I am tired of the ball being non existent. i understand this happening once but it happens all the time.

I bought a carton of menthol cigarettes, and almost every pack had at least four to six cigarettes with little holes in them. I love your products and will continue to buy them but I'm very unhappy I paid a lot for the carton of cigarettes.

Smoking your cigarettes since many years now but the taste and quality of your cigarettes have changed drastically and is not the same!

Hi I am resident of Bhilai Chhattisgarh India and I have the complaint regarding the quality of above cigarette being sold in our city or state compared to other states of the India.

I bought a brand new pack and 5 of the 20 cigarettes were broken, i wouldn't care if they were not 9$ a pack. It is [censored] that Marlboro doesn't have better boxes to stop something like this from happening.

I have been smoking marlboro advance since 2013. I recomend you to kindly make a red line where the tobbaco ends, so that no one could smoke after that point because at the end we generally smoke till the filter start burning out. I request you to kimdly emphasize on my words.

The Marlboro gold fine cut tobacco that I bought from a local shop tastes Menthol and it's not the tips I am using as I don't use tips I can not stand menthol so can not smoke it and now do not want to buy any more of your tobacco

i bought one pack of marlboro menthol and chance upon a stick without the filter. how am i supposed to smoke? i'm from singapore and i'm being charged $13 for a pack or cigarette. I'm really disappointed for having stale cigarettes every once in awhile. but this time a cigarette without a filter is really disappointing.

I have been smoking this same brand for over 20 years, this is the first time I have bought them and the entire carton has been awful. They burn fast and uneven and feels like air when inhaled. I have been very disappoint for the first time. This is not a cheap brand but it seems like these were off brand

When I lite my cigarette this morning it started burning down the side this was in my cigarette

Ok 1st you take away the blue 72s. Then I switched to the rich cool blues shorts. And now it seems like no one can get them in. So what is going on? Every place I stopped in at said they ordered them but the didn't come in. I really hate to switch again and I don't like any of the blacks.

04 August 2017 - I have purchased a box of Marlboro Beyond Blue this week and found that a few of the cigarettes in the pack did not have the Menthol Ice ball in the filter. This has happened occasionally even with the previous GOld Beyond packs.

Over the last week I have bought your smokes ice blast capsule and there has been no capsule in them 3 packets only had 5 cigarettes that had them the rest have none I only smoke these smokes and it's just not on paying €12 a box I expect what I buy to be produced I would like something to be done about this

I am from chandigarh . I was smoking this cigarette but there was no flavour balls in these cigarette. My whole pack is now a waste and now shopkeeper is also refusing to return. My whole money is now wasted

I have been smoking marlboro cigerattes for a few years. In my native area the quality is good but in Guna MP India where i currently reside there is only fake cigerattes with a bad taste avalible. Marlboro please look into this issue as i have been a consistent Marlboro smoker but due to these issues i am being foeced to reconsider

The new Special Select—the burn is awful! I don't enjoy them at all. And I would like to thank Philip Morris for finally getting me to a point where I want to quit. I have to struggle to get through one cigarette because Selects are nowhere as good as the Special Blends. The change is a fail!

The new pack and design is awesome but the taste is actually very bad. The old taste from the the old marlboro lights was better, kindly look into this matter.

Hi, I bought a pack of Marlboro Red Beyond and there were no ice ball's in a few of them. Which is quite disappointing -as I've been smoking it for a long time now and always pop the filter for the taste that it is supposed to provide. This is also not the first time that that it happened and a few of my friends had also experienced this.
