On black Friday me and my wife went to the Levis store on 1350 Scheel Dr. in Sparks NV at approximately noon and waited outside 10 minutes to get in the store. I observed a large advertisement display 6ft by 4ft poster stating buy one Levis and get another one free in the window while waiting outside. We waited about 30 minutes in line due to large volume of people trying to check out. I observed the signs in the store stating buy two Levis get two free and asked about the promotion of buy one Levi get one free to an employee just before check out. The manager named Moragan went outside and removed the advertisement. I talked to the cashier about the buy one get one free and she called Moragan over who stated. (It's buy two get two free) and wouldn't acknowledge me as she tried to walk away, I stated I am going to make a compliant and she tossed a consumer's relations card on the counter and smirked. At this time, we were getting remarks from frustrated customers waiting in the checkout line. I bought the one pair of Levis and walked out in total embarrassment. At no time did this manger even express regret for the mistake of the advertisement. As a supervisor in the Department of Justice for 30 years, I was dumbfounded on how this manger handled this simple but fixable situation. Thank you for your time.
