I bought a car from L&S Automotive LLC on 7/19/2022 and paid a good amount of money for it
I bought a car from L&S Automotive LLC on 7/19/2022 and paid a good amount of money for it. However, right after the purchase, I noticed that there was an oil leak and some transmission issues with the car. I immediately called them to schedule an appointment for the car to be looked at, as I was informed that there was a service warranty included.
To my surprise, they told me to take the car to a repair shop and not to bother talking to them because they didn't want to be treated poorly. I was shocked and upset by their response. They even used foul language and lied to me during the conversation. This kind of behavior is unacceptable, and I believe that L&S Automotive LLC should be held accountable for their actions.

On October 22, 2022, I bought a 2009 *** X5 from Drive Az Cars
On October 22, 2022, I bought a 2009 *** X5 from Drive Az Cars. The second day, the car didn't start, so the guy who sold it to me got me another battery. After that, the check engine light kept coming on multiple times. When I went back to Drive Az Cars, one of the workers named *** told me it was okay to drive with the check engine light on. Now, my car is constantly overheating and the check engine light is still on. I can't drive it anymore. All of these issues happened the same day I drove the car off the lot. I haven't even owned it for 2 months and it's already undrivable. Drive Az Cars took advantage of me because I'm young and really wanted a car. I paid *** dollars for the down payment and now I have to pay a monthly car note of 400 dollars for a car that doesn't work. This company is scamming people by selling them faulty vehicles. They should definitely be shut down. I want Drive Az Cars to either fix my car (according to the diagnostics) or give me back my *** dollars down payment in exchange for their broken car. If they don't meet either of these requests, I will make sure to take legal action and get this company shut down.

I bought a car (2019 *** WRX) from Drive AZ Cars on 7/5/22
I bought a car (2019 *** WRX) from Drive AZ Cars on 7/5/22. I also bought a *** warranty from them for $2680. On 7/28, I noticed a knocking noise in the engine. I called Veritas right away, and on 8/22, I got approval to take my car to a qualified mechanic. On 9/28, *** told me that my claim was denied because aftermarket parts had been installed on my car BEFORE I bought it. After that, I tried many times to contact *** to ask why they sold me a useless warranty. On 11/4, I went to the *** dealership in person and told my story to ***, who is connected to . He said he had a close contact in authority at Veritas and would call the next work day to push them to pay for my car repairs ($7k). *** told him that the best they could do was refund the warranty in full ($2680). On 12/2, Veritas sent a check to , but by early January, the finance manager of *** (***) hadn't received it. Veritas sent another check on 1/14/23. I've been calling and texting the manager (***) for the last 2 weeks, but no luck in finding out the check's status. I've been told that when *** gets the check, they'll send it to the company that holds the lien on my car. The loan company says they haven't received the check from *** yet. This is very upsetting since the loan interest is 15%, and the warranty check would help pay down the loan. I also want to move on from this mess. I checked with ComplaintsBoard.com, and it seems *** has a good rating, so I don't get how they let this happen. I've dealt with other car dealers and never had an experience like this. I'm asking ComplaintsBoard.com to contact Drive AZ Cars and find out when I can expect the warranty refund to be credited to my loan account. Remind them that they should never have sold me this warranty in the first place. The least they can do is fix this now.

I'm really disappointed with this owner, Steve, cuz I bought a car from them when they were certified clean cars, CCC, and they sent people who bought cars to help me out with the car purchase. But, long story short, they messed up the registration and put in the wrong address. Because of that, I didn't get my renewal paperwork and my car's plates expired without me knowing. I went online to renew and saw that the dealership gave the wrong address. I called Mr. G on Wednesday and told him about this mess I'm dealing with because of their mistake! Steve said they would fix it and pay for it, and that it would be done that day. But I didn't hear anything, and the DMV phones were all recording because they couldn't handle the high volume of calls. That happened for 2 days, all day. I called Steve again and he said his office manager is working on it. Time went by and still nothing. I called again and he texted me saying, "Can I call you back? I'm in the middle of something." Then I asked for the office manager's number, and he texted it to me. Her name is Sheryl, and she said she's trying to fix it. I told her that Steve said they would pay for it because it was their mistake. She didn't know about this, and then he got on the phone and denied ever saying he would pay for it. He wouldn't listen to me and started arguing with me, talking over me. This guy claims to be a Christian and even got me to go to CCV church. He should be ashamed of himself for lying and then treating me badly on the phone. By the way, the address they put in the system doesn't even exist. I was gonna go there to see if any mail from the DMV came for me to call, but when you enter ***, it takes you to a road where there's nothing there. I thought about writing a review and prayed about it, and I believe this person should be held accountable for making a big mistake in his business and then lying the next day when it came to fulfilling his very clear promise of paying for it. They should learn to be good listeners and practice effective and reflective listening all day long!
I traded in my 2006 car on 06/22 for a 2010 Lincoln
I traded in my 2006 car on 06/22 for a 2010 Lincoln. Right away, I could feel the transmission slipping. The supposed owner said it was all in my head and that there was nothing wrong with the Lincoln. From day one, he started hitting on me and messaging me, asking if I wanted to go on a date. He said that I needed a man like him in my life, which I definitely did not need. All I needed was a good running car. He acted like he was going to fix the transmission and help me because I am a single mom. He started grooming me, buying me gifts and gifts for my daughter, all while putting me in nice loaner cars. He made promises and swore he would fix the Lincoln. He even kept the car for a week, claiming he spent a lot of money to replace the transmission. But when I got the car back, the same problem was still there and it was getting worse. At the same time, he was luring me to dinners and trying to build trust, which was sickening. This went on for 3 months. I spent countless hours at this dealership, wasting time. It felt like he didn't fix the problem on purpose so that I had to keep going back to the dealership. Then he wanted to put me in a 2011 car with a salvage title. I said I didn't want it if I couldn't get full coverage. He assured me that I could, but within a couple of days of having it, the engine almost blew up and it broke down. Crazy, right? So, I was back at the dealership, back in a loaner car. He made all these promises that he wouldn't leave me without a good car for me and my daughter. But the whole time, I was paying for a car and hadn't had one since trading in my old one. Then he bought me a bed, trying to be nice. Mr. Nice Guy, right? But there was no intimacy between us at any point. With everything that has happened, it's clear that he did not have good intentions with me or my daughter. He had no intentions of giving me a reliable vehicle from day one. Shady is written all over this story. So much has happened since June, it's insane and not safe. After 3-4 months of this, I told him the transmission was bad and asked him to trade me into a new car that's reliable or give me my money back that I invested in having a car. But he said no. I looked on his website and there were a few options within my price range. Good old him, he said the 2009 Ridgeline is a wonderful and perfect car for me and my daughter. Blah blah blah. I went down there and everything looked clean and great. I signed all the paperwork. But within a couple of days, water was pouring from the inside under the dash and the AC was smoking inside the car. The truck broke down and they said I needed to buy a new engine, even though I had been telling them about the problem. I never had headlights on and I have photos, videos, and mechanic reports as proof. But they said they wouldn't give me my money back or replace the car. The owner said that when you buy a used car, you're basically paying to fix their cars - transmissions, engines, major things, safety things. He told me to give him my car payment. That's what he said.
