package not delivered
Nagpadala ako sa LBC last june 28 and supposedly delivered yeterday. I ask my brothers and sisters if dumating na ba from 4pm til 7pm but they said walang dumating na LBC delivery. I checked the status online ng package na pinadala ko around 10pm and the status says nareceived na daw ng kuya ko 8:07PM. But my brother confirmed no delivery has been made. Also there should be text message received when your package was delivered successfully. I am a regular LBC client sending packages and it always delivered the day after around 2-4PM and I always received message for successful delivery. But now is not the case. No delivered package and no text message however, they are insisting that the package was delivered. Where does our package go?

Nagpadala ako 5 days before sa deadline date ng aking papers and i need it badly to be delivered on time. Tomorrow na deadline and still no delivery was made. It was said that you can't track the location. Obviously there's the mobile number written at the package for the receiver. Why don't you make any actions there (LBC-Cebu)? Both the sender and receiver's contact is there. So sorry nalang ba matatangap ko nito? Will you pay for the damage made? grabe naman kayo. We trusted your company but then this?
delivery guy rude and liar
So recently i purchased product from shopee, and it was ship via LBC. So the delivery guy called me and said that he was at my house. I told him to wait for me because im nearby. He told me that he will just go to my location and i insisted bc my money is in my room.. I said that ill be there in 5mns when i called him he told me that he was already in other baranggay. I told him that i will be right there so that there will be no hassle, he said that "di mo ako mahahanap maam nasa iskinita po ako" kasalanan mo dn po ito maam kasi kung nagiwan ka ng pera makukuha mo, sinabi ko dun sa tatay mo na kunin nalang sabi nya wala daw syang pera. I said "kuya wala po akong tatay patay na at yung maid lang po ang nasa bahay" he said"Wala po tayong maggawa mam bukas mo nalang kunin kase may ibang delivery pa pi ako at gabi na po di na po ako pwedeng bumalik jan kasi may routa kame".. So rude, it affected my whole day..

in connection to the above communications, i would rather suggest, instead of promising the "delivery date" of documents.
will it be to locate first the pouch/documents then expedite the delivery.
as the common shipment that documents are urgent and inclosed original official receipts, we cannot retrieve any of those to certified, and we cannot collect the corresponding amount to our client.
the allegation that you cannot locate the consignee's address shall be irrelevant.almost we had 2 to 3 shipments per week that was no issues about the delivery address.

I sent a message to your website in lbc express and was informed na makaka tanggap ako ng feed back yesterday and i've been sending message since last night but I receive nothing. This is very inconvenient for me since I need that passport right away. Your service is [censor]ed up. This is the worst customer service i've ever experienced. Hi po LBC, ako po si Sianne S. Pinto, nagpadala po ako ng Balikbayan box last April 28, 2017 galing po dito ng Australia at papunta po ky Rosalinda Siamen, ng Hunob, Brgy. Salong Kabankalan City, Negros Occidental. Dumating po ang box last Friday June 23, 2017 at 2:42pm Philippines time. poor/worst delivery service
I was waiting for my package since june 19, 2017. When I called the hotline they claimed that they made deliveries thrice already but the house was closed. B*&%$#*t! I was on leave on one of those days and just stayed at home but there was no delivery. The other days, there were 4 people staying in the house. I ended up transferring the package to another branch and picked it up after 7 days. Lbc cannot deliver from bagong silang, tandang sora to diliman on time. Worst service ever!
Same here. The sender from Cebu sent the documents last Friday, 23 June 2017. We badly need the documents, we need it as a supporting document for submission to our head office on 27 June 2017, otherwise our salary will be put on hold, so I requested to have it sent through courier (LBC). But, until now, 28 June 2017 we have not received yet the documents! I checked the LBC online tracking, and it was indicated on 26 June 2017: "We tried to deliver your shipment but office was closed. LBC will deliver the next business day." It's fine since it's holiday on 26 June 2017, but I was expecting that they will deliver early morning the following day, 27 June 2017, kaya ka nga nagpa-LBC kasi URGENT yun at KAILANGAN MO MA-RECEIVE AGAD! but we waited the whole day for nothing! Then now, 28 June 2017, same update, "..will be delivered within the day.." but as of writing, it's already 3:10 p.m. and no calls yet from our main reception. I hope that LBC would know that we chose them because we believe in their commitment to quality service and that they know the urgency of our PADALA! Nakakaloka!

My niece sent me a document from Pangasinan thru LBC Branch at Manaoag, Pangasinan last June 22, 2017 until now June 25, no document deliver yet. I called up LBC customer service and she said (lady) they will deliver it tomorrow because today is Sunday, kasi sarado daw ang warehouse. So I will be receiving the document on June 26, 2017. ccMy question is, why it was not delivered within 24 hours.

I ordered a JBL earphones at Lazada, and when it was forwarded to LBC I've been tracking the package, I expect the package to arrive on the 23rd of June, but 22nd of June it's already in Naga and was ready for delivery within the day. ok so I waited that day, I was kinda of surprised that it's going to be delivered a day before the expected delivery, but no package has arrived. And they said, that they tried to deliver the shipment but the recipient (which is me) is unknown to the given address. How am I supposed to believed that? This is the 3rd time I made transaction with LBC, with same package. And this problem appears only this time (3rd). I even left a note, that shipment can be received by my Mother, since, I may not be at home on the scheduled date. Delivery man texted me to inform that he cant find the address. But there's no resolution given. He just told me to pick up the shipment on their delivery hub, but it's so far, can't be reach by commuters. I need to know how I can claim it. And they need to deliver it even on their nearnest LBC branch.

I am complaining about lbc quezon city delivery hub in tandang sora philippines
Hi Im Katherine ann Bunyi. Im complaining about LBC quezon city delivery hub in tandang sora. My XL size box reached to them last June 18, 2017 and my location is only at Balintawak QC. Its been 4days after they got my box and still they wasnt able to deliver it. I contacted my parents to follow up the box from them. After the call the warehouse confirmed that they got the box last june 18, 2017 but still no schedule for delivery. My parents came to the warehouse to check my box. Then according to my mother the staff there told them that theres no schedule yet for delivery because the box is so big. They asked my parents are they going to bring it home or wait for the delivery because if they will deliver it they need to open my box and divide it to fit in a smaller box because thats what theyre doing everytime. Why do they have to open my box in the first place? Why my other colleagues boxes reached their families in whole XL boxes and mine they cant deliver it like that? Why if theyre planning something like that they can just call my parents and atleast inform them that the box is already there and theyre having problems with delivery. They did nothing and just waited if my parents did come to the warehouse they will not know. So even if my parents brought only a car they did everything so the box will fit in and they bring the box home with them. It shouldnt be like this. They should atleast do something and it shouldnt be your clients problem why the box is so big and they cant deliver it in whole XL box. And i hope next time they can atleast contact the receiver and explain if they have plans like this opening and putting it in a smaller box to avoid suspicions of unnecessary actions from your employees. I sent documents to my client last June 06, 2017, With tracking no. [protected] in Taguig City. June 09, 2017, I called up their customer service hotline 8585999, the one who answered told me that it wasn't delivered because of unlocated address, I told them to call the no. Of assignee then i f not return the documents to me because it is very important, contents of it are plan contracts and receipts of payment of St. Peter life plan. So I waited until no notice of delivery was sent to me, June 13, 2017 I called up again, the one who answered my call told me that it was in Taguig, Puregold branch for pick up. I said that in my receipt it was for delivery not for pick up and besides he cannot pick it up because he has work from Mon. To Sat.again I said to return it back to the branch where I sent it, lo and behold nobody understand my instruction till I kept on calling and calling them several times and I was even talked to their supervisors and still my instructions wasn't carried on! Last night I was able to talk to a responsible person in the name of Mr. Jeffrey Marcos, and he promised me to return the document today, June 21, 2017 in the morning. He even texted me last night just to be sure that he will carry on my instruction and he will follow it thru.thats kind of person your company needs not just keep on promising customer on to deliver the document without follow thru and without action! My complaint is I want person responsible to be penalized and investigate this matter, because it will not happen to me only and it will happen to other customers! I want damages for this so that you will learn a lesson from this experienced I had that it took 15 days before it returned to me the said documents/parcel. And it is only in Metro Manila!
