They seriously overpriced my ride and played with me on the money thing, never showing me no numbers. Now I'm kicking myself for falling for their trick. I went back the very next day to try and take it back, but the dude I was dealing with said he'd hit up his boss and then never got back to me. Don't bother with these peeps, they just want your cash and don't give a hoot about you.

Went to Mossy Ford to get some DEF for my truck while travelling through the town, but they charged me 75% more than any other Ford dealer. When I asked why, they just said, "It's California, dude." I had no choice but to buy it there, but it's a shame they took advantage of me like that. Most dealers give a discount on consumables, but not these guys. They basically robbed me on the highway!

Don't go to Mossy Ford if you want a good deal. Their website has a car that's advertised for a low price, but when you get to the dealership, they tell you it's been sold already. They try to sell you a more expensive one instead. Even worse, when you go back a few days later, the same car is still on the website, but they still don't have it. I tried to make an offer on a more expensive car, and the salesman agreed to the price, but the manager came out later and said they couldn't give me a discount after all. It's a total rip-off! Don't trust these guys - I'm never going back.

I reached out to them on March 3, and they said that they would check and get back to me. But guess what, they didn't even bother to reply. Come on, man! I just want what's mine. It's not fair to not respond to me. They promised me to pay in a couple of weeks, but now, it's far beyond that.

Had flat tire. Booked appointment to replace with *** pass points. When arrived, they dunno where my points are and didn't have tire. Drove more than 120 miles bcoz of this issue. No apology or owned-up.

Dealer replaced a/c compressor and added refrigerant for $1200. Compressor stopped working within 48hrs and we were left stranded in the desert for a couple of hours because it made burning smell and smoke came out. I contacted the dealer and Josh, who I spoke to before, said there was no warranty on the part and that I shouldn't have used the a/c at all.

I searched for a 2020 Ford Shelby GT500 at a car listing site. They showed me that Mossy Ford sells it (VIN# withheld) for $82,138. The car was listed by Jonathan P from Mossy Ford on Saturday, July 11 (I also tried the next day). I visited the dealership in the late afternoon and met Joseph, the General Sales Manager. He refused to sell me the car at the listed price, claiming it was a system error. Additionally, the car was being pre-sold, but he promised to contact me if the deal fell through. I reached out to the site's customer service, and they confirmed the price was set by Mossy Ford's internet sales director. When I spoke to Jonathan P on Monday morning, he confirmed the dealership would not honor the listed price and was dismissive and disrespectful. I accused him of false advertising and threatened to report them to the ComplaintsBoard.com.

Got a car from Mossy Ford last May. Had to go back 3 times to redo the paperwork. They added a $*** warranty, $500 window scrunching, and $900 for gap insurance without telling me. I spotted it when I got home and gave them a call. *** from finance said she'd deal with it and escalate it to the top brass. No one got back to me. I rang again today and talked to *** who put all the blame on me for not reading the paperwork. Makes me wonder if they sneak odd stuff like that into all their contracts. Was I just lucky? They asked me to come in and sign a waiver that cancels the warranty, but that will only cut $*** off the amount I need to pay, meaning I'm paying $85 more a month for no good reason. My bank wouldn't give me that much, so I'm stuck now. Today they offered to pay the interest difference if I can get re-financed, but I'll have to wait 10 weeks for that to take place. What a load of bull to put someone through all this.

I went to Mossy Ford on August 29 with my husband. We wanted to purchase an Escape Titanium, so we used Geico car buying service (True Car) to get a quote for $36,750 from ***. When we got there, the salesperson, ***, told us that we had to buy two dealer options, which we didn't want or need. One was a surface protection for $995, and the other was a *** Security System for $1,495. The dealer said that they were already installed in the car, and couldn't be removed without cost. However, we later found out that the *** security system was never actually installed in the car. A *** technician came to our house on 10/12 supposedly to activate the system, and confirmed that it wasn't there. We've tried to contact the salesperson multiple times about getting a full refund for the security system, but have not received a response. We feel like we were misled into buying something we didn't need, and now we're stuck with it.

But now, on 4/2/22, my truck is damaged, the engine isn't working, and they're claiming water damage that doesn't exist. They did wrong work before, and now they're blaming me to cover up their mistake. My warranty is voided, and they're trying to scam insurance for $15,000. But my insurance says it's not water damage, it's their fault. When I picked up my truck, it was worse than when I left it with them. The employees are unprofessional, always fighting, verbally assaulting, and humiliating me. Avoid Mossy Ford at all costs. I have video recordings of all these incidents.
