Disappointing Experience with Ticketmaster Canada Ltd
After reading numerous reviews from customers, it is evident that many individuals have had a disappointing experience with Ticketmaster Canada Ltd. Customers have expressed frustration with the company's customer service, high fees, and lack of transparency regarding ticket costs. One customer mentioned the unnecessary complexity of the website and app, along with constant emails and texts. Another customer highlighted the poor treatment received during an event, leading to a negative overall experience. It seems that Ticketmaster Canada Ltd has a lot of room for improvement in terms of customer satisfaction and service quality.
Live Nation employees are thieves and extreemly unethical
We had a terrible experience at one of your venues this past weekend that is inexcusable. We attended the Jason Aldean concert at Glen Hellen amphitheater on Saturday September 30th , we had seats ORCH1 row J seats 8-9, I paid $600 for these tickets for an experience I would like to forget.
My girlfriend had knee surgery from an accident therefore we brought our own wheelchair to get her around as she could not walk. When we arrived at our seats, I made contact with a security guard and an attendant about where to leave her wheelchair, it was not far from the end of our row and next to the fence away from all traffic. At some point during the concert my girlfriend had to use the restroom, when I went to get the wheelchair, it was gone. I questioned several security guards and attendants of the whereabouts of this wheelchair, they all told me that they used it for another needed person. That wheelchair was my private property therefore they stole it. Now I have a Handicapped girlfriend that can't walk and a missing wheelchair. All of this is going on when I'm supposed to be enjoying the show, I spent good money to get in a protected area of the venue. The worst part was that after the show was over, I could not get any assistance from your personal to get my injured girlfriend back to our car. I talked to a security supervisor named Jose Mota ( probably not even his real name) but he actually made an effort to track down some help with no success, all of the other employees just said they don't have an answer for me. So, as we were the last ones left in the venue sitting in the pouring rain we proceeded to exit the facility on foot that took us over an hour as I had to practically carry her out to the car.
I cannot express how disappointed I am in the lack of professionalism and the poor ethics of your personnel.
I would like to be reimbursed for my Wheelchair that was stolen and my tickets for a show that I missed.
Recommendation: Dont trust this company or there employees

Live Nation Complaints 236
I am complaining about unfair ticket pricing for same seats at Westbury Music Fair.
I purchased tickets for the Rumors Fleetwood Mac Show at NYCB Theater at Westbury, New York. I personally went and purchased tickets at Box Office. I was told that aisle seats were $20 more and You have to buy 2 seats. (seats 1&2). I was charged $69.00 for seats 1 & 2 and $49.00 for seat Number 3. I purchased these tickets on 6/29/2023. The show took place on November 1, 2023. A day before the show the same seats different row was being sold for $25.00 each on the Live Nation website. I went to the Box Office the night of the show and they told me that they don’t control ticket prices. Live Nation does. I feel I was Overcharged for the tickets I bought. I am asking for a refund in the difference in price..
Claimed loss: I feel I was Overcharged by $136.00
Desired outcome: I am asking for a refund in the difference in price of the tickets I purchased.
NKOTB Tickets
I attempted to purchase tickets for the New Kids on the Block concert in August 2024. The app kept refreshing telling me that my session timed out and then said my tickets were no longer available. I finally succeeded and noticed I was charged for all 3 tickets. Contacted Live Nation immediately and they canceled the wrong tickets and told me "sorry. good...

My friend, myself and her 10 year old daughter were repeatedly harassed at the Jason Aldean concert last night,10/28/23, in Tampa FL. The live nation security guard physically harassed my friend, traumatizing her young child. We were walking through a publicly accessible walkway from the bathroom (along with 50+ other people) and stopped briefly to take a...

Paid for upgrades on my ticket also purchased ticket insurance. Can we got to the venue or upgrades were not available. None of the staff members at the venue were able to help. We contacted montage mountain from the venue to try to get the issue resolved and got no response. Myself and my family drove 4 hours one way to attend Rob zombie concert in Scranton Pennsylvania. Only to have to sit on the rocky you're in covered ground and then told by customer service that all sales are final and they would not be refunding us or upgrades. Basically they kept my money and told me to go f*** myself.
Upon further inspection of the insurance policy that we bought it's a waste of money because really it has absolutely nothing to do with the show or the things that you have purchased in your package. It's all a giant ripoff and nothing but loopholes to screw over the customer.
Desired outcome: I want a refund
Rob Zombie concert in Tampa 8/26/2023
To whom it may concern, We spent a lot of money on 3 concert tickets, ultra premier parking, the VIP access, and the early entry just under the “meet and greet” and received bags of merchandise. With all the money we spent, we were guided to go in a certain way and once we got in, they would not let us out to go to the VIP lounge we paid for with 3 ticket...
Read full review of Live NationRude security personnel
I am a long customer of the MidFlorida Amphitheatre. I really do enjoy the facility but the personnel, both direct and contract employees at this facility are very rude to the customers. Not all, mostly the security personnel that roam the concourse.
I used to work security at this facility, so I know how hard their jobs can be but there is no excuse for treating your customers, that pay extremely high prices for their tickets, to be treated with less than full respect as a person.
The red shirt security personnel are the worst, an example of the other night, was I was experiencing bad sciatica pain when sitting down for too long on the very uncomforable hard plastic seats (They dont allow cushions on these chairs only on the lawn) and was walking the concourse to alleviate the pain. If I stopped for more than three seconds, (It is very hot in Tampa), a security person would chase me off, I even had them follow me all the way harrassing me to not stop. This happened serveral times, I tried to explain to them but my conditions but they had no empathy.
Bullying, aggressive and threating behavior is never and option for customer service.
I eventually found a spot where many other people were standing, so I stopped, a reshirt supervisor with short blond hari approached me and told me to leave now or I would be throw out of the facility. I explained my pain conditions and she said she did not give a [censored] and would throw me out if I did not move immediately.
Cursing and threating your customers that are trying to have a good time is a problem in my eyes and I would bet that you would have many other customer agree.
Desired outcome: Retrain personnel in customer servie etiquette and offer readily available options for customers with special medical needs.Post signs of rules for customers so they are clear to everyone.
VIP meet and greet tickets
We are so extremely disappointed with our meet and greet package! The ‘meet and greet’ part of the package is described as meeting the band, having a photo taken, attending the Keg Crusher BBQ to be able to listen to Disturbed music and having a chance to chat with the band. Our meet and greet consisted of standing out in the 115 degree AZ heat for 99.9% of the time, waiting in lines to check in, go through security, wait again, go through another security check, wait again only to be hustled through a tiny room, shake the hands of the band members, have a quick photo taken and be hustled right out again. There was NO chance to speak to the band members at all, let alone chat with them at the Keg Crusher BBQ. They weren’t even playing Disturbed music at the Keg Crusher BBQ! All of this only to have the concert postponed due to the equipment not working properly due to excessive heat. Really?! Excessive heat in the AZ desert in the middle of July?! I could have predicted that as soon as I found out that this concert was scheduled at an outdoor venue in the middle of the AZ summer. Then we find out that our tickets and seats are still good for the rescheduled show (date has not been announced yet) but that we would NOT be able to do the meet and greet part of the package again. A lot of people paid a lot of money for this package and were willing to suffer in the extreme heat for the chance to mingle and chat with the members of our favorite band. This was blatant false advertising. Had we known what this experience would TRULY have been, we would never have purchased the VIP “Rockstar for a Day” package. We neither felt like VIPs nor Rockstars. Next time I will save my money and just buy good seats and not swelter in the heat 5 hours before the show starts.
I just hope the rescheduled dates are in November or a cooler part of the year so we don’t have to suffer like that all over again just to turn around and go home hours later.
This is the exact description from our VIP Meet and Greet package:
A backstage meet & greet experience with the members of Disturbed; grab a beer and get a chance to chat with the members of Disturbed
Desired outcome: Please be clear about the exact events we are purchasing with our "meet and greet" ticket money. Please stop scheduling outdoor events in AZ in the middle of the summer!
Ticket with small batch experience
I was given as a birthday gift tickets to the Chris Stapleton concert on July 20, 2023. The ticket included the small batch experience. This meant I was to receive a blanket which was included in the ticket price. Due to my work schedule I did not arrive at the concert until after 7:00 pm and was told that I would not get the blanket because I had to be there by 7:00 pm.
The portion of the ticket price that was for the blanket or the blanket should have been provided since it was paid for.
Desired outcome: Blanket should be provided.
Tickets to concert had NO view of the performance
I had tickets to Joni Mitchell and the Joni Jam at the Gorge, Washington, June 10th 2023. My seats were Sec 101/Row7/Seats 1&2. I paid a premium amount for the best possible seats only to find as the concert commenced that the performers were all seated well back from the front of stage and that the only view we had was of a stack of stage equipment. The issue was raised with staff at the event who agreed that the seats were unacceptable. A few people were reseated, but as it was a sell out we could not be found alternative seats. We travelled from Australia to see Joni perform. Even lawn seats, at a fraction of the price would have allowed us to see the show. I have been told that no refunds are possible. It is totally unethical for this company to take in thousands of dollars for seats that have NO view of the performance.
Desired outcome: Refund of ticket cost
Work pay
I worked the peach fest in scranton, pa 2023 on July 1st. I have yet to be paid and it's currently the 14th of July. The lady I was told to contact regarding pay was Carol cantafio shivock. First they pit jobs on Craigslist...sketchy. then make you tap into a Facebook group...sketchy and that was my contact source, a Facebook message. Was told they pay every 2 weeks. Still waiting for pay. I was told they mailed put checks after the 2nd week came just to keep me quiet, but I filled out direct deposit and the company is supposedly in texas... how is that possible? I saw and was told nothing of the sort. They made all that money. Had me driving a Ford truck with a wagon transporting peoples luggage for 12 hours and no compensation.
Desired outcome: Pay or lawsuit
Access denied to Munich Olympia Stadium Depeche Mode Memento Mori Concert 20 June 2023 although concert tickets were bought since 05.10.2022
On 05.10.2022 I bought 3 tickets for Depeche Mode Memento Mori World tour - concert in Munich, Olympia Stadium, on 20.06.2023. 1 ticket for myself, 1 ticket for my 4-year old daughter and 1 ticket for my husband. I am a big fan, our daughter enjoys their music a lot and we wanted to experience together a Depeche Mode concert. On 9 June 2023, I have contacted Live Nation, the organizer, via e-mail, to ask what are the admission conditions to the concert for a child and if we can bring a bottle of water for our daughter to the concert. The organizer replied by email that we need for our daughter good hearing protection and a foldable bottle, but liquids are not allowed, although we will find food and drinks on the venue. On the date of the event, we went at the venue at noon, to check if families have special access queues or where we are entitled to access the concert based on our tickets. I encountered a man with a small car and a badge mentioning "Depeche Mode Security" and asked him about our access to the concert. I mentioned to him as well that we will need to access the concert together with our 4-year old daughter. He advised us to use the West gates, as they are not so crowded, especially since we were with a child and he mentioned that admission starts at 5 PM. At 6:10 PM we arrived at the Olympia Stadium entrance, and since there was no queue we accessed by the main entrance (East), but there a security lady stopped us and did not allow my daughter and my husband access to the concert (they had seated tickets on the West Tribune and I had standing ticket). They were turned around as the security lady mentioned that children under 6 are not allowed on the venue. We showed her the email from the organizer, where they confirmed that our 4-year daughter can access the concert, but she denied their access. My husband and daughter tried to access the concert again on the West gates, but there were also turned back by the guys checking the tickets for the same reason. It did not mattered we especially bought seated ticket for our daughter, that we were confirmed by the organizer to have access with her, that we also checked earlier with the event security team and they confirmed her access to the venue, and that by the German and EU law, children are allowed to entertainment events and concert, as long as they are accompanied by an adult/parent. She was together with both parents, we have bought her ticket (3 tickets in total for us 3) and still she was not allowed on the venue, being discriminated. She was so disappointed and this repeated refusal had such a terrible impact on her psychologically, as we were preparing her and us as a family for this event since October 2022. We are from Romania and we travelled 1500 km, we spent a lot of money and time on flight tickets, accommodation in Munich and everything, just to participate together to this event. And on the event starting hours, my daughter and husband were denied the access, without showing us a law or something in written that did not allow them to access the concert, therefore without any proof. They were just discriminated, their rights by the EU laws were not respected at all and our daughter suffered extremely much from this horrible experience. She is a child, and she created a lot of hope to be able to attend a concert with us and to enjoy it together. This was a horrible experience especially for her, and for us as well, as in front of her eyes we failed as parents, we could not do what we promised her, although we did not break any law or rule, we just bought 3 tickets and we paid them 9 months in advance and could not benefit from them as we were discriminated. I have contacted the organizer for this by e-mail and phone and I have no conclusive answer, as it refused to refund us the money for the 2 tickets for my daughter and my husband that were not used as they denied their access to the concert by discrimination.
Desired outcome: I just want at least a refund for the money paid 9 months ago for the 2 tickets - 200.32 eur. F
713 Music Hall, Houston, TX
I went to a business conference during the day earlier in March. There is a difference between a professional business event where tickets and travel cost thousands and a nightclub. But the staff still run it like a cheap night club. I was denied access and security stole my special diet food after spending thousands on a business event. Very bad experience.
Desired outcome: Refund

VIP ticket box
On July 11, 2022 I purchased a VIP box from the website for the Fillmore in Denver. This purchase was made through Ticketmaster. I have purchased these boxes on many occasions in the past. I purposely selected VIP Box 3 knowing exactly where this box was located in the venue. When I book these VIP boxes there are only about the first 5-6 that are worth buying for the money being asked.
We had also purchased the Meet and Greet wi the band ahead of time and bought the most expensive package they offered that automatically comes with two GA tickets.
Once the Meet and Greet was completed we had to wait until 5:30 for doors to open to proceed to our VIP box. We proceeded to the back VIP location station at the bottom of the stairs at the north end of the venue west side. The lady there told us they were still setting up and would escort us to our box once they were ready. This was at 5:35 PM. She checked my box location on my phone at that time. We patiently walked over and sat down waiting to be escorted to our VIP box. We looked up to the VIP boxes and noticed others had been sat in their respective boxes. So we asked a different person since the First Lady spoke with was now gone and not able to be located. They told us to go up the stairs and the person at the top where the boxes were located would seat us. We proceeded up the stairs and there was a security lady standing at the entrance to the VIP boxes. She checked are tickets and proceeded to escort us to our VIP bOX 3.
About two hours later and just as the band before the main band was starting another lady came up to our box and asked to see our tickets. We began to show them to her and she interrupted me abruptly and told us we were in the wrong box and we were supposed to be in a different VIP BoX 3. This box was located at the rear of the venue. I challenged her at this point and she was extremely rude and said she was the Supervisor and we sat in the worn gnocchi. I tried to explain to her we were sat in that box and had purchased that particular box months prior. She did not care and said I could take it up with the venue the next day. She said that security had sat us and they were not part of Live Nation and that onto her and two other gals could have sat us. I told her that was not true since they were not present when the venue opened and other VIP boxes had been sat prior to ever seeing these three females. Once again she was very rude and engaged in an argument with me on us visiting the wrong person to be sat.
I am requesting a full refund for my purchase of the VIP box. My experience at the venue was unorganized and very rude by Live Nation. I would have never purchased the VIP box they put us in. She also ruined the show for us due to the fact we missed one of the bands completely due to the venue security and Live Nation employees rudeness and lack of organization. It so of my opinion that the VIP boxes had been switched from the date of sale to the date go the concert. There was no permanent marking of which BOX 3 was. The only markings for location are on a table inside the box that had a box three plastic sign. I believe the venue and Live Nation sold me the BOX three I was originally sat in and then changed the BOX numbers from my original purchase inadvertently. I am also not sure when the venue went to having additional VIP boxes labeled with the same numbers as this has never occurred in the past.
I would also like to file a formal complaint against the females that refused to identify themselves other than they had VIP Nation Neck bands and proclaimed to be in charge, there were three females. I used to deal with Beth with Live Nation in Denver but she is no longer with the company.
I will also be formally notifying the band of the problems with Live Nation and how we were treated. We have been going to the Meet and Greets for years with many different bands. I have a contact with the main band I will be talking with as well.

Stevie Nicks Concert on October 22, 2022 in PNC Music Pavilion, Charlotte, NC
Hello,
I am writing to you in hopes that you can help me with the terrible experience I had at the Stevie Nicks concert on October 22, 2022.
To begin, we had driven to the amphitheater pretty early and were expected to get there about an hour before the opening act was to start. However, once we got 1.5 miles away from the amphitheater, we were stuck in traffic that did not move for two hours straight. Then, we were directed by the police working the traffic to park at Wal-Mart and not at the amphitheater because there was no more room for parking at the amphitheater.
We finally found a parking spot in a crowded Wal-Mart parking lot and had to walk for close to a mile to the amphitheater. At this point in time, we had not only missed the entire opening act, but also over half of Stevie Nicks’ concert.
We went to the lawn section only to find out that there was no room at all on the lawn section available. We had to walk back and forth on the sidewalk behind it because there was nowhere to sit. From there, there were only five songs left before the show ended. We spoke to the employees working the show, and they repeatedly said that the show was oversold and overbooked. When we went to get food for our four-year-old daughter, the concessions people said they had ran out of food.
So all in all, me and my family are not only heartbroken, but we expect a refund. In all of my decades of going to concerts, I have never had such a terrible experience as this one.
Please feel free to contact me if you have any questions.
Thank you.

No Show Black Pumas
Hi, We went to a concert on 10/15/22 at the Toyota Ampitheater in Wheaton, Ca. One of the headliners was supposed to be the Black Pumas who never showed up. That was our main reason for going. We waited the whole night thinking that they were going to be on but never were. How do I get a refund for the concert?
My name is Judith Burbeck, my email is [protected]@gmail.com. I bought my tickets at (2 tickets) through LiveNation on 8/29/22 and paid $245.00. Please let me know what I need to do? Thank you.

Security at a venue
On 9/30 I attended a live nation concert at Huntington Bank Pavilion at Northerly Island in Chicago.
I purchased the VIP Gold Package ticket at full price over 2 years ago.
The music was great, the sound was good, the VIP welcome were all great.
Once I reached my seat, I was given an armband indicating that I’m allowed to stand by the stage.
I’m not the healthiest person, and it is hard for me to stand on my feet for a long time.
Since I was sitting in the 3rd row in the middle (section 103, seat 25), which was chosen with thought, I thought there will be a few other people standing by the stage from the rows in front of me.
However already when the opening act (DJ Paul Oakenfold) there was a big crowd, and I couldn’t see much.
Once one of the two main events started (Pet Shop Boys) many people came to the front, and it wasn’t pleasant. Since I couldn’t stand throughout the show, I had to return to my seat and rest several times. Upon arriving back to my row, I saw a lot of people that didn’t belong there. Returning to the front of the stage was a struggle every time.
I tried to engage the security people standing by the stage, but they didn’t do anything.
In the middle of the first act, I saw 2 big security guys telling people to go back to where they belonged, but that held for no more than 30 sec. Everyone returned.
At the end of the first act. I tried to find a manager to speak to but there were none to be found. I found the guest services booth, and the girls tried to help me but to no avail.
After additional attempts, I requested to speak to a manager, and she brought a manager. The manager listened to my complaint and told me there should be security there and they can help. I told him that there is a young girl there and she was just pacing back and forth. He said he is going to take care of that, but nothing happened. I waited another 20 min at my seat (exhausted) and just left home.
Obviously, I didn’t enjoy the concert and doubt I will consider going to another concert organized by Live Nation if there is no control.
Just in comparison, in August I was at a different concert organized by a smaller company, and no one stood in front of the first row. There were guards on every Isle by the stage and didn’t let anyone near the stage. A completely different experience that I will be returning to again and again. This was not my first concert organized by that company, and it is handled this way, every time.
Desired outcome: I would appreciate a response and an apology. I should also be refunded the ticket since I couldn't enjoy much of the experience and left very upset before the concert's end.
Payout for Sold Tickets - Listing # CP2E7CF83
This is for Live Nation Listing # CP2E7CF83:
On June 23, 2022 I re-sold 2 tickets for the New Order & Pet Shop Boys - The Unity Tour. The tickets sold for $200 each and Live Nation stated that my payout would be $400.00 to my debit card.
On 6/25/2022 I received an email stating that my IRS Verification was completed.
The Live Nation system stated that I would see my refund to my debit card within 7 days after the concert, which was held on 9/17/2022. I have yet to receive my refund.
Because I was being reimbursed by debit card, it was my understanding that no further verifications, other than the IRS verification was needed. I did check my checking account to see if 2 small deposits were ever made, to verify direct deposit instead, but I've never received any deposits from Live Nation nor Ticket Master.
I can't find a valid phone number to reach anyone, nor is the system providing me a way to submit an online form to a Customer Service Representative.
I'm willing to take down my complaint if someone will contact me to resolve this matter.
Desired outcome: $400.00 refunded to my debit card as promised
