I was trying to work with luna and provide my skills for Xbox that I am able to do. I can add deluxos, flip joggers and helmets, add money, I basically do beff but can’t do outfits as it’s too complicated for me. Luna gave me some videos to watch and try out. I work a full time job and I get tired so I didn’t really have any time to do these practice runs on accounts. I finally did and by the time I messaged luna about it, he was rude and blew me off for being able to do my services. I gave him my email to be promoted to admin on his site to be able to do services but on discord he said he didn’t know who I was when I got smart with him for wasting my time with everything I have going on in my life. I waited for him to message me as I messaged him that I was ready and he said he would the next day as he was going to sleep because it was late for him. Fast forward to a month and he still hasn’t messaged me and I’m completely given up on this loser.

I purchased 29h of April a LunasMods for Warzone for 3.5 dollars, and I have yet to receive it even though on the website it states that the service should be received within 5 mins of purchase. I have contacted the seller on his Discord (where he prefers to be contacted) as well as his personal Twitter and have not heard back from him.

Order number is #26047 - "Modern Warfare & Warzone 1 Day License key x 1".

If any additional information is required I will be more than happy to provide them.

I asked them if they could deliver variants as well and they dodged my question. I decided the google it instead and most unlock all services for AW do include weapon variants. Therefore I decided to buy it with the idea that they would refund me if I couldn't get it. Keep in mind that I didn't get anything else changed, no stats or anything. All I asked for was variants specifically and they won't give you a refund if they can't deliver your request. They'll tell you to spend it on something else in the store, but I already bought their bo3 service and they don't do services for any other game that I own. Oh yeah btw, their ban protection basically means that you'll get a new account or service from them once you get banned, so just buy the low level protection if you really want to cause this product costs as much as the high level ban protection. On the surface they seem very customer friendly and trust me their mods actually are, But when it comes to the owner and refunds; don't trust him at all and don't expect to see any money back.

I had bought 2 luna account to play with my son 1 month before the scam .
I'm sure theire thiefs are working on new ( ̶p̶l̶a̶n̶) scam now.

Hi I have a question so I accidentally bought a gta account for Xbox 360 and I meant to buy it for Xbox one is there why possibility that I can work on my Xbox one because I signed on to the account on my Xbox one and it doesn't give me the option to do online gta

This is a scam beware. They stay under the radar by paying people to leave good reviews. They failed to provide what I paid for and I lost $90. A waste of money and time. The contact me page is completely outdated as there is only a discord and no official phone number or email. The owner masks his identity to prevent being harrassed on social media about his scams. The website also says they provide servicing and accounts for ps4, xbox 360, xbox one, and pc, this is not true. They are falsely advertising the ability to create xbox one accounts which is impossible. Dispite this I would have liked to recieved what I paid for not just half of my order. Further legal action will be taken. Luna has since blocked me on discord when I contacted them to recieve my products.

I paid $140 for two GTAV packages for my nephew and myself only to be told after payment they can't do it and now all communication from them have ceased. Look how much negative feedback this wanker has...DO NOT BUY FROM LUNAMODS.
It's not fair that people Sam get away from this, I don't have much money and I got if as a birthday gift to my nephew so we can play online together as I am now permanently in a wheelchair and have ample time. I will be taking this further.

I just got ripped off this weekend on a GTA Full Package, after i paid the $25, he said it would be done in 1 hour, so i waited. I then contacted him back again and he ignored me, i finally got hold of him on Sunday and he says to me ” There is something wrong with your profile and i cannot do it and we do not offer refunds, so i asked for a different service and he said he cannot help me anymore.” I knew i should not have trusted him after reading all the bad reviews on the web. He has a counter on his website that says 20, 624 satisfied customers and still going!, What a load of crap ! Beware of this snake everybody
