries earlier and listened to customers, feedback would have shown in obvious terms that many customers had noticed the "Reel King" game play had change, not just a little but a slap in the face amount and it has became a running in shop joke, " ladbrokes have tweaked on " rather than "Game On"
Sir, I am fully aware you will return this correspondence with deniable assurance, that this, is in fact in no way the reason for the removal of the mentioned Game.

Iv been off work sick by my gp and now the company have sacked me. They are not allowed to do this as I have a note that takes me up to 6/1/17. They payed me two weeks money for December so I rang them and they told me I was no longer in employment with them and they sent a letter to me but still not had no letter. I have rang a solicitor and they said they can't go against a doctor note. So will be taking this further if nothing has been sorted.

To be handed a lesser amount than just was supposed to
Win, I put a £5 bet on a 22/1 and only had £69 return and the reason being is because the woman behind the counter put the bet as a £3 bet rather than a £5 bet. The lady agrees it was her fault but would refuse to pay out because I had accepted the change... I also put other bets on so I didn't really check the change which by the way is not down to me to do... it's your employees fault for not taking note of the bet I had put on which clearly stated £5 on the slip. Maybe if your employees took more note of the bets being registered than speaking to people who were just stood in the shops to get a warmth then maybe this kind of mistake wouldn't happen... the woman agreed it was her fault but wasn't offered any kind of refund or even a free bet to compensate... I spend quite a lot of money in your shops and feel that I have been treated unfairly due to the mistake being down to your employee. I would like to know what can be done as the mistake was down to your employee not myself. And even though your employee agrees it was her fault didn't even offer an apology. Your customer service and how you treat your customers is terrible. After I done the bets I was in the shop for a good extra 5-10 minutes and if the woman knew she had give me the wrong change she still didn't come and tell me... the slip says £5 so I fully expect the money I was owed on a £5 bet.

I had a ladbrokes online account but wasn't happy with them so I self excluded from them.later down the line is opened a betdaq account.I won a few quid (£1500) which I won off other members, but in small print term and conditions it says as I had self excluded from ladbrokes I can't claim the money I won.I genuinely didn't know they where sister companies .They said my money would go to charity.Feel a bit agreived to say the least
opening hours and staff rudeness
Yes I went to your westore favell branch this morning at 8.30 to do my daily horsr racing as I approached the shop was in darkness and the door wide open so obviously to me the shop is open.But to no avail was met with an aggressive young lady saying out not open for another 15 minutes so I thought I go about my business and go back so I did and as I approached the door she said I'm still nor open another 5 minutes.I was with other fellow ladbrokes customers as well and they was not happy with her customer relations which I think she missed out on.So in the end I went in to William hill due to her rudeness I have been a loyal customer for years and this is not the first time it has happened.There is never a problem with the shop when Mary, laura and Charlie are there so could you look into this please I await a response thankyou

On November 7, 2016 I went to Ladbrokes shop 2098 (Leicester Square) to collect my winnings on the Major League Baseball World Series which concluded on November 3. I had bet £25 at 8/1 on January 28, 2016 on the Chicago Cubs at Ladbrokes shop 0185 (Marlow, Bucks) giving me a return (including stake) of £225. I was informed that this bet had already been paid out! As I had held the original betting slip throughout the entire period since placing the bet and trying to collect it (and the Ladbrokes 2098 shop manager confirmed it was clearly authentic) this must mean that either an error in payout had occurred at shop 0185 or conceivably something else untoward had happened. I had to spend an hour at shop 2098 (who were doing all they could to assist me) while the two shops involved discussed the matter. Finally shop 2098 paid out my winnings and I understand they then passed this charge to shop 0185. I expect Ladbrokes will carry out an investigation as to what happened. I was extremely inconvenienced by this matter.

I recently placed a bet on the us presidential debate. I chose for clinton's firewall to be none of these in prospective of which state she would win first. Now it was explained to me that it's the first state which comes through as a clinton winner. This state is vermont which was not part of the list provided which means the it would be none of these. The first state she won from the list would be nevada which I understand. I spoke to the live chat to try and get this sorted, as where i'm concerned unless your bet isn't what it states my bet has come through as a win not a lose. I was told that they would take it to the settlement team and I should return to the live chat to see what the outcome was. Instead I chose to call. This is when I was greater by someone known a's haisal. I went out of my way to visit your Isleworth Ladbroke shop to find the employee to tell me that the shop is shut for 20min! What a absolute joke, I could have visited a competitor shop and placed my bet which I have now missed! If a shop states it's open on the opening times there should be no reason to shut it. Very disappointed to say the least! I will not be visiting this shop again.

If you intend to play on-line with Ladbrokes - be aware of any bonus on offer after you have made your initial deposit. Things are not what they seem.
It appears that advertisers are embedded within the Ladbrokes site and they too will offer a bonus. However, their T & C's may be different to that on offer by Ladbrokes.
The distinction between what is 'Ladbrokes' and the 'advertiser' WITHIN the Ladbrokes site - after logged on, is poor to put it kindly.
The end result is that the wagering time limit is not the 30 days listed within the Ladbrokes T & C's but only 7 days.
I have been in contact with the Ladbrokes promotions people because I am not a happy bunny after I deposited £65, received £130 in a bonus and, believing I had 30 days to reach the wagering requirement, reached £700 balance within a short space of time only to have it reduced to £70 without warning.
It may be legal. May be honest and has the blessing of the Gambling commission. But it stinks. Sharp practice and does the Ladbrokes reputation no good at all.

I made 2 deposits into my ladbrokes casino account of £35 and for this got 2 x £10 bonus amounts. I then started playing the slots and amazingly got my account up to £600+ (i never dipped below £80 in account so didn't use bonus amount). I then contacted the online chat to see when I could withdraw and after the agent looked into my account was told I needed to get to £1500+. Well would you believe it I got there and was able to withdraw my winnings... or so I thought.
2 days later I get a call to say that as I had made bets from £2 up to £10 a go so I had broken ladbrokes rules on deposit bonuses where you can't bet over 30% of your bonus amount in 1 go and my money was cancelled.
The fact that I won straight off meaning I didn't use the bonus amount didn't matter. The fact that there was no warning that I was betting too high didn't matter. The fact that the person on the online chat who looked into my account didn't say anything didn't matter. I just got a response of "well if you had bothered to read the T&C you would of seen you broke the rules" as a response.
I advise everyone to never to use Ladbroke 's site. Never accept a bonus! Your original stake becomes worthless as soon as you do.
