I've invested USD $10,963 in this membership. I was promised the following:
- a fixed price on the accommodations thus making savings on our vacations
- a Personal VIP Service assistant to book vacations
The membership required an initial investment of USD $9,500 and then subsequent monthly payments.
I tried booking a vacation in July 2022. I was told I don't have a Personal VIP Service assistant but had to use the services of a chat line. I had questions which couldn't be answered by this chat line. I was told to call the resort directly. I got charged $10.00 in phone fees and still did not have answers to my questions.
I also discovered that the all-inclusive fees had increased by 73%. I asked for an explanation but got none. I sent off a complaint that this made booking a vacation with them more expensive than comparable vacations with other, all-inclusive resorts for similar locations.
I got no resolution to this problem. I requested cancellation of my membership and a refund of my initial investment.
This was refused. Further, they have sent my account to a collection agency for monthly payments that were stopped.
I have no intention of continuing to pay into this deal. And I'd like my money back.
Desired outcome: I get refunded the initial investment.
