LuckyVitamin what a terrible store!

My vitamins did not arrive and after almost two months of waiting I contacted LuckyVitamin and asked them to cancel my order. They agreed very fast and promised I'll get a full refund. One week later I contacted them again, because 7 days already passed and there was no sign of money.
They promised to find out why was it taking so long and said that they'll contact me back later but that was just another lie.
I'm still waiting for my refund and they say one and the same thing every time I contact them. They say that I need to be more patient. Excuse me, but I made my order almost three months ago and did not receive anything yet! How can I be patient? What a terrible store!

LuckyVitamin cancellation

I Was on the eBay website yesterday and saw a product gluten free organic sprouted black eye peas
The price £5.99 product provided by Lucky vitamin shipping 31 Jan to 8 February 2017
I thought I would purchase it as product is difficult to find .

However when I got to the last page for checkout on eBay which summarises the cost I noticed the shipping charges were £23 for shipping for an item that only cost £5.00.

I thought this was mad additionally the shipping time to receive this item earliest is the 31 Jan 2017

So instead of pressing the pay now button I back spaced to see if this some kind of error I certainly was not going to purchase this item st this shipping rate having found this shipping rate to be accurate I decided not to purchase

Just by chance I checked my emails a few minutes later and an email from this company and eBay saying I had purchased this item
Immediately I went into my account saw the status not dispatched and went to cancel the order
A note popped up, 'should be able to cancel this order' then when I went to cancel it states sorry to late to cancel this order
I called eBay who advised me to email the seller through there website which I did straight away I checked my bank account money has been requested not taken

Hours late in the evening received an email from this company saying it is shipping it is in shipping mode. No shipping details received from that day or the next day

Contacted Amaxon who basically stonewalled me I guess they are thinking about there commission fee I notice on account is over£9.00 of the overall cost of £28

I am still unclear why you cannot cancel a transaction less than half an hour after it is made when it has not been shipped and the money has not been claimed

LuckyVitamin they just don't care

I've purchased some products from LuckyVitamin web store more than two months ago and received nothing yet. I contacted their customer service numerous times and did not receive any help. They said they had no idea where my order was and when will it arrive and asked me to contact DHL. I called DHL and they said that there was probably a mistake of some kind because they did not have my order. I contacted LuckyVitamin again and they said that they'll check on my order and contact me back later. After one week of waiting I lost my patience and contacted them myself and they claimed they had not record that I made an order. What a scam! Don't buy from LuckyVitamin!

LuckyVitamin order not received even after a month and luckyvitamin does not want to take responsibility of sending me my ordered item

hi There,

I had ordered 2 Metamucil products from luckyvitamin.com on 25th october 2016 via dhl global mail standard.

Order no:- LV14275138.

After tracking the order from DHL globalmail, the order has been lost somewhere.

I had sent many mails to luckyvitamin.com and I received response mentioning they cannot do anything since they have already shipped and have no control over the parcel.

After checking with DHL as per their policy if the order is not received then we have to contact to the vendor to raise investigation.

I have been going round and round and left with loss of money and no product received.

please help me because luckyvitamin is not taking responsibility of the order.

LuckyVitamin refused to ship product

I ordered a $30 collagen powder from them and was told it
Was being sent by fedex. The did not bother to ship it out
Until five days after i placed my order, and it sat in transit for
Another couple of weeks. They must have paid the cheapest
Bulk rate ever for fedex ground, because i did not get my order
Until 21 days after it was placed.

It was not a rare or out of stock item, and i could have bought it
At my local walgreen's for only a dollar more. I should have

LuckyVitamin never again!

About two weeks ago I made an order and purchased some products from LuckyVitamin website. I needed everything fast because I was going on a vacation trip. I paid extra money ($40) for one day delivery but nothing arrived. Customer service did not reply and I went on a vacation without my vitamins. While I was away I also tried to contact them and recently someone finally replied! And they said that my order will be shipped soon!
Asked them to cancel my order and they said sorry but no.
Never again!

LuckyVitamin aloe vera juice

I ordered 4 one gallon bottles of Aloe Vera juice. Only 2 made it to me. The others were damaged in transit. Over the next 2 months, they sent repeated shipment of bottles to replace the two broken ones. Every one was damaged in shipping and the juice spilled out. Customer service was attentive but shipping was a disaster! Out of 10 bottles of product shipped only 2 made it intact. The rest were broken and the juice spilled out.

I understand the shipping dept tries to pack lightly to use as little packing material as possible (certainly noble intent to not waste resources). Each shipment had one small layer of bubble wrap in a tight box. Any shipping carrier would break them. However, by using a box too small and too little bubble wrap they have wasted > 100 times the materials. So to save $1 dollar of bubble wrap and cardboard (on a slightly bigger box), the shipping folks wasted several boxes, bubble wrap, 8 plastic gallon bottles and 8 gallons of product.

The customer service rep was apparently unable to convince the shipping dept to package it safely and finally gave up. She ultimately said their shipping dept could not get it to me in one piece and is issuing me a refund. I rarely give bad reviews. I'd prefer to give many compliments and much praise and few complaints, but this is bad enough that the story deserves telling. Maybe they will get the picture and make changes. Very puzzling! Very disappointing!

LuckyVitamin never again!

I purchased some vitamins from LuckyVitamin and never received them. I contacted their customer service and their rep promised they would send out a replacement. Their rep was just a liar, they never sent me anything. Waited about two weeks and contacted them again. I spoke to their manager, who was extremely rude and impolite. Manager said it was all my fault, made excuses and stood behind the lies! Then I demanded my money back, but was completely ignored. Never again will I order anything from this scam website!

LuckyVitamin shipping issues, dishonest reps

I placed a simple order for some vitamins and other items. They gave a shipping range estimate and of course the package was to arrive on the last day of that range. Problem is, the package never arrived. It said Delivery Exception. So I called Fedex and wasted a half hour of time getting nowhere. Then I contacted Lucky Vitamin and the Rep said I should have asked for Priority Mail shipping and paid extra for it if Fedex couldn't deliver to my house (what?). I told her that Fedex delivers to my house all the time but there was an exception with this delivery and I was trying to find out why. Then I called back and spoke with another Rep who apologized and said he would get a replacement order out to me right away (yeah right). It's been over two weeks, my credit card was charged and I have yet to receive anything from Lucky Vitamin. So I wrote the founder Sam. [protected]@luckyvitamin.com and an assistant wrote back promising me a $10 voucher off a future order. Instead I got an email with a $5.00 voucher. This company showed promise but was ultimately a let-down. I will stick with Vitacost.com and shopping at my local health-food store.

LuckyVitamin delivery time, customer service

Luckyvitamin prices are good but their delivery times are always long and sometimes they will be backordered on something and not tell me until after i have ordered it. And their customer service is wretched..., when i call about extended shipping times they don't care at all. I'm feeling very unlucky ordering for them and l the discount i got on the product was not worth it. I also recommend vitacost over luckyvitamin

LuckyVitamin customer service and payment issues

I placed an order with lucky vitamin I was told part of my order was shipping and p-art was backordered my debit card was debited the full amount but lucky vitamin said only the part that was shipped was billed. When I called their customer service I stayed on hold for 1 hour then the rude rep hung up on me after screaming in my ear. I called back stayed on hold 1 hour again asked to speak to a customer service manager on hold again left message foe customer service manager to call me no response. This is my first and last order with this company I wasn't lucky after all.

LuckyVitamin non-existent response to complaints, refunds, etc

Ordered first order with this company before Christmas...all stocking stuffers totalling under $100. Received only part of order and overcharged for what I did receive. Several items received inadequately wrapped and severely damaged so complained to customer service asking for credit...no response or credit. No credit for overcharge on items received. Items I'd asked to be cancelled since the order was a disaster came anyway...AFTER Christmas. They stink as a company, in my opinion, and am still waiting for a credit and an adequate response. WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THEM AGAIN and recommend to no one. Don't think I've ever had an order quite like this one. Ugh.

LuckyVitamin dishonest & terrible customer service

I ordered 12 bottles of one supplement. Two days later I received a partial shipping notice. They shipped only 4 bottles and put 8 on back order. Note that nowhere during the check-out process they bothered informing me that the product I was ordering, in fact, was out-of-stock. It took them TWO days to do so. They never asked my confirmation for the partial shipment. I would have cancelled the whole order if I had known. I had limited time for shipment to arrive and any delay was unacceptable for me.
The customer service was not willing to correct their fault. I suggested that they shipped the remaining bottles by a courier or shipped to my new address, but received "NO" answer to both proposals. I escalated to the manager. While talking to me, the manager cancelled the remainder of the order WITHOUT asking my confirmation! Again, instead of proposing solutions, he said "NO" to all my my attempts to solve the problem THEY caused! On top of it, he had to figure out how to refund the shipping cost associated with the cancelled portion of the order.
The shipping charge is OUTRAGEOUS! While other companies (like iHerb) charge fixed price per order ($4 for USPS or $12 for FEDEX), LuckyVitamin "offsets" their "low" prices by ripping us off with inflated shipping charges.
The shipping is very slow: I already receved my order from other company, which I placed three days after this one, but LuckyVitamin's order has not arrived. The other company used the same shipping method.
Definitely, that was my first and last purchase from LuckyVitamin.

LuckyVitamin incompetent company

Have placed multiple orders with this company over a 2 year period. Every time I choose STANDARD shipping it takes around 3 days to ship out on items that claim they are IN STOCK and 8 to 10 days to get to me. This last order I placed, I choose UPS direct for $8+ shipping. My order was $75+ and I wanted it sooner this time to see what would happen. Come to find out, 5 days after I placed the order it still hadn't shipped. I'd been buried at work so I hadn't noticed it. When I logged into my account, the status showed OPEN ORDER. I checked my email and saw nothing except the initial order confirmation. So I called them to see what the deal was. I was told it was on HOLD due to some billing issue. I hung up, called my CC company who said there shouldnt be any issue stopping them from billing me and shipping the order. I called Lucky's back and told them. Only then Lucky's claimed to me they couldn't ship it because the Billing and Shipping addresses were different?! I'd had 7 other orders that were the same situation and Lucky's shipped every one of them with no questions and they were billed to the SAME credit card, same CVV code and everything. So I hung up again, this time calling my local Heath-Food Store to see if the owner could get me the exact same items I was trying to buy from Lucky's. The stars must have been aligned correctly because she said Yes, that her delivery truck was coming the next day and if I got my order in, it would be there when it came. I put it in just in time. Called Lucky's back again and canceled my order. I canceled the order 8 days ago and the $80+ pending charge has yet to be cleared off my credit card. I am somewhat close to my limit, so I called to have them remove it before I paid off my bill. They refused saying "Oh, well it will just drop off in probably another 5-7 days, so its not that big of a deal is it?" YES IT IS A BIG DEAL IF IT CAUSES ME TO OVERDRAFT! PENDING CHARGES ON CANCELED ORDERS STILL TIES UP SPENDING ABILITY. My credit card company told me that all Lucky's has to do is call Chase bank directly and ask them to provide their Merchant ID number and request removal of the pending charge on my account. LUCKY'S STILL REFUSED.

This company also does business or something under a name called S & P Properties LLC ? something similar according to FireFox website verification. When my credit card company was looking for the pending charge though it shows on their end as being billed from a company called What's the Big Deal. Apparently they're running under 3 different names with their bad attitudes and ripoffs. Stay away from them like the plague. They're not worth it.

LuckyVitamin selling expired product

I ordedred 3 bottles of Sambucol for this winter and when they arrived from Lucky Vitamins the bottles were about to expire the 1st of Oct. 2010. I emailed and they gave me a run around. I filed a Paypal complaint so we'll see if that gets me any where.

DO NOT BUY from these crooks. Customer service is absolutely worthless.

LuckyVitamin ripped me off!

DO NOT ORDER FROM LUCKY VITAMIN UNLESS YOU WANT TO RISK GETTING RIPPED OFF!

My order was never shipped complete. Customer service kept telling me I needed to speak with the customer service manager to resolve my issue but "Frank" was never in when I called and Never returned my call. I shipped back my incomplete order and had to pay for shipping BOTH ways. I lost time, money and was without my needed supplements for 3 weeks!

Stay away from Lucky Vitamin, they were anything but lucky for me!
