We had a terrible experience at one of your venues this past weekend that is inexcusable. We attended the Jason Aldean concert at Glen Hellen amphitheater on Saturday September 30th, we had seats ORCH1 row J seats 8-9, I paid $600 for these tickets for an experience I would like to forget.
My girlfriend had knee surgery from an accident therefore we brought our own wheelchair to get her around as she could not walk. When we arrived at our seats, I made contact with a security guard and an attendant about where to leave her wheelchair, it was not far from the end of our row and next to the fence away from all traffic. At some point during the concert my girlfriend had to use the restroom, when I went to get the wheelchair, it was gone. I questioned several security guards and attendants of the whereabouts of this wheelchair, they all told me that they used it for another needed person. That wheelchair was my private property therefore they stole it. Now I have a Handicapped girlfriend that can't walk and a missing wheelchair. All of this is going on when I'm supposed to be enjoying the show, I spent good money to get in a protected area of the venue. The worst part was that after the show was over, I could not get any assistance from your personal to get my injured girlfriend back to our car. I talked to a security supervisor named Jose Mota (probably not even his real name) but he actually made an effort to track down some help with no success, all of the other employees just said they don’t have an answer for me. So, as we were the last ones left in the venue sitting in the pouring rain we proceeded to exit the facility on foot that took us over an hour as I had to practically carry her out to the car.
I cannot express how disappointed I am in the lack of professionalism and the poor ethics of your personnel.
I would like to be reimbursed for my Wheelchair that was stolen and my tickets for a show that I missed.
Thanks,
Desired outcome: I would like to be reimbursed for my Wheelchair that was stolen and my tickets for a show that I missed.
