for many years I have been customer of match.com on and off like most people/ Many months ago when I wanted to subscribe I wanted to start with a free 3 day trial I am entitled to. then I would click on the subscription I wanted after the trial ended per usual. It would not take any of my credit card, it had error. I called each credit card company and I use the cards all over daily by the way, and each company said the cards were All Fine. the tech. glitch was on the end of match and they were Not even trying to put the card thru. In other words the cards did not fail, it was just not working. Match No Longer Has any live agent which is despicable, so you have to email and every single time for many many months I got boiler plate responses asking for screen shot, which I gave at least ten times, and to refresh did I put card in right bla bla totally ignoring what I wrote that it was none of those things. so many people are writing me on match, I cant read any of it as I cant join and Match Could care less. no live agent to talk to, nobody cares. need to make compaint to state AG office I guess
no way to run a business not having live agents emails are boiler plate no personal responses shameful
Desired outcome: they are all working cards I use every day without a hitch, the problem is not with the cards. they are all entered correctly too
