I brought my car to Ourisman Chevrolet of Bowie in early June. At first, it only needed some cosmetic work. However, during the inspection, they informed me that a rear body panel was required, and it would take about two weeks to arrive. But every two weeks, they kept pushing back the delivery date by another two weeks due to it being on back order. They told me there was nothing they could do regarding a loaner car or rental reimbursement. The owner of the body shop even said, 'Don't hold your breath' when I asked about the delivery date. It took them two months from the original delivery date to inform me that I could either move my car or wait. They instructed me to contact their corporate company if I needed reimbursement for a rental. I was assigned a case manager who spoke to me once but never called me back. When I called to complain about not being able to reach the case manager, they assigned me a supervisor. He confirmed via email on September 15th that he would be my case manager. I have sent him two emails and called three times, leaving two voicemails, but I haven't received any response.

On 09/10, I got my brand new 2020 vehicle from this shop, but when I got home, the trim started falling apart. I had to get a new door for my car. I sent the pictures to an Ourisman employee, and he told me to return to the shop for a trim inspection. Living almost two hours away, it was inconvenient, but necessary for proper repair. I visited the shop thrice. On my second visit, the initial employee referred me to a colleague. This new employee, rather pushy, urged me to leave without repairs, got aggressive, tossed papers into my car, and slammed the door. I returned to the original Dodge dealership for assistance. They informed me that the aggressive employee was the area manager. I discussed the issue with him on 09/17, and he promised to follow up with a call.

I bought a certified pre-owned 2019 Chevrolet Silverado 1500 Crew Cab LTZ 4WD from Ourisman Chevrolet of Bowie at 16610 Governor Bridge Rd, Bowie, MD 20716 on May 6th. After the purchase, my salesman Dwayne M instructed me to return on May 9th for vehicle cleaning and to collect a second set of keys. Despite the certified pre-owned paperwork indicating a tow package, a hitch was absent. Dwayne coordinated with Bill from Automotive Accents in Linthicum Heights, MD for hitch installation, costing me $418.70. Initially, Dwayne mentioned the dealership lacked a spare set of keys and directed me to Ourisman Chevrolet of Baltimore. After numerous calls and no resolution, Dwayne later informed me on May 18th that a certified pre-owned vehicle isn't guaranteed to include both sets of keys.

I discovered unauthorized inquiries on my credit reports from OURISMAN CHEVROLET OF BOWIE dated 12/09. I've never interacted with this dealership, nor consented to credit checks. I've mailed them four times demanding inquiry removal, suspecting identity theft. They've ignored my letters, violating the FCRA by accessing my report without cause. I've proof of their receipt but no response. I urge an investigation and expect the dealership to rectify this issue. I'm considering legal recourse if unresolved.

Good afternoon, my name is John and I want to start from the beginning. We went to the dealership on April 23, 2022, and bought a new 2022 Limited Tuscan with wheel locks and all-weather mats. The sales and finance teams were excellent. I initially intended to purchase the Hybrid model but faced a long wait. After bringing the car home, the front driver seat broke within a week. I insisted on a loaner car, but none were available. On Tuesday, Peter, the service manager, managed to expedite the diagnostics. We needed to order a part, so I took the car back with the seat stuck uncomfortably close to the dashboard. At pickup, they struggled to locate my keys, paperwork, and car, taking an hour to resolve. My husband stepped in to manage the situation to avoid conflict. Once the part arrived, he scheduled another appointment. After dropping off the car and waiting with no updates, I called in frustration. It turned out the issue wasn't the fuses or wires; we needed a new seat motor. Despite my attempts to contact them, no one responded. I had to return to the dealership, over an hour's drive, to pick up the car each time, causing further school absences for my children. Finally, with the motor replaced, we arranged yet another appointment, hoping this time the repair would be completed.
