BEWARE!

I bought some nba jerseys from lightinthebox.com(they have another site called Sellerkey.com), thinking they might be ligit because of the pictures. when i recieved them after a month i was very dissapointed. they dont look anyhting like hte picture. and they wont give me a refund but a coupon instead. thats ridiculous cuz im never using this site again.

The jerseys was sposed to be a swingman which means it should be stitched. the numbers looked like they were spray painted on the jersey. and there is no tags. its all mugged.

These guys just stick in nice pictures, bottom prices, once you pay, that`s it, you are ###ed, it is just a BIG BIG RIPOFF.

So this is their sorry not sorry response to customers.

i purchase some lovely looking products on their website only to find them faulty and super poor quality when they arrive. I immediately start the returns process. I have to send photos, then then contact me for more photos - which i send. They want the packaging images.

then they send this from Light in the box.

"Considering the problem confirmation is quite time-consuming, we can go with a simple way that you can keep this item with a (a) REWARD (values 50% of item price, same as a coupon/voucher, can be used on next order for discount) or (b) a partial refund (30% of item price) as the discount on this order . You may just reply "a" or "b" to this ticket if you prefer this solution. "

so yeah...they have my money.. i have some binable rubbish and the best i can hope for is $30 out of $100. (Which i seriously doubt i'll get.) Good times for me and hoping others can learn from my mistake.

see pic below of a dish caddy that is completely out of alignment. The other items are just as bad.

I purchased 3 dresses for my daughters wedding, thinking I could return them if they didn't work out. You can return them... to China, otherwise they give a minimal amount of what you pay. Will never buy from this site again.

I ordered 2 tops and when they arrived I could visually see they were to large. Right away I tried to return them and they have an almost impossible return policy. I tried several times, sent messages for help and none were answered

I unsubscribed from emails twice following the instructions but for days now I still receive marketing messages.

I contacted them twice asking them to stop sending me messages and remove me from their system but have not had any response. They are not emails but messages that pop up on my phone. Last message was today Sat 17 June 2023.

I was willing to place an online order but aborted it due to their exorbitant delivery charges, They then sent me an offer, by email, giving a £10 discount so I placed the order. However, LightinTheBox failed to apply the discount and charged full price (paypal). All a bit of a con?

Horrible company. Scammed my mum out of her cash and the order never arrived to the door. This is despite a report to paypal and despite evidence from our carrier that this order was never scanned nor sent although they had claimed it was already shipped and that we had supposedly received it. They ignored our countless emails with automated responses and our pleas for a refund were never met. They are fraudulent and i truly hope no one ever decides to buy here. It is better to find another company just to be safe from this one. Horrible company. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE.

Beware of the sizes. I typically wear a Men's 2XL in shorts, but theirs are more like a small in the waste. Tried 3XL and still way too small. Finally 4XL are wearable, but very snug. They're also poor quality. One style was trash after two washings. Will not be ordering there again for sure

I am not being told that they want me to not return it and they will send me £26!

I ordered a dress from lightinthebox back in June. The dress didn’t fit me. I returned the dress since July the 17th. I never received my refund. I’m not able to reach a customer service agent. I ordered the dress for a wedding, I had to purchase another dress at Macy’s. I really need my money to be reimbursed to me.
