Cipriano made my car buying experience at western motors a great one. Was completely professional and productive. Bought many cars in the past and normally takes like 3 to 4 hours but Cipriano went right to work and got me out of there just a little more than 2 hours. Highly recommend to ask for him when you arrive at western motors!

I had an amazing experience with Western Motors. I called them because auto resources Merced made promises that they did not keep. I asked the guy if he could guarantee that I would walk off of the lot with a vehicle and he guaranteed it. After I got a ride and was dropped off at Auto Resources and was stranded, he informed me that he couldn't work with me. I called Nick and told him my frustration and asked for help. Nick and his crew worked hard for a long time to make sure I had all of my options presented to me. They got me approved and I was able to drive off the lot in my new car. They are phenomenal. 10/10 recommend.

Just to inform your best decision! "My car" was in there shop for 2 months, only 3 months into buying the car. With no resolution Secondly, this happened when the loaner vehicle I had in my possession got stolen...I the consumer unknowingly, which felt forced to sign a 2nd document. Which in terms terminated our existing car purchase agreement, then given a check, only increasing my confusion. There after I was told "you got what you paid for the car, go look around." The "owner," hours before misinformed me of them getting another "car that will arrive in a week" What did that mean! I had to re-apply for a car. Lastly, they kept my belongings. Around 300-500. They gave me a different check for that, $100. I didn't realize the items total sum until further thought. Yes it's about the Money, Service, and Dignity. Sincerely, Your humbled critic

I wish I could give it a negative star. The whole experience has just gotten worse. Before selecting or test driving a vehicle they hit my credit 10 different times , when a vehicle was selected they used the wrong Vin to get it approved. I never authorized it. They went through my bank with out my knowledge When approached with a. Better deal it wasn't honored. I attempted to return the car with 12hrs they refused and just keep giving me the run around. Repair after repair and the car is still not right. I was at the dealership today for over 50 minutes before they would even talk to me. They refused to help and walked away. I waited an additional 30 minutes. Before I left. The brakes are bad. It has too much oil. The car fax has no information because nothing is done. The registration is 17 months over due. The transmission sputters. The car has no proof of any maintenance. The camera still dosent work

DO NOT buy from this company. For starters, they promised us new mats, a key fob, and to process & transfer our loans in a WEEK. Well, about a month later, they did push the paperwork through the DMV which allowed us to finally transfer the loan to our bank where we got a whole % lower interest rate. So we had accrued interest in that month and we called concerned because we didn't want to accrue the interest at their high rate. Their finance department said we DID NOT have to pay this amount...They said "That's not how it works. You're transferring the loan and you have a 45 day grad period. We can wait until the 45th day and you still wont have to pay interest accrued because nothing is accruing". So we said "okay!" LO AND BEHOLD we were charged and they will not issue a refund because "they don't do refunds". Mats: DID NOT GIVE THEM TO US. Key Fob: DID NOT GIVE THEM TO US. Bed Liner: We worked a spray bed liner into our loan and they did not schedule a time to get it done. Eugene (our sales man) said they would contact us 1 or 2 days after we purchased the truck. They didn't. So we called. We got in about a week later. When we got it back our back up camera was not working. They said they wouldn't fix it! THEY BROKE IT! We took it to Hedricks Chevrolet in Clovis and they fixed it for free. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.

I was promised a 4.6l engine for my crown vic 2010 Interceptor.
Delivery was to take place 7-10 days from time of purchase.
I provided my card info on Dec. 11
I was told I would be contacted day of being charged. There was no contact, and card was charged on Dec. 14, for the agreed $550.
It's now Jan. 4, they don't answer their phone, or e-mail.
I will expect a full refund in the amount of $550 immediately.

I bought my Dodge Ram 1500 from Western Motors in Merced, California in January. During my first visit, I noticed lighting issues with the parking light, taillight, turn signal, and license plate lights. Western Motors kept my truck for four days and only replaced the license plate light bulbs. They told me that I needed to buy stock taillights because the LED taillights on my truck were not the right ones. I disagreed because the taillights were on the truck when I bought it. They said I had to pay $300 for a fix that they couldn't guarantee would work. After I got my truck back, the passenger side tire came off while I was driving. I towed it to Western Motors' shop on 16th St. They told me I needed brake pads, a brake caliper, spindle, hub assembly, and brake line. They said the shock on the passenger side was no good, but the driver side was fine. A week later, they told me that the problem was caused by uneven tire tread and I needed a shock on the driver side and a new rotor. They said the passenger side wheel well was broken and needed to be replaced, but they would take care of it. They said the hub assembly was the only thing covered under warranty, and I had to pay for the rest. They had my truck for a couple more weeks and finally finished it. When I picked it up, I noticed that the passenger side wheel well was not fixed, and I had to wait another hour for them to complete it. On the way home from a weekend in the snow with my family, my truck started making weird noises again. I took it to a different mechanic who found that Western Motors did not change the brake pads or rotors on the driver side, did not reinstall the driver side wheel correctly, and needed to fix the hub assembly and bearings on the driver side. When I called Western Motors, they said they fixed everything on the driver side, but the hub caused the brake pads to wear down and ruin the new rotor. I don't believe them, and it doesn't make sense that they didn't notice all the other problems with my truck while they had it apart. They are supposed to be professionals, and I'm not a mechanic.
