I went to the place to buy a key and get it programmed for my car. It was a total nightmare. I left my car there and when I came back, my tire was flat. They said they couldn't fix it until the next day. So, the next day, I went back to get my car. When I started it, something felt off right away. I took it to the dealership where I bought it and they checked it out. The technician found a screwdriver stuck between the car frame and the *** bill. It was all because of Southern Buick GMC. I paid the bill at my dealership and then I went to Southern Buick GMC to ask for my money back, but they said no.

The problem started on 04/11, which is after we bought the car. I don't have any order or account numbers, but the sales rep was ***. But honestly, it ain't the sales rep's fault, it's pretty obvious that the mechanics ain't doin' their job right. We've been gettin' our oil changed like we're supposed to, but now we found out that the oil ain't been changed properly. It's got a bunch of dirt build-up, and that's causin' my car to cut off when I give it gas after stoppin' at a light or stop sign. Now me and my husband are wonderin' how long this has been goin' on.

I tried calling and leaving voicemails, but nobody bothered to get back to me. So, my parents decided to pay a visit to the dealership on 04/27/22. To our surprise, they had no record of my car in their system; it was like it vanished into thin air. My dad had to search the entire lot to find it. He found a service tag with the number 907 on my windshield, but nobody knew who put it there. He took it back to the service desk. They assured us that my car would be serviced and ready for pick up on 05/02/22. However, nobody bothered to give us a call. Frustrated, I called them today (05/03/22) and they informed me that it would take another two days before they could even look at my car, despite having an appointment. They also mentioned that they would only service it if I refrained from filing a complaint.

I came at 4pm to get my car back, but this time things were a mess. They couldn't find my keys and I had to help them look. When I went to pay, they told me I had to get my own car. I had to search for it myself. I found it, but it wouldn't start. They said they had to jump it. I asked why, and they said they didn't know because the mechanic left. I said I won't take the car until they can tell me why it won't start. The manager, Matt, didn't want to help me and ignored me while he helped other people. He wouldn't even give me his card. I've been without a car for 3 days now and I've missed work and my kid's sports stuff. Nobody is calling me back or answering the phone at Southern Kia.

I ain't happy with Southern GMC Chesapeake, Va. at all. Their sales and maintenance practices are a mess, and they can't be trusted. I bought my first ride from them in Aug. 2018, and now I'm on my third whip in just two years. The first time around, they sold me the wrong truck. I specifically asked for a 4 wheel drive, but the one they gave me wasn't. I found out on a muddy, damp night. Then, when I traded it in to get the right truck, they went and crashed my second ride while it was in their hands for tints. I've been asking for the accident report, but they ain't replied. I had a chat with the owner/partner, Mr. ***, and he promised me that everything would be smooth sailing from then on. So, I agreed to swap out the damaged ride for the one I got now. But man, I had to call the cops 'cause the service manager, Mr., made a threat towards me. Finally, I got to meet with Mr. *** for a hot minute, and he assured me that we'd sort out all my problems. I asked for a meeting with both Mr. *** and Mr. to talk about the threat and other issues, like them paying insurance for the wrong ride, but we still haven't had that meeting. Dealing with Southern GMC Chesapeake, Va. has been a real headache.

I got a complaint 'bout the service and maintenance at Southern Kia Greenbrier. I went there on June 9, 2022 to get my 2016 Kia Sorento fixed, cost me a lotta money. They got signs in the service department sayin' they gonna do a multi-point check on the car, checkin' fluids, tires, and all that. But I got proof that they didn't do it. 'Cause after I picked up my car, 'bout a week later, my engine light started blinkin' and when I checked under the hood, there was no oil and the radiator was dry. I had to get my car towed back to the dealership on the same day, June 27. The next day, I got an email from this advisor named Alexis sayin' I needed a whole new motor and it was gonna cost me a lotta money. I ain't neglectin' my car, I always get it serviced on time and do all the recommended stuff. My main problem is that if the service worker, Joshua, did the multi-point check like he was supposed to, he shoulda seen that the oil was low. But the dealership didn't do nothin' 'bout it and now my engine is blown, according to them. They said there's nothin' they can do 'cause it's been more than 72 hours since the service and they didn't offer any help or solutions. I asked for a loaner car so me and my family can still go to work and school, but they said no. I tried to use the warranties I paid for when I got the car, but they said no to that too. It's been really hard on my family 'cause we ain't got no transportation 'cause of this problem.
