credit card billing.
I have received $409.01 in charges on my credit card bill since I first ordered your product. I have not received any more foundation or products. I am wondering when the charges are going to end. Charges started in November I believe. I usually just pay my CC bill. But two days ago I decided to look up all my transactions and first charge was $85.01. Next 0n the 4th and 10th of each month I get billed $45.06 and 62.94. I haven't even added in the interest fees. I have called and called. Left my number but no return call as of this moment. my Customer Acct #2045501. Also when calling they cant seem to see my account when asking for my zip code number. So frustrated talking to machines. I understand that it states on my packaging list that I will be billed 5 monthly payments of 59.99. Also I would receive a two month supply of foundation every other month. never received any more cosmetics except for the first order I made. I didn't order any more because I only used your product once. I found it to take up too much time with my busy schedule of raising my Autistic grandson and my business. But when reading my CC transactions it looks like your charging me for more foundation and if you are you need to reimburse my credit card. Please call me at [protected]. I need to get this resolved. If I have purchased your airbrush machine then please stop charging me

I found by reading all of the complaints about this product after I faced the same deceptive advertising and billing, that I am not the only one getting duped. I am in the process of getting charges reversed etc., but do have e a question. How is it, with all of these reported fraudulent situations, can this company still be operating? Does Complaints Board do anything to get this to the next step and put this company out of business or at least pay restitution?

I ordered Luminess Air after watching their infomercial on TV, I did it online. Once reciept came, I saw that for 5 months extra charges would be taken from credit card account. In my opinion this is fraud, even if they had a disclaimer in written form at the infomercial. They should have added that to the audio of the infomercial. I sent 2 emails to [protected]@luminessair.com, with no reply. Then called the customer service no and Jazz helped me cancel the order. I hope someone sues them for fraud.

I have purchased a Luminess Airbrush Kit with the option of making a return. I hate this product and I am unable to get in touch with the company to make a return, There is no way to contact anyone in customer service. There is only option of leaving call back number. I have called several times to [protected] and left my phone number. and no one call me back. I have been trying to contact this company for over 2 weeks. This is typical SCAM.

I ordered the kit from Luminess Air, it took weeks and weeks to arrive. In fact it took so long I finally decided that I must have not finished with my order completely and gave up on ever seeing the product. You cannot get in contact with anyone by phone or by websites offered to get out of this, websites when entered just bring you back to their homepage, calls go unanswered. They keep sending product, you cannot cancel and they keep billing my charge card and the webpage says they charge a 25% restocking fee for refused orders.

I have tried to call and get a return code. I left a message for a call back and got no return call. Then I stayed on the line and the woman wouldn't let me do a return for my 87 year old aunt that ordered this item! I had all the information customer number and info -She REFUSED !! My aunt is very upset. I want to clear this up for her but they are refusing!

I ordered this at a sales price of 19.95 only to find out that once its delivered you are charged a huge amount of money over a long period of time.. Not to mention the item is garbage. The 30 day return policy has 100 conditions to it. I met all of those conditions and sent it back within the timeframe and had it tracked and they are now shipping this piece of crap back to me. If they think I am paying another dime for it they are nuts. I am calling the Attorney Generals office Monday morning and filing a report. Also since I have already paid for shipping once. If they want this thing back they better send me a free shipping label this time. I demand a return label and full satisfaction of this situation. my RA# [protected]-110115. I have documented proof of return delivery within the 30 day time frame.

To Whom This May Concern @ Luminess: This letter is to inform your company that if this matter is not resolved in 24 hours, I will report you to the BBB, and the Attorney Generals office for falsely charging my credit card and refusing to refund my money even though I expressed to you that this item was never received. Alixandria Palacio is NOT a signer on my card. She has no access to the information. Not only are you flip flopping on information you give out, you are fraudulently charging my account. On October 26, 2015 I contact your company to state that I was being charged for a product that was not received. I have attached a conversation with Chandy, your first representative. You could see my frustration, especially when it was stated that a payment schedule would be worked out. A payment for a product that was never received? They stated that since I was not the account holder, I would not be able to dispute the charge. I firmly stated that it was my charge card and I had every right to dispute the charge. I have been charged close to $170 dollars for a product that was never received. The 2nd person I spoke with for about 20 minutes, finally got an approval from a supervisor to send me the claim form for Fed Ex. The stated that because it was my credit card used, I was entitled to it. I filled it out and emailed it back to her as she stated and I thought this situation would be resolved. I received a phone call back from “Shannon” stating that my daughter needed to call because, again she was the account holder. I told her that I had already spoke with another lady who got the ok from a supervisor to send me the claim form. She would not let me speak as I was trying to tell her that I had already received the claim form because a supervisor/manager had approved it. Shannon stated that the director was the one that denied it. I expressed my frustration in large part to the fact that she would not listen to me and even stated please do not yell at me. How can you expect a CUSTOMER not to get upset when they are not allowed to speak? On October 27th I called and spoke to Shannon again. The conversation started well enough but she speaks continually and would not give me a chance to talk. AT one point in the conversation, I was put on hold but I could hear what she and someone else in the call center were saying. They were talking about me and making sarcastic remarks. When I told her that I could hear what they said and gave her details, she tried to explain what she said and tried to make it sound like it was nothing bad. Shannon also made a despairingly remark “OH, so are you saying your daughter used your card fraudulently?” which is a great insult! She tried to use scare tactics by saying that a police report could be filed. I called back 20 minutes later and I got a hold of my daughter, as she wanted, and then stated that instead of saying that they would reverse my charges, she stated that now they would “allow” me to put a claim in with FEDEX. Under California rights, it is your responsibility to obtain SIGNATURE PROOF OF DELIVERY. The address where you state the product was delivered is NOT my address! After MUCH frustration, I hung up. Shannon called me back 3 times in a row. I would answer my phone with the following statement “I refuse to talk to you anymore, if you call me again, I will file a harassment complaint.” She called back again and this time said that I needed to email her the form regarding the claim. I expressed that I had already emailed it. She stated that she never received it…..then how did she know I was filing a claim? In the message she left me, she stated she was calling me regarding the claim I had filed! I still have that message along with records of the calls she made to me back to back after I told her that I did not want to speak with her. The customer service with this company is the worst I have ever received. I am RE-SENDING the email along with the copy of this letter to let you know that I am 1000 % serious about pursuing my options as a consumer. I tried sending this email to the address she gave me. I repeated it to her and she said it was correct: [protected]@luninessair.com. I received a non-deliverable receipt. I called back and was told by the representative that it was only one Shannon. owe a lot of money
I ordered this product but found that after the 30 day trial i was to owe alot of money. then they tried to get to my account and after a failed attempt said i was to be reported to the credit bureau, HAH! not me as I work for the government. and will turn them in as i have just did! For all you out there...do not be fooled...they get us every time.

Ordered product and learned upon my receipt that product was very expensiveand required multiple payments. Learned after returning unopened product that no refunds are given. Had I known the price and that no refunds are given I would not have purchased product. BUYER BEWARE!

this is criminal
I am so angry I could spit. I ordered the Luminess Air basic system and yes it says 30 Day Trial, but since the bulk of the money is made from repeat business of make up orders and parts, it is not unusual for equipment to be a loss leader. The website at no point tells you any of that, even the terms and conditions do not explicitly tell you that and that should be mandatory. The rep tells me that I would have been advised of this at the time of the order, uh no. If I had, I would not have placed the order. It was treat from my tax money, but I was unemployed then and still and would not have agreed to it at that amount. They say the paperwork included says this and I looked for it and no it doesn't. I called and they waived 2 of the future charges. But this is a total ripoff and I could ill afford it. They got more money out of me than they deserve. The cheap airbrush would cost $90 at most and the crap make up that dries the skin can't be more than another $90, so I could see charges totaling around $180 but they have gotten $62 a month for 6 months. At this point I would never do business with them again.

cannot get my address correct
I ordered make up products from them about two months ago. They sent it out fed ex to w 6th street and post office sent it back. I called them to let them know they have the wrong address. They corrected the address and re shipped it. It went back again because they had the wrong address so I called again and asked for supervisor which was busy. So I talked to a girl and she said they had my address as 6th not w 6th I told her that was the correct address. She said they would put a rush order through. It shipped out on the 4th of June delivery date was to be the 12th (not a rush order) and when I checked today the 12th the post office sent it back to the company again wrong address. I called luminess again and asked for a supervisor but of course they were too busy to talk to me. I told the man I talked to what was going on and he said yes I see it was sent back and the address was wrong. I told him this is the third time they sent it back I have lived here for thirty five years and never had a problem so he put me on hold and came back on the phone and said at this point we will refund your money. I told him to have a supervisor call me I really did want to try your products and he said ok but he will still put in for a refund. I am not happy with this company at all and I hope I will be refunded

restocking charge
I placed a phone order to a call center. In explaining the installment payment plan at NO TIME did either person taking the order tell me about a restocking charge. When the package came, I returned it the next day UNOPENED. Luminess still charged my credit card, not for the product WHICH WAS NEVER USED but for what they call a trial period 24.91 plus postage 9.95
THERE WAS NO TRIAL OF THE PRODUCTS! When I contacted my credit card co to dispute they froze the charge. But then the Luminess co lied and said I knew there was a trial period charge and postage. I know they lied because they would not produce any records that said trial and postage due including a recording of the taped phone order.
A company that is that deceiving enough to take $34.86 from anyone without giving them a product or service should be banned!

their representatives did not inform me of the monthly cost of system or of the complete charge of the unit . i was told it was $19.95
and that's what i paid. before i could even learn to operate the unit, i received another charge on my card. i talked to another rep and was told it was my fault for not reading the fine print even though i had talked with their sales staff. i have cancelled my membership

yes, I bought lumpiness air back in sept. paid in full with my credit card and yet they are still taking 45.07 out of my account every month since then. so that's five months that they owe me that money back. because I just found it on all my bank statements that you are still taking money from me

I am being victim of this Company's scam. I saw and advertisement for a product priced at $19.95 and now they have done extra payments on mi credit card for $100 so I blocked it and now they are sending me threatening emails from their collection department arguing I owed them $300 plus. I sent emails complaining but all they respond is that you need to call a phone number that they never answered after 40 minute wait. This is just a scam BE CAREFULL WILL LUMINESS AIR. I am seeking for legal assistance hopefully a number of persons can joint and start a class action against this company to STOP THEM from stealing money. For over 8 years I have purchased products online always on reputable websites such as amazon but I made a mistake and bought a NIGHTMARE at this company.

I ordered the Luminess Air Trial on June 23, 2014. I was charged $59.99 for the "system" and small samples of make-up. As the make-up continued to arrive, I called in July to have deliveries reduced, thinking the payments would reflect less charges. I continued to get charged $59.99 per month and $35 for products I never ordered! The system was cheaply made, and soon after, spewed only air. I called twice and found out I was obligated to pay $59.99 monthly for the system. The make-up products were only every other month, including blush, porcelain, under eye concealer, eraser-none of which matched my skin tone, nor were authorized purchases. If I quit the "club" only the make-up would cease to arrive. I was obligated to keep paying the $59.99 for 6 months as I had not returned it in 30 days. My 6 month trial cost me $473.97! I do not want to be reported to a collection agency or have my credit rating harmed! Total SCAM!

I am so sorry, but the Air Cosmetics and the other things you are sending, I talked to someone on October and said I did want thes items any more, I have broken out so bad from the Cosmetics, I needed Therapy for my face, under some type of Lamp, and a lot pills and Lotions!~!
I can't use any more of the Cosmetics! I am really Sorry, I thought for sure I had found the right type of Makeup for my face! I cant use bare minerals or any other type of makeup! I had to find out the hard way!
