This dealer made me sign contracts 3 times, and each time they made the deal worse for me without mentioning it. Buyers, be WARNED! I originally signed for 72 months, but now it's been extended to 78 months. After driving the car off the lot, I noticed that the one car key fob they gave me was damaged and taped together. I told the sales person, but he said they would provide a replacement once the deal was funded. The finance manager is a thief. Since then, I've been ignored and forgotten. I ended up stranded away from home because this car doesn't have a spare tire or ***!? I need a 1) FOB 2) ***) spare ***.

On May 11th, I left my truck at Larry Green's collision center. Finally, on July 8th, they called me to pick it up. I noticed several problems with my truck. The exhaust is leaking, the paint is damaged, and the frame was never tested for stress fractures or safety. Additionally, the graphic is still missing, the trim is still damaged, and the exhaust still had bent hangers when I arrived. It's important to note that my truck is a 2020 model and still under warranty. However, Chevrolet refuses to acknowledge these issues and concerns. They even demanded money from me and refused to work with the collision center or service center to resolve the problem. Regardless of whether it's covered by warranty or related to the accident, I believe these issues should be addressed. I requested to speak with the director of Chevrolet about my concerns, but instead, they called the police on me and insisted I couldn't take my truck without a check. They even took back my rental car, leaving my pregnant wife and me stranded. This doesn't seem fair at all. Please review my situation and reach out to me. Thank you.

On Feb 7, 2022, I went to Larry Green Chevrolet New Car Dealer to complain 'bout the brakes. They were pulsatin' when I pressed 'em. 'Bout a year ago, they diagnosed the brakes and replaced 'em. They cut the rotors and put in new brake pads. It cost me $450, includin' parts and labor for both front and rear axels. They did the work at the same place. Now, they're tellin' me it'll cost $170 just to diagnose the pulsatin' problem, and that won't go towards the repairs. I don't reckon I've driven the car more than *** miles since they fixed it. Those new brakes replaced the original factory parts, which lasted 'bout *** miles. I reckon this is a complete brake failure 'cause if they gotta do it again, they'll need to use most of the original parts and labor. I'm askin' for at least a $300 refund so I can get a new brake job somewhere else. That's what I reckon it'll cost just to replace the pads, takin' into account the work they already did.

On August 16, I made an appointment for my 2004 Chevy Trailblazer LT to get fixed. The only time available was 2 weeks later. On August 30, I dropped off the car for service because it would sometimes start and sometimes not. It was acting all wonky. During the four weeks my car was at Larry Green Chevrolet, I had lots of talks with the service folks. But guess what? My car was just sitting there, not working, with a dead battery and a fuse box that wasn't even attached. Can you believe it? I brought in a perfectly fine car, and now I had to pay to get it towed back home. I asked for a loaner car during those 4 weeks, but they said, "Nah, we can just put the old part back in and you can take it home." Basically, they were saying they wouldn't fix my car. It's totally useless now.

I traded my truck on 9/7 and got a car from this dealer. There was issues with the tires that I repeatedly asked help for as they were dangerous. Dry rotted, bald and driver front was separated, I have a refund coming back on my truck, but it’s taking too long. I continued to practically beg for some kind of help. The dealer finally issued a check to get tires and I thought it was in good faith. They now want to take that from my refund. My contract states I will get 4800 back. No document saying I had to pay anything back. They are in breech of contract at this point. They also didn’t register my handicap plate as stated in legal docs. Knowing I have severe medical issues, my handicap plate is not active. They applied for a “standard” plate. This was done intentionally. They had photo copies of my plate and assured me it was being transferred. They placed it on the back of this vehicle with the paper tag over it. They have been extremely cold to me, ignoring emails and phone calls at this point to where I must contact other agencies to get help. No customer should ever feel this way when a dealership is negligent for putting a family behind the wheel of a dangerous vehicle with bald separated tires! I am struggling financially and medically right now. I don’t have my money nor do I have my handicap plate they refused to transfer.
