LilySilk Mixed Experience with LilySilk: Easy Returns, but Questionable Quality

So, I just wanted to share my experience with LilySilk. I know some people have had trouble returning items, but I didn't have any problems with that. I returned everything I bought, and it was pretty easy. I got a return shipping label within a day or two of requesting it, and I got my refund about two weeks after I sent everything back.

I returned everything because of the quality. I love silk, but the blouse I got wasn't as soft as my other silk blouses. I'm not sure if it's real silk or not, but it definitely didn't feel like any of the other silk I own. I also ordered a cashmere sweater, but I'm not really sure about the quality because I don't own any other cashmere. I returned it because I didn't like how it looked on me.

Overall, I don't think I'll be ordering from LilySilk again because of the silk issue. But, that might not bother other people. And, like I said, I didn't have any trouble returning things (I live in the US), so I think it's worth giving them a try if you're interested in their products.

LilySilk Disappointing Quality and Customer Service: My Experience with LilySilk

I recently bought a silk blouse from LilySilk for my work wardrobe. I was on the hunt for a good quality silk blouse and was willing to pay a decent price for it. I came across LilySilk and thought it was reasonably priced, so I decided to take a risk and buy it online.

When I received the blouse, I noticed that it had a strong chemical smell. The silk material was very thin in my opinion, and it was a little too short for tucking in front. I am 5'7" and weigh 138 pounds, with a fit build, so nothing too crazy. The cut of the blouse was not flattering either.

I decided to return the item and let them know about the issues I had with it. However, I was disappointed to find out that they charged me for shipping. This made me question the quality of the company and their customer service.

Overall, I do not consider LilySilk to be a quality company at any level. I would not recommend wasting your time or money on their products. Instead, I suggest spending a little more and sticking with the tried and true name brands that have already made a statement in the fashion industry. You will find the quality you want there, unlike with LilySilk.

LilySilk Efficient Delivery and Beautiful Pillowcases: My Experience with LilySilk

I was scrolling through youtube and stumbled upon a video about LilySilk. I was intrigued by their silk pillowcases and decided to give them a try. I placed my order and was a bit worried when I saw that they were being shipped from China. I live in Sweden and usually, orders shipped from outside the EU come with extra customs fees. I was expecting a long wait, extra charges, and the hassle of traveling to a depot to collect my order. However, to my surprise, just a week later, the pillowcases were delivered straight to my door! The delivery was super fast and painless thanks to TNT. I was impressed with how efficient the delivery was, and I want to thank LilySilk for using TNT.

When I opened the package, I was blown away by how beautiful the pillowcases were. I chose the ivory color because I thought the white would be too cold for my taste. The ivory color is perfect, exactly like the picture on the website. The pillowcases are the perfect size and look very well made. I already have silk pillowcases from John Lewis, and I can say that these look just as good. I am very happy with my purchase, and I will definitely order from LilySilk again.

Overall, I had a great experience with LilySilk. The delivery was fast and efficient, and the pillowcases are beautiful and well-made. I highly recommend LilySilk to anyone looking for high-quality silk products.

LilySilk Disappointing Quality and Customer Service from LilySilk: A Review

I recently purchased a camisole and hair curler from LilySilk and unfortunately, I was not impressed with the quality of either product. The silk material used for the camisole was extremely thin, almost see-through, and didn't feel like real silk at all. Additionally, I was disappointed to find out that the company's website advertised a free first return, but when I called to inquire about returning my items, I was told that this only applied to customers in the US and not in Canada.

The hair curler also felt cheaply made and had a strange fake pearl button at the end that would often get caught in my hair and pull out single strands, causing me to wake up in the middle of the night. Overall, I was not satisfied with the quality of the products I received and found the customer service to be lacking.

I had originally planned to purchase several more items from LilySilk, including a duvet and some sweaters, but after my experience with these products and the company's customer service, I will not be making any future orders. It's a shame because the pictures on their website are beautiful, but the actual products did not live up to my expectations.

LilySilk LilySilk's Negligence and Lack of Customer Service - A Disappointing Experience

I recently made a purchase from LilySilk on March 21st and spent a total of $912. I was excited to receive my items, but unfortunately, I ran into some issues with customs clearance. FedEx contacted LilySilk about the issue, but instead of resolving it, LilySilk told FedEx to abandon the package at customs without even informing me! I had no idea about this until I called FedEx today to inquire about my package.

To make matters worse, I received a message from LilySilk Support on April 20th saying that they would contact the shipping company to look into the issue and that I should wait for a little while. This message gave me the impression that they were actively working on resolving the issue, but it turns out that they had simply abandoned the case.

I am extremely disappointed with LilySilk's lack of communication and customer service. I paid a significant amount of money for goods that I will never receive because of their negligence. I have tried to contact them multiple times, but have yet to receive a response. It's frustrating to see that they falsely advertise a 60-day free return policy on their website when they can't even handle basic customer service.

It's also disheartening to see influencers promoting this brand without taking responsibility for the negative experiences that regular customers may face. I hope that LilySilk will take responsibility for their actions and provide a resolution to this issue.

LilySilk Lilysilk Review: Poor Quality, Terrible Customer Service, and Refund Issues

I had a really bad experience with Lilysilk last year. I wanted to return an item, and they said they would accept it, but then they told me they couldn't because of Covid19. They said they would let me know when they could accept returns again, but I waited for two months and never heard anything back from them. I sent them lots of emails, but they never replied. I was really frustrated and didn't know what to do.

Finally, I decided to dispute the transaction with my bank. As soon as I did that, Lilysilk responded to me right away. They said they were open again and could process returns. I sent my item back to them, but then they asked me if it was okay to refund me only 50% of the money. I said no, and then they said they would refund me the full amount. But then I waited another month and still didn't get my refund.

Lilysilk said they had processed the refund, but the bank was holding it. They also said they couldn't refund me unless I canceled the dispute. I thought this was really ridiculous. It seemed like Lilysilk was always making excuses and never actually refunding money. I was really disappointed and felt like I had been scammed.

I would definitely not recommend buying anything from Lilysilk. The quality of their clothes is poor, and they are not consistent either. They also have terrible customer service and don't seem to care about their customers at all. If you want to buy silk clothes, I would suggest looking for a different company that is more reliable and trustworthy.

LilySilk LilySilk Review: Misleading Advertising and Poor Customer Service

I recently had a terrible experience with LilySilk. I was excited to purchase some silk products from their website, but unfortunately, the product I received was not made of silk at all. I was extremely disappointed and decided to return the product using a tracked mailing service. However, when I received my refund, I was shocked to see that they had only refunded 10% of my order.

I immediately contacted their customer service, but they were very dodgy and pretended that they had only received part of my order. I was not going to let them get away with this, so I threatened to involve my bank's fraud department. Suddenly, they miraculously found the rest of my order and refunded me the full amount.

To make matters worse, their website has misleading advertising about their services, such as "free return," without any mention of it being US only. I am located in GB, so this was another mistake on their part.

Despite their claims of being oeko-tex certified, I decided to verify their certificate number on the oeko-tex website. To my surprise, the validity of their certificate was under review. This is just another mistake on their part.

Overall, I would not recommend LilySilk to anyone. Their misleading advertising and poor customer service make them a company to avoid.

LilySilk LilySilk Pillow Cases Review: Scratchy, Noisy, and Disappointing - Buyer Beware!

I recently purchased two pillow cases from LilySilk, hoping to experience the luxurious feel of quality silk satin. I was excited to surprise my partner with a romantic "couple's present" for Valentine's Day, based on all the hype I had heard about LilySilk.

However, after hand washing and drying the pillow cases, I was disappointed to find that they were scratchy and not as nice as our existing cotton sateen pillow cases. To make matters worse, they were also noisy and made our heads too hot when we lay down on them. My partner immediately wanted his old pillow case back, and I agreed that I felt the same way.

I attempted to return the pillow cases to LilySilk, but they initially refused to even check if they were defective. Eventually, they allowed me to send them to their "silk expert" in London, who sent pictures back (attached) showing big smear marks and stains that were NOT on the pillow cases when I sent them. We had only put our heads on them for about 10 minutes, and we certainly did not rub them on the floor or something.

I had to involve my credit card company to get my money back due to the false claims in LilySilk's advertising, their unsatisfactory guarantees, and their poor customer service. In the end, I received a refund, but I would NEVER purchase from LilySilk again!

Buyer beware!

LilySilk Luxurious Silk Bed Set from LilySilk: A Review

I recently purchased a silk bed set from LilySilk and although there were some hiccups with the delivery, I am happy to report that it all ended well. At first, we had trouble tracking our package as the tracking number was not recognized by DHL. We later found out that this was due to the fact that the package had not yet arrived in the UK and therefore was not recognized as an item out for delivery. If DHL had explained this to us, we would have been less anxious. However, we started to question the legitimacy of LilySilk because we couldn't track our package, when in reality, it was just an administrative problem with DHL.

LilySilk is a Chinese company, so it's important to note that they generally take 24 hours to respond to emails. But they did respond and they came through in the end. After waiting a couple of weeks for our delivery, we finally received our silk bed set. The quality is truly second to none and we are so pleased with our purchase. Each item was individually wrapped in one box, some in beautiful little boxes and each wrapped in gold ribbon. It was a lovely touch and we felt like we were receiving a gift.

We spent ?1000 on a silk bed set which included a duvet cover, fitted sheet, over sheet, and four pillow cases. It was definitely worth the investment as we slept like royalty last night. I highly recommend LilySilk for their outstanding quality silk bed linen. They truly deserve recognition for their products.

For future UK customers, I advise you to expect not to be able to track your parcel immediately. It won't be trackable until it reaches a UK depot, so don't worry if you can't track it right away. Just be patient and trust that LilySilk will come through with their delivery. In the end, it was a happy ending and we are utterly delighted with our purchase. Thank you, LilySilk!

LilySilk LilySilk Review: A Total Scam with Terrible Customer Service and Poor Quality Products

I really wish I had read the reviews before I placed my order with LilySilk. They are a total scam and I have never dealt with such terrible customer service in my life.

When my order arrived, I was extremely disappointed with the quality of the products. They were very poor quality and not at all what I was expecting. I decided to return everything except for a blue silk scrunchie that I actually liked. I initiated the return process 15 days after receiving my order.

Fast forward six months and I still have not received my refund, which was over $450 AU. The first time I tried to return the items, the parcel actually came back to me because Australia Post said that the address did not exist. I contacted LilySilk's customer service team and they blamed me for not sending it to the right address. I sent them proof that it was not my mistake, but they still insisted that I send it again. I was hesitant to do so, but they said they would pay for the return postage. However, when I asked them to confirm the address, they gave me the exact same address as before.

I decided to send the parcel again, but it has been three months and I have not heard anything from them. They have not responded to my emails and there is no phone number to call. I am pretty sure that I will never see that money again.

Please do not make the same mistake that I did. LilySilk is a scam and they sell overpriced, poor quality goods. They will not return your money and their customer service is terrible.

LilySilk Not Impressed with LilySilk: Thin Material and Poor Customer Service

I gotta say, I'm not too impressed with LilySilk. I mean, sure, they have a 30 to 60 day satisfaction guarantee, but it's basically useless because they won't let you return anything if it's been used or washed. And honestly, their material isn't even that great to begin with. It's pretty thin and the stitching isn't all that great either. I mean, just take a look at the photo I posted - you can see what I mean.

And don't even bother trying to return something that's falling apart. I had a set of sheets that arrived unraveled and started to fall apart after just a few uses, but they wouldn't let me return them. I'm still trying to get a partial credit for them, but it's taking forever because it takes 24 hours for them to respond to each message.

Overall, I wouldn't recommend LilySilk. There are plenty of other places to get silk products that are better quality and have better customer service.

LilySilk Beware of LilySilk: Fake OEKO-TEX Labels and Poor Customer Service

I recently purchased some silk products from LilySilk and unfortunately, I was disappointed with what I received. It didn't feel like real silk at all, but rather a mix of synthetic materials. I suspect that they may be using fake OEKO-TEX labels to pass off their products as genuine silk. Real silk should feel the same on both sides, but what I received was clearly a synthetic product.

When I reached out to their customer service team for help with tracking my order, I was put in touch with a representative named Frank. However, I had a hard time understanding him as his English was not very good. It's frustrating to deal with language barriers when trying to resolve an issue.

I regret falling for this fake website from China and wish I had purchased my silk products from North America, Japan, or Europe instead. While I don't expect to receive a refund, I will be sure to leave a negative review to warn others about this company and their products.

In the future, I will be more cautious when shopping for silk products online and will do my research to ensure that I am buying from a reputable source. It's disappointing to be taken advantage of, but I hope that my negative experience can serve as a warning to others.

LilySilk Disappointing Quality and False Promises: My Review of LilySilk's 22 Momme Silk Blouses and More

I gotta say, I was pretty disappointed with the 22 momme silk blouses I got from Lilysilk. They started pilling like crazy after just a few wears, which is a total bummer. If you're thinking about buying from them, I'd recommend wearing the clothes alone - no jacket over or bag rubbing against them. And honestly, I wouldn't recommend their bedding or pajamas for daily wear either.

In my opinion, it's worth spending a bit more for silk products from more reputable producers.

I did see that a LilySilk representative promised to address some of the issues people were having, but it's been over a year and nothing's been done. It's pretty shady to go around making promises you don't intend to keep, and it definitely doesn't make me want to give them my business again. Come on, LilySilk - step up your game!

LilySilk False Advertising and Misleading Claims: My Disappointing Experience with Lilysilk.com

I recently made a purchase from Lilysilk.com and I must say that I am quite disappointed with my experience. I ordered a silk sleeping cap and a silk pillowcase, but unfortunately, my order did not meet my expectations.

The pillowcase came with a tag that stated it was made of 100% mulberry silk, which was great. However, my main issue was with the sleeping cap. It did not come with a tag that detailed the fabric composition, which made me skeptical about the product. Upon further inspection, the sleeping cap felt like polyester, which was quite disappointing.

To make matters worse, the receipt listed on the shipping package stated that I received a "polyester cap" and "polyester pillowcase". This was in direct contrast to the website's claim that the products I ordered were 100% silk. Additionally, a card included in my order claimed that "Lilysilk products are made with 100% pure, natural mulberry silk". This was clearly false advertising and a breach of the Fair Trading Act.

I am extremely dissatisfied with my purchase and will be reporting this to the appropriate authorities if I do not receive a full refund. It is unacceptable for a company to make false claims about their products and mislead their customers. I would not recommend Lilysilk.com to anyone looking for genuine silk products.

LilySilk Avoid LilySilk at all costs: Terrible customer service, poor quality, and incorrect sizing

Don't even think about buying from LilySilk, folks. I had a terrible experience with them and I wouldn't want anyone else to go through what I did. I returned my items over two months ago and I still haven't received my refund. I've tried calling them, but no one picks up the phone. I've sent them countless emails, but all I got was an automated response saying that they'll look into it. It's like they don't care about their customers at all.

And let me tell you, the quality of their silk is not worth the hassle. It's rough and scratchy, not at all what I was expecting. And to top it off, the sizes are all wrong. I spent over $300 on their products and I had to return everything because nothing fit properly. I followed their return procedures to a T and even got an RMA number, but it seems like they're just trying to scam me out of my money.

I'm so disappointed in this company and their terrible customer service. I would never recommend them to anyone. Save yourself the trouble and shop somewhere else.

LilySilk Lilysilk Review: No Standard Procedures, Poor Quality, and Terrible Customer Service

This company ain't got no standard procedures, so every time you hit them up, they're just guessing at what they can do. I'd steer clear of these folks. I shelled out $1,300 for some sheets, and after just one wash (I used Euculan soap and washed 'em by hand), the fitted sheet started pilling. I reached out to them, and it took a whopping 18 emails for them to not help me out. They're so old-fashioned in their thinking. I bought a whole SET of sheets, but the key part of that set (the fitted sheet) is busted, and now I'm stuck with the flat sheet and pillow cases. I gotta go replace the fitted sheet somewhere else 'cause I ain't never buying from Lilysilk again. And get this - they only offered me a measly 12% discount to replace the defective sheet (that I bought as part of a set). What a joke.

LilySilk Warning: LilySilk's DHL Delivery Disaster - My Frustrating Shopping Experience

I gotta say, I had a pretty rough time shopping with LilySilk. I mean, I was excited to get my hands on some of their luxurious silk products, but things went south pretty quick. The problem? DHL. Now, I don't wanna throw shade at all delivery companies, but DHL really dropped the ball on this one. They delivered my package to the wrong address, and it wasn't even close to my neighborhood. I mean, come on, how does that even happen?

So, I reached out to Lilysilk and they told me to fill out a form with my picture ID. They said they would double check with DHL and get back to me. But, that was it. No more response. I even kept emailing them, but nothing. And, to make matters worse, the phone number in California didn't really help because the company is in China. I was so frustrated with this shopping experience. I mean, I just wanted my package, you know?

I gotta warn you guys, if you're thinking about shopping with LilySilk, be careful if they're using DHL as their carrier. I'm still waiting for my package, and I don't know if I'll ever see it. I'm gonna keep posting on social media and warning shoppers until I get my money back. It's just not worth the hassle.

LilySilk LilySilk Bedspread Set Review: Poor Quality and Disappointing Customer Service

I gotta tell you, I bought a bedspread set from LilySilk back in 2016 and I'm not too happy with it. I shelled out ?358.97 for it, which ain't cheap, and I expected it to last a while. But after just 4-5 months of using it in rotation with my other bedspread sets, the fitted sheet started piling and bobbling. And after 6 months, it was downright uncomfortable to sleep on. I mean, come on, I'm not asking for the moon here. I just want a decent quality sheet that doesn't turn into a mess after just 7 months.

And it's not just the fitted sheet, either. The quilt cover has started bobbling too. So I emailed LilySilk in June 2017 to let them know about the problem and ask for a refund or replacement for just the fitted sheet. But you know what they did? They refused to refund or replace it. Instead, they offered me a measly compensation payment of ?35 or a discount on purchasing a new set. Like that's gonna make up for the fact that I wasted my hard-earned money on a subpar product.

Honestly, I regret spending my money with them and I wouldn't recommend them to anyone. If you're thinking about buying from LilySilk, think twice. There are plenty of other places to get quality bedding that won't fall apart after a few months.

LilySilk Disappointing Sleep Cap from Lilysilk: Not as Advertised or Labeled

I recently purchased a sleep cap from Lilysilk and I have to say, I'm a bit disappointed. First off, I couldn't find any information about the fiber content on the packaging or the item itself, which is required by law. I mean, come on, Lilysilk, get with the program! I'm not even sure what this cap is made from, but it definitely isn't silk. Real silk is smooth and slippery, but this fabric feels more like a cheap cotton weave. It's not nearly as soft as I expected it to be.

To make matters worse, the cap doesn't breathe like real silk either. Within just a few minutes of putting it on, my head started to feel uncomfortably hot. This is not a problem I've had with my other sleep cap, which is made from 100% mulberry silk as clearly labeled on the tag.

Now, I will say that Lilysilk claims their silk is OEKO-TEX certified, which is supposed to mean it's free from harmful chemicals. However, when I tried to verify this by looking up the label number on their website, I got a message saying "The validity of the label is currently under review. Please contact us for further information." Hmm, that doesn't exactly inspire confidence.

All in all, I have to say I'm pretty disappointed with my purchase from Lilysilk. I was hoping for a high-quality silk sleep cap, but what I got was a cheap imitation that doesn't live up to its promises.

LilySilk LilySilk Review: Disappointing Sizing and Nightmare Return Process

I recently made my first purchase from LilySilk after hearing about it on YouTube. I was excited to receive my order of 4 tops and 2 bras, but unfortunately, the bras were a one size fits all and did not fit me at all. I was disappointed to find that the sizing was not consistent, as only one of the tops I ordered in medium actually fit me properly.

I decided to return the items for a refund, but the process has been a nightmare. After submitting my request, I had to wait for them to review it before they approved it and sent me a shipping label. However, just a day later, they cancelled the label and have been ignoring my emails ever since. It's frustrating to say the least, especially since I'm still within the time frame for a return.

Their return policy is also misleading, as it's not as easy as they make it seem. I don't recommend ordering from them, as it seems like they don't care about their customers once they've made a sale. If you're thinking of ordering from LilySilk, I suggest you think twice and consider other options.
