I ordered two pairs of shoes from Matches Fashion in December. I ordered two pairs to check for size.
I wore one pair, for one night, and the soles were absolutely destroyed. Not what you'd expect for the price.
I sent both pairs back to Matches on 2nd January.
The damaged paid the said they would not refund as it was not a manufacturing error.
The second pair they have not confirmed they will refund despite them never being worn.
I have been emailing almost daily (now a month later) and they keep saying they have passed on my details to the relevant department and are awaiting an update.
It's been a month! I called last week and someone called Lucie told me that Matxhes had clearly misunderstood and were missing the point about my refunds and rest assured she had spoken to the correct team and this would now be resolved. I have had no update since, despite emailing them for an update 3 more times.
These has cost me £780, I have nothing to show for it. Utterly disappointed. I am a customer who would be willing to spend on quality items, but will never order from Matches again!

Desired outcome: Refund of both pair of shoes asap
