Maruti Suzuki India / Maruti Udyog black smoke emission from new swift

Facing problem with new swift (ldi /chassis no-413463/eng. no-1195902) since time of purchase 14 march 09. with complaint of emission of black smoke launched right from cars 1st service now already 10 mths over for the experimentation process carried out by the service provider (chowgule, pune). they tried changing turbo charger at first which didn't gave any satisfactory result. after the complaint was relaunched they changed inter cooler but this time their effort didn't work out. now i'm fed up with the routine trips for same thing again & again. I have necessary documentary proof to support the above facts. now finally believe that this is an inherent problem in the car itself & i'm no longer prepared to accept ‘experimentation & research’ on a brand new car... patience has now worn out awaiting your prompt and favourable response. I hope that maruti suzuki would wish to have one more happy customer & would provide me immediate replacement of the vehicle/moneyback to provide relief from month long anguish.

Hope my geniune grievance is addressed immediately.

Dear Sir/Madam,

I have Purchased a MAruti SWift In August 2009 from the Pasco Gurgoan but from starting onwards there was a sound from the Dashboard and i have sent my card into the Karnal Motors Dealer i have paid Rs-5000 extra for extendable Warrenty but your is demanding service charge and labour for checking the sound of Dashboard and there is some problem in Shocker also.

i am plaining to purcahse a new car also (Wagnor ) but due to bad services i will change my plan.

I HAVE PURCHASED A MARUTI S X 4. FROM THE VERY FIRST SERVICE I HAVE COMPLAINED REGARDING THE NOISE COMING FROM THE SHOKERS AND TYRES TO BAGGA LINK PATPARGANJ INDUSTRAIL AREA BUT THEY HAVE ALWAYS GIVEN EXPLANATION AS THERE IS NO PROBLEM IN IT. FROM THE LAST FOUR MONTHS I AM NOTICING THAT THERE IS HUGE NOISE FROM THE CAR.SURPRISINGLY WHEN I VISTED THE SERVICE STATION BAGGA LINK THEY HAVE TOLD ME THAT SHOCKERS ARE NOT WORKING OR DAMAGED AND THE BIGGEST REASON FOR NOISE IS SUSPENSION MEANS ARMS OF SUSPENSION IS NOT WORKING SO NEEDS TO BE CHANGED. I HAVE GIVEN MY CAR TO THE SERVICE CENTRE. ARFER 3 DAYS I HAVE RECEIVED A CALL THAT YOUR CARS SERVICING IS DONE AND AS WELL AS SOME SMALL WORK IS DONE IN SHOCKERS WHEREAS SUSPENSION WORK IS NOT DONE AS MARUTI IS NOT PROVIDING THE PARTS AS THEY ARE SHORT OF THE REQUIRED PARTS AND GIVEN A BILL OF APPROX Rs 15000/-

AFTER ONE MONTH AGAIN I HAVE VISITED THE SAME SERVICE CENTER AND COMPLAINED FOR THE SAME THEY HAVE KEPT THE VEHICLE FOR ALMOST 7 TO 8 DAYS AND AFTER SEVICING THEY HAVE INFORMED THAT PARTS REQUIRED ARE NOT AVALIABLE IN MARUTI SO WHY NOT YOU SELL YOUR CAR TO US.

MY QUESTION IS NOT THIS, HOW MY PROBLEM WILL GET RESOLVE MY QUESTION IS THIS HOW IS IT POSSIBLE THAT A COMPANY CAN PREPARE A CAR BUT CAN NOT PREPARE A SPARE PART.

Maruti Suzuki India / Maruti Udyog surviours missbehaviour on phone

Dear sir,

Reference to the policy no. ba 5066514 dt. 23/08/09 against the vehicle (maruti / zen estilo) running on mrs. meena gupta,

Would like to inform you that our vehicle got damaged and have filed claim for the insurance amount and have got misbehaved during telephonic conversation from your indefatigable executive (mr. sanjeev kumar) having mob. no. [protected]) dt. 25/01/2010 at 4.25pm. he not only misbehaved but also hide his identity and also threatened to cancel the insurance amount.

Which is spoiling the market value of one of the biggest insurance sector organisation.

Kindly look into the matter and do the needful to avoid such a misdealing.

Maruti Suzuki India / Maruti Udyog cheating

This is to bring to notice about an incident of cheating done to my wife whilst she had been to do some repairs at spectra service station at kachpada, malad. .
On 22 / 23rd nov 09 as self was abroad my wife and dad had been to service station for some repairs. While parking and reversing the car our car had small accident with another car driven by spectra employee. All inside the spectra premises, the whole spectra staff ganged up and extorted 2700 rupees from my wife giving all sorts of different reasons and blames. As my wife and dad (74 yrs) got confused and paid the amount.
Self after coming to india have complained to spectra customer care and asked for such unlawful act. , but till now all have been vain and no action have been taken by anybody.

Maruti Suzuki India / Maruti Udyog break failure

I had bought a maruti :wagon r-lxi from sai service goa in july 2006 and the same has been serviced by sai service goa-purvorim.

Reg. no: g a - 07
c -0 -185,

Vehicle has been driven only 19700km.

On 14th. jan.09, suddenly break failure has happened, and with gods grace, we got saved from an serious accident.

Company should claim responsibility for major failure, dealing with life of owner.
Pollution control certificate was taken from sai service goa on 2nd. of dec.09

I am giving vehicle for repair at pune.

Would appreciate immediate response from service head, & r& d head.

If accident would have happened, because of manufecturing defect then company would take complete responsibility or not?

Can someone help..? in getting maruti to attend to this issue.. its beginning to leave a bad tasts in the mouth.

we bought a wagon r from m/s jeevan motors of bhopal ever since we are not satifid with the performence of the car the engine of the car makes sound like diesel engine and suspension make sound like a tractor all the time we visit the work shop the answer that we get is that there is nothing unusual and every car is like that sir this is our second maruti wagon r and 4rth maruti car but we had no complain with any of our previous cars
this wagon r was purchased on 09/07/ 2009 the engine no is 4644544 and chassis no is 819976

Maruti Suzuki India / Maruti Udyog very late accidental job

Well my swift diesel bearing regn. no. up25y 6670 had met with an accident on 18-12-09 at tilhar near dist shahjahanpur. the nearest authorised workshop was m/s sumitra automobiles at shahjahanpur. I had a cashless insurance plan for my car from a private company apart from natmar. well from 18-12-09 till todayi. e.12-01-10 I havenot recd. my vehicle also the workshop manager tells me that the delivery will take a few more days. I seriously had got fed up with the policies of this company. the people who are responsible for taking my job don't understand the hard problems that my family has been facing these icecool days. I will request maruti officials to take my matter seriously otherwise the confidense that I was having in this brand will be totally shattered

Dear Sir,

I, Komal Narang shop.No.2 Sai Collection Prem Nagar, Madan Mahal, Jabalpur(M.P.) had purchased one new Maruti 800 AC LPG by your authorized dealer of Jabalpur M/s Standard Agencies.I have purchased a new car 800AC LPG on 28/07/09 & I have pay before 1 month but from the first day problem are coming, the back light is off.The noise in Engine very much, not running in LPG mode.

When I ask Mr. Ashish Patel(Sales Executive) to check my car in LPG mode in show room, he ask me that there is no LPG in car & all is OK.and By purchasing original Maruti CD player from showroom the mechanic had cut 8 to 10 wrings fitted wise.I complained next day about this & executive ask me the car sending my driver but on 08/08/09 they ony send a mobile wan, they check my car over their only. But the problem is not small the problem is too big & the problem is the car come automatic in gas mode and after few minute come in petrol mode & in workshop they have check all wire also by removing central locking & CD player also. In these problems the driving of this car is very dangerous; the mechanics of workshop are illiterate. they are just road side mechanics, they can’t find any problem in my car.

Sir, from the above it is very clear that, the car is defected by Engine & as pipeline side so please change my PCS because its very dangerious.Obtaining payment of new car which is highly objectionable and for which I will go to Consumer Forum>further they are believing in selling the vehicle and not in satisfaction of consumers.

Sir, I had following problems in the car as with your dealer:- Interior portion of

1.the vehicle was very dirty inside {INTEROR} &out side.

2.The mat of the vechicle was also very dirty.

3.The behavior of the officers/proprietor of Standard Agencies was very bad, & in your Regional office the mam who had pick my phone hold me for 30min because she is talking with his friends about party, and when talks finish she said OK I will ask your problems to seniors and cut the phone, this is the way to talk to you regular customer? Now I want that piece of 800 AC LPG new one, for which M/s Standard Aut Agencies, Jabalpur (M.P.) may kindly be advised at your end.

The your officer’s are very badly behave with customers, they never present in cabin.whenever try to meet them, they will wait about 4 hours, after that they are out of seat.The Mr.Vikas Saini, Mr.A.K.Pathak, Mr.Ajay Shukla, Mr.Tomar Parihar, Mr.Shailendra Singh, Mr.Atul, these all know about my problems but they only suffer me by sending me to cabin to cabin.Miss.Shabnam is also not good she always chit chat with their male friend about party, dress but she never talk about solution of my problems.

Kindly note thai if I note that if I not receive new parts within 2 days from the date of this letter/fax than I have no option except to go to Consumer Forum for which the Maruti Company as well as dealer of Jabalpur M/s Standard Auto Agencies, Jabalpur(M.P.) will be fully responsible.

4.All doors are running very hard /bonut have a lot of gap/full body viberating and second gear is to hard this all problem are written in job card but not solve. And the standard agencies feel proud that they are doing 120 cars for serviceing but they dot satisfied the coustmer. The most big thing is that the senior &labour class said that your car value is 30, 000/_only when I complain to mr tomar he ask me to show those people next day he take off. I think that I am cheated by standard auto or by maruti company because I have pay more than 2.50 lac if standard auto oner have no four wheeler I will gift him by my side. IF MARUTI COMPANY DON’T TAKE ANY ACTION I WILL FIRE MY CAR IN FRONT OF SHOWROOM. THIS IS LAST WARNING IN OMNI THEY DO NOT SOLVE THE PROBLEM OF MY VAN AND I HAVE SALE THAT VAN FOR LOSE OF 70, 000/THOUSAND. AND I AM SENDING THIS LETTERE TO ALL DEALER OF MP&OTHER STATE .And mr parihar call me in his cabin & ask what work u r doing I said that I am in journalism line & my father have a business {disturburter} of luggage vip, aristocate, safari & other bag manufacturer.then he ask me to witch briefcase is good I ask him that v.i.p odyssey he ask me that the new year is coming so u r giveng me that briefcase in gift I have said that my father is handling that. So sorry I amnot able to give that brefcasebecause is costally near about 2850/-.i think this is the reason they don’t take interast to service my car.

Hope you will take favourable action in the matter and will direct the dealer of Jabalpur to give me better service in future & good washing.Otherwise I have to take Severior against Standard Auto Agencies, Jabalpur(M.P.) & Maruti company.this is last waring I don’t take loss again.

I beg to state that I mr. a. raja rao faithfully customer last few years of your company.in 06-06-2017 I purchase a wagoner lxi model or05-x-6030 chassis no.: 417122 engine no.: 4240789 color: carbine blue from your sky automobiles pratap nagar, n. h - 5, dealer cuttack, orissa. so far on 10-08-2017 when I go for my regular servicing your true value team and the team leader of your company named manoj kumar sahoo told me that if I exchange my car then they give me right value of my car and I can also take a new one. so they valued my car rs.220000.00 and take my car key and all my original document for further step. then I gave him my foreclose letter of my old car which finance by indusind bank after settlement the amount will be the same. then in state bank of india racpc cuttack sanction the amount for my new car loan rs.453000.00 and rest will be from onroad price I have to pay as down payment. but the problem is now when I want to purchase of my new car from your dealer company staff named manoj kumar sahoo decrease my valuation amount from rs.220000.00 to rs.190000.00 and the rest deference amount he told me I have to pay in indusind bank then also I can purchase my new car. so I oppose and this type of indecent behavior complain to your higher authority for take some actions.

We bought a ZEN LX in October 2017 from Karnal Motors. Some flakes of the paint starts removing from the roof and the bonnet since last six months. We did the complaint in Chandigarh Regional Office, Sector 7, but they only made excuses like some acid might have fallen on it or due to the ### of the crow or due to some paint remover. We also did the complaint in Karnal Motors but the result was the same. They do not want to accept that it is due to some manufacturing defect.

After i bought my car, accidently one day i just happened to notice one defect which was very obvious at the first look. i.e when you happen to look at the roof of the car fron the front or the back you will see that there is a big gap between the top roof beading and the door. I noticed that in my car one side was perfect and the other side had a big gap. It initially gave me a feeling that this car had met with some accident and the door panel had been distorted which created this gap.

So during the first service, I brought this to the notice of the service guy. But later in the day he called me and said that this defect was there in all the swift cars and he infact even showed a few cars which were there in the showroon and all had this defect.

Im really shocked that such a defect had been missed out by maruti udyog who claim to be best in delivering quality product. This is really bad and something has to be done to rectify this. Or I should get a replacement car which doesnt have this problem.

I bought this car from INDUS MOTORS, Kalamassery, Cochin, Kerala. The dealers have told me that they will take it up with Maruti Udyog, but till date i havent had any feedback from them.

I had purchased this Wagon R LXI duo on 7th May 2017.I feel very sorry to say that I am offered a rusty vehicle.Because of this rustiness provided for a worth 4 lakh Vehicle purchased from Millinium Mobillity (Pune).Immediately after my 1st free service 3 to 4 parts got rusted and very replaced under warranty.Now my vehicle is due for my 2nd free service to be done at Excelautovista (kalina-mumbai).It is observed that the drive shafts both sides have rusted heavily and I want them to be replaced under warranty with immediate effect.For a new gvehicle which has covered merely 1000kms this things are occuring.If not then I request you to exchange with a new Wagon R LXI DUO and take this vehicle Pls call me on [protected] if required before it all occurs legally.

I purchased a pre owned maruti esteem vxi on the 21st Sept 09 from True Value (Chowgule) Shankar Seth Rd, Pune. The deal was finalised for 2, 60, 000/-. I agreed to pay Rs. 120000/- in cash on the 18th Sep 09 & the rest was supposed to be given in cash on the day of delivery (21st Sept 09). However I decided to go in for a four wheeler loan. I submitted all my documents to the person sitting in the true value outlet representing HDFC bank . He promised to give me the details if my loan was approved or disapproved on the third day of my submitting all the documents. However he was unable to do so which resulted in a chaos as i needed the vehicle on 21st Sept 09. He said that it will take more 3-4 business days. So I decided to pay the remaining amount (1, 40, 000) by credit card and then once the loan is approved I could pay off my credit card. When I gave them the card they said that I would be charged an addition of 2% of the amount to be charged on the card. I told them it was illegal but they said we dont care and also added that others do it and hence they also do it. I called up the bank to confirm if it was an illegal act and the bank agreed that its illegal to take an extra 2% charge. The true value management didnt pay a heed to it & still charged me 2% on that. To top it they didnt give it to me in writing or a receipt, as demanded by me, that they are charging me the additional 2%.
I really dont know how can a big company like maruti do this to its customers. If it was roadside dealer who was doing such an illegal act, it was understood. But a company like maruti doing this to with its customers is really shocking.
Didnt know whom to go and complain and will there be an action taken against it.

I mrs santosh devi agarwal had a maruti van no as23b8600. on 20th of december my car was parked outside my house at d. m. lohia road, tinsukia, assam and I found at 9.30 p. m. that the e. c. m. of my car was missing. I went to the dealer i.e. jay bee auto agencies pvt. ltd., tinsukia about my complain. there response was not good, and they said me to bring police f. i. r and accordingly I submitted them on 21st december evening. then they said you have to fill up a claim form and submitt it to them. but till today that is 25th decmber they could not provide me claim form. my position and my car is in stand still position and waiting for claim form. please take strict action against the dealer

Maruti Suzuki India / Maruti Udyog rc book not issued

My name is ghanshyam dudakiya and I am writing this complaint with reference to a maruti alto lx purchased from katariya automobiles, ahmedabad.

Complaint details:

On 20th june 2009, I had booked a maruti alto lx. as per the final agreement, the dealer offered a final vehicle price of rs. 2, 70, 093.00 (including accessories) out of which I had paid rs.1, 50, 000.00 as down payment.

The vehicle was delivered on 24th june 2009 along with all promised accessories with an affirmation that the registration certificate shall be delivered within 45 days of the delivery date. however the dealer provide us an invoice 91066-ar4bhs dt. 24th june 2009. but didn’t provide registration certificate (rc).

The sales executive who had handled the deal is misbehaving with me and not helping us. we contacted the manager but we did not get his appointment. still after 6 months I am not able to get registration certificate (rc).

I have already called the dealer many times and tried to contact manager but with no luck.

I bought alto lx 3 years back... had an accident last month.. sent it for repairing .. since then its on and off there at workshop only. Navneet motors, Udaipur is the dealer. They are polite and do the job but not properly.. i had to send my car back due to unsatisfactory repair work...

I do not want to complain against them but want perfect service... They are really very polite... listen patiently but work done is not at all satisfactory...

My Complaint: Many time I approached the showroom for Dilsay amount I did not get the same, even today. They said many answers at many time finally said Mr. Moncey Mathew did not give the money to the showroom and he is not the staff there, and closed the account with the dilsay amount. My question is why did they close the file without the consent of the purchaser? This is clearly a kind of CHEATTING. The INDUS MOTORS staff’s game play and cheating the purchaser by giving many false offer and keep the status of NO.1 seller of Maruti.
Kindly take necessary action to get this amount.

They gave that to other someone.I asked the reason Why? They told me that the first preference goes to the full payment customer. But though we payment 40, 000.00rs they promised us to deliver it on 22nd December but... We need it as soon as possible.But they give us word and words to deliver soon but now its four months running you know four months.How long we will have to wait.Please take it seriously.What actually going on.

I had Purhased Maruti Astar VXI Chasis No 212113/Invoice dt 27-09-09 Control no 5853917-NJDP from Apra Auto pvt ltd JMD Regent Plaza Gurgoan - Concern Executive Pravesh Bhutani, But they Given me Temporary registration Temp HR7397 with validaty of one month, but I had followup with the dealer for almost 03mths for my complete registration/papers but they have not given till date 19/12/2009, I had also paid registration amount to the dealer, but they really not help out, I had very bad experience with Apra Auto & and my car is Astar is standalone (not driven) by anybody and also not any services granted ...Pls help ----------------S.S.GUJRAL (Customer)

Dear madam/sir,

This is to bring to your kind notice that I had insured my maruti swift dzire car (hr51 ad4568) with national insurance (policy no 4812089). the vehicle was bought on 25th nov, 08.

On 03/08/2009, I faced an accident at nh-58. I was going to get my family from a nearby place ghookna, ghaziabad when in order to save a scootterist I was hit by an approaching truck. the car hit the truck head-on and then turned down towards the right. I had to be taken out by people from the left while doing so they damaged the left side also. I was brought to the hospital and in the meanwhile some people ripped apart my cd - player and battery. somebody informed my relatives and then they took charge. the car was immediately brought to the nearby regent autolinks, a maruti showroom.

Few days later when I visited the showroom no steps were taken to initiate claim proceeding when my friends had already provided them with the required information and documents. few days later I was informed a surveyor has come to inspect the accidental car. the proceedings started but the surveyor refused to give claim for the left side and the accessories, which were fully covered in the policy saying that they were done damage by some miscreants and is not part of the accidental damage.

Now it is very depressing that till date 16th dec '09 my vehicle is not ready and when it was the surveyor started asking for more documents like police report, third party claim and then later started to verify my driving license. these things could have been done earlier but just to delay the proceedings this drama was staged. I visit the showroom and even call the manager daily to check if my vehicle is ready to be delivered but no positive response has come till date.

The billed amount for the repair has come out to be 2, 78, 000 but the surveyor has passed only 1, 70, 000 the rest he says has to be paid by me.

The majority of the problem has been created by the surveyor mr. b. s. khaatar who is posted with the national insurance company, new delhi.

I hope you will understand the problem and do the needful for this case.

VERY BAD SERVICE

I had purchased a Maruti Wagan-R LXI car in Feb. 2009 (Regn No.MP-04-CC-7842) through MyCar Bhopal, My third free service was due.

I have found my my car reverse gear system is not working properly
My cars gear system is so hard to operate .there was two services (free) already completed. Both these services were attended by the dealer My Car and Vidhya Automobile Bhopal in the appropriate months. My third free service was due after 12 months or 10000 kms whichever was earlier.. Since I had just completed only 9800 kms, my service was due in 4th Feb Oct 2008. I had received a no. of calls and a SMS from the dealer to give the car for servicing.

Basically there were some problem in my car.. And Serviceman misguided me.

1- It was found that there is problem of window glass.. Some noise and windows were not opening properly.

2- Some Noise was there inside my car in backside

3- Some sound in my Break Paddle

I asked my dealer Vidhya Automobie and My Car Bhopal (My Car Dealer) Automobiles to rectify the problems But still not solved my problem after IIIrd Service.

Car was delivered to me after IIIrd Service without proper servicing and check with following defects-.
My car was very dirty from inside and outside also. It seemed that nothing was done no cleaning anything. I told the person regarding the same and he gave a very casual reply.

My Above mentioned problem is still there in my Car. I am very sure that they did not checked the problem..

1-My cars gear system is so hard to operate .there was two services (free) already completed.--- Still not solved
2. My Car break paddle is not working properly.

Your dealer service is not good & i m feeling very bad for service my car from My Car. This shows a very casual attitude of the staff of My Car and Vidhya Automobiel (Car Service Centre)

Maruti Suzuki India / Maruti Udyog problem faced during purchase

I have booked WagnoR LXi on 28.11.09 through MotorCraft (Shaibabad) by Rs. 10, 000/- and on that time it was decided that car price is Rs. 3, 52, 000/- and car will be taken based on final price for the month of Dec'09. Ultimately Maruti decleared the revised price for the month of Dec'09 which is comparatively lower than Nov'09 and same has been confirmed by other Maruti dealer. On 01.12.09 another Rs. 3, 20, 000/- was paid to MotorCraft through different two cheques and the cheques were cleared on 02.12.09. On 01.12.09 durinmg payment it was cleared that balance amount will be paid at the time of delivery. Delivery was taken on 03.12.09 on that time MotorCraft produced the invoice for the full amount as per Nov'09 monthe rate dtd 30.11.09 (before making payment / confirmation) and claimed the balance Rs. 22, 000/-. They have completely denied the revised discounted rate and ultimately forced to pay me the balance amount after making seen creat.
It is really surprising for me that like Maruti dealer how they behave with the customer.
Matter has already been complaint to Maruti vide CRM no. [protected], but till now no result.
It is clear Maruti is not at all bother for their valued customer.

Re: Maruti Car Swift, Registration No.WB 06 4726, purchased on 12/08/2008 from your authorized dealer, Machino Techno, Kolkata under the Hire Purchase Scheme from HDFC BANK. got damaged due to manufacturing defect.

With reference to the above, I would like to bring to your kind notice with deep heart that while I was driving on 24/11/2008 at 12:00 PM, I suddenly noticed that smoke was coming out from the car over the place inside as well as outside the car, the car was filled up completely with thick smoke, driver and myself was almost suffocating to death, in spite of our repeated trying anxiously, tried to open the door, but the central locking system failed and the doors could not be opened. Somehow with great difficulty, I tried to switch off the car and pulled out the key, in spite of that, the engine was racing with great speed and sound and the smoke was coming with more force inside as well as outside the car. We were almost suffocating to death due the smoke, at that time a huge public as well as police gathered outside and they managed to pull my driver and me out of the car through the window. Police as well as the public, with great difficulty, opened the bonnet of the car and disconnected the battery, then only the engine stopped. In the meantime, we noticed the whole of mechanical parts were burnt out and damaged beyond our imagination. The cooler tank also bursted and diesel and mobil started flowing through the exhaust. Public as well as the police asked us to go away from the car as it might burst and cause damage to human life.

I called up immediately your authorized service dealer ( Motorkrat ), where I normally get my car serviced. After a detailed inspection of the damaged car, they expressed their inability to repair the car as it was damaged beyond the capacity of their expertise and hence they suggested, they would like to send the car to the dealer from where I had purchased. Your will appreciate that there is some serious manufacturing defect due to which this accident took place and this accident could have caused loss of human life and injury to the people on the streets.

For your kind information, I have a very high opinion about your company, as well as your product, we as well as my family and my friends always go in for your branded product for your Goodwill and Service Excellence to the valued customer. Trust you will look into the case very seriously and do the needful immediately without any delay as I am mentally very much depressed and harassed and inconvenienced as I am not able to use my car, because of the accident. Almost everyday, I use my car for more than 100 kilometers for a day. In the absence of the car, I have to spend a lot of money on public transport like taxis and hired cars. And this is also hampering my professional work where I am working as s Senior Executive.

This is all because of Deficiency in Service due to product with manufacturing defect for which you will be held responsible.

Moreover I am really disgusted. I was called by Mr. Amit Adhikary of Machino Techno regarding my car. I am amazed to find out that he is trying to project that the problem was there ealier. wanted to bring to your notice that Mr/. Adhikary inspected the car before taking car. At that point of time my car did not have any issues except some dent and mark.

Now after keeping the car for more that two days he is claiming that my car"s excaust pipe., oil box have broken. I am damm sure that the car was ok when I had given.

If some damage happens when the car is getting repaired thats is not my fault.

More over I have been a loyal customer of maruti since 2001.Nobody till date has not spoken or illbehaved with me that I faced today. When I refused to admit that the damages had not been there, I was told that I should take back my car.

Dear sir
The problem of black smoke-after service done did u fill diesel in tank. Nowadays most of the fuel pumps are mixing chemical powder for earning money. It tends to black smoke heavily. Some of the pumps are mixing naphtha/naphthalene looks like fuel. I will suggest one thing before filling fuel/service do pollution check. After servicing/filling fuel also pollution test done. U will know the dufference.

Maruti Suzuki India / Maruti Udyog carelessness

I have purchaged a new Maruthi ALTO Lxi from M/s Mitra Agencies on 30/03/2009, un-fortunately three tyres were punchier due to miss handling of tyres and tubes. We find all three punchier were due to, leaving a cap (air tube cap) in side the tyres. This caused lot of inconvenience to me while I am travelling along with my family.

Maruti Suzuki India / Maruti Udyog service related issues

I have Maruti Swift VXI, Silky silver and I purchased this car on 4th july 2008 from true value allianz motors S.D.A. New Delhi I have already availed 2 free services from DD motors and AM automobiles respectively. I got a call from AM automobiles Wazirpur in July2009 regarding my car's last free service and Miss Rashmi who was the representative in the same company told me that it would be good for me if I'll get my car serviced as warranty period will expire on 4th July 2009. She also told me that I can avail the third free service any time I feel like but warranty will not be on the card.Few days before I went to AM automobiles for the last free service and they shook their hands off the case saying it cannot be done and Miss Rashmi was no longer the employee of the same company.

Its been more than 10 yrs I'm with maruti and have never faced such kind of problem before and I hope for a sooner and positive reply from your side A.S.A.P.
