I bought some nba jerseys from lightinthebox.com(they have another site called Sellerkey.com), thinking they might be ligit because of the pictures. when i recieved them after a month i was very dissapointed. they dont look anyhting like hte picture. and they wont give me a refund but a coupon instead. thats ridiculous cuz im never using this site again.
The jerseys was sposed to be a swingman which means it should be stitched. the numbers looked like they were spray painted on the jersey. and there is no tags. its all mugged.
These guys just stick in nice pictures, bottom prices, once you pay, that`s it, you are ###ed, it is just a BIG BIG RIPOFF.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer's satisfaction.

I ordered several dresses online on 4/24/23. Ihavent reciveded them. I paid 105.23 .When trying to contact them online, they say they can not find my order. My order# [protected].
The dress I ordered does not come up over my shoulder. The measurement chart does not ask for that area.
4April 2023 I ordered and paid via Multibanco Portugal the some of 184.84 euro
I never received confirmation by email or my order.
I ordered underwear but they cancelled it and never gave the money back
I have been charged £48.89 on my bank account by Lightinthebox on Monday 15thMay 2023 but I have not placed an order as far as I remember. Please could you look into this for me please.

So this is their sorry not sorry response to customers.
i purchase some lovely looking products on their website only to find them faulty and super poor quality when they arrive. I immediately start the returns process. I have to send photos, then then contact me for more photos - which i send. They want the packaging images.
then they send this from Light in the box.
"Considering the problem confirmation is quite time-consuming, we can go with a simple way that you can keep this item with a (a) REWARD (values 50% of item price, same as a coupon/voucher, can be used on next order for discount) or (b) a partial refund (30% of item price) as the discount on this order . You may just reply "a" or "b" to this ticket if you prefer this solution. "
so yeah...they have my money.. i have some binable rubbish and the best i can hope for is $30 out of $100. (Which i seriously doubt i'll get.) Good times for me and hoping others can learn from my mistake.

I purchased 3 dresses for my daughters wedding, thinking I could return them if they didn't work out. You can return them... to China, otherwise they give a minimal amount of what you pay. Will never buy from this site again.

Horrible company. Scammed my mum out of her cash and the order never arrived to the door. This is despite a report to paypal and despite evidence from our carrier that this order was never scanned nor sent although they had claimed it was already shipped and that we had supposedly received it. They ignored our countless emails with automated responses and our pleas for a refund were never met. They are fraudulent and i truly hope no one ever decides to buy here. Beware of the sizes. I typically wear a Men's 2XL in shorts, but theirs are more like a small in the waste. Tried 3XL and still way too small. Finally 4XL are wearable, but very snug. They're also poor quality. One style was trash after two washings. Will not be ordering there again for sure

I ordered a dress from lightinthebox back in June. The dress didn’t fit me. I returned the dress since July the 17th. I never received my refund. I’m not able to reach a customer service agent. I ordered the dress for a wedding, I had to purchase another dress at Macy’s. I really need my money to be reimbursed to me.
