Worst Customer service, looting the money from customers and no proper response
From the last two months, the transactions are happening twice one as direct debit and one is through normal transaction. I lost £30 without my knowledge. I had given a complaint by sending mails but there was no proper response. simply time passing staff. Worst service and really feeling regret for joining Lyca. Attached the screenshots of the mails and transactions. If I didn't got any response and taking my patience to the granted and I'm looking to move legally. It was happened trice. I believe the Lycamobile won't bring the issue that extent

Has been assigned my phone number to someone else without my acknowledgment.
How can Lyca customer service can assign our phone number to someone else?
MY LYCA number [protected] has been assigned to someone else WITHOUT my acknowledgment. It's biggest security threat with Lyca.
Lyca customer service has not been sorted the issue for more than a week after multiple chase up.
I am not able to receive any OTP from banks and installed apps.
It's serious impacting my work and privacy.
Wants to file a case on LYCA for the blunder mistake and my number is not with me for more than a week.
No Response on Getting my account number infromation
I have contacted Lycamobile several times, and still they are playing games with me to give me my account information as I am unable to login into my account or reset my password for my Online account, I provided all the information again today. I need a resolution for this. please help

Refuse to refund my £25 as promised
I paid £25 to have a top up bundle to a Lyca Mobile number (Pay As You Go) on 9/4/2022, unfortunately that was a blocked number and couldn’t be used nor activated. I contacted customer service and in order to have that £25 refunded, I HAVE PAID FOR ANOTHER NUMBER PER THEIR REQUEST. They told me it would take 7 days to refund but it has now been 20 days and no money is refunded.
Follow-up email has been sent by me but no progress was made by Lyca Mobile. Terrible customer service. I request a refund simply because Lyca Mobile has failed to provide me with the service I paid for.

Lyca Mobile contacted me earlier today saying that they could NOT refund as promised and left me with no choice but to spend that £25 to BUY ANOTHER BUNDLE from them! Yes, the same strategy they used last time to make me buy another bundle! This is totally ridiculous and I am not going to fall for the same trap again!
During the conversation, I felt that Lyca Mobile was trying to tire me out by making me repeat every single detail again and again and explaining to them over and over, or providing them information that have already been provided. But I am not afraid of them and am not giving up because I am telling the truth, the whole truth and nothing but the truth. And when I asked them why I was given different stories from time to time, they simply told me they would investigate the reason why I was told that the amount could be refunded. See? I am so amazed at how Lyca Mobile also know that I was told so and how they are now trying so hard to take my £25 dishonestly.
And I will keep fighting for the refund of that £25 because nothing will change the fact that Lyca Mobile has failed to provide me with the service I paid for.

Unresponsive, uncaring, confused, absolutely incompetent customer "service".
I wanted to use this company for it's international calling plans. I purchased a sim card online, but was never sent an activation pin by e-mail. After 1 month of calling and exchanging numerous e-mails providing all information asked of me, to re-send the activation code, I was first given excuses as to why they couldn't process and blamed it on me. "You didn't prove this, you didn't provide that", when I had written proof that I had given all details of my purchase in pdf from my bank to prove I was the purchaser. Finally I was again told to wait until the end of the day, but no one ever resolved this very simple task. Then I was scheduled to receive a call from a manager, who never called. They give you the run around until you give up.
I requested a refund, followed by "we have accelerated your case to our backend office"! Their back-end office is indeed a "back-end" place! No one ever contacts you back, same redundant emails & lines they read from their screen prompts. It's really a great scam "service". So if you ever encounter fraudulent practices, go to your bank and asked them for help. Customer support in India isn't very empathic nor solution driven.

I have been trying to resolve an issue since March 1st. I was initially charged twice in March for my package. I then proceeded to check my lycamobile profile online. I turned off autotopup although it did not save my changes on the website. I then recieved a text stating the auto renew had been successfully turned off, despite it still showing as active online.
I then reached out via email to cs.lycamobile.es as recommended for support, that was 2nd March. Since then I have been asked for a form of identity document, of which I have provided both my NIE and a passport and I have still yet to recieve any reply or help. I have sent multiple emails asking for help or an update.
I then raised a complaint form and sent an email to [protected]@lycamobile.es as directed to try qnd get some form of resolution.
I have still yet to recieve any support or help. I have not been introduced to any agents or workers handling my case. My phone credit has disappeared despite debiting twice. My Data is not working and I am being ignored.
What I want:
1. The agents name who handled my case. I wish to make q formal complaint.
2. The managers name to make a formal complaint.
3. I want a full re-imbusrment of the 20 euros debited from my account on March (as I have had no service)
4. I want to completely cancel all my lycamobile package. Furthermore I want proof that you have removed and deleted all my personal information in relation to data protection and customer rights.
Desired outcome: 1. Someone to take ownership of this case and to respond and offer me a solution.2.Full refund of 20 euros for 2 charges.3. Cancel all packages I have and remove me as a customer.4. Remove all my information from lycamobile company database
Cellphone service
After 4 months of dropped calls very bad connections (though it was cheap to buy it was not worth anything) so I waited for it to end
I called lycamobile in order to port back to my previous provider

The third one was a tad better but could not understand some of her requests
I waited 3 hours and called back I spoke to chris id no 30201 who refused to tell me what state he was in making believe he too was in india he stated he will try his best to assist me. He started off asking me with questions re certain numbers I explained that the info he was asking for was never given to me. He then asked me who have I been calling most that satisfied him then he wanted the sim card number I gave it to him
Then he asked me for the puk number I asked him what was that? He responded it is on the sim card which is not so as I had bought a new lycamobile service card for 36.00 and decided not to use it due to substandard service I opened up the lycamobile package to find what he was asking for the puk number is on the piece of cardboard that is of no consequence and is a throw away and has the same relevance as as the wrapper then he says you failed
Buy the way he started off asking why and what company I wanted to transfer to I responded that is unimportant

Last weeks I've been contacting with chat line almost daily, sometimes it would take ages to make them understand mt case, where there's a Reference Number explaining it with full details. So their whole Costumer Service, except one chat operator seems just acting blindly and against their own company, since during months they ve lost my monthly bundle...

Good day have been registering my sim online as well as submitting a scanned registration form via online. Why is my sim deactivated for the last two months? Request for PAC code made three times. Only response received is code sent by text to my Lycamobile number, no trace of this message. All follow up emails ignored.

Reason to change of supplier from Lycamobile is their failure to continue automatic top up without warning. Only found out when tried to make a phone call. Manual top up showed success on screen, but money not added to account.
Auto charges in effect and deducting money from my bank
I stopped using lyca service back in 2017 and reported that i'm not using service. howerver noticed that lyca mobile is still charging my credit card till 2019 and again found out the charges and reported again on on 2019. the customer service mentioned they will stop the charges however...
still today lyca mobile is still charging and now they say cannot refund money as the term and conditions do not apply as i cannot find the SIM information however they still chargeing

This is a fraud company which cheat the customers by saving the credit card details in their server and charging it without the customer knowledge. Their customer service never respond to the mail. There are lots of people complained already about this fraud but still they are doing it. How can in a developed country like France, this company is doing this scam? Why there is no legal action against these fraud company. I called their customer service number and after arguing for several minutes they agreed to refund the money in 48 hours but even after 1 week I didn't receive the money.

I have had my phone stolen on the 16 of October 2018, I wrote multiple emails to lycamobile to cancel my imei and account. I look into my bank account to find that lycamobile had been cutting 20 dollars each month for two months (total of 40 dollars). I called multiple times wrote countless emails and still no reply. I called them for the final time and they still didn't want to refund me anything. Complete rubbish and I'm reporting this to the authorities to escalate matters. Absolutely disgusting service complete ripoff. until I receive a full refund I am completely unhappy and in escalating matters to higher authorities. Don't waste your money on a stinking service.

I change my SIM card because the one I had was broken then in sim I transfer my old number. I should have got all bundle for internet nd balance. I got the bundle but my internet never worked.and the funny thing customer service from Layca they r saying it's working in my mobile. But the data and everything is still same. NEVER USE LycaMobile. Use Lebara or any other service, TRUST ME ON THIS. Customer service is an outsourced Disfunctional Merry Go Round. LycaMobile has no problem with having in house technical problems that cost the consumer and, for lack of a better word, STEAL your money and offer no refund or compensation. Seriosly this is one of the worst companies I have ever done business with. Moreover one depends on this service and expects that a company that admits to their mistake will resolve it in a timely matter.
Long story short, I purchased a 10 hour talk + 60 gb data package. I used 1 GB of data and the service was shut off. Called CS and was informed that my number was transfered to someone else and I recieved another persons number and package. I was called by this other person informing me that I had thier number and would recieve calls from their friends and family, which I did. Unbelieveable! LycaMobile CS admitted they had a technical problem, left me hanging in a place far from civilization and with no way to contact anyone except 3332 (Customer Service). for 14 days, 3 times a day I called them and was told that it was in process of being resolved. It never was... but at least I was finally rescued.
