BEWARE!

I bought some nba jerseys from lightinthebox.com(they have another site called Sellerkey.com), thinking they might be ligit because of the pictures. when i recieved them after a month i was very dissapointed. they dont look anyhting like hte picture. and they wont give me a refund but a coupon instead. thats ridiculous cuz im never using this site again.

The jerseys was sposed to be a swingman which means it should be stitched. the numbers looked like they were spray painted on the jersey. and there is no tags. its all mugged.

These guys just stick in nice pictures, bottom prices, once you pay, that`s it, you are ###ed, it is just a BIG BIG RIPOFF.

Order arrived, but the USB connection would not remain in the 13 Amp plug.

Your web site is just not geared to anyone wanting to return a product.

I have returned the product, but have been unable to register a complaint, as your site will not allow me to type anything on the page.

Placed an order. Received no confirmation email. No order listed under my orders. Payment taken from account. No way of knowing if order has been received or being processed. Need to have an order listed in your acct in order to contact the company. Have tried various options but cannot contact the company.

This is my order [protected], when we order the specify that the packages takes 1 to 10 days but after you buy it 'll takes months and we purchase some of the items for specific and special occasions so I bought more than 6itemsand for an event am still waiting is been a week now and i can't get hold of them thus why I tried you for help

Poor services.

I ordered Christmas jumper for my son on the 23rd November, up to now I haven't received them.

Money was taken from my account £85.

I am still waiting to receive them unfortunately I don't need Christmas Jumper anymore.

PLEASE, PLEASE DON'T USE THE WEBSITE. UNRELIABLE SERVICES.

I've never heard or used this site before and this morning I have a charge from them for $77. I'm the only one with access to my PayPal account and I'm currently at work. I just don't understand how this happen.

Is not a complain I tried to reach but no help, I bought 5 items for an event and am urgently waiting for my order before the 14January, what can I do to make the delivery more fast, sorry for the inconvenience, pls I need and asking for help

Resolve my issue and stop telling about something that are missing, but I stated my complaint

Clothes are not at all like in photos online. Look well made with good material. When I got mine they were nothing like photos. Used cheap thin jersey knit very poorly made. Probably cost them anything to produce. Truly a bait and switch. Get you funds then send you garbage. Scammers all the way

Jan 6 , 2023 I have order chair cover of $79.87 but got another charge same order # for $23.88 in which I had not order anything but got charge to my credit card. I call Light In the box and got no answer only voice message that the mail box is full. Want the explanations.

Another complaint about them just taking money and never sending order! Took me for almost 100 bucks!

Ordered 4 shirts and they took my money that second. Now weeks later and no response about shipping or delivery. Reached out to this company and got no response. Don't want anything now but my money back.

I ordered from light in the box on the 19th of January via Google not the app. Shipping says ten days and the money has been taken from my account and I have not received any order. They have mad it impossible to contact them unless you ordered via the app

I bought two wedding dresses. Gave my measurements. 38 D on.top. 5' 1" tall

I received 2 size SMALL dresses. Obviously, couldn't get them on.

The middle panels weren't the same color as the main dress materials.

Lastly, both dresses are much too long.

I received an order with no return and no invoice. the quality was poor at best. I have tried every site to return and it wont let you get any where. When you talk to the site to get info to return it takes you to a site to put in your credit card for a return label. A huge scam!DO NOT BUY! Cheap endnote responsible for anything!

I am angry, disappointed, and ripped off by this facade.

I am demanding a FULL CREDIT to my payment method and have filed a complaint with my bank disputing the charges for this trash.
