I was there with my friend hoping to enjoy our Lunch @ the lobby. Last September 24,2022. When I trying to Open the door is lock but the Drive Thru was Open that’s why we expected the lobby is Open too. No “SIGN” for “Close” or a “SIGN say “DRIVE THRU ONLY” and most upsetting is the People WORKING there it same they don’t care. When I’m asking for medicine and they just give me 3bandage and they just laughed what happened to me. I enclosing the pictures.

My husband and I stopped in at your restaurant located at 1316 Volunteer pkwy. Bristol, Tenn. on 09/21/22 @ 1:29 pm. There were no other customers in the restaurant.After this lady took our order she told us the total , I was shocked at how expensive it was and said so.She was apparently offended even tho I used no profane language nor was I mean about it in any way.She snapped at me " have you been to the grocery store , or bought gas or been to Walmart ? " "that's what you are gonna find wherever you go !" I was as shocked by her reaction as I was by your prices .She was very curt and rude. She didn't bother to give us the whole receipt, just the little charge slip that showed my husband paid. I used to manage one of your Florida shoppes on Military Trail in West Palm Beach, that would make this one look like a mall store and I would never allow my employees to speak to a customer in that manner.We were constantly busy and had excellent food quality as well as some of the most polite employees of any shoppe in Florida. I know how rude and demanding people can be and I would never treat anyone that way. She needs to go back to customer service training.
Desired outcome: Send this lady back to customer service training. I would like an apology.
Gift Cards
Yesterday (9/08/22) at approximately 6:30 PM I drove thru the Portsmouth, Ohio Long John Silvers. I ordered a #8 which is a shrimp dinner. It was almost a half of an hour to get to the window. They wouldn't accept gift cards which I have two of them, due to new management. I have always used them at this location in the past. This stinks since I might be stuck with two cards.
Desired outcome: Long John Silvers Buy back my cards.
Two piece fish meal
Today (7/31/22) at approximately 12:45 PM I drove thru the Gallipolis, Ohio Long John Silvers. I ordered a 2 piece fish meal with french fries and sweet tea. I also ordered a dozen hushpuppies.
I am unhappy to report that only the hushpuppies were fresh and delicious. The fish was hard and dried out and looked like it had been reheated in oil. The french fries looked like they were made yesterday. The tea tasted mostly like water.
Normally I get good food at this restaurant. With prices as high as they are, it was disappointing to receive food that was unacceptable.
Desired outcome: I would like a coupon for a couple of pieces of freshly fried fish and fresh crispy fries. I would also like a cup of iced tea like I received there a few days ago - it was delicious.
I am complaining about the service at the Jasper, In. Long John Silvers
We love Long John Silvers and eat at the one in Jasper, IN. a lot. But we stop there yesterday and the service was very bad. We waited for almost an hour to get our food. Then they forgot the hush puppies and we had to go tell them. There was an older couple waiting for their order. When they bring it out to them, they forgot their fries and hush puppies too. They got fish and had ordered chicken. So we are very disappointed with the service. If that is how it is going to be we may not be back.
Desired outcome: The outcome was very disappointing.

I purchased two e-gift cards back on 10/21/21, and, I have since tried to find a location who accepts these. I live in San Antonio, TX. Could someone please help me with this matter. June 29,2022. Went into new castle branch. Went to restroom before I was ordering. The door had a huge portion of the wood missing where the 2 locks are. I locked it as best as it would. When we got to our destination, we noticed we had been charged for an order of clams that we did not receive. Had we not waited so long, we would have checked our order then, but couldn't.Thanks.

Bad service
Well it's been a month now I had order the 16 chicken meal and got 16 fish that I told the my grandchildren don't eat fish and one of them can't eat fish my sides was wrong I had order Mac and cheese and corn and then I had order the fried shrimp and didn't get that and then called when I seen my order was wrong no answer and then I called back the next day all day and nothing they didn't answer then I called again the next day and then had to call taco bell to get a hold of them there was no receipt in the bag then when I got a hold of them the employee yelled at me and hung up on me

Visited LJS in Pulaski, TN. on Sunday May 29, 2022 through the drive thru. We asked for condemints and got none and we were missing hushpuppies. The last few times we have been the same thing happens. They forget to complete our orders. Please do something it's horrible to get home and half your order is missing.
2 peice fish meal
I just purchased 2 two piece meal for my daughter and I at the 3298 Northgate location(32009) in Sacramento, CA (5/26/02). This meal was horrible. The fish has dough oozing from the inside when you bite it. The coleslaw is as dry as the Sahara desert. In addition to this our orders were not correct. My daughter didn't get her macaroni and cheese, but has oodles of hushpuppies. We wait forever in the drive thru and on top of that wasn't given a receipt so I can't take it back.
This restaurant has always had problems but it getting worse and worse. Someone needs to train these employees adequately or close it all together

I have been trying to place an order online. It says select restaurant, I select my restaurant . after selecting the restaurant, I try to order my items, the website keeps going to select a store. It will not allow me to order anything, and currently I am unable to leave the house due to having surgery, and doordash or ubereats does not have you listed as a participating restaurant on their app. This is not fair to customers like me who are unable to get what they want.

Very poor service and bad attitude from server
I stopped at the Long John Silvers in Biltmore, NC, 28803 on 4/15/22 around noon. I ordered a #13 with only slaw and a large Mountain Dew. The lady at the drive thru said "and what side item" - I said slaw, she said "and what other side item" - I said slaw. She huffed, gave the total and told me to pull up. She took payment, gave me the receipt with another huff and closed the window. Then she brought my food and huffed again - never saying a word this whole time. I sat there waiting on my drink and she wouldn't even open the window until I beeped my horn. When I asked for the drink, she said she asked me 4 times what I wanted and I had told her nothing. I denied this and told her I still wanted my drink. She walked off. Came back and said no because you didn't pay for it. I said I didn't care, I still wanted my drink. She said she would just close the window and I said and I will call your supervisor. She said he was in the back and did I want him. I told her yes. He came up and it was the same thing again. He didn't want to give me a drink because she said I didn't order it and didn't pay for it. I finally had to explain as if to a child. "Then I am ordering a large Mountain Dew and I will pay for it". I got the drink, but it was with even more attitude. I typically go there weekly when I am in that area, but I assure you, I will never go back after being treated this way and I will tell everyone I know about what happened and I'm pretty sure that will stop a whole lot more of your previous customers from going back there.
Desired outcome: Those 2 people do not need to be working in any type of customer service as they clearly do not have an inkling of what service means.
over charge and miisinformation
I ordered fish and shrimp platter with six extra shrimp. The cashier said it was fifteen dollars and change. When I checked my bank transactions the charge was $26.64. I called the store repeated and got no answer. the next day, fri 3/11/22, I called and talked with a petite african american manager and she said to come by and she would make it right if I showed my transaction on my phone. She was very very gruff. she said that the store number was not her store. The store number on my statement was 03341. I looked up the number for the store to be 033418. I live 35 miles away. She was approaching rude trying to remain professional and yet I got no refund nor satisfaction. Over the years I have had a plethera of issues with this same store since it it the closest to me. a reccuring issue got so bad that the regional manager agreed to meet me there and prepare my meal to make sure it was correct. I am highly aggitatated. and to top that off no cocktail sauce was available. I want a full refund as well as a comp meal. I am sick of this service but I do love the shrimp.

Ordered food and assistant manager Valarie Keller took my order. I ordered an L1 and she said what do u want for your sides and then said we do not have fries. I asked what sides available she listed then I said mash pot and gravy and cole slaw-she said u only get one-I said that she had said two sides, she said no she didn't. So then ordered my drink then ordered a 3 pc chicken tender and again she said we don't have fries and I said ya kinda obvious as you already told me that once and she said I'm just about done with peoples attitudes today. I said well, you don't have to tell me you don't have fries I already know that as you told me that. She said i'm not serving you, you can leave. So I proceeded to the window and I asked to speak to the manager and Valeria came to the window and she said she was the manager yet her tag said assistant manager. When I asked to speak the to the manager valeria leaned back and said he wants to speak to you, yet the manager never came to the window. Valerie came back to the window and I asked her if she was gonna serve me my food and she said no you can leave. I said because I told you, you didn't need to tell me you didn't have fries twice. I asked for the corporate number and she smiled and said you can call KFC and slammed the window shut. I have never been treated this way by any fast food establishment especially when the prices have now doubled because of the cost of paying employees who then turn around and treat the customers like this. This is absolutely unacceptable and I expect some resolution with employee training or something. I won't be visiting this establishment anytime soon and I will spread the word about how I was treated

Food was good as always however the girl serving was lacking a lot.
I stopped to grab a bite to eat at 7pm Nove 15th at the Jasper Long John Silvers eatery. The young girl at the order desk took my order without saying a word. I ordered the #1 and asked what came with it. She just pointed to a pad on the counter. It was dirty and hard to read. I ordered french fries. Later I found out one other side came with it. When I got my order I asked for tarter sauce. She threw two packs at me. I went to get my drink and the counter was dirty and no napkins in the large napkin holder. I asked for more tarter sauce and some napkins, she gave me two more sauces and put a bundle of napkins on the counter. She dropped several sauce packets on the floor and put them back in the cardboard box. All this without saying a word. I could tell by her expression she was not happy with me. She walked by the napkin holder two times without offering to refill it. There were two older employees in the back talking and did not offer any help either. The food was cooked well anyway. Maby the young girl could not talk?
Desired outcome: Food was good even though I was shorted a second side. Just need to get better help if you can.

The fish was terribly greasy! Dripping with grease. As well as the fries! Fish was dry and overcooked. It was a very unpleasant experience.

I order the #10 every time I go to Long John's Silver. Before the pandemic, the fish and shrimp was always fresh, and hot. Now, today the cole slaw is warm, the fish and shrimp is old, cold, and cooked hard. I should have known something was wrong when they gave me my food, and it smelled awful through the bag. I'm done with Long John's Silver.
