I m facing difficulty to call out to any phone even customer service of lebara (5588) this morning.
This situation seems like nomi-mobile which bankrupt at beginning this year.
Does any one know what happen to lebara mobile?
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
I am having the same problem with my Lebara mobile. I rang Lebara customer service number from a landline on [protected] and listened to the recorded message dated today 21/10/11 and it said that due to a technical problem Lebara customers were at this time unable to send international or national texts, make calls or top up their phones. However it said that national incoming calls and texts should work and be received as usual. The message also stated that everything possible was currently being done to rectify the problem. Lets hope it gets sorted soon !

There was a problem earlier in the day due to an upgrade but we can confirm that the service is now running normally.

I have asked Lebara to port my number from other network. It's now more than 2 days I can't use My old number. Lebara is telling they have ported but LEBARA SIM shows INACTIVE SIM. I have send so many mails to customer care but didn't get resolved.
Finally called customer care but they were telling CCID number itself they are unable to findon their system. When I logged into LEBARA it shows the LEBARA number not my ported number. If the number is ported I should see the ported number and My SIM should be working.
I am furstrated and fed up the LEBARA services. I reckon they don't have proper Techies on thier board. I am planning to wait unitl today then I need to take it forward for further complaints to the Ofcom.
I asked Lebara to transfer my old number to their network but during last month they could not do this and I can not use my very important old number. ALL Lebara customer services did not help me and I spent a lot of time any money to call them using 8700.
How can I sue the Lebara?

What happened with Lebara again? They do not answer on phone. They disconnected my phone (it is said -number failed- but I have £10 on it.

I had taken a Sim Card in Hildesheim Germany and activated Unlimited Flat International call by paying 20€ and
just afer 4 days of usage they blocked my sim card, only one information i received as sms that i was having a Fraudulent behavior.
This was simply unexpectable, on one side they put advertisement Unlimited and other side the customer service people told i need to plan my calls. i replied to them that ok from now onwards i will make only limited calls, but let me know what is the limit, then again the reply is this plan is unlimited so you are not required to make limited calls, But my Sim card was blocked for ever and no money returned.

I bought Lebara unlimited international calls for £39 which supposed to last for 30 days .i was shocked when it only lasted for 3days only .when I dial a number it says, you have used up your credit but when I check the balance option it's telling me I have up tithe end of the month to make calls.this is a complete ripoff, scam on the highest order
I tried to transfer my number over to lebara been waiting two days now still nothing cant contact customer services as the call don't go through its more like micky mouse a plutoand its the same with vodaphone too don't use any of these networks they are crimminals
I cannot make calls or revive calls on lebara mobile. Earlier I thought mobile is faulty, changed and tried on na other phone, still not working. Cannot make call to lebara customer service as well. When trying to phone lebara phone, it says number is not recognised, started since his evening. If Someone out there can help.
I am struggling big time, there had been problems as well with connection, calls get disconnected, people on na other end cannot hear. I don't understand what's happening
I had a smilar bad experience with Lebara. These are unethical business. Advertise £10 free credit with auto-topup of £20. I did auto-top-up twice but did not receive full credit. When I complained, they said it was not auto top-up. I must have said about half a dozen time in emails that it was, but they refused by saying "our systems say it was instant top-up". Big time liars. I would rather pay few bucks more to someone else than dealing with these buggers. Waiting for PAC code. Cant wait to get out of this mess.
I have tried done the settings for lebara and when I try to top up...nothing happens. When I try to send message...failed delivery. Why can't I get this phone to work?
I am going to write to BBC Watchdog program about this company and I suggest others do the same.
i had 115£ bill from lebara as i had auto top up set up for 5£ once it reaches 2£
i was completely unaware they charged me 5£ 23 times without letting me know first. i realized that only once i checked my paypal account.
They should text you a message at least to notify you!
But instead they charged me in 7 days 115£ for 256mb of internet!

Recently I applied for the Customer Service Advisor position fluent or native Spanish speaker.
After several attempts, I could talk with one of your Customer Service Resourcing Officer. This person treated my over the phone in a very unprofessional manner, I felt humiliated and the rest of my day was pretty nasty.
I do not understand why people like this ill-mannered person can work in departments such as Customer service or recruitment in companies like Lebara.
She's name Mss. Lauren Munoz and I still do not understand why this person made sarcasm about my English level and told me that Lebara is looking for the position that I applied a person who speak fluent spanish and english too. At no time I've seen this requirement in the mail that she sent to me (bellow you can see the mail):

i dont have internet nor i can make any phone calls with my phone since 1 hour ago. Just letting you know, hope you fix it as soon as possible.
I can't make any calls not even 5588 . Also I bought a voucher but I was unable to top it up. I tried to top up online, a message pop up saying my number is not a lebara number. I've been having this number for almost 2 years now, I'm pretty sure it is a lebara number. Can you please fix this as soon as possible, I have to make very important calls.
I bought Lebara SIM a month ago.
Everything was fine till one day, I couldn't send sms anymore. Always failed delivery, but sms was charged.
Lebara is the worst company in the whole wide world.

Pick vodafone. Easier to top up via any gadget and better programs. My humble opinion.

Can not top up due to "pool state"
I have Lebara mobile phone. I was told that they can't give me PAC Code because my number has expired. I have been talking to the customer services and they told me that there is nothing they can do to get my number back. They told me that after 84 days if I had not topped up, my line expires. They never sent out any information about this to me. Please is there any way I can retain my number or get PAC Code or go about this to get my number back? My phone is still on, I only receive calls and texts but can't call out. I was told that after a little while, my line will be completely out of service. Please urgent help needed. Thanks. Chris.
My bundle was expiring on the 26/04 while my balance was ear 4.8 so I topped up to 18 so as to safe gourde the auto renewal. It did not happen, but all the balance disappeared. Called help line but nothing done up to today. Help line keeps on telling me they are working on it while I am left with no phone
After exhausting my data bundle, i was cut off from the internet and made to buy new bundles... still, i got charged almost 30 euros for "data usage" which is ridiculous. attempts to engage customer service has been futile. this is really absurd.
