the entire store is disgusting!
I worked at the Long John Silver's at 105 N. Expressway in Griffin Ga for only a few days. I left when I realized the capacity of their problems. The store is nasty, infested with cockroaches. They do not enforce any kind of cleanliness policies, (I was told there was no need to wash my hands that often), I witnessed the manager scooping rice for a customer, she dropped the spoon on the floor, picked it up and continued to scoop green beans with it! She didn't rinse or wash the utensil which is just gross and using the same utensils for multiple products is cross contamination. I thought maybe she didn't realize, maybe she was tired or something so I asked her not to serve that to the customer at the drive thru window, she asked me why not and I told her what I saw. She said "the floor is not that dirty and it's just food from the same kitchen and not raw". This is unacceptable behavior.
The roach infestation: I noticed it in the bathroom when I was cleaning, and the sewer smell in the men's room is just rancid and horrible. I told the manager on duty she said she knew. When I was sent to get some shrimp to be fried, I realized that the walk in cooler is not at the safe zone temps and there are roaches living on the raw food as well.
The only resolution I want is for this place to get cleaned up or shut down. Its a community health hazard.

I have given up using your coupons...they r laughable. U just get nothing...tiniest filets available. Maybe regular cut in half? I purchased 4 filet dinner..NO coupon...drove 10 miles to give to my 89 y.o. father. He says...only 2? Yep...paid for 4...got two. Order 0006

I have never done this before but Store # 32071 in Van Buren, AR. should be demolished! We spent $21.98 for food here and tried to eat it. Flies kept landing on us and our food. The food was horrible! The whole dining room was Filthy! Now understand, this store has been there for 26 plus years and we have eaten there a lot. But Never again! This is a disgrace to our town! The Bathroom? Disgusting, and that isn't even a bad enough word to describe it! Full of flies and Nasty Nasty. It smelled just like an outhouse! I thought I was going to puke. Not only did we, but several others walked out and as we did we through our food in the trash. It has been turned into the Health department! I can only imagine what the kitchen looks like. This is a health disaster fixing to happen. I might as well add that the 2 ladies working were also dirty looking and most likely on something. They were oblivious to all of this! I PROMISE YOU THE STORY IS GOING AROUND IN TOWN TODAY. YOU NEED TO CLEAN THIS PLACE UP OR IT NEEDS TO BE SHUT DOWN Today! Had to wipe down window sill before we could eat. Vinegar bottle was filthy. Was full of fruit flies and what looked like your crunchies floating around the bottom of bottle. I know, how about I never go back to any Long Johns Silvers ever again and I tell everyone who will listen how freaking gross it was in you restaurant. You better pay attention. Your about to go out of business.
paper thin fish
I visited LJS on 5/31/18 to get some fish for a family member for his birthday seeing that he loves it. I purchased a second order for his spouse. Stop by the story to get see some desert. Just so happen to look into the bag and was disappointed. I wish I'd check before leaving the location. However, I didn't check and had to go to McD's as a backup to his second choice of junk food. My problem is the fish was so small, THIN and over cooked with way to much HARD fried batter. I can say without a doubt I will never step foot in that location again. I will advise others not to as well. seriously considering never returning to another LJS again.
I have always enjoyed Long John Silver's fish, not my meal tonight. The fish was so thin I could barely taste fish at all, just breading. I don't have to go back.
Any place that you have a takeout order you should always check inside the bag because nowadays these young kids plus some managers could care less if everything's in your bag a lot of places like I worked at Wendy's for 20 years if you want salt pepper catch up you have to ask for it or you don't get it that's what you have to do next time

I visited Long Johns silvers on today around 5:00 located at 1100 Old Spanish Trail and upon me leaving I asked for tartar sauce the cashier gave me the sauce and when I opened it it was just a drop of Tatar sauce ..It doesn't make any since that every thing on the menu is 8 dollars and up and you can't even get a fair amount of condiments for the food ..Not sure if your under new management because I've noticed alot of changes that I'm unsatisfied with and I'm sure others are as well..If so please make changes
I was confronted about using a shared bicycle outside the hospital premises when 2 security guards confronted me and demanded I give them my particulars. They became aggressive and argumentative when I told them I preferred to see their manager. Took out phone to video them shouting and threatening. The 2 guards tried to snatch the camera then deliberately shoved me to the floor in the process and broke my arm and damaged my hand. Was hospitslised. Couldn't work for nearly 4 months already still in recovery. Hospital staff also tried to damage my reputation by harrassing my employer. Hospital and security company Aetos denied any responsibility and is waiting for me to take legal action . NMPs and ministry ignored issue. Hospital wants a non-disclosure agreement to be signed before discussing any compensation of my medical bills and hospital fees. Police investigation still going and the hospital refused any access to footage even through legal means.
You got to remember they are not police officers that this security guards then not a lot of touch anybody or grab anything out of somebody's hand their job is to call the police department if they try to touch you for no reason

It doesn't matter if everything on the menu for it's a Taurus that's what the price is that's the company says the store don't make the prices it's all the sauce I don't even know why you had to put that here if it's a little bit you ask for a couple I mean my pre-cool skull kid could do that better
food quality and preparation
I have been a long time customer of AW/Long John Silvers. I used to live in Waxahachie, Texas and the one their is absolutely great. So i am complaining today about the one in Grand Prairie Texas. I stopped today (Wed) and ordered a Sampler Platter like i always do when i go to a Long John Silvers. This particular one in Grand Prairie on HWY 303 was terrible. The workers were fine and the restaurant was clean but the food was terrible. The french fries were limp and old. The fish filet was awful and the hush puppies were pretty bad. The popcorn shrimp and the chicken were pretty good. The other shrimp were O.K but not great. The batter tasted like it was old or not cooked well enough i am not sure. The taste was just not very good. I am extremely disappointed in what i thought would be a good experience. I will probably never go back to that one again. Someone needs to figure out what is going on with this particular branch because it is not good.

We didnt receive the correct order, we also had to wait 15 minutes for our food. We were told that our food was going to take longer because " someone in the bank got distracted " The food was dripping in grease to the point that the batter was falling off of the food. On top of this..the restaurant was very dirty. We will not be returning to long john silvers restaurant.

I pulled up in the drive thru line at 5:00 p.m. there was one car ahead of me. I finally got my order at 5:25! This is a repeat experience for me and I only go there bc my dad likes the fish, but I don't thinki willgo here any more I would like to add the cashier was fer courtesiest and apologized

If there is one car in front of me and it's running five and I have to wait until 5:30 before I get my order I want to take something off my order if not I want to speak to a manager and threatened to call the main office up the manager at do whatever they can to she don't do

The Muskogee, Oklahoma location has such a poor quality communication com. You cannot hear your employees nor can they hear my order. I have been coming to your Muskogee location for 6 months lately and I complain each time. No repairs have occurred. It is so horrible that you are waved up to the window to place your order. Therefore you wait until each and every order is fulfilled before you can submit your order. Wait time is excessive.

Cashier high on heroin falling asleep takin my order. Tried giving us the wrong order. We kept telling her it was not our order.. She kept saying whats it missing... It was not our order so it was missing everything. Took 30min to get our food. My husband went up and asked for our money back. She stood at food window with her back to him and would not turn around. We were missing shrimp and corn. And a plaque on the wall said if not 100% satisfied talk to someone. No one talked to us. And we were being kind of loud trying to get her to turn around. No one came out like whats wrong
Does anybody have common sense nowadays if you see the cashier is tired talk to the manager and have the manager bring it up or having me I should get somebody else to take you order calm sense please think before you say anything
not good customer service/or sauce
I visited the location on now Barry road. And both the cashier and the manager I spoke act as if it was a crime to give me more sauce to go with my eight piece meal. Even after I offered to pay for them both attitudes where not acceptable. I would have compensated the customer and went about my day. But instead the worker got smart and walked off. I visit the Wendy's in Pittsburgh PA 15235 Penn Hills Long John's Rodi Road me and my mom sister and brother we went into the place to get lunch we were there at 9 which that's when they open everybody was very nice to me there was crumbs on Earth floors underneath every table then the woman was cleaning the tables and a seats with the same towel I called two main office up they said somebody was supposed to call me which they never did that means they don't care they don't know how to run the business the proper way at the main office so the next time I'm at a car myself the call the Health Board if they want to play little games I could play even harder and next time I will say something to the manager and set it at one of the crew members cuz that crew member said all she's new well she should know what a job is I have strips I carry with me because I used to work to help word before I put the strip on the table I was eating at there was germs everywhere you think they care hell no I don't know. the restaurant not open yet
Are Long John Silver in Davenport Iowa had a fire and some people say it's not going to reopen and I wanted to hurry up and I know there's a lot of people in Davenport that keep waiting for it to open there's a sign says starting construction soon but that's been a long time ago we just want to reopen I want to know if it's going to and if so when. I orderd the $5 reel deal box add a fish got order fries and green beans and my beans was not in there and the fish was dry. I walked to the store. I didn't feel like walking back to the restaurant. I go there about twice a month this never happens. So i guess i will not eat this. The staff was nice. They wasn't that busy when i was there. So i would like a replacement. Please let me know
If your order was messed up you don't have to get back to the store yet they are you do is call them up tell him what's going on to see if your seat you have to get in the food back they care less about the food but that's how you take care of the problem call them up if there's no response on a manager there and called him an office up and thought you didn't like that
locations not accepting gift cards
Hi! I was sent by mail a gift card from your corporate office a $5 gift card for completing an online survey for your company. The location that's close to my home here in melbourne, fl told me that not only my location, but a majority of the locations here in fl won't accept gift cards, becuase they for some reason either can't get their system to accept gift cards or the fact that you guys in corporate haven't provided your stores with ways to accept gift cards as payment. It's very frustrating when you guys mail out gcs to customers, only to be told that the location can't or won't accept them.
So what about a gift card I don't care which is good for you

I spent 30 minutes waiting in line and that's actually no exaggeration. I first waited 10 mins before i ordered and then another 20 mins after. The food was NOT even fresh after waiting that long AND i had food from another restaurant in the car, which then got cold after sitting for so long. I am seriously annoyed and feel like i just completely wasted my money and the only reason i even went to Long Johns was because.I was trying to do something quick so I could feed my kids and get them in bed at a decent hour. It really mad me mad and the woman at the window didnt even apologize for the delay.
Number one if I have food in the car I'm not going to wait in line for 30 minutes maybe 10 minutes 5 minutes max that's what you have to do in the next time but what I would do is LSU's a line all the way out the door that's different cuz you only so much they could do customers next time to me and to talk to a manager
You have to understand when you put the stuff in here for complaints how many cars were in front of you will you on pick up or inside if you were inside how many people are in front of you they might be short on people when I was a manager at Wendy's it's been times people had to wait 20 minutes continue anything about it I might be in a manager to store if I can't force anybody to speed fast they go more to order

My wife and i went to the sikeston location. We had a simple order. And l7 and the new cheddar burger. We waited over 30 min for our food. While waiting i let the workers know there was no ketsup 2 times. After waiting another 20 min for ketsup and then returning to the counter to ask for either ketsup or a to go box i was ignored. We had to take her food home on an open plate covered by my burger wrapper. I will never return to that location again. Unacceptable service.
Next time you're waiting that long. Of time and use no response make sure you talk to the manager cuz you're always a manager or shift supervisor in charge of the store there if this can be over in 20 minutes or even 15 minutes tell me what half off on the food or you going to put on Facebook and everywhere and you tell me what about this that's what I would do
