Terrific seats
Purchased 7 tickets all in a row for myself and some friends to travel to SF for the 49ers vs. Packers game. The person assisting us was super helpful to ensure we purchased the seats another friend had identified for us.
The seats themselves were second tier, first row with a terrific view of the stadium. Despite what we had heard about parking challenges at the new stadium, we parked on the golf course near the stadium and made the easy walk over to enjoy the game. The fans were friendly and we had a great time save for the one jerk who began throwing ice at us with about 4 minutes to go and the game well in hand for the Packers - I can only assume he was a sore loser and needed to take out his lack of self confidence on the opposing team's fans. After a few heated exchanges we ignored him and basked in our team's victory and a good time with friends. We would certainly head back for another game if the opportunity arose.
Amazing!
I'm from Rio de Janeiro, Brazil and a sport lover, so, visiting New York for the first time I'd never loose the chance to stay closer do baseball and to my favorite baseball team, Yankees!
Visiting the Yankee Stadium was amazing, unforgettable, incridible, because it's not about the game only... there're many other ways to entertain, as the big screen, the excitement of all the crowd, the certificate we won for our first visit and the discount at the store because my husband is a militar. Besides, you have so many options to have some snacks, everyting very different in comparison to a soccer game here in Rio, at Maracan?.
Well, we apprecited a lot. For sure we will return soon and we will also recommend our friends for a visit.
Ah, and the best thing was that we won! 2 home runs and we changed the results right in the last inning. Loved!
I wish I could have the chance to get a Ball game. Maybe next time.
Thanks for the great and unforgettable experiente.
Best wishes from Rio,
M?rcia & Leonardo.
I purchased a VIP ticket to Monumentor: Paramore and
I purchased a VIP ticket to Monumentor: Paramore and Fallout boy, and the show was AMAZING. I am so glad I bought tickets from TicketNetwork because I looked at so many other websites I could have bought from but they were either sold out or much more expensive. With my ticket from TicketNetwork got me so close that I was on the fence having the time of my life. It was my first time to see Paramore and they are my absolute favorite band. It was such an awesome experience and it was all possible by getting my ticket with TicketNetwork. I also had an issue not being available at home to sign for my ticket during delivery so I called there customer service line and they got me where I needed to be to be able to pick up my ticket. They are also refunding my shipping since I went and picked up the ticket from my FedEx location. Which I wasn't expecting them to do so it was a very nice surprise. Very Very Satisfied with my purchase and the people who work with TicketNetwork, I highly recommend anyone to buy any future concert tickets here!

That Show Rocked!
The bands were awesome and the sound was good too. The bar tender was nice but the woman at the down stairs door was not very nice. I was not allowed to go down to get a shirt even though I paid extra money for front row seats upstairs and the parking voucher. She said I had to wait till the show was over but that was not an option for me so I was not able to get one. The last time I was there I was not allowed to go to the first floor bathroom from my seats even though the line up stairs was 35 people deep. I had to leave the show so I would not piss myself. I use to love this venue but I am not a fan of the new rule set so I will not be going to this venue again. I have a bad back and need a seat but to be stuck up there all night not only makes my anxiety start to get bad but the other issues I spoke of takes away from my whole experiance. I like to get fresh air by the door sometimes between bands but was only allowed out the back by all the smokers. NOT the fresh air I was looking for. Its to bad because the House of Bluse was a very cool place to see a show. I hope this helps make things better.
Awesome Show
This was my 1st experience seeing Yanni and I saw him with my mother-in-law which was her 3rd. The show was just awesome, however, the venue should be changed. It is not people friendly and what is advertised is nothing in person. Let's start with the venue, HOT, I realize that we need to save on electricity, but with that many people the A/C should have been turned down. 2nd the Sky Bar is so far off on what they advertised its hilarious. "Enjoy a variety of food and beverages..." The food is the joke, a small bag of cookies, chips and candy, I'm sorry but in my life that is not food. Both concessions stands should have been opened for 300+ people, serve the food they advertise such as the waffle chips is supposed to have a dressing and blue cheese on it, hmmm well let's just say it didn't happen. The balcony seats are just dangerous especially for older people. Having 6" to walk through with people sitting there just doesn't work. I know the place is old and you want to keep the character of the building, but a lot of work needs to be done on this venue to become more people friendly. Maybe Yanni should go to the Lesher Theater in Walnut Creek, CA.
My boyfriend Dale and I bought last minute tickets
My boyfriend Dale and I bought last minute tickets to see Bob Seger in concert. We're both from Canada and the concert venue was in Atlantic City. My boyfriend found out last minute that Bob Seger was in concert two days prior to the venue and Ticket Network was the first website to come up in our google search for tickets. We have never bought tickets from this company before (other companies we have previously purchased tickets from were Stub Hub and Ticketmaster. Ticketmaster is awful if you have problems by the way). We highly recommend Ticket Network. We picked up our tickets in a timely manner just a few hours before the concert was to start and the pick up location was very close to the concert hall in Atlantic City. Communication through phone calls was very prompt and the couple of people we kept in touch with that worked for Ticket Network always picked up all our calls, were very good with giving us directions and meeting up with us in a timely manner. We were also given all the postal tracking codes to track how our tickets were being shipped to it's pick up destination. Dale and I will definitely be using Ticket Network for future concert and sporting event tickets :)
Absolutely best experience I've ever had buying tickets
Absolutely best experience I've ever had buying tickets. I waited until about a week before the sold out Mumford & Sons show in Houston to see if I could find two tickets, not hoping for much. I ran across a site that appeared to have front-section seats for a RIDICULOUSLY low price. I'm not sure how cool quoting prices is on here, but they were much closer to the stage than any other site I saw, and less than almost any other tickets, no matter how bad.
The price and stated seats had me a little nervous that it was too good to be true, but I ordered on a prayer. Then I got an email saying I needed to arrange where to get the tickets the day of the show, and my heart almost broke. The day of the show, I got a phone call telling me where to pick them up (less than a block from the gates). I got there and was handed a gift card and told to just 'swipe it at the gate'. I and the 30-odd others there were really skeptical at that point, frankly.
But I walked right up to the gate, swiped the card, and 2 tickets - exactly as stated on the site - popped right out of the little machine, and we walked right in. Score! That was actually easier than remembering to carry 2 separate tickets, with the added benefit of not being able to forget them at home. And WHAT SEATS! Extra legroom, direct view to the stage close enough to see facial expressions and finger positions, in great view of a huge monitor showing the closeups, AND there was a very lonely beer vendor right behind us, so no waiting in line. They also happened to be very close to the bathrooms and merch booths too. They were by far the best seats I've ever had at a big show, ever.
All in all, this is honestly the best experience I've had buying concert tickets, aside from the few minutes of unwarranted doubt. I will absolutely be using their services again, especially now that I know I can trust the slightly unconventional way they delivered. It's easier than waking up early for a release and still never getting the tickets, the seats were just unbelievable, the transaction was smooth, the website was simple to navigate and get exactly what I wanted, and the price was way better than I ever expected. Don't let their methods turn you off - it's actually better - and go with these guys!
Hello Real Guy Real Story
Hello,
I am a real person with real questions. I bought 2 tickets to the Beyonce' and Jay Z summer 2014 tour scheduled for July 11,2014. Well the East Ruterhford, NJ tickets on TicketMaster are the only ones with "TBA" for the status of the tickets. At 10am yesterday I understood that pre sales would start. Even at 10am the tickets were still "TBA" on TicketMaster's website. I then search and find Ticketnetwork. I bought 2 tickets and tell everyone on Facebook, but then people started to say Ticketnetwork was a scam and that they never answer their phone or emails. I read about 2 dozen reviews and felt sick. Half were 1 star reviews and the other half were 5 star reviews. Go figure.
Anyhow, I tested my luck today to see if I could call and speak to someone live to ask all of the questions I had about my purchase. To my surprise, I was able to speak to the nicest, most respectful and patient sales rep I could have imagined. Her name is Saima. She smiled on the other line. She verified my name and address because my name is Ashley and I am a male She even explained how Ticketnetwork actually gets their tickets and how they sell them. The list goes on and on about what I asked, what I learned. I am now crystal clear that my tickets for the July 11th concert will arrive before July 7th and that July 7th will be the absolute last day in which they will be mailed out. I understand that I will receive the FedEx shipping when the tickets are mailed out.
Saima even told me to call back anytime between now and then if I have absolutely any questions about my purchase.
I am a true skeptic, but Saima made me feel comfortable about my $400 purchase and with our conversation I am confident enough to give 5 stars with the trust that I will receive my tickets to the Beyonce' Jay-Z tour in time to enjoy their show.
Please note that Ticketnetwork.com has been around since 2002, so they can't be THAT bad.
Thanks,
Confident in Ticketnetwork
OKAY its July 13,2014 (After the concert)
Hello,
I am a real person. I am a man who lives in the Bronx, New York. I bought tickets in April for the July 11,2014 Beyonce Jay-Z concert. I was one of the first to purchase the cheapest tickets for roughly $200 a piece and I bought 2. In late May I received a call that I was selected for a free upgrade from section 3 (nosebleed) to section one (one level up from floor seats in the middle). All free upgrade and just because. I got a call two weeks later saying my tickets will be mailed mid June. I got a call in mid June to tell me the EXACT tracking for my tickets.
My tickets arrived in two days, which was still 3 weeks before the concert. I went to the concert and had seamless entry. I had a blast and the concert was EPIC! No complaints and I loved every single moment of my experience with ticket network.com. I have no complaints.
Thanks,
Ashley
I bought tickets from ticket faster to the incubus concert in st Augustine amphitheater happening on august 31st
I bought tickets from ticket faster to the incubus concert in st Augustine amphitheater happening on august 31st. I wrote the wrong email address where they are supposed to send my tickets and I tried to call their support number numerous times to solve this issue and they keep leaving us on hold for 20 to 30 minutes only to hang up on us. What number can I call that someone will answer so I can solve this
Scam alert, If you want to get what ;you paid for, don't use Ticket Network. I paid $323 for spring training tickets and got an email the day before the game saying my tickets were ready. When I clicked the link in the email the tickets they were giving me weren't for the game I purchased but the day before the game I wanted to go to. I contacted their customer service number and after about 35 minutes on hold someone came on and said they would get in touch with the ticket seller and straighten this out. I was disconnected and later they left a voicemail saying they had talked with the seller and assured me I would get my tickets the next day for the game I paid for. Needless to say I never received the tickets and am out $323. I emailed their customer service and got an automated response saying they would get in touch with me within 48 hours. Nothing. I called and after another 30+ minutes on hold I spoke with another representative who said she was going to talk with their complaint resolution department and placed me on a 10 minute hold. When she came back on she said they were starting an investigation into the issue and someone would email me within a couple days with an update. No email ever game. I emailed their customer service twice more and each time I received their automated response and then a day or so later received emails stating "you can be assured we are working on your issue and someone will get back with you". Almost a month later still no response or resolution to my problem. It's obvious they are not a well run business and their customer service is very poor. Additionally it is apparent they only care about keeping peoples money and not providing the tickets the people purchase. I will never use this company again and I will make sure everyone I know is aware and doesn't use this company. I will fill out as many online reviews as I can to alert as many people as possible. Expensive lesson learned. Ticket Network is a scam
This company is a scam... THEY ARE MISLEADING AND DECEIVING...lead you to believe that you are going into a VENUE site that you are not and are charged an extraordinaril excessive amount of money and then it is impossible to contact them because they block any messages!
Ticket Sofware is a scam. I gave them one star because I coudn't give them negative stars. They are dishonest. Avoid them like the plague. If you have been scammed by them I think we should start a class action suit against them
Scam My concert was canceled with no additional dates posted. I will be taking them to small claims court due to the fact that my money was not refunded.
Ok, just like most people who weren't familiar with this website, I was also nervous about receiving my tickets on time
Ok, just like most people who weren't familiar with this website, I was also nervous about receiving my tickets on time. It is true that I got automated responses to the customer support email, and no one answers the Facebook messenger. I had to go through my credit card statement to find a phone number to call, and a gentleman named Anthony answered right away. He assured me that I will have my tickets, and that if I didn't have them by noon the next day to call him back. At 10 this morning, I received my tickets. Keep in mind that this is a 3rd party ticket selling sight, I was able to buy tickets to the event 2 days before the presale date and I got better seats then I was promised. Yes it is nerve wrecking, and it costs a little more, but I got tickets to a sold out show delivered as promised. To me, that was the most important thing.
Purchased Joe Jackson tickets. When I arrived at the concert, the tickets turned out to be counterfeit. I called Ticket Center because they were identified on the email I received when I received the confirmation of my order. They could not located my order number or any other information they requested. They advised me to call the phone number on my credit card statement, which turned out to be Ticket/Network/Ticket Software LLC. I called that 866 number and received no answer.
Ordered tickets in November of last year. Here it is about 7 months later and the day of the concert and i do not have my tickets. I have been in touch with ticketnetwork multiple times and they assured i would have my tickets before the concert. I cant go to the concert due to covid and i cant sell my tickets because i do not have them to sell. Scam company.
My wife and I purchased tickets for an upcoming concert, back two years ago, show kept getting post poned, well anyway the show is next month, and I have not received our tickets,no emails of such either, and no one answers the phones! Never ever go with this company, total scam and out’s us out of money!
I purchased resale tickets for the Taylor Swift Lover Fest concert through TicketClub, which uses TicketNetwork as
I purchased resale tickets for the Taylor Swift Lover Fest concert through TicketClub, which uses TicketNetwork as their ticket vendor. Unfortunately, the concert was cancelled. However, TicketClub promptly contacted me twice, leaving a voicemail and sending an email, regarding a refund to my credit card. I was initially nervous after reading reviews about the company online, but I decided to call them back to see what would happen. I spoke to Carra, who had left the voicemail and email, and asked her some general questions about the company to make sure it wasn't a scam. She was very patient and provided me with the information I needed. I was hesitant to provide my credit card information for the refund, so I asked Carra if I could receive a check instead. The next day after our phone conversation, I received my refund check in the mail. I hope other customers will be patient with the customer service workers who are just trying to assist with refunds and other concerns. This company is legitimate and provides thorough service, as they made multiple attempts to contact me. I greatly appreciate the time and effort of the workers. I highly recommend this company as a satisfied customer. I apologize if this review is a duplicate, as I cannot see my previous review.
Ended up with a purchase based on the venues website so had no choice on how I purchased this concert ticket. Tickets were apparently released to ***. My email was that was by my *** account was confirmed and date of show… no ticket. Had to wait to call because the business was closed by this time. *** called but they didn’t see anything there either and I would have to go back to TicketNework for any issues. Asked for a full refund for a concert I was not able to attend because I did not have a ticket even though I purchased one and even with a confirmation email saying it was transferred but it was not. Argued with them all day long just to get a 10% voucher which I am not going to except. I won’t except anything less than a full refund for show I didn’t go to because I didn’t get a ticket to get there.
If I could give a "0" I would. I accidently purchased through ticketfaster on *** instead of the arena site which is ticket Master. That is how they trick people. I've paid 400.00 for 2 tickets. And the process they give to get your tickets are bogus. They are definitely a scam. I called once to actually speak to a real person and I stayed on the phone for hours literally waiting for someone to answer questions about this company. And explain the reason of this conning. BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY. I DO PLAN ON FILING A COMPLAINT.
Scam company. And I do not say that lightly because it gets thrown around to much. I bought tickets to wildn out event and thought it was ticket master because I was busy at work. Got the email from ticket faster. The event was in March and I bought the tickets in December for a Christmas gift. The tickets were never delivered and the concert was last Sunday. Please do not use this company.
TicketNetwork Complaints 57
I was betrayed by this outlet
I bought tickets to an event at the Mountain Winery in Saratoga, CA. Note: I bought tickets online many times from TicketMaster before and never, ever had a problem. But this time it was TicketNetwork.com. I bought tickets at $114 ea. I never thought that they would do business differently than TicketMaster, but they do. This is a total scam, rip-off, betrayal. I was tricked into believing that they would sell $114 tickets to me. They don't. Some other outfit (joe knows tickets) send me a link to download those tickets. When I looked at the tickets they were $65 tickets + $14.50 fee(don't know for what). Far below the $114 ticket I ordered and was tricked in to believe that this is what I would get from them, not from joe... That was approx. 12 hrs. After I placed the order online. Immediately, I sent them several emails to cancel the order and let them know that I feel betrayed and cheated. They never answered any of those emails. I monitored the pending charge on my credit card account. It remained in "pending" state for 2 days. So plenty of time for them to sepond to my email and cancel the order. I also told them several times that I do not give them permission to charge my card. They couldn't care less. 2 days later the charge went through. Then it was "joe knows tickets" who charged my card and not TicketNetwork the company I did the business with. So it was n unauthorized charge by "joe knows tickets". I called my CC company and told them about the unauthorized charge. They set up a conference call with "joe knows tickets" who didn't want to do anything and said I need to call TicketNetwork. I called them and told them that I canceled the order immediately after I found out tthat they instructed "joe..." to send me the wrong tickets $65 instead of the $114 I ordered. They wouldn't do anything about it. I also stressed the point that I canceled the order immediately and did not give them permission to charge my card. They didn't want to hear anything about it and said they would not cancel it.
Do not deal with this outfit. They trick you into believing you would do business with them and you would actually get the tickets you paid for! They cheat, lie and betray. Once they have your money it's the end of the story for them. Go with TicketMaster. They are honest and do not rip you off. Ticketnetwork is the worst online business experience I ever had. They trick you into believing to do business the good way, then they steal your money and don't want to talk to you again. Stay away!
I have contacted the company's customer service multiple times in an attempt to resolve my issue
I have contacted the company's customer service multiple times in an attempt to resolve my issue. However, I have not been able to reach a satisfactory resolution. The customer service representatives have been unhelpful and have not provided a clear explanation for their policies. I initially requested a refund because I wanted to purchase better seats if the show was rescheduled. However, I was informed that refunds are only issued for canceled shows, not indefinitely postponed ones. The representative suggested that I sell my tickets instead, but I discovered that I can only resell them for face value according to the regulations in my country. The face value listed on my tickets was different from the advertised value, which was misleading. I feel that I was not given accurate information and that I would not have purchased the tickets if I had known their true value. I escalated the issue to a supervisor named Jessica, who was polite and helpful. However, she was unable to provide me with the physical location of the company for security reasons. She also confirmed that the face value of the ticket was not disclosed on the website and that it was stated to be a resale market. I believe that the most reasonable solution would be for the company to issue a full refund.
Hi, I was buying tickets for ***. Thinking I was on *** --- but I was in fact on Ticket Network... a site I've never heard of. It looks really similar to ***... I want my money back. I don't trust them. I don't trust my tickets will arrive. They didn't announce their no refund policy when I got the tickets. It seems very scammy and unreliable.
I ordered concert tickets for *** in *** in Sept,2022 and got an email with order confirmation. The email states that they sent my tickets per Email on Oct.5,2022. I have not received them as they specified. My amount waa $281.27...not sure if this website is legit or not.
Date of transaction: 11-15-2022 amount of money paid to business: 2384.32 what business committed to provide you: (Fraudulent) *** tickets I am disputing this transaction because the tickets sold are fraudulent and not real this business has NOT tried to resolve the issue
This business continues to send emails. I have unsubscribed many many times and they just keep sending.
I have not received official tickets that I purchased
I purchased three tickets to see the Rolling Stones on July 10, 2024 (ORDER #[protected]). After 24 hrs, I received an email from them to 'Claim my tickets' and a secure.tickets wallet link, but these tickets do not look like original tickets, simply that someone has 'Shared' them with me but has not 'Transferred' the ownership of these tickets. I emailed them...

Purchased concert tickets that were never delivered
Purchased tickets to a Chris Stapleton concert in February 2020 . The concert got postponed because of the pandemic for today October 8th 2021. The tickets were never delivered to me. I tried to contact the company many times by phone, nobody is answering . I got a couple emails saying that they will take care of the issue, but that did not happen. The last email sent to me was to confirm alternate tickets. I confirmed, but never got the tickets, and they do not answer their phones. I just got scammed for 267.20 dollars!

We purchased 4 tickets at 239 each plus fees. They sent us a "transfer link". The transfer link did not work. We called. We emailed. We followed their directions to resolve the issue. Nothing worked. Concert ticket refund
I purchased tickets to the Rolling Stones concert which was supposed to be May 20, 2020 in Nashville. Order number [protected] purchased February 14, 2020. The concert was cancelled due to COVID and has never been rescheduled. My credit card was charged $466.55 for 2 tickets and $26.82 for concert event insurance. I would like a refund since this concert has not been rescheduled in 14 months. I called Ticketnetwork and was on hold for hours. I would like my credit card refunded for the total amount. I have a new credit card number since my account was hacked and I would be happy to provide it.

Deceitful, deceptive company
On 02-14-2020, I purchased tickets through what I believed to be Ticket Master, but was redirected to TicketNetwork, for an event to take place in May of 2020. The event was postponed indefinitely due to the pandemic. I reached out to the ticket provider to request a refund. I was made aware of their policy of no refunds, but continued to pursue reimbursement. On 10-16-20 after several unanswered emails, I received a call from Tracey from TicketNetwork stating that as a courtesy, they were willing to refund the fees I had paid totaling $126.55. I was told an email would be forthcoming. On 11-27-20 I received the following:

• You understand that the aforementioned proposal constitutes the sole remedy available to you for your original purchase of the tickets on the TicketNetwork marketplace. •
TicketNetwork reserves the right to seek restitution for any fees or expenses incurred if you further dispute the issue concerned.
• You furthermore confirm that the aforementioned resolution removes the ticket seller of your order from any claims by you for compensation in addition to that herein described. • If a chargeback is filed against the merchant of record, with your card company, TicketNetwork reserves the right to withdraw any offers made.
I never once stated that I was no longer able/interested in the event. The amount of $126.55 is for reimbursement for tickets that I paid $459.75 for. In essence, they are offering to pay me 27% of my original purchase price and resale my tickets. They are not only keeping my funds, but making an additional profit if/when the event takes place. I have been deceived and defrauded by TicketNetwork. It is virtually impossible to speak with a representative from their company and they operate on deceptive sales practices. I have not agreed upon the resale or any form of reimbursement from TicketNetwork.
Desired outcome: Full refund on my original purchase.
Website switch
I went to TicketMASTER to purchase a ticket for an event. After purchasing the ticket, I immediately noticed it was TicketNETWORK and my credit card company had declined as fraud prior to my final purchase. (So my credit card company obviously knew them to be a problem). I immediately tried to cancel the transaction, but their website provided no way to do...

This concert has been postponed twice (first time June 2020) and I bought three tickets for the Aril 27, 2021 performance that has been postponed as well. When I bought the tickets, I thought I was buying from TicketMaster not TicketNetwork. TicketNetwork has been impossible to reach. They don't respond to calls, chats or emails. Order number is [protected].
Desired outcome: Rfund
I received a call from TicketNetwork indicating that they would refund my money as soon as I returned the tickets. I have done so.
Refund ticket price from 18 months ago
I've requested refund of my $564 from 18 months ago for an Elton John concert that has been "reschedule" three times now into 2022.
I've been in the hospital twice and can use this money right now. I won't even be able to attend the concert if it is held in 2022.
We had planned to go with another couple who got their tickets trough Ticketmaster. They've been refunded a year ago for the same concert
Desired outcome: Refund my purchase to my credit card.
credit card charged twice, phone experience with customer service representative
I phone your customer service number to assist me in an issue i had with a recent online order. My card was charged twice for an order I placed 6/2019. Per my financial institutions recommendations, I called TicketNetwork customer service to verify that in fact the transaction was only charged once; if that was the case, my bank would dispute the second charge and refund me the money. I called your customer service number on the morning of 8/22 and spoke with a rep who was unable to assist with my request, stating that he needed a manager approval to send an email with that information. After about 50 minutes of speaking with and being placed on hold by the customer service rep, i finally was able to speak with a male supervisor, Margreth (he would not provide any other identifying information), about requesting a simple email stating that I spoke with customer service about the duplicate charge and that according to ticketnetwork.com records i was only charged once. Margreth was unprofessional and argumentative with me as I explained my situation to him regarding the duplicate charge and the confirmation that my bank needed in order to refund me this money. He raised his voice, interrupted and provided vague responses to my questions, offering the suggestion of contacting the individual seller responsible for listing the tickets. He eventually said an email would be sent by 1am tonight. His phone etiquette was unprofessional and I'm sure he is not a good representation of the ticketnetwork.com company. He needs proper training on how to deal with and speak to customers. Customers are the spine of any business and they deserve respect and kindness, which Margreth did not display.
refunds
I purchased some tickets but the site said that I had insufficient funds and that my card information was put on hold. When I called the bank they said that the money had already gone through. I wanted to cancel my ticket order Bc when my card didn't go through my husband bought the tickets on his card. I really need my money back. There is no need for me to have 4 tickets when I only need one. The no refund policy stinks for people who are in my situation.
worst of the worst
Absolutely everything is horrible. including the most important department - customer service. No respect for customers at all. To talk to someone of them you have to wait and be on hold for more than 40-50 minutes to then hear they can't help you.
If you for some reason want a refund, good luck then. Maybe they work like a crap, but money is something they will fight for till the end.
I would recommend you to avoid them at all costs.
ticket scalping... horrible company
I purchased tickets in April for a September 12th concert. This company was a direct link from what I thought was the website for the venue. I paid over $700 for 4 tickets (inc service charge); when I went to print the tickets I discovered the face value of the tickets were $55 each! I was scammed out of approx $500. When I tried to call to get a refund for the difference, I was told that because I clicked on download, I had agreed to their terms & conditions on their hidden fees.
not receiving katy perry tickets order # [protected] & [protected]
I purchased two Katy Perry tickets for $223.83 and for $252.49 on May 19, 2017 and never received my tickets or a refund. I am filing complaints with the BBB and www.complaintboard.com as I have spent over 12 hours on the phone speaking with 29 representatives including two managers only to be given the run around over and over and over again. Today is September 3, 2017 and after speaking with my 29th rep I was told to send an email to [protected]@mytickettracker.com because the rep doesn't have access to send emails. This has been by far the worst ticket experience I've ever had and would not only not recommend this company, but tell anyone thinking about buying tickets to NEVER buy tickets through this company as they are the worst company I've ever dealt with in my life. I feel violated, ripped off and that they not only don't care, but as if it's funny to them! I will update this if and when anything ever happens, but after more then 12 hours wasted of attempting to get my tickets that I paid for 3 1/2 months ago, I don't see much hope and want others to know how bad this company is before buying anything from them. Feel free to contact me directly with any questions.
Thank You,
Aaron Steele

NHL Heritage Classic
I bought $1700.00 worth of NHL Heritage Classic tickets. I got 2 early, the other 2 were suppose to be at my house on October 18, 2016. Never arrived I spent over 20 hours on the phone between the 18-21of October trying to get my tickets. I was told they would be at my house by the 20th, never came, then the 21st never came. I Made phone call after phone call. E-mailed customer support several times only to be told mistakes happen. On the 21st of October I again phone to see where my tickets were. the first person told me she would phone back in about 45 minutes so I could print of my tickets. 2 hours later nothing, Phoned again only to get the rudest, most ignorant customer service guy yet, he told me the tickets would be at the motel and I asked him if he was sure...he hung up on me, so my son and I drove the 10 hours hoping the tickets were there. Ticket # [protected] never came at all. Thanks to stub hub my son and I did get to the game as for Ticketnetwork I will NEVER order tickets from this site again and will recommend to everyone I know to avoid this site as well. I also ordered 2 IL Divo tickets for November and Ticketnetwork as informed me that these tickets may not be valid anymore as the other company( Universal tickets) Ticketnetwork doesn't deal with anymore. How the hell can you sell tickets, take the peoples money and 3 months later say oops sorry tickets may not be valid. Wow really shady company and to not receive any customer service e-mails, call backs, or even offer to help in any way is disgusting to me. If your company makes mistakes why am I paying for it. All the stress, long distance phone calls and not even a sorry just don't talk to me way to handle the situation. Like I said I will never buy tickets from this company again!
Tickets - sold me tickets they never had
I bought Blink182 Pit tickets from a resale site that claimed to have them back in June. 3 Days before the concert in August they tell me they cannot give me the seats that I paid for. Now these are hard to get seats and were expensive, and the money was already taken out of my account. But I could have spent these last 2 months looking for the seats I wanted if they would have came up front and say they did not have the tickets. Now I am unable to get any Pit seats because it is to close to the show.
The resale site eventually led me to TicketNetwork, the original seller of the tickets. The resale site was a middle man. So TicketNetwork basically sold me tickets they never owned back in June, took the money out of my account, then 3 days before the show said they did not have the tickets I purchased but you can have another set.
The fact that this company can operate in this fashion is completely ludicrous. I will never recommend getting any tickets from this site or dealing with their support on the issue. The seats I got were not what I originally wanted, and them waiting 2 months to tell me they did not have (What I already paid for) robbed me of that time to spend looking for the seats I wanted
I had a similar problem on Disney show.
