I am writing to express my deep disappointment and concern regarding the recent experience I had at your restaurant. On Saturday 3/9/24, I visited your establishment and order for myself and my family. Unfortunately, shortly after consuming the meal, I began experiencing severe symptoms of food poisoning, including stomach upset, vomiting & diarrhea.
This incident has had a significant impact on my health and well-being. As a loyal customer, I expected better food safety practices from your establishment.
I kindly request that you thoroughly investigate this matter and take appropriate corrective actions to prevent similar incidents in the future. Additionally, I would appreciate a refund for the meal in question.

2. Our symptoms started when we got in the car and barely made it to the hotel. We immediately started vomiting and had diarrhea that lasted up to 45minutes long, when we got in the door of the hotel with one bathroom. We were very weak while it lasted until Sunday afternoon.
Desired outcome: PLEASE REFUND!
