Deluxe eye Therapy
I got a popup for Lumisse and Bela Luci skin produtcts. All I had to do was pay the postage (free trial). There was NO Terms and Conditions - - I actually read those. It would cost me $4.95 total (postage) in a few days I looked at my bank statement and I got my credit card charged $89.85 for Lumisse and $89.10 for Deluxe Eye Therapy. I called immediately...

I ordered the trial size, paid shipping and handling via credit card. I did not like the product, I broke out from it and my eyes itched and burned. I did nothing else but quit using the product. Today in the mail I received another shipment of the product...I did not order it. I checked my credit card bill and sure enough, there were charges for the products. I attempted to call them using the number on the receipt (which did not have a price or anything else on it only a thank you for your order that I did not do) only to be put on hold for a long time and never got an answer. I've contacted the credit card company. so far no resolution!
Eye & skin care

Deluxe eye therapy and lumisse super revitalizing cream
As another unhappy customer of these online products, i shout buyer beware! The products offered at a low cost not only do not work but are tied to time sensitive alerts. What i failed to read in the small print ( if any such did exist) was the "agreement" to cancel by phone within 30 days. Of course the products take time to show any results (Which they did not) i stopped using the products altogether and forgot about them until i received two more packages from them. I called their customer service rep - asked for a rma# to return. She said she would cancel for further shipments but i could not return these products, costing $89.85. She also informed me the company charged an additional $89.85 because i had not cancelled within 60 days of initial purchase. Needless to say, i feel stupid for falling prey to the original ads. Therefore, buyer beware!
Fraud
On-line offer for trial Revitalizing Serum, all you pay for was the shipping. I received the trial offer and also the trial offer for Bella-Luci eye therapy. They took the shipping charges from my bank account. Approximately 2 weeks later they took $89.00 twice (charge per bottle) from my bank account without my permission or authorization: it is now a month later, and they have withdrawn the same 2 charges of $89.00 from my account;, also without my authorization. I never received the products they charged me for This.is really hurts since I am on Social Security. This, of course, is a SCAM! I think this is Tru Belleza under a different name. I want to shut them down.
Alert social media to every name they come up with. My credit card company says they have been shut down many times and just pop up again under a slightly different name...same eye serum and anti-wrinkle cream with a new label
I'm interested to know what your States Attorney did, please.
I ordered the trial versions and in LESS than 2 weeks they pulled $89 out TWICE, once for each product. I changed my account info so they couldn't get in any longer but I was never able to get a refund. Unfortunately, there are people like me who like to try different products and this company was able to gyp me. And of course, neither product was the "fabulous" result they predicted.
All these reviews are same as my complaints. Where is the government agency or local better business address and phone number, then we can get our voices heard. I am not good with technology, but want to see what can be done.
This same thing happened to me, and they start the trial time from the day you order it, so you don't really get 30 days to try it before they charge you the $89.00 for each item each month! It didn't even work!
they charge for stuff and show ur bank different stuff just abig scam
this company also cheated me also it appears there is no recourse for my bank is paying them my money
I had also the same problem they advertise all you need to pay is $4.95 for shipping for the trial bottle . I was surprised when they charge my credit card for $89.95 twice. When I called to get a refund they said it was too late! They need to advertise the price of the cream what the cost will be when you accept the trial because what they really sent was the actual products and there was no trial meaning no sample!
The product didn't work either! They are misleading customers! Very unhappy the way they trick me to buy the eye cream and the face cream.
Can't stop charges and shipment
I FINALLY found a phone number to call these crooks. [protected] Orange County area in CA. I had previously cancelled but still received the product in the mail. Told them I had no paperwork to call or recancel and they said their number was on the product. No..it is the number of the factory. Also, if you open the box to find the bogus number, they will not take back a shipment. I told them I was calling my state atty general and they said I signed a contract and just didn't follow up to get out of it. A rep called in the fall to see how I liked the product. Told him I had been looking for them for months to get charges off my credit card. He hung up on me. I am furious and they would not refund my money.
Return address – you have to call to get a RMA#
Lumisse 376 W McFadden Suite 602 Santa Ana, CA 32704
DO NOT OPEN THE BOX or they will not let you return it.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
Better way you have to call banking accourt to block payment Pure Body Elite..
OMG! Thank you! I'm hopefully going to be more careful about ordering TV offers! Yikes!
Thought I was cancelling both Lumisse and Deluxe Eye Therapy when I called a number for Lumisse. I thought this because they were both in the oringinal offer. Silly me. Yesterday a little package arrived from DET and I knew right away what was going on. This morning I called Lumisse and confirmed that I cancelled well over a month ago. They confirmed and when I asked about DET they said they had never heard of them. Mmmmm, right. I asked on a chance that maybe they would have a phone number for DET and was told that the number was on the back of the bottle (?, how would they know that? 😉). I explained that I wasn't going to open the package and she gave me their number right away. [protected], Customer service. The call to DET was fairly straight forward. They did "try" to tell me what a great product it is and would like to give me a discount but in the end cancelled the order and gave me a cancel #. Duped again for sure and hopefully all is settled and done.
This is not right what your company is doing to all the people trying there free samples . We all need to post this to our friends & families & facebook & let people know what this company is doing to everyone who is trying there products
I had ordered an Eye Therapy cream what was simply described as a 14 day trial. During the trial period the cream irritated my eyes so bad that I had to go to my eye Dr.. they kept watering and when opening my eyes was a severe burning sensation. At this point I started calling the numbers on the packing slip and on the product box to cancel. I tried over the next couple weeks calling the phone number only to get "the number you are calling is not a working number ..."! Also trying to get on the web site supplied on the packing slip as well, which was not a good address "info@deluxcantiaging.com"! I also tried calling the number on my credit card statement which was out of Florida and got the same, “this is not a working number”! The product came out of Santa Ana California, and the customer support phone number I found on this web site is out of Utah! SCAM SCAM SCAM
They make it impossible to contact them to cancel.
After the 14 day trial they took the bank card number I used to pay for the shipping and billed me 89.10 for the supposed FREE sample! What the Heck.
People if you see these damn adds on Face Book please comment and warn people about this scam! They make you think its a FREE 14 day sample however if you don't call to cancel they charge you 89.10 + 4.95 for your FREE sample. Then before you know it here comes another charge.
I have filed a complaint with my states Attorney General and my Credit Card company. The Credit Card company reversed the charge to my card, and will keep an eye out for any other charges and will refuse payment. If you don't do this its going to be a reoccurring nightmare.. We need to stand up to this kind of crap.
My experience has been similar to the other complaints. I received, for the first time, two packages on December 2nd. One was for the eye cream and the other for the magic face therapy. My credit card was charged ($89 for each product) prior to me even receiving the package. I noticed another charge for the same amount the end of October. Customer service insisted that I ordered a free trial and that I received the products in October. I was told to follow up with the post office if I didn't receive the packages, it was not their problem. USPS could not find the tracking # provided to me by the company's customer service dept. I filed a complaint with my bank. I honestly don't remember signing up for a free trial. I do vaguely remember using my credit card to pay $5 for a sample. I usually try to stay away from the free trial offers. Has anyone else believed they were just receiving a sample?
These complaints mirror my experience. They are a total RIP OFF. They should not be allowed to remain in business. When you call, they speak of some clause that allows 14 days for the automatic reorder to be stopped. This should be against the law. In fact, I may check with the attorney general in my state to see if there is any leverage to make them stop this practice;
I saw an ad and applied for free trial that was for a very small amount. since then I was receiving their product which I found of no use, my account was debited with 89.75 each time. I lost $300 dollar before I could find their nimber and asked them to cancel. I never knew they were going to misuse my card number like that. This lady on line promised to return max.$31.00 out of my 300. Thought I was done. Today again, while going through my account, I found another debit of $ 89.75. This is too much . And there's no product for this payment. I definitely don't want their rubbish product. I want my money back from the very beginning. Need help. A S.
I got taken for over a hundred dollars without even receiving my trial size products. One of the bad things are this company keeps changing the name of their product also. Looks like some attorney would decide to take the challenge.

Just reimburse all of these dissatisfied people! None of us ordered this product. We merely ordered a sample for cost of shipping and were tricked into some sort of subscription...long before we even tried the samples to see if we liked them. You hid the terms and conditions and tricked us into a contract, then failed to tell us so in the order confirmation. Shame on you. Just return our money and stop tricking people. It's abundantly clear what you need to do. Just DO it!
Good idea...alert social media about this company! Just post it everywhere!
I experienced the same thing however the phone number on the packing slip did not work, said it was not a working number, the number on my credit card statement gave me the same recording and the statement showed the company out of Florida. The shipment came out of Santa Ana California, and the complaint number I received from this site is out of Utah.? Why cant someone do something about these deceptive business practices? if you see these adds on Face Book please comment that this is a scam!

Sounds like the same scam Tru Belleza conducts...order a sample for $4.95 and they trick you into a contract and take money from your account. This is fraud. A free sample ( pay shipping ) only should be just that...a free sample. Sure, there is no free lunch, but when you see a good offer with no visible tricks, we try the product. This company has been shut down many times, comes up with a new name and continues scamming people.
