Very pleased with the Marvin infinity "everwood" product and the finish work performed by Brandon and his crew (Callum, Gary, Kate and Josh)
Very pleased with the Marvin infinity "everwood" product and the finish work performed by Brandon and his crew (Callum, Gary, Kate and Josh). They were professional, polite and meticulous. It was a big 24 widow project with (6) 8-10' picture windows, so it is a major feature of our home. Having done this type of work myself I fully appreciated the effort that went into the finished product. 5 Stars ----

These guys are the worst of the Used Car Sales stereotype
These guys are the worst of the Used Car Sales stereotype. They call to ask if I'd like them to stop by when their in the neighborhood; I say, "No,thank you." They acknowlege. They stop by, interrupting a meeting, anyway. Our community has a "No Soliciting" sign at the entrance (a polite suggestion since it is unenforceable by law as Lifetime has pointed out). I will encourage all to avoid Lifetime and look for a considerate corporate citizen.

Shout out to Lonnie from the service department! He did a couple of minor repairs with efficiency, courtesy and professionalism. Thanks for your commitment to customer service!
We are very pleased with the quality of the windows we purchased and the installation. We will recommend Lifetime to others who are looking to replace their windows.

I am very pleased with the outcome of my new windows, I had a small miscommunication with my sales Rep and the team stepped up and made the situation whole. Could not have been more pleased with the work and work ethic performed by Brandon and Callum. They were professional, polite and extremely talented. The work was completed in a timely manner and definitely to my satisfaction. Thank you, Brandon and Callum. You are a 5review! ***, Northglenn, Colorado
Lifetime replaced our old windows with Marvin Infinity windows and we love the clean modern look of our windows! We have already noticed a decrease in our summer electricity consumption. The installers were real pros, did a great job and kept the job site clean. The interior trim and paint work completed by Callum, Kate and Gary was excellent. Great company with an exceptional product tailor-made for Colorado's harsh climate.

I couldn't be more pleased with the courteous, professional and timely manner in which my windows were installed. The crew cleaned up meticulously after the install. The finisher and painter was equally courteous, professional and was went the extra mile to be sure of my satisfaction. I would recommend Lifetime Windows & Siding without hesitation for the reasons mentioned above and the price was within my budget. Thank you for your service and product.

Very pleased with whole house window replacement by Lifetime, from sales to final inspection. Install crew of JJ, Drake, and Stone was great to work with, finish work is perfect. Will recommend Lifetime to my neighbors.
Great job done on our project. Don, Max and Victor took care of any issues that showed up during the work. Site was clean, work was done on time and done well. Great job!
Lifetime did a great job on the installation of windows for my townhouse. I couldn't believe that my crew headed by Josh was able to get all but 2 of my windows install in a single day. The other 2 windows were installed at a later date as one of them arrived broken. I have a total of 25 windows and a sliding glass door. Lonnie V. the project manager stopped buy during the initial install and kept me informed on the last 2 windows for install. Lonnie and Josh did a great job. I have recommended Lifetime to a neighbor and she also ordered window. Keep up the good work. Kim S. Littleton, CO
I found the employee's at Lifetime windows are efficient, courteous and prompt
I found the employee's at Lifetime windows are efficient, courteous and prompt. From the person booking the appointment to the installation guy's. My husband and I were nervous prior to the installation due to the pandemic. However they put our minds at ease. Workers wore appropriate ppe when they arrived. When the sliding glass door wouldn't fit up the stairs they decided to hoist it up to the 2nd floor from the outside. There were no hidden charges. The estimate is what you pay. I would recommend Lifetime windows to anyone anytime.

I couldn't have been more pleased with the entire experience getting new windows in my town home!
I couldn't have been more pleased with the entire experience getting new windows in my town home! My job was done in one day, July 17, and it's the kind of construction experience we usually only dream of. JJ managed the team and was really great, and Dominic returned a few days after the job was done to do some touchup. They worked so hard to cover things in my home and were constantly vacuuming to try to minimize the dust which was greatly appreciated. I still had to dust and vac a bunch, but that's understandable. Not only do I highly recommend them, I'd be glad to be a reference given that I'm one happy customer!

Lifetime windows did a great job tearing out our old, inefficient windows, and installing new ones
Lifetime windows did a great job tearing out our old, inefficient windows, and installing new ones. It was a quick process and they even helped me navigate through my HOA. The windows look incredible and it was a quick process overall. Windows were ordered, made, and installed within 4 weeks. Lifetime's project manager, Lonnie *** was awesome. He came by the house to make sure everything was running smoothly. He caught a few errors made by the window manufacturer and got them ordered proactively ensuring that our windows worked properly for the long haul. I would highly recommend Lifetime Windows for anyone needing to update their home.

Thank you to Lifetime Windows & Siding for a job well done!
Thank you to Lifetime Windows & Siding for a job well done! Your team of JB, Jaime, Allain, Alex and Selene made the entire window installation a smooth one. They are a special group of people who are very skilled, efficient and professional. Their cleanup was perfect. I was kept informed throughout the project and they patiently answered my myriad of questions. They made sure I understood the operation and safety features of all windows and sliding glass doors. My house is now much quieter and so much cooler. Krista made it so easy to work out the paperwork details. From start to finish, my experience with Lifetime has been a very positive one. My thanks to all.
I couldn't have asked for a better experience when replacing windows
I couldn't have asked for a better experience when replacing windows. From the quoting thru installation, Lifetime Windows was great. Our windows arrived during the height of the COVID pandemic, they stored the windows and didn't pressure us to schedule installation, we were able to schedule once we felt comfortable. Les, our installer, was quick and knowledgeable. He made sure all messes were cleaned up, before moving to the next window/room. JB stopped by both days and made sure we were happy with the progress. I recommend these two without any reservations, both were great. We love the new windows and couldn't be happier with the job they did replacing a window with a sliding door in our master bedroom. Thanks guys!

I have to leave at least one star or I can't leave my comment
I have to leave at least one star or I can't leave my comment. Initial installation was November . VERY poor installation. I had other contractors in my home during the initial install and they had to help the crew install the sliding glass doors! Area supervisor not helpful so I went to the Production Manager. The Area Supervisor told me the sashes were fine and they'd "work themselves out" of being uneven. Really?. Production manager was helpful but then left the company but said he'd see my project through, which he did come back in June. I said I didn't want the reinstall done during the winter so they planned on February. They showed up in June due to their busy schedules.. New sashes were supposed to be ordered, Production Manager was told by Area Supervisor they were ordered. They came to do the job and NOPE the sashes were not ordered. All windows and sliders needed to be reinstalled because of poor initial installation. This was $43,000 worth of windows! Many windows weren't leveled, not properly foamed, drywall was damaged so drywall still needs to be done, then a "finish" person needs to come back. The crew that has been reinstalling the windows has been wonderful. The window sashes that weren't ordered to be ready in February were just ordered last week. Even though the crew came back June 1. Additionally a window frame has cracked! The Area Supervisor told the installer NOT to order a new frame but to put a patch on it that he'd come out and look at it! SERIOUSLY! Haven't seen the Area Supervisor yet. I thought these were lifetime warranties. Today I left a message for Peter, one of the owners. Haven't heard back from him yet. What was supposed to be a wonderful experience for me moving into my "new to me" home and get settled has been awful! If you've had windows installed you know when they come things on walls near windows and furniture near windows needs to be moved. And no matter how hard they try to clean, and they have, there's just construction dust everywhere. They've been at my home about 7 times now I think. I'd just like to have the work done and actually settle into my home and look like I actually live here. VERY disappointing given the fact that now I have to wait for the Area Supervisor to look at a cracked frame which will take even longer to get ordered and installed. I haven't mentioned the time I've had to take off from work to be home for the work. Susan R

we had a large patio door installed around August / Sept of last year
we had a large patio door installed around August / Sept of last year. There was a small defect on one piece of the molding. We marked it that way during installation. They promised they would come back and fix. Still have not fixed it. The handle becomes loose and then does not lock without a lot of effort. We have called on this as well. they have come back twice to look at it but it keeps happening. I have called asking for a manager to call me. I leave a message or they say they will have a manager call me and I have not gotten a call. I can't get them to live up to finishing the install and keeping the lifetime guarantee.

On Monday August 10,2020 I had a sales person from Lifetime Windows and Siding present their windows to me as this was a project I wanted to do for a while now. The windows I had in my condo were over 40 years old and not functioning well and the idea of new beautiful windows and lower energy bills was appealing to me. I liked the presentation and decided to go with Lifetime Windows and Siding. I wanted to support a local company. The salesman painted a really nice picture of what I can expect from this company, also they advertise on TV that their windows are airtight and that a project manager oversees each job and a great warranty. I did not have a project manager present at my job. I had scheduled to have my windows installed October 2 between 8-10am. No installers. I called the office at 10:45 am and explained my dilemma and they told me they would call me back, they did not. One of the installers called me at 11:30 am. They told me they had another job. They said they were almost done and would head over to start my job. They were blaming the company on how they schedule. Their scheduling issues are not my concern. I was thinking an hour or 2 instead it was over 3 hours. The installers arrived about 6.5 hours past the scheduled install time. I commented to them that I did not want my job rushed as this was later in the day and close to the end of their work day. One of the installers said the job would not be rushed and he stated my windows would be installed correctly. Around 6 pm I emailed the project manager assigned to my job letting him know what was going on and that the installers were still working in my home. I also asked him if one of the installers was a project manager. This was stressful as I took the entire day off of work and had to cancel plans with a friend. There was a lot of noise and one my neighbors was stressed out as the installers trucks were blocking his ability to park. The project manager emailed me to let know he would be at my home on Saturday October 3,2020 to evaluate the job. The installers were at my home until almost 9 pm. The project manager came to my home and listened to my complaint. He apologized and agreed with what I had to say. He evaluated my windows and to make sure they operated properly. He said he would replace the screens on my 8 foot window as they were scratched. There was caulk on the carpet in my bedroom(which he took a picture of with his phone) from the install, he said when the screens come in we can have the installer remove the caulk as well. The caulk is still on my carpet. He seemed believe that all of the windows were installed correctly and operated correctly. He made some adjustments on the 8 foot door. My 8 ft. French sliding glass door panels have cold air coming thru them as well as the the frame having cold air coming thru at the base of the floor. I brought this to Lifetime Windows and Siding in early November when I noticed my curtains moving due to winds. They put me in touch with one of their employees (who I will refer to as employee #1)who was supposed to come to my home to bring replacement screens mid November and to evaluate what the problem could be. I waited for him to call me the following week and he did not. He called me the week of November 23,2020 which was Thanksgiving week and he apologized to me saying his work week had gotten away from him the previous week and was just now getting around to call me to set up an appointment. He informed me since it was a short work week, he would need to reschedule because of Thanksgiving. He cancelled last minute as he stated he threw his back out the day before and would have to reschedule.(This was December 5,2020) The screens for the door had finally been replaced December 12 (after they had been ready to deliver in early part of November)by a different employee. I brought to this employees attention the cold air coming thru my French door panels. He stated the doors should not be like that and he would talk to employee # 1 about it. No one contacted me the entire month of December. January 4 I contacted Lifetime Windows and Siding and asked them if someone could contact me regarding the cold air coming thru my French sliding glass door panels. Employee #1 contacted me January 5,2021.he stated he would get back in touch with me soon. I did not hear back from employee #1 the following week. Then on January 18,2021 employee # 1 contacted me (apologizing for not contacting me sooner)and asked me several questions about the doors and how they are operating. He made the decision to come to my house on Saturday January 23,2021 at 11am to evaluate and take pictures. He left a voice message that morning stating he would not be coming to my home as he ordered a door panel as he spoke to manufacturer and they had been having problems with their sliding glass door panels and he would contact me when it comes in. I immediately called employee #1 back and was sent to voice mail. I requested he call me back as this is a big inconvenience as I had rearranged my morning to accommodate his visit. He never called me back. On Sunday January 21,2021, I sent an email to the office manager letting Lifetime Windows and Siding know of my dissatisfaction with the treatment I have been receiving. The Service Manager left me a voice message on Monday January 22,2021 and employee # 1 called me as well saying to me "Sorry I didn't call you back" and stated the decision to replace the 2 sliding glass door panels. Mind you, that not one person from this company has evaluated to determine exactly why I am getting cold air coming inside my home. The decision to contact me, the customer to discuss the next course of action I think should be #1 before they make any decisions on my behalf. I contacted the Service Manager the same day and expressed my dissatisfaction with their lack of attention to this matter. He apologized and assured me that this was not their intent and they want to satisfy me and make it right. He told me that he was going to order new doors and will call me when they come and arrange to have them installed. The service manager has not been to my home to evaluate my problem. I felt that I was not heard and sent another email. This time in part asking why I cannot get a representative of Lifetime Windows and Siding to come to my home to evaluate my problem. I spent close to $11,000 for these windows and I cannot get this problem resolved in a timely manner or anyone to come to my home to evaluate the problem. The service manager contacted me again and assured me this was not the case. On February 20,2021 the sliding glass door panels were being brought to my home. The 2 employees that came to my home took the existing glass door panels off the track and were trying to install one of the new panels and the new panel was too wide for the opening. They asked me why no one has come over to evaluate this problem. I said " I don't know". He told me this is what he does all the time is troubleshoot and correct customer problems. After further investigating the window frame, he placed a leveler on the window frame with the 2 sedentary panels and it showed the frame was not even. Apparently the installers did not install the window frame correctly to make it level when installed. When my home was built in the 1970's, the opening for the 8 foot window was cut at an angle. This has caused the doors not to sit right against the glass and also not to shut correctly and have an air tight seal and the panels and the door handles are not even when shut and locked. The locks are difficult to lock and unlock and also they do not shut easily and evenly. One of the employees spoke to the Service Manager after he evaluated my doors and was given permission to replace the whole unit and the 2 door glass door panels. He told me the Service Manager would call me on Monday February 22,2021 to discuss next steps. I did not hear from him so I called him later on that day and asked him what is the next step here? He told me he would order new doors--AGAIN and then arrange to have a couple of employees to remove and reset the base panel and install the new door panels. He told me I could have it replaced if I wished, but he did not feel that was necessary. He assured me he would keep me posted along the way to let me know the status of the door production and when the doors were in and ready to install. I emailed the Service Manager March 3 and he stated he received confirmation from the manufacturer that the doors were in production(not sure of the exact date they were ordered) and will let me know more. On March 10,2021 I emailed the Service Manager again requesting an update and I have not received a response. It is now March 25,2021 and I have not received any communication.
Had new windows installed in the entire home and spent thousands of dollars- After condensation and air coming in through all the windows, Lifetime windows and siding came to my home and the technician said they were not installed properly. They needed to re-foam all the windows and replace the weather stripping. After 2 months, the company still has not replaced the weather stripping on the windows and keep telling me that they are waiting for the manufacturer to send it to them since they NO LONGER carry this companies window. While it is coming up on springtime, it hasn't been as cold in the house, however, the heating bills have been quite high the cold air blowing in and the heat going off every 15 minutes to keep the house warm!

Dave, our sales rep, initially offered us a 24 month same as cash financing option. We expressed our concerns about having new accounts added to our credit report and how that would effect our credit rating when we went to buy a home in 3-6 months. At that point, Dave advised us to go with their 12 month option instead. He claimed that it wouldn't even appear on our credit report until after it had been paid off, at which point it would simply show up as a paid installment loan well after we had purchased our new home. This was exactly what we needed and we decided that, despite the higher price and somewhat lower quality window (compared to others of the same price), LifeTime's financing option added the most value for our situation. This did not line up with my experience with virtually any previous loan or financing option, so I was very skeptical about how this would work. Despite Dave's reassurance, we repeatedly reconfirmed this information with Krista in finance on three separate occasions. Each time we were reassured that it would not show up until the end of the 12 month period. Two weeks after our install was completed, my husband and I both received notifications that a new installment loan had been entered onto our credit, and subsequently we are now having to buy down our interest rate at a cost of $6,400 to get to our previous qualified rate on our new home. At NO POINT was the information provided that it would only be held off of our credit for 6-8 weeks until after the fact. Additionally, the only reason we went with a 12 month option was because they said, in clear terms, that the 24 month option goes on your credit and the 12 month option doesn't. I reached out to Krista at Lifetime, who immediately said that we must have misunderstood the 4 different conversations we had with Lifetime about this and that it's only held off of our credit for 6-8 WEEKS until the job is complete. We found this very frustrating due to the fact that we had done our due diligence and clarified this on multiple occasions before the windows were installed, and the 6-8 week hold off added no value to our situation. Had we known, we would have gone another direction entirely. I have been lied to and mislead (whether deliberate or not) and they sold me heavily on a solution they are now saying doesn't exist, this is a very shady business practice. I would have been happy if Lifetime would have taken ownership for this miscommunication (which is clearly their fault) and nullified our installment loan and allowed us to pay them directly within 12 months. But Krista wasn't even willing to do that, she just cared more about being right and refused to own up to the fact that she poorly understood the abundantly clear and concise question we asked her on multiple occasions.
I had a consultation with a new employee for replacing my windows
I had a consultation with a new employee for replacing my windows. He lied (or was new and didn't understand) about the amount of windows to be replaced and the terms of the loan. There were two windows in my basement that we discussed being replaced that were not included on the contract. I also confirmed at least 3 times that the loan would be deferred payment for a year and a half ("you won't owe a penny" - Vlad) when the loan was processed, this was not at all the case and the financing company is expecting payment. During installation there were multiple issues. Glass left on beds, expensive pieces of ventilation removed and "thrown away", a window that was boarded up and painted was one of the windows that they decided not to replace (no one asked me which windows should and should not be replaced so I don't know how they decided) they took out all the finished boarding and left a piece of plywood between the room and the outside. Continued on attached document.

Excellent Customer Service, No Pressure sales, Excellent product, expert installers that are friendly and courteous. Highly recommended. Excellent Coordination staff and personnel working to get the windows installed. Highly satisfied and would recommend to anyone else compared to those other guys. (We ain't mentioning names; we don't want to promote them!).
had a very positive experience with Lifetime and highly recommend this company. They worked with my HOA in determining what products would be used and were very accommodating to particular requests. The communication from start to finish was exceptional, I knew exactly what to expect. The crew that replaced the windows and door, John, Juan, Kim, et al, were very efficient and clean. I appreciate that they covered my things with plastic and the floors with red carpet. It was also nice to be shown the operation of the new windows and door and how to clean in the future. Lifetime is a very professional company with great service.
