Never ever go to Landmark Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram of Atlanta if you're a lady alone who's never bought car from dealership
Never ever go to Landmark Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram of Atlanta if you're a lady alone who's never bought car from dealership. They sell snake oil for sure! They told me if I didn't buy the warranty too, then no car for me. But that was a big fat lie. Plus they even sneaked in an extra 1000 bucks to the price of the car. So not cool, never again!
Landmark chryster doge jeep ram of atlanta ain't no good at fixin cars
Landmark chryster doge jeep ram of atlanta ain't no good at fixin cars. My ride been sittin in they shop for months waitin on a part. They ain't never let me know what's goin on, and I can't even call cuz they don't pick up the phone. Even my insurance company can't get a hold of them. This place need to shut down cuz it's just causin trouble for everybody.
if I will finally be able to get my car
if I will finally be able to get my car. Landmark is really making my life difficult. Their customer service is just terrible. My car has been in their hands for more than two months and I haven't heard anything from them about when it will be ready. I'm so frustrated with the lack of care and respect they are showing to their clients. I really hope they can get their act together and improve their customer service before they lose more customers like me.
Me went to buy Jeep Wrangler from this dealership
Me went to buy Jeep Wrangler from this dealership. We agreed on price on paper. I got insurance and funding. I scheduled to meet finance person. I waited 1 hour and 10 minutes but she didn't show up, I had to go back to work. Salesperson told me manager can deliver car to house and I said yes. Just before signing, salesperson called to say they can't sell me car. No sorry or call from manager. They didn't pay for my insurance and no other solution offered. Only solution was to order new car and pay them.
I get it if there weren't enough peeps workin' but that don't mean they can skimp on customer service
I get it if there weren't enough peeps workin' but that don't mean they can skimp on customer service. *** acted like they was too busy to help me out even though I was a paying customer. No one even greeted me when I came in for my appointment, I had to call up FIVE different times just to figure out what was happenin' with my ride cuz they never called me like they said they would. They told me I could pick it up on Thursday but then they pushed it back to Saturday which was a big inconvenience. They didn't even give me a loaner or explain what was goin' on with my car besides the battery situation. And to top it all off, they didn't even bring my car around for me when I went to go pick it up, I had to go find it myself! Ain't no way I'm comin' back to this place for service again.
I will nevr come here again
I will nevr come here again. We broght our Jeep to get it fixed for a recall. It took 1.5 years of waiting on "the list" before we finally calld and they let us bring it in and said there was no list. We set an appointment and after droppin off the car they told us that it would be two weeks because there were 5 cars ahead of us. I said no prob, I will come get the car and drop it off when you are ready for it. They told me I couldnt pick up the car cuz I would lose my place in line so I had to leave it for 2 weeks. Over the course of the next 2 weeks, I called several times and asked to speak with a manager and never received a call back. After 2 weeks, I called to check on the status of the car and they told me that they had no ticket for my car and they did not have the car. After spending an hour on hold and talking to a representative they finally told me that my car was ready for pickup. We came to pick up the car the next day and they lost our key. We waited for over an hour before they let us know that our key was lost and they had to make us a new one. Please nevr bring your car here.
This dealership was not good
This dealership was not good. My daughter wanted to buy a Jeep but they were not honest about the price. The guy named Brock H ran her credit even though he knew the price was different. He didn't care that it would hurt her credit score. He was very rude and disrespectful. He said bad words and didn't care about customers. His staff didn't look surprised. They have recorded it on video. I hope they watch it and see how bad he acted. The website says they are bad and it's true. They had different prices for the Jeep and didn't even know the real one. I think they are a terrible business! Brock H didn't care about losing his job because he was rude to customers. He said he had a black daughter but I don't think that matters. He hurt my daughter's credit score for no reason.
I dont know if this dealership is any good or bad, but I had a really frustrating experience with them
I dont know if this dealership is any good or bad, but I had a really frustrating experience with them. I had my Dodge van there for transmission repairs that THEY installed. It took them five whole weeks to fix it which was really stressful and frustrating. So, I finally had my van picked up and towed by another shop that was amazing: *** in Stone Mountain. The difference in customer service was really ASTOUNDING. The general manager of this dealership told me that he would call me the next morning but he never did so I had to call him and leave two voice-mails but still, no response from him. The guy at the service counter was nice but he was too busy to be useful. He just kept apologizing and making excuses. No attempt to offer a loaner car or to speed up the service or to explain why it was taking so long or anything. I wouldn't go back there again even if you paid me. Seriously, don't go there. There are way better options.
This place is a bad dealership
This place is a bad dealership. I brought my 2020 wrangler in because of a terrible smelling clutch. Then later, my jeep was driving poorly and some warning lights came on. This service guy was nice at first and said that they'd check my car out. I didn't think I would get it back that same day, but this guy told me that it would be ready by the next day.
A few days after that, my husband got a call from the place. One of the first things they asked him was if I know how to drive a stick shift car. We both thought this was sexist. Also, I've been driving stick shift for almost 30 years, and I've never had a problem. We did some research and found out that it's a common thing that the clutch goes bad due to a software issue. There's even a recall for it, but the dealership never said anything until we found out on our own.
It's now been more than three weeks, and we have no car and no rental car. We're not getting any responses to our calls asking for our car back from the dealership or jeep's 1-800 number. Both places blame each other, and neither one can get our car to us or give us any answers. The dealer doesn't even answer our calls for about three days.
We asked them for a tracking number for our part, but they won't give it to us. We tried to pay to expedite the shipping so that it could get done faster, but they won't let us. The service manager at the dealership was even mean and said, "as an act of goodwill," he'll fix the car. I guess that's nice, but he won't even give us a rental car.
My husband and I have had eight jeeps together, but I don't think we'll get another one after all this. The service here was terrible, and the communication was just as bad.

I went to Landmark Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram of Atlanta to negotiate on a car, but things went south when the GM accused me of asking for an illegal rebate based on my credit score. I never asked for that, and Josh, who was with me, confirmed that. The GM eventually shook my hand and asked me to leave, but I stayed seated and explained the situation. I also noticed that the manager who was negotiating never entered the room during the conversation. Later on, the GM said that I didn't have anything written from the other dealer to negotiate, but that should have been asked by the manager. The GM then said that I was looking at a different model than what I was negotiating, which was true, but it was not my fault that they did not know the correct model. I just wished they could have been nicer and honest about not meeting my deal, instead of making false accusations and taking the negotiation personally.
this place sux, the peeps there r soo rude
this place sux, the peeps there r soo rude. had 2 get a recall fixed and it took 3 whole months 4 me 2 get an appt. my rep was named reggie and he was the worst, never answered my calls and took forever 2 get back 2 me. when i got there 2 finally get it fixed, i had 2 talk 2 him anyway even tho i didnt want 2. then my airbag light was on and the airbag was exposed! i talked 2 another rep named donovan who lied 2 me and promised reggie would call back. but no1 ever did. when i went back, i had 2 wait forever for a supervisor who finally looked at it and said he didnt know why it wasnt working. they broke my jeep and didnt even care! the only good thing was carlos who said sorry. dont go here!
This place is the worst, most unprofessional place ever!
This place is the worst, most unprofessional place ever! My daughter's car has been there for 4 months. She went in for transmission service. I had to call every two weeks to check on it. They said they would keep me updated, but I had to keep them updated instead. They never returned phone calls. After they said they fixed the transmission, they had to take the dash apart to replace a knob. They sent me a picture of the disassembled dash but never called me back. They said they were still working on it two weeks after. The service supervisor came out and said the tech who was working on the vehicle was fired. The car has just been sitting, and no one attempted to follow up, even the supervisor. It took almost two weeks for my daughter to get a phone call to come pick up the car. She got in it, and the check engine lights come on, and the car was doing the same thing. She had to leave the car again. She got a call almost two weeks later to come pick it up. The service person gave her the keys, and she had to go look for the car. When she got in the car, it didn't start, and they said it was due to low gas even though it had half a tank of gas when it was dropped off. The car doesn't make it a mile before she has to bring it back. Now they said they can't look at it until she buys a $245.00 battery. I asked for the number of the service manager, which I haven't received a call back from yet. They would not give me the number to the general manager and said he won't be back until next week. I really wonder if the general manager knows what kind of ship he is running. I am now attempting to reach out to investigative news agencies to expose this terrible place for what it really is and how they respond to customers.

I went to Landmark Jeep on 4/23 for an oil change on my 2019 Jeep Cherokee
I went to Landmark Jeep on 4/23 for an oil change on my 2019 Jeep Cherokee. I asked for just an oil change, but the service rep said to wait for his return. He came back and said they would rotate my tires too, but I told him I didn't want that. At the end of the service, he rushed me to pay and leave. After getting home, I looked at the paperwork and they charged me $22.95 for tire rotation, even though I said no. I've called many times but nobody has called me back. I also emailed asking for the service manager but sales people keep calling to sell me a car. I just want my $22.95 back. You can see the charges on invoice page two.

I got my Jeep Renegade serviced at Landmark Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram of Atlanta on June 21, and it's now July 13. Got a bill of $155 just for them to find out what’s wrong with my vehicle but it took them 3-4 days just to take a look at it. They told me that I'd be getting my car back on June 29, but they never got in touch with me until that day. My technician had a voicemail and text message system that didn't work all the time. Every time I’ve asked for an update, they told me it wasn't possible because she wasn't available. When I asked to speak to a boss, they sent me to voicemail, and no one got back to me. Eventually, my technician contacted me to say that the part was not available, and it would take more than 7 business days for it to arrive. I’ve reached out a couple of times but have heard nothing back. They said it would be done on July 12, but I haven't heard anything since my technician isn't working. I have no idea when they'll complete it.

They are so unethical!
They are so unethical! I'm a vet, and I got 2021 Mini Countryman S ALL4 on New Years Eve. Driving it around the mountains is terribly sickening, and my VA doctors say there's nothing to do. I wanted to trade it in and bought a $40,000 Jeep Wrangler from Landmark CDJR. I had excellent credit and cash. They offered me only $25k for it when TrueCar couldn't value a new model! They're trying to pocket $10k on my pain! Shame on these snakes!

I got the 2019 Dodge Ram 5500 from Landmark in Sept2019
I got the 2019 Dodge Ram 5500 from Landmark in Sept2019. When the lease began, the truck had only 29 miles. I noticed that the oil was always low from the beginning. I told their service person about it, but they couldn't find out why the oil was being used up that fast. It was only after the truck had run for around 52,000 miles that I found out there was no oil left in it. I contacted Landmark immediately and they told me that there was "something in the engine". They brought Chrysler into the picture. Chrysler suggested an Oil Resumption Test. As of Jan2020, I was informed to check the oil level and put oil before driving.
One day in Feb2021, while I was driving on HWY40 outside Memphis, TN, I heard a bang. There was oil and metal parts scattered everywhere. I had to pay for a tow back to Georgia. They told me the engine was completely damaged and needed replacement, which cost $30,000. When I sent the invoice to Chrysler, they replied that the warranty had already expired, so they couldn't cover the repair bills. Now, I am stuck with a truck that isn't working, and I still need to pay the lease.

I took my car to this dealer for a check
I took my car to this dealer for a check. Amy was helping me out and said she was my Service Advisor. She told me that my car needed some parts changed like the engine, starter, and coolant flush for what they charge me $7199.66 without the taxes. I told her that I was going to tow it to another place to check it out. Amy said it was fine but they would have to charge me $149.95 if I wanted to get the car out. I told her I would call back later. I asked another person to email me the report from the diagnostic so I could see why they said I needed a new engine. They didn't send me anything. They said I had to pay using my Service Advisor and that's why I had to call them back a lot of times. When I finally paid, I asked about the report, and they hung up on me. I can't reach my Service Advisor now.

I spent a lot of money at Landmark CDJR of Atlanta and was really disappointed with my experience
I spent a lot of money at Landmark CDJR of Atlanta and was really disappointed with my experience. I put down $30k on a 2021 Jeep Grand Cherokee L, but it took over a month for it to arrive. When they finally called me to pick it up, they said it was a different color, but I just went with it. After doing the financial paperwork, I left and realized later that night that the oil was low and one of the anti-theft items I paid for was missing. I also found out the next day that it wasn't even the same specs I ordered. They sold me the wrong car knowing it wasn't what I asked for. I went back today and they said the car I really ordered might be there today, but they tried to lowball me on my trade-in and said there was nothing they could do. I wouldn't recommend Landmark CDJR of Atlanta to anyone based on my experience.

I had a problem with my shifter light coming on in my car
I had a problem with my shifter light coming on in my car. I ordered a new shifter on October 6th and it got installed on October 9th. After a few days, the 'Service Shifter' light came back on and I took it to *** at*** Freedom Dodge *** Diagnostics. They couldn't find anything wrong with it, so I drove it back to Georgia. But on the way, on October 25th, the Service Shifter light came back on, so AAA took my car to Landmark Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram of Atlanta. On November 1st, they called me and I told them I had already replaced the shifter with a new genuine part from a different Jeep dealership. On November 2nd, they told me the new shifter was also faulty and I needed a new battery, but they couldn't find any other problems. On November 8th, the 'check engine' and 'service shifter' lights came back on and on November 11, Freedom Dodge found a code for TCM failure. I asked about getting a refund, but they kept referring me to a survey.

Brought car from Landmark Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram of Atlanta and paid $32,543 in cash for a 2017 Dodge Ram on 11/13
Brought car from Landmark Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram of Atlanta and paid $32,543 in cash for a 2017 Dodge Ram on 11/13. They said they would provide the car, tags, and title. Problem is that they have not provided the title to the tag office. Dealer says they don't have the title and have tried to get it, but it is clear. They say they ordered a duplicate title, but the title is from *** which is causing a backup to receive it. I have been trying to contact the dealership on multiple occasions with no resolution or plan. They said there is nothing they can do about it at this time. It's been a while and transfer of title has still not happened, nor has there been any response from the dealership. There are high levels of confrontation and disorganization at the dealership. I want the title, and if that's not possible then a complete refund. I have called too many times to track, and the GM would not return calls or offer any resolution. There have been various text message communications from the assistant general manager. Dated Jan ***: General Manager- would not return calls, told Jameel to relay information *** -Finance Associate.

Landmark did me dirty as a customer and messed up my life by not checking my car properly and not doing the right maintenance
Landmark did me dirty as a customer and messed up my life by not checking my car properly and not doing the right maintenance. On 9/25, I brought my 2018 Abarth because the seat wasn't locking. They ordered the part, and I called a few times to see if it came. On 04/02, I made an appointment to put new tires and that's when they said the part was in. I got the car back on 04/09, with the seat fixed, and they said my brakes were fine. I told the rep the seat wasn't right, and she said to bring it back. It took seven days to get the tires because they didn't have them. They gave me a rental car, but it took a while to get it. On 06/04, I heard my brakes making a noise, but Landmark said everything was okay when they put the tires on two months before. I called them, and they said to drive it to them, even though the brakes were really bad. They saw it was metal on metal, and I was mad because they should have said something when they checked it the first time. They didn't have the parts when I went in, and *** didn't offer me a rental car though they made a mistake. On 08/16, I had to tow the car to Landmark to fix the brakes and the seat. They made me wait two months and didn't care that I needed my car. When I picked it up on 08/19, the seat wasn't fixed, and they said to call *** Chrysler America (FCA), but they didn't want to help me. Now FCA is helping me find another dealership two hours away because the one closest doesn't have a *** tech.

Bought new truck but rear light broken
Bought new truck but rear light broken. Made 2 appts but still no fix. Bought truck May 22nd from Kernersville Dodge. 2 weeks after, saw rear light not work. Took truck to Landmark Dodge Atlanta June 9th or 10th at 10:30am. Amy set appt but still not fixed. Needed truck back by June 12th for trip. Got truck on Friday but still not fixed. Amy said no appt needed but not true. Left voicemail but no reply. Went back today to check status. Amy hadn't started yet. Talked to manager Mr. Lawson. Lost place in line but not my fault. Lawson gave me option to take truck somewhere else. Crazy to take 4 days for wire. Knew it was spare tire wiring that's broken. Not good treatment for new truck buyer.

I took my car to Landmark Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram of Atlanta at the beginning of 2021 because it was overheating
I took my car to Landmark Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram of Atlanta at the beginning of 2021 because it was overheating. They said I needed a new thermostat and Radiator Flush. I brought my car back on a Friday in January for them to fix it. However, the very next day, my check engine light came on and my car was making weird noises. I took it back to Landmark on Monday, and they told me I would have to pay for another diagnostic test. I wasn't happy about it and didn't leave my car there that day. The guy who was helping me told me to bring it back the following day (Tuesday). But when I did, they didn't even look at it. That night, on my way home, I noticed that my car was still overheating, so I called them back to schedule another appointment. They never got back with me, so I showed up at the dealership on Friday and made them check out my car. They then told me that I needed a new engine, which was going to cost me over $7,000. They tried to explain that it was the previous work done on the car before I brought it to them that caused the issue. I found this confusing because why didn't they catch this when I initially took my car to them in January? They tried to offer me an off-the-record deal where I would pay them through Cash App, but I was hesitant. They couldn't provide me with a vehicle to use over the weekend while they worked on my car, so they gave it back to me, saying it was safe to drive home.
However, on my way home, my car broke down, and I had to pull over and figure out how to get myself and my car back home. Due to all of this, I had to get a new vehicle. I am making this complaint because the service was not good, and I would like a refund for the money I spent for the work they claim to have done. I also have a car sitting in my yard that I cannot drive. I tried to contact the service manager for two days, but he didn't get back to me. I have documentation that I came in for service, and I believe that I'm owed a refund due to the lack of communication and poor service.

Landmark Dodge Sales Practices are no better than any corner car lot
Landmark Dodge Sales Practices are no better than any corner car lot. BUYER BEWARE. I chose to do business with Landmark Dodge due to their reputation and was hopeful that a large company would be upfront and honest with my purchase. The car I chose had cosmetic issues, when I displayed my concerns, my sales representative, Michelle, guaranteed me that the repairs would be done 100% to my satisfaction, before they would pursue funding. I was presented a form which stated Landmark's policy on customer satisfaction for the car's repair work. Michelle refused to give me a copy of this form with the rest of my paperwork, yet assured me I would have no issues. I was also assured by Michelle that in the state of Georgia, until I take possession of the vehicle, the deal would not be finalized. I have done neither taken possession nor seen the work performed on the vehicle. Landmark has processed my loan through USAA before upholding their end of our agreement. They are now delivering the car and basically forcing me to take the vehicle since they have already been paid. I was offered a loaner car as a courtesy while they repaired the vehicle. After a week, the asked me to return the loaner car as they were selling it. I obliged by driving the vehicle back to Atlanta and switching it out for a different car which had multiple mechanical issues. I informed them of this and had to drive back to Atlanta for a third time to receive functional transportation. We contacted Mike, Landmark's general manager, about our concerns with the early funding being processed and the guarantees that were given to us by Michelle in regards to not being obligated until we take possession or approving repair work. I related a concern that because they processed the paperwork three weeks before they even offered to bring me the vehicle back, I was already going to have a car payment due. Mike's response to the issues was he would not charge me for the courtesy vehicle. Obviously, Mike and Landmark's policy of deceiving customers is a conduct that is not only approved but recommended.
